Aliqua* alt flags
Last year I created the aliqualterous and aliquaqueerplatonic flags based off of @genderstarbucks flags for aliquaromantic and aliquasexual.
Yesterday I decided to also do aliquansthetic, aliquaplatonic and aliquasensual. Which I did. But just now I found out someome already made some flags back in August. You can check them out here: https://www.tumblr.com/allegoriesandepithets/757561348673634304/large-pixel-size-aliqua-flags?source=share The design ist very very similar but since the colours are not exactly the same, why not share mine too.
Aliquasensual
Aliquasensual is an a*-spec and asen*spec orientation in which one only feels sensual attraction under certain circumstances. Aliquasensual can be considered an umbrella term, in which identities such as demisensual are included under it. However, aliquasensual can also be an identity on its own. For example, some individuals may only feel attraction to a very specific type of individual, or only when in a certain place or at a certain time.
Tumblr media
The light orange colour, which is the same as in the asensual flag, was chosen as it represents sensual attraction.
If you'd like a darker orange, feel free to check out: @allegoriesandepithets flag design. (Link above)
Aliquaplatonic
Aliquaplatonic is an a*-spec and apl*spec orientation in which one only feels platonic attraction under certain circumstances. Aliquaplatonic can be considered an umbrella term, in which identities such as demiplatonic are included under it. However, aliquaplatonic can also be an identity on its own. For example, some individuals may only feel attraction to a very specific type of individual, or only when in a certain place or at a certain time.
Tumblr media
The yellow colour, which is the same as in the aplatonic flag, was chosen as it represents platonic attraction.
If you'd like a more prominent yellow, feel free to check out: @allegoriesandepithets flag design. (Link above)
Aliquansthetic
Aliquansthetic is an a*-spec and ansthetic*spec orientation in which one only feels aesthetic attraction under certain circumstances. Aliquansthetic can be considered an umbrella term, in which identities such as demiaesthetic are included under it. However, aliquansthetic can also be an identity on its own. For example, some individuals may only feel attraction to a very specific type of individual, or only when in a certain place or at a certain time.
Tumblr media
The light pink colour, which is the same as in the ansthetic flag, was chosen as it represents aesthetic attraction.
If you'd like a more prominent pink, feel free to check out: @allegoriesandepithets flag design. (Link above)
Aliqualterous & Aliquaqueerplatonic
While at it I also made some upscaled versions of my older aliqua* flags:

My take on the aspec flag!
[PT: My take on the aspec flag! /End PT]
Tumblr media
[ID: A flag with 6 horizontal stripes, divided in four sections by a white compass rose in the middle of the flag. Each section has 3 stripes that form a gradient that gets darker towards the middle of the flag. Clockwise, the sections are in red, green, blue, and purple hues. /End ID]
The 'main' aspec flag only includes the ace and aro spectrums, and I didn't find any inclusive flag I liked, so I made my own. This flag focuses on the diversity of the a-spectrum.
Symbolism:
None of the colors have meaning on their own. The dark purple and dark green are taken from the most used flag, just a little fun fact.
The colors are separated in different sections because the a-spectrum is vast and individuals within it can have wildly different experiences while still being under the same umbrella.
But they're also grouped in gradients, because multiple different 'colors', or individuals, can still belong in the same space and have similar experiences!
The white compass rose is a tribute to the most used flag; it still represents how different individuals feel or don't feel attraction.
However, I also kept it white because for some, white is the absence of hue or saturation, representing a lack of attraction, and for others, it's what you get when you combine every color, representing wholeness even without 'traditional' colors.

Analterous & aqueerplatonic questions (Edit: answered in comments.)
Hello! This is a genuine question, and not meant to be offensive in any way. Most of our system are on the a-spectrum in some way, and we are a bit confused on two terms.
We understand most anattractional terms (ansthetic/nonaesthetic, aplatonic, afamilial, asensual, etc), and easily see how they are classified as queer, however we are very lost on analterous and aqueerplatonic, and where their placement is on the queer-conformant spectrum.
Most people do not experience alterous and queerplatonic attraction. Those two forms of attraction are already, on their own, classified as queer and uncommon. So wouldnt the terms analterous & aqueerplatonic be conformant terms, since thats how most people are expected to be in the first place?
Greyalterous and greyqueerplatonic, we understand as being queer, because it still describes a person experiencing queer attraction, and experiencing attraction and relationships in a way that amatonormativity does not approve of.
Ansthetic, aplatonic, afamilial, and asensual we understand being queer, because it describes a person lacking attraction that amatonormativity reinforces.
But analterous & aqueerplatonic are conforming to amatonormativity, aren't they?
(Edit: We have received the answer.)

Alternate Laimo- Flags!
We weren’t massive fans of the current laimo- flags, so we made alternate ones.
laimo-: a prefix describing an identity where an individual is unsure if they are on the specific attraction’s spectrum due to not knowing what the specified attraction type is.
This can be due to:
not being able to distinguish between the specified attraction type and other forms of attraction
being unsure what the specified attraction type “feels like" or how it applies to oneself
being able to use external sources to determine what the specified attraction type objectively feels like, but not having any internal ways to know when one is feeling that type of attraction
someone who generally doesn't understand what the concept of attraction of any kind means to them, and so can't tell whether they feel the specified attraction type
someone who has difficulty distinguishing between attraction, relationships, and different kinds of acts, so they can't tell if they experience the specified attraction type or if they experience something else
anyone who doesn't understand what the specified attraction type is and/or feels like and feels like because of that, they don't know whether they feel that attraction type and can't determine any specifications of their attraction
(definitions pulled from https://mogai.miraheze.org/wiki/Laimosexual and https://lgbtqia.wikitide.org/wiki/Lamioaesthetic)
The flags are laimoromantic, laimosexual, laimoplatonic, laimoqueerplatonic, laimoalterous, laimosensual, laimoaesthetic, and laimosocial.
These flags were inspired by the laimosexual flag made by FANDOM user Unfunny person420.
We did not coin any of these terms.
If you would like to use or edit any of these flags, please credit us.

Here's to systems who have trouble with relationships!
Contrary to what some may say, relationships of any kind are not a requirement, or a necessity for a happy, meaningful life. We love and support the systems out there who have trouble with them!
Shoutout to:
Asexual, aromantic, aplatonic, asensual, analterous, aqueerplatonic, and ansthetic spectrum systems or headmates
Those with personality disorders such as PPD, SPD, STPD, ASPD, AVPD, etc. that lead to an aversion to social situations
Autistic and other neurodivergent plurals who feel different from society
Multiples who have another condition that makes socialization hard
Chronically ill and disabled individuals who can't meet up with friends often or at all, even if they wanted to
Those with psychosis and/or beings on the schizophrenia spectrum that have delusions that make them paranoid or otherwise interfere with their interpersonal relationships
And anyone else I missed
You're so valid! Regardless of the reason these things are undesirable or difficult for you, please know it's ok to be like this. I love you.
Have a great day!
🖤💜💙💚💛

anattractional spectrum + night sky and rainbows
requested by anon
Anattractional Spectrum: An umbrella term for all identities on the asexual, aromantic, asensual, aplatonic, asocial, ansthetic, aqueerplatonic, and analterous spectrums. This term can be used to describe someone who is on any of these spectrums. Often shortened to aspec, or a-spec.

Alternate a*spec / anattractional spectrum pride flag
Tumblr media
I wanted to create an a*spec / anattractional spectrum pride flag that visually includes at least all the most common a*- spectrums (asexual, aromantic, aplatonic, asensual, aqueerplatonic, analterous, anaethetic, asocial) but.... it's hard. Like there are so many colours and either you skip some or the flag seems like a wild mix of colours that hurts the eyes. So in the end I thought, why not go for one colour and work with shades. And put an "A" on top of it :D So here's a flag with four blue stripes in different shades representing the different a*spec labels and identities and spectrums plus symbolising that we all exist in spectrums. And to still kinda visually fit to the a*spec flags (plus it just looks nice) there's a grey and a black stripe. The grey representing all the grey areas on and between the spectrums. Black standing for the absence of attraction. And the A is pretty obvious I guess - a*-spec.

v do not relate to 90% of aromantic posts & asexual posts
v don't feel romance, v do not need an external partner of a romantic kind, nor di v desire romance. vor tolerance of romance in topics is fluid at times neutral, negative, & positive or blends.
v do not want romance directed at voz, not even in sexual or intimate contexts.
v can enjoy it in media tho, it depends on the type of relationship.
but v do not not have partners, nor nit desire one.
v have fictional partners, mental ones. & v wish for another, but it is internal with vor tulpas/headmates.
v are also aplatonic, afamilial, analterous, aqueerplatonic, and do nit feel platonic attraction either, v have no external partner nor friends and v disowned vor family. v do not leave the house, it is a prison, this effects vor aspec identity as v are forced to isolation, & can't make relationships.
v never felt a crush, v do find things hot or sexy & attractive, this is not romantic nor is it entirely/only sexual. v consider all of vor attraction to be aspec because of vor situation & mind. v feel everything is fake so v find fiction & reality's attractions to be indistinct. they are all fake. (dpdr). v do not consider any of these attractions romantic, platonic, familial, intimate, alterous. they are undefined.
v can't relate to posts bout ppl who say they enjoy being alone and are alone, because v are not alone v have vor Auditorium. & then unfortunately trapped with abuser. v can't be alone truly, well not in the singular way. posts like "i love being alone with myself" aren't same fir voz, v are more than one self. for voz its "v love being alone with vorzelves". then also it turns out they meant alone as in no romantic partner, but they have loving friends/family/community/etc. v don't have that, v can't communicate with vorzelves yet so v don't have any true social soyrce, vor abuser triggers voz too much to be truly social with, v are not here by will. but it is how it is. and also v do seek out artificial and created fictional media, chatbots v roleplay relationships with, v try to avoid romance sense v find it particularly uncomfortable in chatbot scenes but sometimes let it slide, v dont bother correcting platonic situations cause explaining the difference between platonic vs vor unlabled/beyond feelings is too hard, it just sidetrails the scene. then v are also many different entities whi have had relationships in other lives, blitzø, bill cipher, invader zim, azulin, etc. v can view the source as vor past reality & feel a connection to the source beings even if they can never respond back. it doesn't matter, vor attraction & vor relationships do not need social connection, communication, reciprocation, etc. that is not how it works for voz. then v also absorb into media when watching, like v were living the lives, the situations & therefore relationships vorzelf. v also have vir spectators who v don't identify as but can become any entity from anywhere & watch voz, v can view things through the chosen beings eyes partially. v near always have them around so v are always living through entities– often ones who have relationships, even some having relationships with eachother already. also for asexual v do expierence sexual attraction but its through a paraphilic lense & low sexual spectrum. like a strict non paraphilic allosexual may be likely to be sexually aroused when seeing a nude body, but v aren't typically. sure vy like admiring forms, they are pretty and interesting. but usually it takes a situation or signs of a scene. like for example only being aroused if seeing a sexual act in practice. but not if they were just doing nothing. v do not comprehend how many people find just a default body arousing. v might if its containing in appearence a paraphilic trait like intense scarring, gore, pain, etc, (sadism). and v do not nor are v able to seek out real sexual expierences outside of self acts. v fantasize, roleplay, look at media, etc but have no intentions of ever seeking out anything. so v feel like compared to the average aroace post which is the vast majority, v feel more like an alloromantic when ppl define aro by not being with anybody, as v are plural & have fictional partners & alternative lifes. & then v feel allosexual when compared to sex repulsed posts, v are greyace, not strictly ace. & also somehow feel outside of aroace all together due to the focus on community, family, friends, relationships. it is paradoxical yes. v are paradoxical.
always outbof place, and this is just a fraction of just the aspec aspect (not even near describing it accurately enouugh, its hard & possibly impossible to translatevit) of vorzelves, v have so many other similar issues in communities. even the most radical are filled with so much issues. so v r left out everywhere till v cope by retreating inside the mind, to fantasy & concepts & fiction & vorzelves as v struggle to become more than what v currently are but can't truly see it becoming real. trapped in a liminal space between having relationships but they aren't enough to be true relationships. alone but not alone. everybody v meet is between real & unreal & it gets worse as time goes on as v embrace it. for v have no other options.

Alterouslly Non-Conforming (ANC)
Under the Non-Conforming Attraction umbrella.
Alterouslly Non-Conforming refers to those who do not conform to society's alterous lifestyle views. This includes, but isn't limited to:
Analterous individuals and those on the analterous spectrum.
Those who are alterous-ambivalent, alterous-neutral/alterous-indifferent, alterous-averse, or alterous-repulsed.
When one is disinterested, dislikes, or is repulsed by alterous activities.
Those who are both alterous-repulsed and alloalterous.
Those with alterous attraction but not doing some or any alterous actions.
Those who do not experience alterous attraction but desire to be in or are in an alterous relationship.
Etc. for anything I may have missed!
Tumblr media
[Image description: a flag with five stripes. The colors in order are blue, gray, white, gray, and salmon pink.]
Flag Meaning:
Blue represents analt-spec individuals.
Gray represents being in the gray area and non-conformity.
White represents community.
Salmon pink represents alloalterous individuals.
Feel free to make terms under the non-conforming attraction umbrella, just ping me when you do!

Hello! This is a genuine question, and not meant to be offensive in any way. Most of our system are on the a-spectrum in some way, and we are a bit confused on two terms, and need some clarification for a project we are working on.
We understand most anattractional terms (ansthetic/nonaesthetic, aplatonic, afamilial, asensual, etc), and easily see how they are classified as queer/variant, however we are very lost on analterous and aqueerplatonic, and where their placement is on the queer/variant-conformant spectrum.
Thank you for the ask! No worries about your question. It's perfectly valid!
I feel like my take on these kinds of things is always on whether the individual who uses the label identifies as queer(as long as they don't claim that a philia or something of that sort is queer), regardless of whether their identity is something that is commonly aligned with by non-queer individuals, such as analterous and aqueerplatonic. However, I understand that this does not completely answer your question.
Honestly, it is up to the person. Simply because one part of someone's identity aligns with allo experiences, does not make them any less queer. Also, if allo individuals aren't aware of what queerplatonic and alterous attraction even is, it is highly unlikely that they would identify as someone who does not experience those.
Perhaps this is a bad take, but I feel that because most individuals who identify as queer and align with those 2 identities do not only consider themself those two identities, might be aligned with why the terms are queer. The terms specify more about an individual ans where they lie on the split attraction model(if they use it).
I know this is more of an opinion based answer, but it's the best one I an presently provide. If anyone else wishes to add on it the tags or comments, I will screenshot them and add them on to a rebloged version of this.
I hope that helps! If anyone else has any more questions or experiences to share, my ask box is always open.
(Another thing to note, because of the hacking of the web archive, the original uses of the terms from my references are difficult to find. Once that gets fixed, it can probably better contextualize this situation.)
