LIFE UPDATE ;
as you may or may not have noticed, i've been hiatus for most of the month now. and i disappeared because of personal reasons, and one of those reasons being that i felt i needed to reflect. here are some things that i've learned and realized during my reflection time.
in that post i go into things that i went thru during the month of june and the reason behind my absence. something that i mentioned but failed to elaborate on in that post was what i plan to manifest next and i'll talk about it later on in the post.
FOR THE WELLNESS GIRLIES ;
this summer is a hot one, and one way that i've been getting my vegetable and fruit intake is through smoothies. smoothies and juices are perfect for the summer because they're SO refreshing so im going to talk about some smoothie recipes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
adriana limas smoothie recipe ; (1 cup cold water + 1/2 avocado + honey). candice swanepoels smoothie recipe ; (1 frozen banana + 1 cup blueberries + 1 tsp protein powder + 1 scoop collagen powder + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 2 tbsp almond butter + 1 tbsp spirulina + 1 1/2 cup coconut water)
smoothies make amazing breakfasts or just amazing drinks to have when ur craving a sweet drink. for me, i like to keep my smoothies simple and use ingredients like strawberry and banana, but lately i've been loving mango in my smoothies.
LETS TALK MANIFESTATION ;
because of my period of reflection i had time to focus on what i wanted to manifest next and i wanna manifest a trip to italy for the summer + other mini things within that trip.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
i've already created a script for it, and im gonna start affirming for it on the first of july. im so so excited to go and share this with you guys...💬🎀 furthermore i wanted to share some manifestation reminders and posts that have been helping me so far.
ABOUT WAVERING
YOUR NOT A VICTIM, YOU NEVER WERE
HOW TO IGNORE THE 3D AND BE UNBOTHERED
PATRICIA NAVIDAD STYLE DISSECTION ;
patricia navidad in “la fea más bella” is an over the top, feminine queen who i absolutely adore. she was easily one of my favorite characters so ofc i wanted to make this editions style dissection about her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
she has beautiful blondish hair that is similar to and complements her skintone, making her look super put together and gorgeous. she wears jewelry that she coordinates together. but my favorite outfit of hers HAS to be the one shown above on the left.
if theres one thing patricia knows how to do is to make her outfits work for HER which is why i thought she'd be the perfect candidate for this months style dissection...💬🎀
in this outfit shes wearing a matching pink set, the shade of pink is very soft and matches beautifully with the white (what looks like a corset-ish top) underneath. the color coordination is superb and she makes the shirt pop more by only using one button beneath her bust which draws attention to her figure and the top underneath.
THE CRINGE STIGMA ;
to be a victim to the cringe stigma is to be caged in ur own mind bcuz ur so scared of what others may or may not think of you. lets talk about it. the way others perceive u isnt ur business. lets think about how many times that you've stopped urself from doing something that u rly wanted to do, or something that you've really loved because u were scared of what others might say? imagine all that wasted time and energy worrying?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
its not ur responsibility to keep urself small or digestible for someone. u can't grow where ur comfortable so to grow u have to get uncomfortable even if that means being called cringe by others. bcuz when others call u cringe thats their own projection onto you and it rly doesnt matter. dont take someone else's judgement too personally and just enjoy yourself no matter what...💬🎀

Murder Drones Recipe Ideas
1. Nori-Byte Bites
Ingredients: Sushi rice, nori (seaweed), avocado, imitation crab, sesame seeds, soy sauce
Inspiration: These mini sushi bites are designed to resemble small, compact "bytes" of data or power packs that Murder Drones might consume. The nori wraps give them a dark, sleek look.
Presentation: Shape into perfect squares or cubes for a robotic, mechanical feel. Top with small sesame seeds to resemble tiny data points or circuits.
2. Blackout Burgers
Ingredients: Black brioche buns, beef patties (or plant-based patties), cheddar cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, spicy aioli
Inspiration: A sleek, dark burger to mimic the ominous atmosphere of the Murder Drones universe.
Presentation: Serve with a side of fries shaped into jagged "energy" strips, and top the burger with a glowing-red ketchup swirl or spicy sauce to resemble glowing drone eyes.
3. Nano-Wire Noodles
Ingredients: Squid ink pasta, garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, shrimp or tofu
Inspiration: These dark, tangled noodles resemble high-tech cables or wires, giving a mechanical yet sleek vibe.
Presentation: Plate in a swirling pattern, and garnish with red chili flakes to resemble scattered debris from drone battles.
4. Plasma Punch
Ingredients: Blue curaçao, lemonade, sparkling water, edible glitter
Inspiration: A futuristic, glowing blue drink to resemble the plasma energy drones might use to power themselves.
Presentation: Serve in a clear glass with glowing ice cubes (LED-embedded ice cubes for an extra cool effect) and a sprinkling of edible glitter to give it a radiant, tech-like shine.
5. Techno Tarts
Ingredients: Puff pastry, dark chocolate, red raspberry filling, powdered sugar
Inspiration: These tart-like pastries resemble hard, metallic exteriors with dark, sinister cores, perfect for a Murder Drone-themed treat.
Presentation: Cut the pastries into geometric shapes like triangles or hexagons, drizzling with raspberry sauce for a blood-like appearance. Dust lightly with powdered sugar to create a contrast between dark and light.
6. Circuit Board Cookies
Ingredients: Black cocoa sugar cookies, green royal icing, edible silver pearls
Inspiration: Decorate these cookies to resemble circuit boards or robotic components.
Presentation: Use a piping bag to create intricate green icing patterns mimicking circuits, adding silver pearls as connectors or "nodes" on the board.
7. "Oil and Gears" Spaghetti
Ingredients: Squid ink pasta (for that oily, dark look), ground beef or plant-based meat, black olives, and diced sun-dried tomatoes.
Instructions:
Cook squid ink pasta to give a "mechanical oil" effect.
Sauté ground beef or plant-based meat with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives for a savory, rich sauce.
Serve the pasta with the sauce and garnish with shaved parmesan resembling "metal shavings."
8. "Blood Battery" Smoothie
Ingredients: Mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), coconut milk, and chia seeds.
Instructions:
Blend berries and coconut milk into a deep red smoothie that looks like a "battery fluid" but tastes delicious.
Add chia seeds for texture, mimicking the look of tiny bits of circuitry.
9. "Broken Drone" Nachos
Ingredients: Black tortilla chips, queso, shredded chicken or beef, jalapeños, and avocado.
Instructions:
Scatter black tortilla chips on a baking sheet like "broken drone parts."
Layer with queso, shredded chicken, and jalapeños, and bake until melted and crispy.
Add chunks of avocado to represent the "core systems."
10. "Circuit Board" Pizza
Ingredients: Flatbread, pesto, mozzarella, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
Instructions:
Spread pesto on the flatbread as the "circuit board."
Arrange mozzarella slices to look like "wiring" and use olives and tomatoes as "buttons" or "nodes."
Bake until cheese is bubbly and garnish with basil leaves for extra "green circuits."
11. "Metallic Heart" Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients: Dark chocolate, heavy cream, and edible metallic luster dust.
Instructions:
Make classic chocolate truffles by melting dark chocolate and mixing with cream to form the ganache.
Shape into hearts and coat with edible metallic luster dust for a shiny, "robotic heart" look.
12. "Battery Acid" Lemonade
Ingredients: Lemon juice, blue curacao, club soda, and ice.
Instructions:
Mix lemon juice and blue curacao for a sour yet strikingly electric blue drink.
Add club soda for some fizz, and serve over ice in clear glasses to resemble "battery acid."
13. "Rust and Decay" Brownies
Ingredients: Dark chocolate brownie mix, cocoa powder, and red food coloring.
Instructions:
Bake brownies using dark chocolate mix.
Add red food coloring to some cocoa powder and sprinkle over the top of the cooled brownies to create the appearance of "rusty decay."
14. Drone Eye Cake Pops
Ingredients:
Cake mix (flavor of your choice)
White chocolate coating
Red candy melts
Candy eyes
Black gel icing
Instructions:
Bake the cake and crumble it into fine crumbs.
Mix the crumbs with frosting to form dough and shape into small balls.
Dip the cake balls in melted white chocolate and let them set.
Drizzle red candy melts to create a "bloody" effect and add candy eyes.
Use black gel icing to add details.
Inspiration: These represent the "eyes" of the drones, with the red candy melt resembling their bloodthirsty tendencies.
15. Oil Spill Ice Cream Sundae
Ingredients:
Chocolate ice cream
Oreo crumbs
Black syrup (chocolate or black food coloring)
Silver sprinkles
Instructions:
Scoop chocolate ice cream into bowls.
Top with crushed Oreo crumbs for a crunchy, "oil spill" effect.
Drizzle black syrup to make it look like spilled oil.
Sprinkle with silver sprinkles for a robotic touch.
Inspiration: A dark and delicious treat inspired by the idea of oil spills and machinery gone wrong in the Murder Drones universe.
16. Blood Orange Sparkling Punch
Ingredients:
4 cups of blood orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice
2 cups sparkling water
Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
Mix the blood orange juice and cranberry juice.
Add the sparkling water to give it a bubbly effect.
Garnish with fresh rosemary for an eerie, metallic touch.
Inspiration: The punch represents the "oil" or "fuel" that robots might run on, with the blood orange juice symbolizing the dark, ominous mood of the Murder Drones world.

What's everyone's favorite and least fruit?
FRUIT?! Fruit.
Kai: Likes citrus flavors and berries, yet has a soft spot for bananas (although no one ever told him you're not supposed to eat the peel). Dislikes tropical/more exotic fruits (which puts him at slight odds with Skylor lol)
Jay: Likes the zingy-taste of citrus fruits, like Kai, but his ultimate favorite is apples. Dislikes any fruits that look or smell weird (like durians or passionfruit)
Cole: Isn't really a fruit-guy (unless it's in a pastry), but dried cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries can hit in a pinch. Dislikes anything with strange outer textures (kiwi, durian, peaches—but nectarines are fine)
Zane: Has a taste for several types of melons, and also apricots. Doesn't actively dislike any fruit–he'll find a recipe to make them work!
Nya: Loves berries, and passionfruit. Although lately her taste for passionfruit isn't quite as strong as it used to be...
Lloyd: "Regular" fruits bore him, though he'll still eat them if he's desperate (this picky brat), but much prefers getting his hands on a dragonfruit or a starfruit. Avid mango hater, though.
Jesse: Loves plums, nectarines, and pears (not me projecting at all). Doesn't really hate any fruit, but eating too many strawberries and/or watermelon can make him feel sick, so he tends to avoid those
Antonia: Fruit-fiend, can polish off a bag in a day if it's left next to her while she works. So, grapes are her go-to. Doesn't like anything that requires effort to eat (i.e. has a peel, needs to be scooped, etc)
Harumi: Always was an apple fan, always will be (even if it makes her sad). She never could quite get behind pomegranates, though.
Olivia: Doesn't have the chance to eat much actual fruit, but can never go wrong with a strawberry banana smoothies. If it can be made into a delicious smoothie, she'll devour it. Not a fan of citrus though.
Miranda: Her grandma gets her hooked on the rarer, harder-to-obtain fruits of the Archipelago, but her absolute favorite is pineapple. Doesn't dislike pears, but for whatever reason thinks they're a 'lame fruit'
Pixal: Does not like fruit, doesn't like the texture, the juices, the way it affects her systems, the everything. Can only really stomach grapes on a good day.
Skylor: Fiend for tropical fruits—mangoes, lychees, acai, papaya, coconut, dragonfruit, loves it all, reminds her of the good times of her homeland. Doesn't dislike anything, but it takes her a while to grow accustomed to the extreme acidity of things like oranges, grapefruit, and pineapple (and comes to love those too)
Sunni: Loves tangerines, and fruits that have a refreshing aftertaste. Can't stomach coconut, though.
Harleigh: Likes blood oranges and cactus pears, though rarely gets the change to actually eat them. Hates berries, strongly dislikes their texture and aftertaste.

Brothel AU: Entertainer's Menu
Tumblr media
So my lovely, dear, bestest friend @flameroyalty is a very talented chef. I was talking to them about the Brothel AU and how much fun I've been having with it. They ALSO love making character-based menus. SO...
I've crafted the new lore that you can order a meal in the brothel normally, kinda like a restaurant hybrid situation. You can order certain items and it'll be discounted if you have the entertainer who helped craft the recipe.
So here's the top Entertainer's Menus!
RIDDLE Red Rose Chocolate tart with sliced strawberries, served with rose petals
SweetHearts Small tray of honey and cream macarons
Savor It Stuffed shitake mushrooms, rotating seasonally
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Yes, the fact one of Riddle's items are fucking mushrooms is hilarious to me)
LEONA Pride Chicken katsu curry, with rice
The Hunt A collection of meats, cheeses, nuts, and crackers
Triumph Hertzoggie, a pastry filled with jam and coconut
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Leona gives the leftover food from his skipped sessions to Ruggie)
JAMIL
Golden Baklava pastry filled warm spiced nuts
Mirage Chocolate creme brulee
Charmer Marinated curry chicken, with mango, rice, and coconut rice
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Jamil actually uses cracking the brulee to break his clients out of their hypnosis)
VIL
Indulgence Dark chocolate brownie served with raspberry sauce (The sauce is presented in a very elaborate bottle)
Pursuit Blueberry mousse tart
Striking Smoked salmon with cucumber, capers, and dill
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(The fact Vil's favorite food is SMOOTHIES upset Flame. But she made it WORK.)
AND SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE
YUU
Flight Vanilla Bean and lavender cupcakes topped with a variety of hand-blown sugar dragonflies
Luxury Mille Feuille with cookies and cream fillings
Spotted Black garlic ramen loaded with eggs and spicy marinated pork

Vee is very cherry-coconut coded color wise which could maybe be brought in a fruit punch or piña colada direction to give it a little more depth.
Jay is very blueberry crumble-type coded color-wise to me which might be a little strange for the theme, but could be adjacent with an acai/smoothie bowl-type situation (granola, nutella or other spread, load up on berries). Blend blueberry with some other berries to give it proper berry flavor, and cheat with blue spirulina powder to color correct
Pabs strawberry-matcha may🐝 but I have said horchata (form of rice, though I guess there could be a modified horchata lojana recipe to better match the color somehow?) for him before. There's horchata de fresa and matcha horchata recipes...
Corgi died and went to YouTube-Japan-Dog Heaven but I kinda want to pair something like mango or peach or pineapple with something else but I don't know what... Asian/sand/pick your choice of name pear seems like a strange choice... Sprinkle dried goji berries on top to signify the switch to YouTube (also makes the top look more like dog food). Or stick a bone shaped biscuit in the top lol. (If smoothie bowls are a thing for this theme then you can have the Corgi dog bowl loaded up with a kibble shape of your choosing)

What is a Smoothie Diet?
A smoothie diet involves replacing one or more meals with nutrient-dense smoothies. These smoothies typically contain a blend of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats. The goal is to consume a balanced mix of macronutrients and micronutrients in an easily digestible form.
JOIN THE SMOOTHIE DIET 21-DAY PROGRAM
Benefits of a Smoothie Diet
1. Weight Loss: Smoothies can help with weight loss by reducing calorie intake while still providing essential nutrients. They are often lower in calories than traditional meals and can keep you feeling full and satisfied.
2. Improved Digestion: The fiber content in smoothies aids in digestion and promotes a healthy gut. Blending fruits and vegetables makes their nutrients more accessible, allowing for better absorption.
3. Increased Energy: Starting your day with a smoothie can give you an energy boost. The natural sugars in fruits provide quick energy, while the fiber and protein offer sustained energy throughout the day.
4. Detoxification: Smoothies made with leafy greens and detoxifying ingredients like ginger and lemon can help cleanse your body of toxins and improve overall health.
5. Convenience: Smoothies are quick and easy to prepare, making them a perfect option for busy mornings or on-the-go meals.
Essential Ingredients for a Healthy Smoothie
To ensure your smoothie is both delicious and nutritious, include the following ingredients:
- Fruits: Berries, bananas, mangoes, apples, and pineapples add natural sweetness and essential vitamins.
- Vegetables: Spinach, kale, cucumbers, and carrots are excellent for adding fiber and nutrients without altering the taste significantly.
- Protein: Greek yogurt, protein powder, tofu, or nut butter can help keep you full and support muscle growth.
- Healthy Fats: Avocado, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and coconut oil provide essential fatty acids and promote satiety.
- Liquids: Water, almond milk, coconut water, or green tea can help achieve the desired consistency without adding too many calories.
