This is how mars in the 6th house has manifested for me.
With my 6th house mars placement I tend to make my daily activities into games or challenges. In my head I’m always like okay let’s see how long it takes me to do xyz. It makes me feel accomplished to get stuff down.
The downside to all of that is the stress I put on my body. Sometimes I don’t know when to stop and I keep pushing through until I feel burned out. Over the years I have gotten better and reminding myself to slow down and be more mindful throughout out the day.
I have always had very high paced busy jobs. The couple times where I had a more low stakes, relaxed job I would start off thinking I was going to enjoy it and then I would hate it. It would just make the day drag on so long. I like feeling challenged and when I am busy the day goes by faster. When I was around 15 I got my first job at a restaurant and it would get extremely busy and chaotic as fuck and honestly I loved it. The dining room would get so full, people were chattering all the time and we would all be in the back running around like chickens with their heads cut off, bumping into each other. Some of my coworkers would get frustrated which is fair but honestly it felt like a game to me. I worked there until I was 19. I have a higher paying, more “professional” job now but to this day that was the most fun job I’ve had.
I have worked at many different places, but the posts that state mars in the 6th house will give you coworkers being jealous and trying to start shit are 100% right. In every job I have had there were coworkers that saw me as threat or would try to start shit with me. I once worked at a hospital when I was in college and the girls working with me (Who were 2-3 years actually older than me) were so hateful and weird. They would constantly be looking at me, gossiping (or straight up trying to argue) and one time one of them lied to the supervisor saying I was slacking off when I wasn’t (literally trying to sabotage my job).
A male coworker there at the time told me they were just hating. I do believe that they were because they were being weird and messy but I also think he was trying to flirt with me..
The rumors are true about your coworkers crushing on you with this placement. And vice versa for me as well at times. It has gone from flirting with coworkers to me actually sleeping with a coworker once. However those times it was never anything serious, more like in the moment things. 6th house placements really know what it means to have a work husband/ wife lol.
another thing about jobs, when people try to start shit it use to get me riled up and I would let people get under my skin (when I was younger). NOW, I laugh and even though it still makes me annoyed, it makes me feel even more motivated to be the best at what I am doing.
I am also quick to leave a job once it has run its course. I am not that emotional when it comes to leaving and starting over somewhere else.
I lose weight very fast. I don’t mean in the sense that I have high metabolism. I mean that if gain weight and I decide I want to lose it, I do simple workouts and in a relatively short time its gone. Its not an unhealthy or harmful way. It makes sense considering mars is action and speed and the 6th house is daily routines and my body and health. Honestly if you have this placement and you are stressing over meal plans or planning specific workouts, just do simple ones and walk more and it wont be as hard as you thought.
I do have a high libido, especially when I am in a relationship. Having a healthy and satisfying sexual relationship is important to me.
I don’t get sick very often and when I do, I fight it off in 1-3 days.
I can be very impulsive in my daily and routines, sometimes harshly. Like I might brush my hair very roughly without realizing or apply lotion onto my skin in a heedless manner. That is something that I did not like and I try to remind myself to treat my body with gentle hands.
My impulsive behavior was worse when I was kid. For example, if I could not get a necklace off of me or bracelet, it would make me so angry and kind of panicked, I would rip it off even if it meant it might break I didn’t care. Me doing what I wanted and feeling free mattered more than whatever I was wearing. This was however another thing I tried to improve on.
Growing up, in my daily routines people use to be mad aggressive towards me as well. Don’t get me wrong, I knew when I was annoying or pushing someones buttons, but the random spurts of anger at me would be very unwarranted.
I feel like at times I can be very guarded as well or tense. When I am angry, I feel it first in my chest and then my stomach will hurt. I don’t like getting worked up because although I can emotionally regulate, it still takes my body a while to calm down. When I was a teenager it would take a long ass time of me practically seething or cursing. Now after a couple deep breaths I’m good.
Mars is aggressive and the 6th house is my health and body and I have definitely taken my anger out on myself as well. My home life had always been very chaotic as a kid and I started self harming at 12 years old and then I stopped when I was around 17 years old.
On a more positive note, I love taking care of my body now. I would never treat it like my enemy or be so careless with myself like I use to. I like working out. I like feeling strong. And also theres a bonus of feeling hot as fuck when I am naked. When Megan thee stallion said, “ When I'm in the gym I think about bitches that I'm shitting on,” I really felt that 💋🔥

How I accidentally boosted my metabolism!
And no I'm not just gonna tell you dumbass shit you already know like "drink more water ✨ 😊, get more sleep 💖", like actually advice
At least Im pretty sure i boosted it because on days where I eat over my maintenance (1687cal) I still manage to maintain, and sometimes EVEN LOSE!!!
My 2 main tips
1. CAFFEINE. In my experience it doesn't matter where you get it from, it can be coffee, tea, energy drinks (my favorite). It boosts your metabolism, and speeds up fat burning (from my research at least, I'm not a doctor, don't quote me on this).
2. DONT GO TOO LOW. From what I've noticed whenever I restrict under 600cal not only do I tend to binge more often BUT I also loose weight slower. For example im currently staying in the range of 800-1000cal, which is a lot for 3dblr, and scary for a lot of 4n4s but if your struggling with restricting in the 0-500cal range, and binge every weekend, try it out!
A little speed round of what you might know but also helped me
Protein. It digests differently from carbs and fat and burns calories while being digested, so if you eat 1200cal of protein vs carbs, you'll have burned a few calories just from digesting the protien.
Sleep. Obviously you need it, like I know everyone says how important sleep is, but when restricting it can get more difficult to get those minimum 8h, here's some stuff that helped me, of course melatonin, try to not drink caffeine 10h before sleep, or just scroll your phone untill you fall asleep, seems counter intuitive but it works!
Intermittent fasting. Everyone has been hopping on the IF bandwagon AND FOR A GOOD REASON, it just works. The main part of making it bearable is to forget about it, I usually sleep until 11AM, have my first meal at about 1PM, and last meal at 6PM.
That's kinda it!

I had said a few days ago I would be posting my tips on how I lose weight the fastest & how i got it done being in sports that enabled this ♡ so here I go:
Btw- just need to say this quickly- I don't condone this and get help if you are able to ♡ much luv
Okay with that here it is teehee:
☆ Okay so When I was in wrestling, we had to make sure we made weight- no if . If you were 6 lbs over then you had to find a way to lose 6lbs by Saturday. When I was put in this situation, some of the girls would 🤮 of course, but I wasn't a fan of the taste so I def took alternative routes such as
1. Calorie Deficit= DUH. Obv. Duh. For safety reasons I'm going to say 1,400 max (which isn't much In real life lol) but I would eat around 800-1,200 max for this. I wouldn't really say I watch what I eat, but I'm also not just downing pure doritos and mountain due. I'll have chips but I'll also eat fruits.
2. Working out/ cardio= I know.. it's a bummer isn't it? But I'm being 1000% honest with you, calorie deficit combined with hot cardio is the key to losing weight quickly. This is what we all did to make sure we were at the correct weight within 7 days. And it's not walk around the block or sit on the floor and do donkey kicks either... it doesn't have to be extremely intense, but you do want to make sure you're sweating the whole time. ☆ bonus points for putting on 2-3 jackets and pajama pants or hot sweats when u workout!! It does a lot of the job for you. For me, my go to would be using the treadmill (I don't even run girl I have it on level 3 and do this for 30 mins while listening to music and day dreaming about my cute skinny future self- and I still sweat like crazy) I also do the same thing on a indoor bike. Like I said, it doesn't have to be sprints or anything crazy , just something that keeps you moving enough to be hot = sweat. Think of jumping Jacks, planks, butterfly kicks, ladder climbs, etc. Also if you have a jacket with a Hoodie, def tie the hoodie secured so u can sweat more! It works I promise.
3. if you have the time, try to workout whatever you just ate sooner than later. For example, ate an apple? That's 95 cals, nothing a 25 minute walk can't burn off 👍🏻
4. DRINK YOUR WATER. I know everyone says it BUT there's a reason they do okay. Water keeps your lips hydrated and soft. Water will keep your body hydrated, water will help keep you full (to an extent if im going to be honest) if you feel hungry after drinking water, try sucking or chewing on ice- water's cousin ♡ they go hand in hand. Also- I add chia seeds to my water for the fiber and mint leaves with lemon and Cucumber in another ( I have different cups) the mint drink helps with bad breath (from not eating) AND speeds your metabolism = lose weight faster. I also drink green tea for the same benefits + 0 calories so yay ♡
5. FOOD EXAMPLES. Chances are, If you're too focused on how hungry you are and how much it sucks that you can't have fatty foods- you'll break. You won't succeed. So let's make it as beautiful as we can. By that I mean the dishes you make. Some popular dishes we would do within the sport was 6-8 leafs of big crunchy Romaine lettuce with lemon and salt over them. That's around 10-15 calories. Another one was thin slices of tomatoes with salt. Get creative and add seasoning if needed ✨️ if you like spicy food then you're in luck cause adding spice to anything fills u up quicker:-) a good spicy choice I do is steamed garbanzo beans with tapatio. Another good (non spicy) option is steamed artichoke with light Mayo! Get fancy here guys yall can steam so many vegetables and have so many nice looking meals 😊
6. STAY CONSISTENT = I know it's easier said than done, but when you're about to grab that pizza, understand that you're conscious enough to make the decision to not eat it. If your body is fighting with your brain, then you have to trick one of them. Yes, be delulu. Tell yourself it isn't good. Tell yourself the pizza is just another thick slab of grease with artificial cheese over it. Think of how you'll feel once you eat it. Think of the grease lard and calories you're shoving down your throat. Convince yourself it's disgusting. Eventually, you will find it disgusting. And this can work the opposite way as well ✨️ glorify thin slices of fruit. The satisfying way it feels to eat low calorie naturally sweetened fruits from earth. Same with veggies and water and anything 0 calories.
If I have any other advice ( which I'm sure I do I can't just think at the moment!! Smh) then I'll be posting them on this account so follow me for more content but if there's 1 thing to take from all this, it's this:
Self-discipline & self-control
So many of us don't get to our goal weights because of these 2 right here. Find the self control to not eat the food your family brought home. Find the self discipline to carry on your good habits of eating minimal & healthy and gradually make your way to the end goal ✨️

Like the start of an avalanche, your gluttony is gathering speed. Soon it will outpace even your tepid thought of ever being able to turn back. Once powerful thighs, honed through considered athletics, will wallow into juicy, oozing pillars of fat. That beautiful alabaster skin will expand as if given permission it never knew it wanted: rolls will pile onto rolls. Your floorboards will creak and beg for mercy as your lumbering form travels yet again between the couch and the fridge.
Your immensity is an inevitably.
Part of me thinks I can still lose weight if I wanted to, drop the pounds and start running again. I was so good at it before there must be a path for me to get back to that state...but you're right. I know in the back of my mind that it would never be just that simple.
I've gotten too used to gluttony and laziness and what's more damming I've started to genuinely enjoy them. The idea of going for a run or hitting the gym or cutting back on my diet no longer has the same draw it used to. The momentum is definitely shifting and carrying me along with it along the path to obesity, it might not be inevitable yet but it will be unless I'm careful.
The BBW models I long admired and fantasised about being will suddenly not look so big anymore and before I know it it'll be the same with SSBBW models. My body melting and swelling deleting any hint I ever used to be anything but the greedy, decadent, sedentary pig I'm starting to become. That bright, promising young athlete totally replaced by a blissful, decadent fatty who does nothing but mindlessly gorge and get off on the changes happening to her body~

Notes Run Faster & Think Harder: Sonic is taking it Better?
Since the trait switch incident, Tails was quite surprised to see how well Sonic was taking the whole thing.
Like, he was losing it when he couldn't even read his own notes or understand a lot, if not any, of the information he had about the incident. Not mentioning how any little speed variation he had while moving would absolutely end in an accident since he can't measure what used to be Sonic special trait.
And then there was Sonic.
The fastest thing alive suddenly going around the workshop forcibly walking instead of running. The hedgehog adapted quite quickly to the change, sometimes the fox even doubted he was struggling with anything, fixing the tornado after the explosion was the first evidence (when Sonic haven't tried to check on the plane in ages since he kind of handed it to Tails), the second one was how natural it seemed for him to go inside his databases to look for info about what was going on... And many other more.
Then one day, Tails wakes up for a snack in the middle or the night (curses new fast metabolism) and sees Sonic checking on one of the few little pieces they found of the incident, it's then when he sees how the hedgehog takes off with rage the lens (actually they used to be the fox ones, they are quite small for him so they leave a mark over his quills and fur face every time he uses them) and buries his face in his hands frustrated.
Tails suddenly recognizes the situation, the feeling that you should know something but you don't.
The kit gives a look at his feet, Sonic usually ran away from those kind of feelings and kept looking for an answer nonstop... But now that's not an option anymore.
How much has the hedgehog been going through?
Then the fox notice some situations he didn't before. How his older brother has been inside the workshop more and more (in a way bc they both agreed that it could be a source of fear for others to discover Sonic, the hero, lost his powers in the middle of the situation, yeah I'm looking at you Archie Sonic and the latest were hog arc!) and also how tired he seemed to be every day.
Yeah, Tails was a walking wreaking ball with his new powers, but now that he thought about it, could it be that his trait was affecting the hedgehog easy sleeping nature? Tails used to go overboard with his thoughts sometimes but he learned to control it with time... But Sonic didn't.
The worst thing he discovered was, while seeing the hedgehog falling sleep over his computer, that while his brother was there to patch him up in every accident, he didn't told him or let him help with the weight of losing the peace he was used to have.
It suddenly brought back some memories from when they were little (well... maybe just younger).
And, while the little fox barely managed to go get his brother a blanket without making a fuss, he couldn't avoid to keep asking himself what could he do about it.
If he was his former self... Could he have gotten a plan by then?

It's not only her first theatrically released movie as a lead but it's also a movie that's not from an IP, it's the first screenplay for its writer, her costars are indie boys and not the prettiest guys, it's not a popular genre like sci-fi/fantasy/comedy/rom-com/thriller/horror, plus tennis is not a very popular sport for movies. She didn't pick an easy vehicle to promote. Some of us gain weight when we are highly stressed, other lose weight. We saw her during the Monaco game eating pizza and ice cream, so it's not that she's not eating, it's just that stress hormones are melting her fat. But she has people around her that care about her and I'm sure are advising her. I know I tend to lose weight when I'm really stressed or anxious about smthg.... just due to not really having an appetite, and I'm sure my adrenalin is causing me to lose weight by speeding up my metabolism. It's happened to me before. 🤷🏾‍♀️ It's not that I wasn't eating, but that I wasn't eating as much as I usually would.... and losing 10-13 lbs on my already small frame was pretty drastic lol 😆
Let's just worry about people that don't have a support system to help them out

In 1 month I will be starting a part time job (i go to uni) and will be able to afford a gym membership. Until then I’m trying to figure out my diet.
I’ve researched food, that boost your metabolism.
Food that boosts your metabolism
1. All kinds of vegetables !!
- cucumber is a superfood: your body burns more calories digesting it than the cucumber has.
- tomato: is yummy and you can make all kinds of salats or sauces with fresh tomatoes.
- corn: yummy fills you up for a while quite well. It has a small amout of calories but a big amount of protein and fiber (both boost your metabolism)
- carrots: contain pectin, which boost fat oxidation. also keeps you full with a small amount of calories.
- chickpeas, also a super food: small amount of calories, a lot of fiber and vitamins
2. Food that contains a lot of protein
protein keeps you full for a longer amount of time.
cottage cheese, a SUPERFOOD: so yum, so little calories, so much protein, so little fat.
fish (tuna/salmon/trout): a lot of protein and healthy fats that actually boost fat oxidation.
greek yogurt: yummy (try it with honey) and a lot of protein (+you can add yogurt to so many meals and it makes a great sauce)
3. all kinds of fruit.
banana: contains fibers that keep you feeling full for a long time. contributes well to losing weight.
apple: contains pectin. keeps your blood sugar in tact, keeping you from binging on sweets.
grapes: yum. and like a lot of other fruits fat free!
avocado: contains more calories than most fruit, but also healthy fats that speed up fat oxidation in your body.

My true is I HATE GREEN TEA, but is like an appetite suppressant and speeds up my metabolism so It's enough to know it's good for me, no matter the taste if it makes me smaller. I had the happiest face when I'm coming back home

i feel like im disintegrating and i LOVE IT. this whole week i’ve dedicated to fixing my metabolism. last time ive checked my weight i only gained 2 pounds (most likely water weight). i think ive really made some progress! i honestly look and feel thinner than last week, which is crazy bc ive been eating three meals a day. my goal was to trick my body out of starvation mode so my metabolism speeds up and when i go back to ⭐️ving ill lose more weight and it will happen quicker. i highly highly recommend doing at least one or two metab days a week. i plan on going back to ⭐️ving tomorrow or the next. i somehow dont feel as guilty for eating as i expected to. stay safe yall🩷

just saying if you can’t l0se we!ght and you’re complaining it’s just because you’re either not disciplined enough or don’t have enough self control. (unless your life circumstances literally don’t allow it) i’m l0sing about 1!b per day (give or take depending on water intake) due to pretty 8 much factors. SORRY I TALK SO MUCH 😦
1. keep your e@ting window as small as possible aka eat to live don’t live to eat (the r3xie motto 🤪). i’m f@sting minimum 16:8 and i try to extend that. but major thing is don’t beat yourself up if you can’t make it 16hrs and be happy the days you can make it longer!! esp if your just starting out.
2. stay low c@l. i’m trying my best to stay under 500 c@l/day. and consume that how it works for you. if five 100 c@l snacks over 8 hrs work best some days that’s ok. if OMAD works best, great! my mom is a dietitian and i promise, eating a little of each food group (dairy, carb ik scary, protein, veg & fruit) will help your metab which in the long run will help you l0se more weight.
3. don’t do long term fasts. i’d say up to a week with liquids is okay. but long term fasts can lower your metabolism, deplete electrolytes, and sodium, which long term is going to bloat you, keep weight on, and overall make you feel like shit (which could lead to hospitalization)
4. don’t eat refined sugar or refined foods. do literally AS MUCH AS YOU CAN to eat sugar free and whole foods. i have a major sweet tooth so i turn to sugar free jello/pudding, sf caramels, halo top ice cream if i REALLY need it. otherwise i do sweet fruit and veggie based substitutions for carbs. i use cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, or there’s these great hearts of palm noodles.
5. eat tons of fiber!! i add unflavored benefiber to a lot of my drinks (the flavored ones have added sugar). i honestly could promise you that fiber will help with shedding !bs.
6. drink as much water as you possibly can. yes you can become over-hydrated so add electrolytes or legit just a lil salt to your water here n there. but your body is going to retain water (!bs), and bloat if you are dehydrated.
7. stay distracted! discipline and hunger may hurt now, regret and guilt are going to hurt 50x worse later. get some motivational phrases, tactics, distractions, that work for you and RELY ON THEM. water, i use mio in mine when i’m desperate, gum, diet soda, bubbly water, reading, tv, ANYTHING. i have other reblogs with some good motivational tactics. i also look at th!nspø as well as pics of my own body multiple times per day to keep me on track.
8. exercise if you are mentally & physically able to. i have some other limiting factors which make me unable to go to the gym or get as many steps in as id like. an avg day is 2k-5k steps for me rotting on the couch. i PROMISE like 100% money back guarantee (ik you’re not paying me but istg if there was a r3xie program 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE) your diet is 1,000,000 more important than any exercise you’re going to get in. exercise will help with toning so i try to get some laying ones done on the couch but dude you burn calories just existing. so if you eat lower than that which is 1k-2k (you can look it up it’s your TDEE) you will lose weight. give it time.
essentially there’s many different tactics, routes, strategies whateva to l0sing weïght. do what works best for you and give it time. you will not lose 30!bs overnight. just make sure to take your supplement and stay safe <3 I’m currently taking one called “obvi. BURN” it has collagen in it + a bunch of stuff that’s speeds up metab. idk if it’s actually doing anything for my metab but the collagen is amazing.
***special mention: incorporate foods/drinks that speed up your metab. coffee, green tea, spicy foods (pepper, cayenne pepper), cinnamon, B12 there’s sooo many***
