Low-key forgot to update y’all on my fast but anywayyyyyyy…I took today to try and up my metabolism since I was with my boyfriend all day today! Yes on Vacation to for my birthday ….any tips? Its always been super slow due to my genetics. Since my birthday is the 14th ill be only eating what I at most what I burn today, and the 13th. and the 14th ill be fasting until my party hopefully. Either way I have to take it easy the next few days because the brain fog has been getting bad. I also thought that instead of looking at the number since I do weighted cardio I’m gonna invest in a measuring tape and measure my waist, bust, etc. Ive noticed my waist looks smaller, my face is less round, and my fingers less swollen but I’ve only lost 2lbs which is most likely water weight. Maybe it’s dumb, just thought about it since I do weights & muscle weighs more. But regardless-! Good news is I’m hoping to start a new job soon so I should be getting some more steps in!

You’re not hungry
You don’t like that certain food
You ate a big breakfast and are still full.
You’re allergic to that food
You ate earlier
You have a sore throat
You’re vegetarian/vegan
You’re saving your hunger for a big family dinner
You have tooth ache
You have stomach cramps
You feel sick
You have a stomach ache
You’ll eat something later
You have a mouth ulcer
You bit your tongue and it hurts too much to eat
You’ll eat when you get home

Hello Again! 🍓
Im 29 hours into my fast and tbh I feel okay besides this stupid headache :(. I will probably continue until tomorrow morning-afternoon. I’ve been super busy between going to dog trainers for Ace, and taking care of other peoples dogs too, as well as deep cleaning houses (side hustle) . So I really haven’t had time to eat. The only problem fasting for more than 32 hours for me is I work so much and i get cold sweats and shaky when I go for too long on work days due to the amount of walking. Hoping to check my weight either tomorrow or Tuesday. Hopefully I lost some weight , time will only tell. 🤞 Already planning to break my fast with this delicious Zuppa Toscana soup my moms making tomorrow. Its supposed to be really good for you and she uses Parsnips instead of Potatoes for health. Ill have to see if I can’t figure out the macros on it by tomorrow.
