Choso and you have a love so deep for each other, that oftentimes, it feels like it was written in a story book. You guys are two halves of the same person, and one without the other was rare- uncommon. What was weird about it, is that you two are polar opposites. He prefers things a certain way, you prefer things another. Although there have been bumps in the relationship due to the differences you two face, nether of you could think of a life without the other in it. You guys were fated, that's the way things were, and will continue to be.
Choso is undeniably crazy about you. Everything you do, anything you say is perfect to him. Your mind, body, and soul were devastatingly beautiful. He would do anything you asked him to do without second thought, he even does things you don't ask him to. The first moment he laid eyes on you in his tattoo shop, he couldn't get you out of his head. He was even worked up the entire time he was tattooing you too, wandering eyes that trailed a little too far down your body for his own good. What made the experience even better was how talkative you were with him, how warm and comfortable you made the atmosphere of his tattoo studio feel. The two of you talked for hours about the most random things- he got to know you a little.
After that tattoo appointment, he wanted to know more about you. He wanted to know everything, he wanted everything. You were just so beautiful, he couldn't help himself.
and you felt the exact same way. Your eyes fixated on the tattoos that littered his arms and neck. The way his lip piercings complimented his face perfectly. His deep, raspy voice making you feel things you shouldn't about a stranger. And especially the way his fingers moved on your skin as he marks you with his art. You couldnt help yourself. Six months later, you came in for a touch up on your beautiful tattoo and things blossomed from there.
Now here you were, three blissful years later in your shared apartment. Choso was at the studio as you lay in your bed, scrolling on your phone looking through your social media. A beautiful, blonde haired, skinny girl popped up and suddenly, the salt and vinegar chips you were eating felt like glass. The girl was beautiful, you just wish you looked like her.
Getting up off the bed, you walked into the kitchen and put your chips away, grabbing a glass of water instead to wash down the glass. After finishing, you set the now empty glass on the counter and run your fingers through your hair with a sigh.
You walked into the living room, stopping in the middle of it, looking at the weights and yoga mat in the corner of the apartment.
"I really need to lose weight" you sigh again. No matter what you do, no matter what gym you go to, no matter what you eat, and no matter what workouts you try to do, you just can't seem to lose the pudge on your tummy or any weight on your thighs. Having choso help you target different areas on your body while working out has made you feel a little better- like you were trying- and you appreciate him for being so supportive, but alas, here you were.
You roll your eyes and walk into your shared bedroom. You look around the room in search of any entertainment. After a minute, your eyes fixate on the new bags of clothes that sit on your vanity. They were so cute, Choso helped you pick them. Frilly skirts, cute crop tops, a couple dresses, short skirts, and so much more. You smile and walk over to the bags, beginning to go through them.
You pull out a baby pink, spaghetti strapped top that has the cutest design ever. You're about to try it on before your insecurities cloud your mind once more.

You inhale deeply and clench your jaw, setting the article of clothing back in its bag before pulling out another. A white, short lace ruffle skirt. you remember choso picking it out for you.
"This would compliment your legs so well baby, put it in the pile, I'll buy it"
You smile at the recent memory, you go to slide your underwear down your legs, as you're only wearing one of choso's baggy shirts and panties, but before you can do that, another insecurity pops up, making you huff in frustration.

You groan and throw the skirt back to the vanity and sit down on the edge of the bed. your thoughts now running wild. You promised yourself you wouldn't do this anymore, yet here you were, walking over to the mirror on your sliding closet doors and lifting up the shirt, observing your body. Your eyes pick apart every. single. fragment of your figure, and your mind degrades them.
My thighs are too big, my stretch marks are so deep, my stomach is too flabby, my arms are too fat
You pick yourself apart while looking in the mirror. just as you're about to degrade yourself again, you let choso's shirt go and it dangles down past your mid thigh.
You walk over to the bed and sit on the edge, your head in your hands as your eyes start to sting and you chew on the skin of your bottom lip until it bleeds.

Choso bubbles in excitement when he approaches the front door, excited to finally be home with his love. He's so happy to spend the rest of the day with you he impatiently opens the door and closes it behind him.
"Y/n, babydoll i'm home!" his voice echos off the walls of the apartment before its silent once more. Silent apart from the little sniffles coming from your bedroom. His smiling face falters at the sound, setting his phone, wallet, and keys down on the couch before pushing the door to the room open.
He sees you, sitting in the middle of the bed with your knees in your face and your hair a mess. His heart breaks a little at the sight. You hear the door open and instantly look up with tears running down your plump cheeks and a pout on your lips. Choso's emotions match yours, but his are a little more angry.
Its not anger directed at you, he could never be angry with his little princess, he's angry with whatever has upset you, and he's going to find the root of whatever it is, and terminate that. Even if it's a person, he doesn't give a fuck.
You instantly wipe your tears and give him a fake smile, trying to pretend you were okay. He frowns at you and walks over to the bed in front of you.
"I didn't hear you come in, how was your day cho?" you smile at him again. He can tell it's fake because your eyes scrunch up whenever your smile is genuine. He crosses his toned arms over his broad chest and looks down at you. Your smile falters just a hair as you stare back at him.
"mine was fine, how was yours." He says, his voice full of questions.
"mine was okay, I took a nap earlier" you replied, not looking away from him. He raises an eyebrow at your clear lie and tilts his head to the side.
"enough. what's wrong y/n." he demands an answer. your eyes widen as you take a sharp inhale and look around the room, anywhere but choso. you sit criss cross in the middle of the bed and your arms move slowly to hug yourself, your eyes stinging again. Choso looks around the room to find anything that could have upset you, and his eyes land on the bags of clothes that were obviously rummaged through and he puts two and two together, his attitude changing instantly as he turns to face you.
"oh honey" is all he says and your crying all over again. you bring your hands to your face and cover your eyes, crying into your palms as your loving boyfriend shuffles onto the bed to sit behind you, wrapping you in his arms and bringing you closer. You shuffle away from him uncomfortably as his arms are wrapped around your tummy.
Choso sighs at your actions and forces you to sit on his lap, your back flush against his chest. he brings his head to rest on your shoulders and gives you feather light kisses on your neck and cheeks. You guys sit like that for a while, you crying as he holds you through your breakdown.
"I just- feel like- im too heavy for you- im so big-" you hiccup out a sob before continuing
"im so ugly- my body is ugly and- and my stretch marks are so unflat- unflattering-" another hiccuped sob escapes your throat
"you're so- handsome and so strong- there are so many- other girls- skinnier and prettier girls- you could be with anybody you want and- and you chose me" you're cries got quieter as you bring your soaked hands away from your face, rubbing on choso's shirt your wearing.
Choso shakes his head in disbelief and forces your body to face him. He moves a strand of hair out of your face and cups your cheek, forcing your face to his, but your eyes avoid contact with his.
"look at me baby" his words soft and gentle. You shake your head and close your eyes, disobeying him.
"I said look at me, y/n." Choso's stern voice came back. He only does that whenever he absolutely needs you to listen to him, or when you're having sex. Right now, he needs you to hear his words. Your eyes fly open at his tone of voice, knowing he's serious. you look into his eyes that are filled with unlimited amounts of love, you could get lost in them.
"you listen to me baby, understand?" his stern voice never faltering and it makes a chill run down your spine as you nod your head. He smiles at you softly and looks at the entirety of your face.
"good girl" his tone softens and it makes you feel more at ease. he looks deeply into your eyes as he continues.
"you are so unbelievably beautiful, you just don't see yourself that way. everything about you is perfect. your face," he kisses your cheeks and eyelids, making a small giggle bubble up out of your throat and it makes choso smile hearing your soft laugh.
"your mind" he kisses your forehead.
"and even your body." he looks you up and down, drinking in the sight of you in his shirt. You shift uncomfortably under his gaze and he takes notice of your action, trailing his hands up your thighs and around your waist, and to your surprise, you let him do so. He lifts you up and forces you to sit on his lap facing him.
"you are so perfect, I wish I could give you my eyes so you could see just how perfect you truly are" his breath fans your face as you look up to the freakishly big man, your hands dangle at your sides. he cups your cheeks with both of his hands, caressing the warm skin with his thumbs.
"you are not, and you never will be too big for me. I don't care what size you are, big or small, you will always be my babydoll." he kisses your forehead, your nose, and then your lips before pulling away from you.
"I don't want any of those other girls, you are the only one for me, and you're the only girl I need. you are so much more than them, everything about you is. I love you for you, your body is just a plus, and I love it." you smile at him softly, dragging your hands up and down his strong arms, feeling his muscles under your fingertips. you stare into his loving eyes, but they falter once more when a thought comes into your mind. Choso moves one of his hands down to cup the back of your neck, rubbing it, and the other settles itself on your thigh, caressing the tender skin.
"cho,, i dont.. i dont deserve you.." choso shakes his head, moving his arms down to push you further into his body, your chest almost flushed against his.
"you, my precious girl, are perfect for me. I don't want it any other way." you sniffle at his words, wrapping your arms around his neck and burry your face into his chest, getting as close to him as possible. choso wraps his arms around your frame, one hand cupping the back of your head and stroking your hair, the other rubbing small circles on your back.
"shh, its okay baby, you're okay. my pretty girl, my beautiful love, my sweet baby" his words of reassurance bring you comfort, calming you down. he brings his head to the crook of your neck, littering your skin in soft kisses. your hold on him falters as you pull away, he repeats your actions and leans back ever so slightly to look at you.
"I love you." his breath fans your face, you look into him, stare into him really. your face turns the slightest shade of pink at his words.
"im serious, y/n. I love you, with my entire existence I love you." he cups your head once more, and you can't help it. you lean in just a hair and kiss him, deeply. you kiss him so intentently, trying to show him how much you love him. he hums into your mouth, moving his hands down to your waist, and for the first time in what seems like months, you don't flinch away from his touch, nor do you feel like you're too much. his huge hands swallow your figure. no matter how big you think you are, he will always be able to make you feel so small and loved. he adjusts you even closer onto him, your bodies now pressed against one another.
his hands wonder your body, rubbing your back, waist, and thighs. he loves touching you, its his favorite thing to do. he wants to explore every crevice of your body as if its his first time. you always make him feel like he's floating on a cloud, a drunk, happy cloud. your arms around his neck push him closer into you, arching your back as if that would help you dissolve into his body in order to become one person, your tongue licks the bottom of his lip and he opens his mouth, teeth and tounges colliding in a sloppy kiss. choso pulls his head away a couple centimeters from yours and looks at you. he observes your pink cheeks and full lips, biting the inside of his cheek before he speaks.
"let me show you how much I love you y/n, let me show you how beautiful you are" he leans his forehead on yours in the middle of his plea, closing his eyes as he breathes in, slowly losing his restraint. you're already driving him crazy and all the two of you did was kiss.
"will you let me show you how crazy you make me?" you nod your head and within a fraction of a second, choso is pressing your body against his as he flips you over onto your back, hovering over you. one of his hands caressing your thighs as you pull him into kiss you, paying no mind the cold jewelry pierced into his lip. the other holds himself up above your frame, resting above your head. this kiss is far more passionate, your hands tangle in his dark hair as he spreads your legs with his hand, grinding his clothed dick against your needy center. you whine into his mouth at the contact and he takes the opportunity to sneakily push his tongue into your mouth, exploring.
his grinding is slow and sensual, making you needy and wet. he bites your bottom lip softly before detaching himself, hovering over to look at you. he stands up off the bed and takes his shirt off, throwing it on your vanity. his black shirt oddly complimenting your pink skin care and eyeshadow pallets. he grabs your ankles and pulls you to the edge of the bed so your legs dangle off the sides. you squeal at his actions followed by a giggle. he smiles down at you as the sound of your laughter bubble out of your throat, echoing inside the chambers of his skill.
his tattoo's are on full display, and your mouth waters. he's so attractive, especially with the way he looks at you. sinful, yet so loving. he's admiring you as if you were his most prized possession, and to him you were. his hands find their way to the hem of his shirt you're wearing, and he slowly starts undressing you.
"I love it when you wear my clothes, but I love taking them off of you even more." he says looking directly into your eyes, his hands brush your sides so lightly, it makes you shriek, laughing as he pauses in confusion.
"that tickled !" if smiles could kill, he'd be a dead man. you look so precious when you're bubbly and happy. he wants nothing more than to make you smile like that every second of every day for the rest of his life. and he plans to.
Choso doesn't move, he just stares at you. a smile plastered on his lips matching yours. he looks all up and down your body, admiring all your curves. the tiger stripe-like stretch marks make his mouth water. the pudge of your tummy perfect in his eyes- but he wouldn't mention it to you because he knows how much you dislike that part of you- even though he finds it sexy. the way there is so much more of you to love.
"I love you"
this time, you can feel just how deep those words are, a pout on your lips and you feel like crying all over again. not because of your insecurities, those are pushed to the back of your mind. but because the man before you single handedly just made you feel so loved and complete in a way you've never felt before.
"I love you"
he takes in a couple more seconds of your innocent, loving look before he shakes his head with a low chuckle, continuing to lift the shirt off of you completely, throwing it in the same direction he did his own shirt.
now, you sit on the bed completely naked apart from the lacy purple panties, causing choso to suck in a breath at the sight.
his favorite color
He smiles to himself, walking up to you, standing in in-between your legs.
He looks down at you, grabbing your jaw in his hands and making you look up at him. he tounges one of his lip piercings before speaking
"you're so unbelievably gorgeous, baby. such pretty girl." he leans down, his grip on your face held in place as he whispers

for losing as much as possible in a short amount of time (cuz we are all desperate), from me - a biotechnologist, who relapsed (the demons never leave)
the tips i am about to share with all my girliepops are all based on science and work; if you have any other tips, feel free to share in the comments, so we can have all the tips in one place!
• eat your meals from smaller sized plates, to trick your brain you are eating more
• cut up your food into small pieces
• chew every bite at least 10-15 times, until it is a purée consistency; this way you will be eating slower and give your brain more time to realise you are full
• sip water with a lemon slice between your bites
• focus on eating vegetables and protein, limit carbs
• drink a lot of water, and I mean a lot
• add lemon slices to your water to make it have some flavour; also the lemon juice in water before your meals will help reduce the glucose spike => less insulin released from liver => less absorbed glucose from carbs/sugars/starches => less fat on your body
• move for 10 mins right after eating - walk, do calf raises, some light movement so all the glucose can be used before getting stored as fat on your body
• drink tea - green tea, detox tea, whatever tea, without a sweetener
• do not drink diet sodas/colas - or any kind of liquid that is not water/tea - these are useless calories, why would you do that to yourselves?! even if it says 0 cals - this s#it is so bad for you, and the carbonation makes you feel bloated like a god damn whale! ditch the diet sodas girliepops
• implement some kind of movement every day - walking, pilates, yoga, dance workouts, resistance bands workouts or stretching
• do not weigh yourself everyday - due to hormones our weigh fluctuates every day and this will just make you feel bad if you lose and gain 1-2 legs everyday depending on your menstrual cycle, water weight and so on.. weigh yourself every 2 weeks.
• do not drink fruit juice - this is such a scam; hear me out: how many oranges does it take to make 1 glass of orange juice? around 3. can you eat three whole oranges in one sitting? i bet no. then why would you drink 3 oranges? when you make fruit juice, all the fibre and the pulp is removed, leaving you with just the juice with all the sugar in it (in the form of glucose and fructose) so you are basically drinking pure sugar, which turns into fat… just eat your damned fruit, instead of drinking a bunch of empty calories
• take red cranberry supplements - they are usually taken for UTIs, but the red cranberry has diuretic effect, and will make you pee your water weight out; please do not take more than 2 pills and remember to drink plenty of water so you don’t damage your kidneys!!!!
• take probiotics - this will ensure your gut health stays good while restricting foods, so you don’t end up constipated and bloated
• i personally do not eat dairy products (i am lactose intolerant) - they are full of hormones from the cows, give you acne and inflammation, and the protein in it is not worth it considering the amount of fat these products have; skip the dairy if you can
• if you drink a lot of coffee, remember to drink plenty of water! coffee has a diuretic effect and if you are not drinking more water, it will make you retain whatever water is in your body, leading to water weight gain
• if you end up binging, do so mindfully - do not give in to all the food, just have a piece of chocolate, not the whole chocolate bar; have a piece of cake, not the whole cake; then get back on track and try to exercise as much as possible to burn the excess calories
• i think this is obvious but let me say it just in case - in order to lose weight, you have to be on a calorie deficit - meaning you burn/use more calories than you consume; but!! here is the trick - you have to maintain low calorie diet, do not ⭐️ve for more than 2 days, as this will f#ck up your metabolism - your body goes into fight or flight response, meaning everything you eat after f4sting will remain on your body as a reserve of food, in case you end up ⭐️ving again; so have your veggies and protein (chicken breasts, white fish)
• keep yourself busy so you don’t think about f0od - study, work, read books, journal, whatever it is, your day has to be full of activities do you can forget to e4t
• reject offered food - say you already ate / yr not hungry / you are allergic to some ingredient / you have a bad migraine and this will make it worse / or take the food and say you will have it later and just give it to someone else (pls don’t throw in trash, do not waste food)
• when eating with family / boyfriend - place food in a smaller plate, cut up food into very small pieces and eat very slowly and chew every bite for a long time, sip water between every few bites, then say you are full and cannot eat anymore / that you ate a bit earlier and yr full
• when eating, eat your veggies first, then your protein and eat the smallest amount of carbs - always leave leftover carbs in your plate
• do not eat any snacks - no cereal bars, no cereal, no chips, no crisps, no crackers, no salty sticks, just do not eat snacks!
• if you feel like eating - drink water first, then have veggies (cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, radishes, etc) or fruit (apples, citrus, any kind of berries)
• if you are having breakfast - always eat a savoury breakfast - eggs, avocado, veggies etc; never eat a sweet breakfast - cereal, croissants, pancakes, etc, this will spike up your glucose levels and all that sugar will turn into fat; a sweet breakfast will make you feel tired and exhausted all day, leading you to eat more
• wear a waist trainer - do so for no more than 8hrs a day; this will also help you have smaller portions of food, as it won’t allow your stomach to expand
• do not purge - this is very bad for your teeth and overall health; the stomach acid is very strong and every time you purge, your teeth are getting damaged; just don’t overeat in the first place and have self control!

Singer/song writer. Y’all ever listened to the Mountain Goats??? That’s their shit. Slow moving acoustic guitar, songs about the most disturbing and distressing emotions humans are capable of surviving recorded on cassette. Milo
He needs reading glasses but refuses to wear them. He tried contacts but he can’t stand to put anything in his eye. So he just squints and struggles through. His phone’s text is blown up like a grandpa’s. David is so bothered that Milo won’t just… get glasses. He keeps passive aggressively offering to add Milo to their vision insurance plan.
Christian
He had a little crush on Asher in middle school that translated to teasing the shit out of him. Which, Asher being Asher, put him off and hurt his feelings. He’s well moved on but sometimes, when the sun catches Ash just right or he smiles that stupid, toothy smile, Christian mourns his own stupidity.
Arden
Desperately protective of Christian, especially after the Inversion. The first time Ash makes a light-hearted joke about Christian’s limp, Arden put his ass on the ground, despite Christian laughing at it.
Gabe
He drove a white Chevy Cameo with a red interior for most of his life. It was lovingly maintained, and since it’s such a rare model, he did all of the maintenance himself. After the crash, the truck was totaled. David still spent a few years trying to put it back together. He called it quits when he was working on the interior and found dried blood under the leather of the seats.
Angel
They have a small stuffed lamb that they’ve had since they were a baby. It’s beaten up, falling apart, and no longer the stark white it started out as. Lambie is kept in their bottom bedside drawer. They only pull him out when they can’t sleep. They were worried David would think it was weird, but he actually finds this more endearing than he can put into words.

They desperately want to move into a house so that they can set up scary decorations and shit in their yard and hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. Avid lover of the Spirit Halloween animatronics. They go to Halloween Horror Nights every year.
Camelopardalis
He’s trained himself to use the human terms for things (ex: terra or earth instead of elegy) since some in the Department don’t like it when daemons use their terms. It means that he gets weird looks from other daemons when he talks to them. It’s an alienating feeling for sure.
Vega
He’s never tried human food. He never saw the appeal. What he doesn’t know is that he would absolutely Love dark chocolate if he tried it. He likely will never know.
Warden
Avid reader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle comics. Just the comics, though. They don’t have an apartment in Elegy, but they do have a small storage unit where they keep their comics. They coalesced a few years before the comics starting their run, and for some reason, they just fell in love. Vega thinks this is silly and that they should be embarrassed, but they refuse to be.
Hush

Their sight is more potent and more clear than Morgan’s. They can give stark details, see full landscapes, and turn 360 deg in their vision and see the whole space. They also can hear what’s happening consistently, something that goes in and out for Morgan. He figures that they’re just more powerful than he is, something that makes them just the slightest bit uncomfortable.
Damien
Gets incredibly stressed on election days, whether for local, state, or national elections. He forces everyone he knows to vote, volunteers to shuttle people without cars, and has at times volunteered to be a poll worker. But elections make him anxious. He cares so much about the results. Huxley has recently instated a post 9pm ban on watching the news on election nights so that Dames will actually sleep and not stay up all night stressing.
Huxley
Does not eat beef. Not for religious reasons, but because of the impact of beef consumption on the environment. He’s about one step away from a full vegetarian, he just likes chicken and is concerned for his protein and vitamin intake. This is difficult for Damien, who loves nothing quite so much as a rare steak.
Lasko
He was forced to take piano lessons as a child. He hated it, but took them up to the point he left home. He’s still very good, and did get peer pressured into showing off at a random guitar center once while out with the D.A.M.N. crew. He nearly died of embarrassment.
Gavin
He has a collection of very pretty rosaries that he uses as jewelry. He is not religious, and if asked, cannot describe what a Catholic is to you. He likes to wear them around his neck, dipping over his body since his shirts always cut down to his navel. It makes people gasp and blush, which is his favorite effect to have on somebody. His fav one has beads made of mother of pearl and a little, golden crucifix on the end.
Freelancer
They love cheap Chinese buffets. They claim that, the lower the health rating, the better the taste. Their desire for krab rangoons is strong enough to pull them from the comfort of their home at 2 in the morning if the fancy strikes. Damien in particular is horrified by this, and keeps offering to cook them some actual Chinese food.
Dear (Lasko’s listener)
An all star volleyball player in high school and college. They were a setter, and took their team to nationals all four years of high school. They are on the starting line up all through college. When it gets brought up in their trip that Damien plays casually, they said they did too. And then absolutely creamed him.

Normally they're tough for me to convince myself to do them. I had to hype myself up first to get it done, but I did it because I want to see results. I'm trying to not solely let the semaglutide do the work. I want to get muscle tone, lose weight, slim down faster, and I want to reduce my chances of loose skin.
I did a boxing workout today from Laila Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard.

The gym has been closed and classes have been canceled the last few days because of the snow. We finally had a snow come through it looks like, which took way longer than it should have. I'm hoping the gym will be open for classes tomorrow because I generally look forward to yoga. 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🕉
I had to move my in person doctor's appointment for GLP-1 to the 21st because of a meeting that I have that I need to attend at the time my appointment was originally scheduled. I'm glad I ordered the semaglutide online with the online doctor because I would have had to wait even longer. Once I get the tests done at the doctor's, I'm hoping my bloodwork qualifies me for a GLP-1 to be covered under my insurance. Here's hoping.
The semaglutide has given me a lot of hope. I've started tracking my calories and what I'm eating as of yesterday. Yesterday's entries were mostly guesses and I tried being better about my entries today so I hope they're more accurate. I feel like I can see a healthier, slimmer me inside and it's just waiting to get carved out. I haven't felt this much hope about weight loss in a long time. I'm hoping for the best and that the semaglutide really works. I'm trying to boost the results as much as I can reasonably handle.
I feel like I've been more mindful of my eating. I am trying to eat slower and savor my food and pay attention to the flavor and how things taste instead of just wolfing down food. I'm hoping that things work out. I'm really hopeful and I don't want to be disappointed. I'm setting my sights high along with my goals. I'm hoping I can try and lose about a lb a week if I'm lucky. We will see if that actually happens, but I'm trying to be positive and work with the medication instead of expecting it to do all of the work for me. Again, here's hoping. I just want to see the results and safely lose weight.
I took some measurements of my bust, hips and waist. I saw the old numbers in the Lose It app from a few years ago and it wasn't fun seeing how many inches I gained. But I have been weirdly more at peace about my body being at the size it is and I think it's because the semaglutide is making it feel like change is possible.
My current measurements are:
51" bust
47.5 waist
60" hips (at the absolute widest part including my butt)
I weighed in at 306.4 lbs today which is nice because I weighed in at 308.5 on Sunday. I know fluctuation is normal but seeing the number go down this week already feels good. I just hope it continues to go down for the most part.
I'm not doing additional measurements of other parts of my body at least not today because the amount of measuring for all body parts drives me batty. It makes me feel like I'm obsessing way too much so I feel like I'm just going to focus on the measurements that determine my dress size.
This is the most recent full size picture of me, I'm going to see me shrink this year. I just know it. I can feel it. 🙂 Don't mind the birthday hat. It was to celebrate seeing the Muppets. My sister got Elmo hats at Party City and we wore them for the exhibition.

All in all, I feel hopeful, and a bit rambly tbh with this post, but good change is on the way and I choose to stay positive as much as I can for now. I know I won't feel positive everyday, but at least I do today.

i understand...i can try to offer suggestions, but i don't know if they're good, this is just how i've been operating ;
Basically just, take care of yourself, in any small way u can, not in a hedonistic way to achieve ignorance of the world suffering, but on the basis that we are all connected & any healing thought or action you take impacts the collective, so if you can consciously try to encompass a compassionate attitude towards yourself & others in your immediate vicinity, it has a butterfly effect that radiates outwards..,
& it's important not to weigh yourself down with guilt that you can't save everyone, because no one can, despite that we desperately want to. For me, i just try to do my best each day to put something back out into the world that is "positive", be it prayers or posts or whatever, internal or external. i am trying to create balance. neutralize the hell parts of the world, and not just in a metaphysical way but taking material steps too like donating whatever i can afford, teaching myself more about the wars happening, talking to people, being ever-presently aware of the wars & willfully deciding to use my energy in that direction, materially, not disconnecting from it,
And yet at the same time i am like, purposefully not overly present online. really not scrolling much, there's certain aspects of technology i find it crucial to not be too sucked into , not just rn but always. once again its a constant balancing act.. Online is really useful when u use it intentionally , and spend a good deal of time doing other stuff, like sitting outside and staring very closely at leaves or ants. If you're taking in a lot online u have to have outlets to transmute it or it all just sits in you.
the wars make me feel like, it is my duty to retain a grateful attitude towards my own existence, and live purposefully, as a way of honoring those who are no longer able to be here.
Like every peaceful silent moment i experience, i can see how blessed it truly is. And i know this feeling if left untended can turn into guilt really easily, in which case you have to carefully guide yourself through that maze like you would a child.. remind yourself of the fallen ones, remind yourself that you're carrying on for them, maybe even invite them down to stare at leaves with you. keep them in your heart. we have to take care of ourselves right now because our generation is aging, in the future we will wield the political power, and we must not let this time period be forgotten or distorted or repeated.
So really yeah just take care of yourself, for the future! let emotions flow through you without judgement, allow yourself to enjoy simple pleasures, try to cheer yourself on. The world needs there to be a You, and it's important not to lose sight of that amongst the feelings of helplessness, U are important. Be in nature a lot, read, drink tea, yoga if you're into it, walking, being around animals, that's what makes me feel calm collected & grateful lately. Pray as much as you can.
Sometimes none of this will help and you still can't stop feeling the despair, which is OK too, like i said, dont judge it, U might have to sit in the void with it. Just be kind to it. that despair is not the essence of who you are. it wants resolution too. i hope this made sense and comes across with the sensitivity i am intending. Dieting and Working Out As A Trans Individual~
—BEFORE— I begin I want to say that this post is for those who are considering it/don't know where to start. For those who may need weight loss for a surgery (some surgeons suggest it) and health reasons. For those who are thinking about trying it out. For the many many reasons someone may want to~
This is not me giving medical advice—This is all based on my personal journey/experience and to help give ideas on things. Please consult with a doctor about a huge amount of weight loss/your diet.
Where to start—
Do not start with goals immediately. Start with writing down reasonable ideas on what type of weight loss you want to achieve. If you want fast weight loss and to lose a huge amount a doctor is needed. If you want to find a specific diet such as Keto please inform your doctor and get their suggestions as they know your body's medical history and can alert you to any risks with specific diets. If you want to slowly lose weight and ease into things try to write down a reasonable number you want to lose every week to two weeks. Example: 1 or 2 pounds a week/two weeks. Do you want less fat, more muscle, more defined curves, etc? Write down what can be achievable for you right now in this present moment. Example: I want more muscle and less fat so beginner weight lifting/cardio may be the best bet.
Write down different ideas you may be interested in regarding workouts. Some like sports, some prefer a gym, or maybe you want to workout at home. What types of workouts do you feel your body can handle and benefit from?
Dieting is similar. Write down different diets you know you have an easier time with. Ones that you can work on and do. Do not start off strict immediately.
When you diet slowly cut out/down things. It can be hard to stop certain foods like carbs or sugar cold turkey. Lower the amount or intake you can have over time. You can have something here and there but lower how much of it you eat.
Look into what type of workouts are out there and available for you. I put together a workout playlist with yoga first for stretching, beginner weight lifting second, and cardio third. Altogether its an hour and a half of workout and its beginner friendly and things I am currently physically capable of doing.
Your body will be sore for a while at first so make sure you have access to ibuprofen. That specific drug is also anti-inflammatory.
IF scales trigger you I would suggest finding a way you don't have to weigh yourself often or you don't have to weigh yourself at all. I never do. Scales make my self-esteem plummet. Its okay not to pressure yourself with numbers or weigh yourself every week.
If you don't know how much you want to lose but you still want to lose weight that's okay too! You don't need a goal. You can take it at your own pace and just learn as you go.

I think I’ve got it figured out.
Ok hear me out.
I’m trying something this week.
I have a meal plan from one of my fav models who is skinny and so I’m going to follow it and weigh myself every other day and not track calories,by the end of the week I will see my weight and if I’ve gained obviously not gonna continue but if I lose weight I’m going to do her 30 day meal plan and only weigh 1x a week.
The plan is to get to 120 by the end of this meal plan. And then when I’m skinny ish I will start restricting like crazy again because I’ll have built up the discipline by eating only on the meal plan and exercising. And then over the summer I’ll finally be 105 pounds.
Let’s see how this goes.
Here are the rules:
Only eat what’s on the meal plan
8k steps or more EVERY DAY
Drink 100 oz of water or more a day
Do yoga everyday ( one flexibility class and 1 vinyasa)
Stretch daily
At least 30 min on treadmill every morning when I wake up
Journal every morning to stay committed
Weigh every other day and eventually once a week.
Start reading again and doing hobbies.
Study to distract myself

This last week of my challenge didn't go so well. I had some stomach issues which caused me to weigh more/plateau and it was unmotivating etcetc lots of excuses right
In the end i did lose 2 kg which ig was great given how badly this week went lol
