Infodump time: I hc that monkey demons/celestials are very social beings and tend to be very touchy. They sleep in groups, primarily familiar units, so it’s common to have children sleep with their parents even after they leave early childhood.

Both Wukong and Xiaotian are clingy people, Wukong is just unconsciously more clingy that Xiaotian tho, meanwhile Macaque is just vibing, he definitely reciprocates when the other two initiate but he doesn’t tend to feel a need to be in contact with others, Mac thinks it has to do with how he grew up before he ended up in FFM, Wukong thinks he just needs to feel the joy of cuddling Mac will get it soon (it’s been more than a thousand years someone hold an intervention for Wukong pls)

Even after Mac and Xiaotian move out of the Celestial Realm, any time they visit Wukong they wind up nesting together for the whole time the visit lasts

(don’t think about how Macaque and Xiaotian have each other, while Wukong has nobody, don’t think about it—)

Every night they take their space in the nest, but by the end of the night they’re cuddling close together

when you stepped out of the bathroom in a cute little sundress that hugged your figure just right, you couldn’t resist giving your husband a playful twirl, the skirt swirling around you perfectly. you’d tied your hair with a bow to complete the look, and manjiro just stood there, staring, his jaw slack and drool threatening to escape the corner of his mouth.

you turned back around with a smile, but it quickly morphed into a puzzled expression. “manjiro? honey, you’re drooling.”

but then Jason's just quietly doing his own thing, maybe even helping Alfred with some chores, reading, or just lounging about in the manor. In general, just causing no trouble and Bruce just turns to Alfred, all worried like, "Is he sick? I don't think children are supposed to behave this way."
