Untitled Goose game but your tasks are all from Edgar Allan Poe stories. Brick an oblivious man into a wall. Bury this mutilated corpse in the floorboards. Break into a gala and kill everyone with the plague

I think we don't talk about the Masque of the Red Death enough with Jason. This figure, back from the dead, walking among those who revel in life while innocents die, bringing poetic justice. An equalizer to those who think themselves above the deaths they're responsible for, a grim reminder to those who tried to shut his phantom out of their lives.

Anyway, remember the other day when swimming was canceled because a mysterious and as-always-unspecified contamination issue? Well, turns out:
It was vomit
The vomiter said they'd clean the pool
They have not, two days later
And apparently no one followed up on the status of the pool vomit?
No one knew about this ahead of class
So once again, drove there, found out class was canceled, and turned around
This means, the same vomit canceled both workouts this week
Can not emphasize enough: Two Day Old Vomit
Like, Jesus Christ, we get that no one wants to clean vomit out of the pool, but someone's gotta, you know? Did they think no one would notice? What the actual fuck?
Moving on, though still deeply annoyed and grossed out, to movie time.

Did you know: rich people are terrible. I mean, that's what the story is about, not just generally. We all know that.

Reece reading The Masque of the Red Death by Edgar Allan Poe. This was on the BFI website as part of their Gothic: The Dark Heart of Film season but is no longer accessible. I haven't been able to track this footage down, so if anyone has a copy please drop me a line!
