Since no one else will commit I'll take a stab at who's who.

Private: by personality? Dick's persona matches, sure but Jason as robin fits better.

Rico: Jason would claim he is Rico if the boys ever answered this, but he's wrong. Many would claim Damian is Rico. They would also be wrong. Hear me out... Dick is actually Rico. Don't boo me! They are both, in fact, slightly feral, and too many people forget that.

Kowalski: Tim. I don't need to elaborate.

Skipper: Another one I can see people saying is Dick simply because he's the oldest, and I would totally agree if we're talking about Dick as Teen Titan leader, but by that logic Tim would also be Skipper and that's wrong. Now, am I saying Damian is Skipper when he first joins the batfam? No. But look into the future with me to a Damian that is less insecure about his place in the family, when he isn't lashing out in an attempt to secure his place. I think he has the potential to frow into a great leader.
