Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser Price in Pakistan
Cetaphil Face Wash isn’t just about looking good; it’s important for keeping our skin healthy. When our skin looks good, it’s a sign that it’s taken care of and in good shape. With so many products out there for our skin, it’s not easy to find the right one. But among all those choices, Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser stands out. It’s special because it’s gentle on our skin yet really good at making it better. Let’s dig deep into what makes Cetaphil Face Wash special – what’s in it, why it’s good, and how it helps us get healthy and glowing skin.
Understanding Cetaphil Face Wash
What Sets Cetaphil Face Wash Apart?
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser isn’t just your average cleanser. It’s a dermatologist-recommended solution meticulously designed to cater to diverse skin types. Crafted with a unique formulation, this cleanser achieves the delicate balance of thoroughly cleansing the skin while ensuring that it retains its natural moisture. One of the striking features of Cetaphil Face Wash is its versatility; it comes in various variants, each tailored to specific skin needs. Whether you have sensitive, oily, or dry skin, Cetaphil has a variant to match your requirements.
Unlocking the Ingredient Symphony
At the heart of Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser lies a thoughtfully curated list of ingredients. This minimalist approach is a driving factor behind the product’s wide acclaim. Let’s dissect some of the key players: Water: The bedrock of the Gentle Skin Cleanser, providing the necessary fluidity for the formula’s effectiveness. Cetyl Alcohol: Far from your traditional alcohol, cetyl alcohol is a fatty, non-drying alcohol that lends an emollient touch, keeping your skin pleasantly smooth. Propylene Glycol: A moisture-retaining wizard, propylene glycol works tirelessly to prevent the product from evaporating, thereby maintaining its efficacy over time. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate: This surfactant is responsible for the satisfying lather that sweeps away impurities, leaving your skin refreshed. Stearic Acid: The unsung hero behind that luxuriously creamy texture you experience when applying the face wash.
Benefits of Cetaphil Face Wash
Gentle Cleansing that Speaks Volumes
Cetaphil Face Wash’s hallmark is its gentle yet effective cleansing prowess. It acts as a magnet for impurities, dirt, and even makeup, all the while being considerate of sensitive skin. The result? A thoroughly cleansed face without the uncomfortable aftermath of irritation.
Nurturing the Skin Barrier
One of the secrets to healthy skin lies in maintaining its natural barrier. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser champions this cause by cleansing without resorting to skin-stripping tactics. It gracefully removes the day’s wear and tear while allowing your skin to retain its essential oils and protective layer.
A Hydration Lock that Spells Delight
Unlike aggressive cleansers that leave your skin feeling parched, Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser prioritizes hydration. It ensures that your skin emerges from the cleansing ritual not just clean but also adequately moisturized. This is a crucial step towards avoiding the uncomfortable tightness and flakiness often associated with other products.
Universally Inclusive
Variety isn’t just the spice of life; it’s the essence of effective skincare. Cetaphil’s range of variants caters to all skin types. Whether your skin leans towards the oily, dry, or sensitive end of the spectrum, there’s a Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser variant that understands and addresses your unique needs.
An Endorsement from the Experts
Dermatologists, the gatekeepers of healthy skin, stand behind Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. Its gentle yet impactful formulation has earned the trust of skin experts worldwide. It’s a go-to recommendation for individuals grappling with skin conditions like acne or rosacea, further solidifying its credibility.
Incorporating Cetaphil Face Wash into Your Ritual
Setting the Stage
Your journey with Cetaphil Face Wash begins with a splash of water. Before using the cleanser, dampen your face. This simple step enhances the effectiveness of the product.
The Art of Cleansing
A modest amount of Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is all you need. Gently massage it onto your face using circular motions. Pay extra attention to areas prone to oiliness or makeup residue.
The Finale: Rinsing
After a mindful massage, rinse your face with lukewarm water. Take a moment to ensure that no residue remains, leaving your skin pristine and ready for the next steps in your skincare regimen.
Pros and Cons of using Cetaphil Face Wash:
Pros:
Gentle Cleansing: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is known for its gentle yet effective cleansing action. It removes impurities, dirt, and makeup without causing irritation, making it suitable for sensitive skin. Maintains Skin Barrier: The face wash is formulated to preserve the skin’s natural barrier. It cleanses without stripping away essential oils, keeping the skin’s protective layer intact. Hydration Lock: Unlike harsh cleansers, Cetaphil Face Wash ensures that the skin remains hydrated after cleansing. This is vital for preventing dryness and maintaining a supple complexion. Suitable for All Skin Types: With its diverse range of variants, individuals with various skin types can find a Cetaphil Face Wash that caters to their specific needs. Dermatologist Recommended: Cetaphil Face Wash has earned the trust of dermatologists worldwide due to its effective yet gentle formulation. It is often recommended for individuals dealing with skin conditions like acne or rosacea. Minimalistic Ingredients: The simple and minimalistic ingredient list reduces the risk of skin reactions and allergies. Non-Comedogenic: Cetaphil Face Wash is non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores or contribute to acne breakouts. Available Variants: The availability of different variants allows users to choose the one that best suits their skin type and concerns. Well-Tolerated: It is well-tolerated by most skin types, making it a reliable option for daily use.
Cons:
Fragrance: Some variants of Cetaphil Face Wash may contain fragrances that can be problematic for individuals with sensitive or reactive skin. Limited Exfoliation: While Cetaphil Face Wash cleanses effectively, it may not provide the same level of exfoliation as dedicated exfoliating products. Not Deeply Cleansing: If you regularly wear heavy makeup or have very oily skin, you might find that Cetaphil Face Wash alone doesn’t provide deep enough cleansing. May Not Address Specific Concerns: While it’s a great all-around cleanser, it may not target specific skin concerns like anti-aging or brightening. Availability: Depending on your location, certain variants of Cetaphil Face Wash might be harder to find. Packaging: Some users find the packaging of Cetaphil Face Wash less user-friendly, especially when it comes to dispensing the product. Not Fully Natural: While Cetaphil aims for gentle ingredients, it’s not an entirely natural product, which might be a concern for those preferring natural skincare. May Require Additional Products: Depending on your skincare routine and needs, you might find that you need additional products like moisturizers or serums to complement the cleansing process. Remember that skincare products can have varying effects on different individuals, so it’s a good idea to do a patch test and consult a dermatologist if you have specific skin concerns or conditions before incorporating any new product into your routine.
Conclusion
Cetaphil Face Wash isn’t just a skincare product; it’s a partner on your journey towards vibrant, healthy skin. Its gentle and effective formula, combined with a dedication to preserving your skin’s natural moisture, distinguishes it in the world of skincare. By welcoming Cetaphil Face Wash into your daily routine, you’re embracing a significant stride towards maintaining skin that’s not only radiant but also rejuvenated from within.

Bleach Headcanons: Skincare
Who’s the skincare expert and who uses just soap and water?
Tumblr media
Jushiro Ukitake:
He doesn’t believe in flashy skincare, thinking it needs to be convenient, gentle and affordable. Think of brands like Cerave, Cetaphil, and La Roche Posay. He’ll probably have a trusted cleanser he’s been using for years (centuries?), a reliable serum, maybe retinoid based (gotta use something anti-aging at this stage) and a good, hydrating moisturizer (illness makes his skin dry and he hates looking that way).
Byakuya Kuchiki:
Can and will only buy the best of the best. A skincare snob. Even if there’s an amazing drugstore brand, he refuses to use it. SK II, Tatcha, and La Mer are all you’ll find in his bathroom cabinet. Of course he follows the 7 step Korean skincare routine. Cleanse twice, toner, essence, serum, moisturizer eye cream. Adds a sunscreen if he plans on going out. He will not compromise his routine for anything, so be prepared to wait for him as he goes through this process everyday, twice.
Renji Abarai:
He’ll pretend like he doesn’t do any skincare but he has his little stash of items he uses for self-indulgence. He enjoys wearing face masks (thanks to Rukia), which he applies after using a cleanser that’s trending, like from Tula or Drunk Elephant. The man somehow has balanced skin so he’ll use an everyday moisturizer like the Clinique Moisture Surge.
Kensei Muguruma:
He uses his body wash as face wash, and whatever body moisturizer he has on hand he uses on his face too. What’s the point after all? It’s skin. As long as it’s clean and not cracking, there isn’t a problem.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi:
He creates his own skincare but it’s kind of questionable. He claims his skin can tolerate quite a lot, so his skincare always has heavy amounts of acids in it; glycolic acid, salicylic acid, ascorbic acid. Top this off with a heavy dosage retinol. Does it work? We may never know from all the makeup he uses on his face. At least he removes all of it before sleeping (?).
Kisuke Urahara:
He also makes his own concoctions, but in a much less dramatic way than Mayuri. Grows his own ingredients, like oranges for vitamin C, mint for salicylic acid, and carrots for retinol. Think of his products like a  clean, organic skincare line that he wouldn’t sell to anyone unless he’s happy with it himself. He rarely buys commercially available products but the one thing he will spend his money on is sheet masks, they’re convenient and he honestly finds them tedious to make on his own.
Shinji Hirako:
He may not show it, but this man is very self conscious about his appearance. He has a mix of both popular and indie skin care brands. Think Belif, Youth to the People and Drunk Elephant. He probably regularly cleanses and uses a moisturizer, maybe something with vitamin C in it, since he can’t have people seeing the dark circles under his eyes.
Ichigo Kurosaki:
Essence? Toner? Serums? Isn’t a cleanser just soap? Give him some bar soap and a CeraVe moisturizer. He doesn’t have time to figure this shit out. There’s people that need to be saved and stuff.
Rose Otoribashi:
Yes, he knows the difference between a toner and an essence. He also thinks essences are a gimmick. Give him a balancing cleanser for his oily skin, and a toner with some salicylic acid in it to further help the oil. Add a vitamin C serum and a lightweight moisturizer and he’s ready to rock.

How to build a skincare routine ㅤ۪ㅤ۫ ꪆ୧ㅤ🧁ㅤ۫ ♡
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Morning Routine: for All Skin Types
1. Cleanse: Start with a gentle cleanser that clears away overnight buildup without stripping your skin.
Oily skin? Use a gel-based cleanser.
Dry or sensitive skin? Opt for a hydrating cleanser.
1. CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
Skin Type: Dry, normal, sensitive
2. CeraVe Foaming Cleanser
Skin Type: Oily, combination, acne-prone
3. La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Cleanser
Skin Type: All skin types, sensitive
2. Rice Water Boost: Here’s the secret that works for everyone. No toner ? After cleansing, apply rice water using a cotton pad or gently pat it onto your skin. It brightens, soothes, and balances your skin naturally. (Make rice water by soaking rice in water for 20 minutes, then straining and refrigerating it.)
3. Moisturize: Hydration is key! Choose a lightweight moisturizer for oily skin and a richer one for dry skin. Combination or sensitive skin? Stick to non-comedogenic and fragrance-free formulas.
For Dry Skin
1. Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream
Deeply hydrating with ceramides and urea.
2. Weleda Skin Food Original Ultra-Rich Cream
Nourishes very dry skin with botanical extracts.
For Oily Skin
1. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel
Lightweight, oil-free, and hydrates without clogging pores.
2. La Roche-Posay Effaclar Mat Moisturizer
Controls shine and minimizes pores.
For Combination Skin
1. Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel
Balances oil and hydration levels.
2. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream
Lightweight but hydrating for dry patches.
For Sensitive Skin
1. Avene Skin Recovery Cream
Calms irritation and strengthens the skin barrier.
2. Cetaphil Daily Hydrating Lotion
Gentle and non-irritating with hyaluronic acid.
For Acne-Prone Skin
1. La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Matte Moisturizer
Non-comedogenic and soothes irritated skin.
2. Vanicream Moisturizing Lotion
Free from common irritants and ideal for breakout-prone skin.
4. Sunscreen: Finish your routine with SPF 30 or higher, even if you’re staying indoors. Sunscreen protects your skin from UV damage and prevents premature aging—an absolute must for everyone!
Night Routine: Restore & Repair
1. Double Cleanse: If you wear sunscreen or makeup, start with micellar water or an oil-based cleanser, followed by your regular face wash.
2. Rice Water (Again!): Use rice water as a natural toner to calm your skin and prep it for the night. It’s a multitasking hero that helps reduce redness, minimize pores, and add a glow.
3. Targeted Treatments:
Acne-prone? Apply a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide spot treatment.
Dull skin? Try a niacinamide serum for even tone and radiance.
Dry skin? Opt for a hyaluronic acid serum to lock in moisture.
4. Moisturize: Seal everything in with your favorite moisturizer. At night, you can go for a slightly heavier one to aid your skin’s repair process.
Weekly Extras for Radiance
Exfoliate: Once or twice a week, use a gentle chemical exfoliant (like AHAs or BHAs) to remove dead skin cells. DIY trick: Mix honey and sugar for a natural exfoliating scrub.
Face Masks: Hydrate with aloe vera . You can also use sheet masks chilled in the fridge for a refreshing treat.
Steam and Detox: Once a week, steam your face for a few minutes to open up pores and deep-clean. Follow with a clay mask if you have oily skin or a soothing mask if your skin is sensitive.
Secret Skincare Habits for All Skin Types
2. Cold Spoon Hack: Struggling with puffy eyes? Chill a spoon and press it gently under your eyes for an instant de-puffing effect.
3. Jade Roller Magic: A jade roller or gua sha tool works for all skin types. Massage your face daily to improve circulation and reduce puffiness.
4. Silk Pillowcase: Sleep on silk pillowcases—they’re gentle on your skin, reduce friction, and keep your hair and face smooth.
5. Hydration Inside Out: Drink plenty of water and eat skin-friendly foods like avocados, nuts, and fruits. Your skin reflects what you put into your body!
and there is a LOT of skincare tips I will try to make other blogs Abt it soon. !!

Reveal Your Bollywood Glow: Unveiling Celebrity-Inspired Skincare Secrets.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This blog is going to be all about Indian & bollywood inspired products and skincare tips. If you also want a blog separately about Indian natural and authentic skincare or hair care I'll surely make it. 🫶
Know Your Skin Type : Identify your skin type - whether it's oily, dry, combination, or sensitive - to tailor your skincare routine effectively.
Cleanse Like a Star : Use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil or Neutrogena to remove dirt and makeup and a oil cleaner is a must if you wear makeup daily. Opt for micellar water for a quick and effective cleanse on busy days. (But I don't really recommend it).
Exfoliate for Radiance : Incorporate a mild exfoliator like St. Ives Apricot Scrub or The Body Shop's Vitamin C Glow-Revealing Liquid Peel to slough off dead skin cells and reveal glowing skin. And my personal favorite coffee scrub from The Bombay shaving company. Don't exfoliate more than twice a week.
Hydration Is Key : Use a hydrating toner such as Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray for an instant boost of hydration or toner + mist from pilgrim works like magic (my fav 😭).
Targeted Treatments : Include a serum with ingredients like hyaluronic acid (for hydration) or vitamin C (for hyperpigmentation) if you are under 17 or 18 like me don't use vitamin c or if you want to use in very less %, I use 2% kojic acid for my uneven skin tone from pilgrim, it's very begniner friendly. (Always consult a dermatologist for your skincare don't go around seeing videos on insta and YouTube believing them). I recommend Minimalist if you want chemical bases serums.
If you are above 23 or 25 Incorporate a retinol-based cream like RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream for anti-aging benefits. (Got this tip from mumma for y'all 😭✨️)
Sun Protection Essentials : Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, such as La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra Light Fluid, to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. More affordable and effective sunscreens from brands — dot and key, aqualogica, Dr. Seth and wish care.
Overnight Nourishment: Use a hydrating overnight mask like Laneige Water Sleeping Mask to replenish moisture while you sleep. Incorporate a facial oil like The Ordinary's Rose Hip Seed Oil for added nourishment and radiance.
DIY Treatments Inspired by Bollywood:
- Try a turmeric, gram flour and yogurt face mask inspired by Priyanka Chopra for glowing skin.
- Use aloe vera gel like Deepika Padukone for its soothing and hydrating properties. (MY fav bolly actress btw 😭❤️)
Lifestyle Tips for Healthy Skin : Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day people are not stupid that they are going around telling you to drink water, IT'S A MUST!. Incorporate antioxidant-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and green tea into your diet for overall skin health.
Some of my fav brands (mostly available in india) : dot and key, Foxtale, pilgrim, minimalist, st. Botanica, organic harvest and aqualogica!
Fav brand released by a bollywood actress: Hyphen by Kriti Sanon, their lip balm can even beat Rhode's lip balm istg- and their sunscreen 🔛🔝.
Channel your inner Bollywood diva and achieve a radiant, flawless skin with these skincare tips and product recommendations. Let your skin glow like a star!

Note
do you have any tips on hormonal pimples? or like teen pimples (idk what they r called) because i have so much of them but none of these toners and serums are helping.
Make sure to wash your face twice daily with a gentle cleanser. Avoid scrubbing your skin too hard, this can make acne worse.
Look for products that are labeled as "non-comedogenic," which means they won't clog your pores. This is especially important for makeup and moisturizers.
Products containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid may be helpful in treating acne. Start with a lower strength and gradually increase if needed.
Prescription strength retinoids can be very effective in treating acne, but they can be irritating to the skin. Talk to your doctor and start with a lower strength and use as directed.
Here are some product recommendations:
Cleansers:
CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser
Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash
Moisturizers:
Cetaphil Oil Control Moisturizer SPF 30
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Mat Mattifying Moisturizer
Salicylic Acid Products:
The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution
Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment
Benzoyl Peroxide Products:
Neutrogena Rapid Clear Stubborn Acne Spot Gel
Acne.org 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Treatment
Non-Comedogenic Sunscreen:
Neutrogena Clear Face Liquid Lotion Sunscreen SPF 30
EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46
Spot Treatments:
Mario Badescu Drying Lotion
Kate Somerville EradiKate Acne Treatment
The food you eat is super important for how your body's hormones work. Hormones are messengers that your body makes to control your growth, metabolism etc. They travel through your blood and tell different parts of your body what to do. Eating a good mix of healthy foods helps keep these hormones in check. Things like protein, good fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals help make and control hormones. For example protein is needed for hormones like insulin and growth hormone, while healthy fats help with hormones like estrogen and testosterone.
Also, when you're stressed a lot, your body makes more of a hormone called cortisol, which can mess up other hormones. Moving your body through exercise can help with hormones by reducing stress and making you feel happy. Also, sleep is really important. Not getting enough sleep can mess up hormones that control hunger and fullness.
So, eating healthy foods, managing stress, staying active, and getting enough sleep are all really important. They help keep your hormones in balance and make sure your body works well.
Most importantly, don't let acne affect your self-esteem. You are beautiful just the way you are! Pimples are very normal and they do not take away from how amazing you are <3

How to Glow Up for School
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Got an ask for tips to glow up, thought I'd make a separate post for it too.
⭐Workout⭐:
There's no rule that the gym is the only place to workout.
Youtube videos: There are tons and tons of great workout videos from people with a large following. My favourites are Caroline Girvan, growingannanas, Pamela Reif and Madfit. Go get sweaty!
Makeshift weights: You can water bottles filled with water/sand as weights or buy ankle weights to put around your wrists as you get stronger.
Run: This is an amazing source of cardio. I gave up a while back on this because I detest running, but it really does work. Plug in your headphones and go for a run in nature.
Dance: Dancing is a really fun way to workout. Try Zumba, hip-hop or K-pop routines. Hell, even Just Dance has some good ones. Join a class if you want to stay accountable.
Let me know if you want me to drop my workout routine too
⭐Diet⭐:
Honestly, I can't give much advice here, because I'm not qualified enough. Go to a nutritionist to see if there's anything you can do. If not, eat plenty of protein and fibre, limit your junk food intake and drink lots of water. Make lots of salads and fruit bowls. Overnight oats are healthy, filling and delicious.
What I like to do, is eat everything in moderation. Say I've had a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. I won't deny myself a nice bowl of ice cream (again, not a sundae, the key is moderation). But if I've had greasy food for lunch and takeout for dinner, I'll probably settle for fruit instead. Know that you can eat without punishing yourself, but remember not to go overboard. Food is fuel, remember.
⭐Other tips⭐:
Skincare: Don't make it too fancy. I know influencers and the like have those weird 15-step skincare routines, but it isn't necessary. I use the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and the most basic Cetaphil face lotion I could find along with an organic lip balm my mom buys. It works like a charm and its not too fancy. I also take an ABC smoothie (Apple, Beetroot, Carrot + some water.) This is such a game-changer.
Abundance mindset: I like to think of the universe constantly working in my favour. It's always looking out for me, and I'm the luckiest girl in the world. What you think is what you attract. If you think negatively, you will begin to see only bad things around you. Stay positive.
Wardrobe: Go thrifting, or DIY some old clothes. Pinterest has tons of amazing ideas. Paint your T-shirts, dye your skirts, make cute jewellery at home. There are no limits.
Makeup: I don't recommend it honestly. I'm more or less anti makeup to the point where I only own two pieces of makeup(eyeliner and lip gloss) and even those are used sparingly. Don't get used to your painted face. Your natural beauty is beautiful; and should not be hidden. There's something so amazing in someone who is confident in their own skin. Own yourself, and people will love you more for it.
Hope this helps you become the best version of yourself. Baby steps to your goal, okay? This takes time and with consistency, you WILL get there. Stay lovely. xoxo

your skin always looks gorgeous! what do you do for it??
Thank you!! I've never thought that about myself that's nice to hear. I think good skin is 80% genetics and diet unless there's a diagnosable issue and also what works for me might make u break out like it's very subjective. Just figure out what your skin needs and less is more imo.
Currently its this as a cleanser once a day Im trying it out I've just used Cetaphil Gentle cleanser my entire life tho.

LATE POST.
someone complimented that my skin is blemish free and has few lines despite my age. thank you, really.
i am tempted to say it’s in the genes but that is way way arrogant. of course, there are products i use and there are some that I avoid like glutha  for one and that face oil that is so popular with millennials to achieve that glass skin look. gustuhin ko man gumaya sa inyo, hindi sya para sa akin, kasi magmumukha akong lechon na pinahiran ng mantika on a very humid day.
but if you are to ask me what makes for a good complexion? simple.
1. Good amount of sleep. Unless there is a legit reason, do not settle for 5 or 6 hours of sleep. Ideal is 7 to 8 hours yung tipong pag gising mo, banat na banat yung facial skin mo.
2. Hydrate - sabi nga ni Mimiyuh, drink your water, bitch!
3. Kaartehan regimen. C’mon peeps, enough of the inner beauty justification. i mean hindi na nga ako guapo, pandak at pango ang ilong ko, so daanin nalang natin sa makinis na balat, matambok na pwet at magandang kamay at paa lol.
so here’s what i have been using
a. Cetaphil lotion and cleanser (must)
b, TRESemmé kasi hiyang hair ko dito.
c. Bench Cologne - Atlantis because why not? i dunno why I am so addicted to this smell?parang it brings back a lot of good memories back in college?
d. Lucas Papaw for wounds and cuts that heal longer due to my diabetes.
e. Off to ward off nasty lamoks.
f. Zihua Lavender Oil - effective pang singhot to relax and calm myself.
g. Moisturizer from The BodyShop (must) I mean kulangin ka man ng tulog at least mag hydrate ka ng mukha with a gentle moisturizer diba?

no one asked but here's my skincare routine xx 🌚 (including pictures of all the products !)
Tumblr media
i'm a teen with acne-prone slightly sensitive skin that gets oily by the end of the day🧖‍♀️
(i'm 99% sure i'm allergic to salicylic acid bc it didn't help with my breakouts/caused them so i avoid it in my routine❕)
as a makeup remover i use the elf holy hydration makeup melting balm 🚿
Tumblr media
& a makeup eraser cloth 🧽
Tumblr media
for stubborn waterproof eye makeup i use garnier skin active micellar cleaning water all-in-1 waterproof (aka the blue one) i have a huge bottle of it :)💧
Tumblr media
(i want to start using reusable cotton rounds so pls lmk of any good brands !)
i just ran out but if i haven't worn makeup but my pores feel especially clogged i use the burt's bees oil cleanser 🥥 (you do have to double cleanse with a water based cleanser afterwards !)
Tumblr media
for a daily water-based facial cleanser i use two different ones
the cerave foaming facial cleanser 🧼 "oil control" on the bottle is no joke ! i don't get oily in the day anymore bc of the niacinamide in this :)
Tumblr media
but it can be a little drying/strong so i mix it with the cetaphil gentle skin cleanser 🛁
Tumblr media
i use this really cheap & generic silicone face scrubber for my nostrils/chin/sideburn-hairline area 🧽
Tumblr media
once a week i use this scrub pixi peel and polish its a mask with physical and chemical exfoliants
it smells like lemon cucumber water🥒 and can also be used for body acne on the chest, back, & arms !!
Tumblr media
once a week i use an AHA chemical exfoliant it's elf supertone toner 🌝 it has glycolic acid and is has a little bit of a lemony scent
Tumblr media
what i use as a daily toner is thayer's rose-scented witch hazel spray 💌 it calms down any redness i have instantly !
Tumblr media
i used to use the cerave daily moisturizing lotion but it was a little oily and it was impossible to apply makeup on 🧘 so now i use it on my hands before doing my facial moisturizer
Tumblr media
and for that i use a mix of elf holy hydration gel-yeah moisturizer and elf holy hydration face cream 💦 it's pretty self-explanatory but the former is a clear gel and the latter is a white cream, i adjust the proportions for my moisture needs :) ⛲️
Tumblr media Tumblr media
in the winter or if my face feels dry or in need of healing i use clinique moisture surge overnight face mask 🦪
Tumblr media
"mask" is a little misleading as you just apply it with your moisturizer like any other lotion 🧴 it's super hydrating, it's a little expensive but i got it as a gift and a little goes a long way ! :)
after a breakout has healed completely i use a little bio oil on top of my moisturizer to fade any dark spots/scars 🐚
Tumblr media
after i shower and exfoliate my lips i use this random lip mask from bath and body works that's watermelon scented 🍉 it's thick (a little goes a long way) and yummy
Tumblr media
i also use smith's rosebud salve in this tin 🌹 it's like a nice scented vaseline
Tumblr media
i don't use it all the time bc it's expensive but i love the mario badescu caffeine eye cream💆it's so good for my sunken dark circles ! but avoid getting it in your eye and keeping it in the bathroom bc it curdles if it gets too hot from shower steam
Tumblr media
for active acne spots i use might patch pimple patches 🩹regular for whiteheads and micropoint ones for swollen spots under the skin
Tumblr media Tumblr media
those are pretty expensive so for smaller spots i use mario badescu drying lotion overnight 🫧
Tumblr media
i'm pretty bad at remembering sunscreen in the morning but i just got the glow recipe dew balm with spf 45 and niacinamide 🌸 i love the glow and the light fruity scent :)
Tumblr media
i do want mention that my life-saver game-changer for stopping cystic acne (those painful lumps deep in the skin) and just acne in general has been hormonal birth control pills ! after i started BC for pcos/hormonal reason all of my breakouts decreased significantly🪽

Random Tips #2: Skin Care
Tumblr media
☁️Less is more, when starting off with skincare I know they tell you to buy all of these aesthetic pleasing cosmetics and moisturizers but you really don’t need all of that stuff. Especially if you’re a young teenager or young person, your skincare should start off short and simple.
(Also affordable!)
Find a nice gentle cleanser, I recommend cetaphil or CervaV cleansers since they are more gentle on the skin
Next go in with a Toner, I also like witch hazel, it’s a very good and more affordable toner
Serums (Optional) please be careful with what serums you buy. (One time a bought a drunk Elephant serum and burnt my skin) use a serum that’s moisturizing and gentle. Do not continue using if it burns or if it’s heavily scented
Moisturizers: Use a nice smooth moisturizer, avoid anything oily or cakey since it may irritate the skin or if you wear makeup it may not last
Overall, you can build up your products and skincare routine to your price range and preferences. Don’t feel pressured into buying products especially if there promoted by celebrities who probably don’t even use it😭.
And don’t forget, consistency is key!🎀

18+ NSFW POST/ADVICE
VCH piercing advice (nobody asked edition)
Hey y’all. So I got my VCH piercing in August of last year. My piercings are NOTORIOUS for taking forever to heal and giving me a hard time. It took about 4 months to fully heal. I tried the Christina in the past, but my anatomy isn’t great for this piercing (fat poon poon energy). It ended up causing me pain so I took it out, thankfully before it completely rejected and left a horrible scar. Here is some advice that I would give anyone wanting this piercing. I am not a piercer, so obviously take their advice prior to listening to mine.
1. Visit a reputable shop. Your anatomy may differ and you’ll need a piercer that is incredibly experienced in genital piercings to make you aware of any possible issues and difficulties with healing. Quality jewelry comes from quality shops, and that always helps too.
2. I would pee before. Not because it hurts or anything to pee after, but because I was legit scared and held mine in for 3 hours after out of fear. Also, be prepared to wipe your lady bits differently.
3. Refrain from waxing until healed / shaving until 2 months post piercing. I don’t need to shave or wax often, as I’ve been getting waxed consistently since 19 and shawty is BALD now basically. Shaving products irritated it, and I didn’t even think that my products were that “all up in it” if you will.
3. NO FEMININE WASHES NEAR IT until it has healed. I used cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, as recommended by my piercer, and experienced no changes to my Ph balance. I used my lil summers eve on it ONE time and learned my lesson.
4. Cotton panties only!! I don’t know WHY this works for me, all I know is that I experience more irritation with panties made of other materials.
5. Be prepared not to use pads /: I use menstrual discs. Even scented panty liners may be an irritant.
6. I would SOAK with saline, rather than spray directly on ur bits. Soak a paper towel and only cover the piercing, apply pressure for a few seconds at a time.
7. No sex, NO ORAL while it heals. It hurts, for real.
Anyways! Hope this helps
