#A GAVV THEORY

I’ve been thinking a lot about this and considering that in 2 weeks or so, we’ll be getting a new Rider in the form of Kamen Rider Bake, I’d figure that there’s no time like the present than to share these thoughts!

I still lowkey want Sachika to be a Rider. She 👏needs👏the👏ability 👏to 👏kill (or give her a gun Ichijo style, speaking of which I’m finally actually watching Kuuga). She’s going to meet Dente in the next episode so there’s that and there might be a possibility that he copies Lakia’s Vram driver for Hanto which is probably why he has it in the scans (praying that this is actually the case and Lakia doesn’t die) and maybe he could do something similar for her. Whether that being with or without a Granute organ which some people think that he might die somewhere in the show and if he does, that one of his organs will be used for this.

Now where am I going with this? Well some people don’t want her to be one. Whether that she’s fine being a supporting character, that not every character needs to be a Rider or they don’t want her in danger. It’s the second thing that I want to talk about.

While I want Sachika to be a Rider, I don’t want any members of the Stomach Inc family to become a Rider…except for one but it depends on how it’s done. Lango and Glotta, I don’t want them as Riders. They are fine the way that they are with just their Granute Forms. I mean Glotta beat the snot out of Shouma AND Lakia by herself, out and in Granute form so safe’s to say that she won’t be getting one. Lango, I don’t know what his deal is yet and I just don’t see him as wanting to be one. Nylev and Jeebh tho, that’s a different story.

Now I think that Nylev will probably be the next Stomach family out, that’s just what I’m theorizing, I could be wrong tho but I could see him lowkey thinking about creating a belt like he did for Lakia and using it against him probably for revenge on backstabbing them. He might want to have that extra firepower before he inevitably falls.

But if Nylev becomes a Rider, then I don’t want Jeebh to be one. However, I feel the same way about the other way around.

Jeebh could find a way to become a Rider, whether that being teaming up with Suga and trying to find a way to clone Shiita with all of her memories or something else, and intact revenge against Shouma. He’s been out of the picture for so long, he has to come back somehow so why not come back with a bang!

So if Jeebh becomes a Rider, then I don’t want Nylev to become one. Either one of them could become one and I would be ok with it!

But that’s just a theory…A GAVV THEORY!

Just re-sharing this post I made on Twitter.

In the preview image from next weekend’s episode, it appears that one of the Bitt-Brats is shown gesturing to Vram almost in a protective kind of stand while surrounded by what appears to be a nursery decorated with baby pictures and even baby clothes.

Because of this , I want to make the assumption that the nursery belongs to Subject Baby K and this single Bitt-Brat is probably there protecting him.

Since we’ve already seen a previous shot of Suga monitoring development of Bitter Gavv, Hanto and Baby K, it is also safe to assume that Baby K is probably a genetically perfected fetus currently submerged in some kind of artificial womb, keeping him alive until his is ready to be born.

And judging by the image, Baby K is just a fetus at this point. Still not ready to be born yet. But that hasn’t stopped Suga from making preparations for his future ultimate life form’s eventual birth.

Some say Baby K is a clone of Suga himself that he’ll raise to ultimately turn into a successor or younger vessel for himself. Twisted but not too farfetched of a theory given how inhumane Suga really is.

Then there’s me thinking that Baby K is a clone of someone Suga once deeply cherished that he’s attempting to bring back from the dead through scientific means.

Suga is so … oddly paternalistic in the way he treats his “test subjects” that it makes me wonder if once upon a time, he was actually a father.

Like he once had a child of his own - a son perhaps - that he lost and the loss drove him to become the mad scientist going BEYOND BIOLOGY he is in the present.

Suga revealed to Shouma and Hanto that he’s been conducting his research and experiments for 20 years.

That’s probably why Suga “cares” so much for Hanto. Hanto is oddly like the son Suga always wanted. Despite having his army of freshly baked Bitt Brats who are loyally subservient to him and despite having Nyelv who matches his intellect and shares similar interests, Suga more sees Hanto as his “golden child”. At least; for now, until Baby K is born.

In a twisted way --- Nyelv, Bitter Gavv and Hanto are all surrogate sons for Suga.

Speaking of sons.

Hear me out folks.

Let’s say … Baby K is born, right? And despite the nature of what this child is and the trail of devastations paved to realize his birth, imagine if … Hanto takes pity on this innocent child and decides to adopt him? Imagine if … Hanto becomes like surrogate father figure to Baby K, becoming the mentoring guardian figure to Baby K that his mentor once was to him. Thus granting Baby K a life with a parent willing to look out for him that Hanto was robbed of as a kid himself. Hanto, Suga’s former number one candidate for his “ultimate life-form” becoming a dad/parental guardian to Baby K, the actual genetically-made ultimate life-form actually sounds like a sweet idea.

I think Hanto would make a terrific parental figure/surrogate father/ mentor.

Perhaps he can take over his former mentor’s business with Baby K as his protegee like how he was once upon a time.

I think that could be a cute way for Hanto’s story to come full circle. Going through all this personal growth to become someone who can guide another towards a better path.

Remember Baby K was made in a lab to be another test subject for a heartless mad scientist.

Hanto giving Baby K a life --- the one that was robbed from him --- c’mon guys! See the vision with me. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Fellow theorizers, what are we thinking about how Shouma will acquire his Blizzard Sorbet form?❄️🍦

I’ll go first, me being extremely biased as a shipper wanted at least one form to be created from his bond with Hanto since the Caking form was from Shouma’s bond with Sachika and how they worked to make a cake similar to the one his mother drew him.

So with that in mind after Shouma reveals everything to everyone they go out and get ice cream together. Maybe they invite Lakia I’m not sure if he even wants human food. But Shouma is ecstatic at the idea of sweets but just as he was about to enjoy his cone in typical childlike fashion the sweet treat melts to the ground. Shouma asks if he should just eat it off the ground and Sachika tells him definitely not. Now Shouma is sad cause his ice cream is on the floor whatever shall he do. But what’s this? Hanto is giving up his own cone for him. Sachika: 😮. Hanto doesn’t even like sweets but bought one anyway as to not seem weird that he went out for ice cream without actually buying any. And then bam sharing is caring have them share the same cone while they’re at it. Sachika pt 2: ��

something that's very interesting to me regardless of how exactly nyelv is influencing suga's research (ie whether they're the same person, whether they're active collaborators, or whatever other theories get cooked up) is that by coordinating the chief's death and pushing hanto into becoming valen, he's directly fucking over the rest of his family. like, the company is already in a bit of a tizzy since shouma's fucking with their supply chains and nyelv's synthesizing GranuteHater5000 in a lab and doubling all their problems simply for the hell of it. especially since as far as i can tell nyelv likes humans the least out of all the siblings (since we've seen him be the only one who's annoyed by having to maintain human disguises in ep 2), it's really interesting that he's (up to this point) the only one that's actually engaging with humans, even from afar. and i can't even tell why he's doing it either unless it really is just excitement/interest in the situation bc while i don't think the siblings get along Great it did seem to me like their ambitions for the company were in line with each other up until this week so i'm not seeing like a power-grab angle or anything.

all this to say that it's really funny that he's doing all of this assuredly counterintuitive shit seemingly for the love of the game. (though tbf if i had to guess he's probably going to replicate the valenbuster or steal it or smth who knows idk)

A little kamen rider gavv theory/headcannon

I believe that the part timer granutes designs are based on “forbidden snacks” so to speak

Granute hound: this one is simple in some cultures dogs are eaten and in others that is frowned upon

Granute whipple: many species of octopus are currently endangered and some are venomous also they fight back if you try to eat them alive

Granute bon: pufferfish don’t really need to explain this one really not prepared correctly your a goner

Granute otake: mushrooms do I really need to say it the granute also has a toxic spore attack

Granute dean: sardines can have negative effects if over eaten and sardines are usually eaten with there bones

Granute yard: who who eats hermit crabs also hermit crabs and coconut crabs are related and coconut crabs are edible but shouldn’t be over hunted

Granute early: some alligator species are endangered so eating them isn’t the best

Something to note about Dark Valen’s debut.

I dunno about ya’ll but I found myself eyeballing Valen’s potential Dark Form to debut in the next episode this week. Mainly I’ve been looking at the dark spots on his suit.

At first I thought that was a really odd choice in design because it’s basically his default Valen Rider suit with just this oddly placed pixelated splash of brown on the white chocolate areas. Nothing remarkable or special especially compared to Shouma's upcoming Blizzard Sorbet form.

Like I said, I pegged this as a strange choice to depict Dark Valen …until the realization hit me like a brick.

Here me out.

What if… as a sign of Hanto slowly being corrupted and succumbing to the effects of the Chocold, it will be represented by the white chocolate parts of his suit turning dark brown bit by bit.

So the more Hanto uses the Chocold Gochizo to transform, the bigger the Chocold splotches on his white chocolate bits is going to spread until they become fully dark brown.

This is interesting since, you can almost say that the white bits of Valen’s suit are symbolic of Hanto’s connection and relationship with Shouma.

After all, it was Shouma who gifted Valen his Chocodon Gochizos so he can keep transforming. Nevermind that the Sugar Doctor originally stole one of the Gochizos. My point is that Valen’s main Chocodon Gochizo’s are white.

They, more or less, represent his bond with Shouma and Hanto’s purity as a Rider.

But with the introduction of Chocold, Valen’s friendship with Gavv is going to become tainted.

So the more Hanto uses the Chocolds, the more stained the whites of his rider suit are going to become and thus, the more tainted his relationship with Shouma is probably going to become as a result of it as well. Until eventually, there will no more white in Valen’s suit. No more purity. No more friendship with Shouma even.

Just a bitter lone hero, if you can even still call him that, fueled by revenge.

I feel like Hanto will probably arrive at the last Chocold from the stash that the Sugar Doctor gave him and it’ll be a case where either:

Hanto becomes addicted to the power of the Chocold and keeps going back to the Suga Doctor for a “fix” since the Chocold powers, while powerful, are only temporary compared to Chocodon.

Or

Hanto will use the same original stash of Chocold --- at first he’ll only use them sparingly until his desperation gets the better of him and he just starts using them more and more, no longer bothering to accept anymore Chocodons from Shouma as he’ll refuse them entirely to use Chocolds instead.

So Chocold vs Chocodons will be another tool to represent Hanto’s tug o war alliance with Shouma and the Sugar Doctor.

And the more he leans towards Chocold, the more corrupted Hanto will become and the more the Sugar Doctor will have an influential hold on Hanto.

I think, the more Hanto begins to rely on the Chocold, the more distant he'll become of Shouma to the point that he’ll probably cut him off and go solo, only depending on himself and…his Sugar Daddy “drug dealer”, of course.

But that’s my hunch. Just another food for thought from me.

Anyone have any theories about how Valen will get his Frappe Custom form? 🍫

I’m guessing it may be coming in an episode or two after Kamen Rider Bake’s debut. Seeing as Shouma gets compromised and Shoumanapped we may have to turn to Hanto to save him which will make sense for a new and stronger form. Or maybe Hanto is the only one Suga wants to save Shouma and if Vram assists he’ll do something to harm the hostage. So Hanto has to go on a solo mission thinking he’ll have to suffer more by using the Chocold Gochizos but Dente and the others give him his new power ups in the form of the Vrastumgear and Frappe Custom Gochizo that’ll neutralize his pain and increase his strength. Then Hanto will have the necessary power needed to save Shouma from Suga’s grasp.

Granutes are SO interesting to me. What is Granute society actually like? They talk about it so much but we barely know anything about it. I wonder if there's any rhyme or reason to what Granutes look like since they've been animals, fungi, and seaweed (the one for the upcoming Hyper Battle Video who doesn't have a name yet) but there's not really a pattern to what they are. I'm gonna dump some theories I've seen on Reddit and analyze them because I'm really invested into Granutes to a point where it might as well be terminal.

Theory #1: Granutes are supposed to represent 'forbidden' food. This was an early theory and it could still hold up but it just doesn't seem solid enough for me. All the Granutes we've seen by the time someone shared this theory have been things relating to illegal/dubious foods. Dente is a whale and whaling is outlawed in most places, Hound is a dog, Otake is a mushroom and some fungi are poisonous, Early is an alligator which are edible but also have social stigmas surrounding hunting them, Bon is a porcupinefish which can be poisonous if not prepared correctly, Dean is a sardine which are often considered 'disgusting' food, etc. The things that break this theory are Chooul (bird), Whipple and Glotta (octopus and squid), the seaweed Granute from the upcoming Hyper Battle Video, Lango/Bouche (goats), and Rojoe (crab) since they're all commonly edible foods. Design-wise, however, most Granutes have decaying appearances with many part-timers actively having fly-like pieces incorporated into their looks and some even have a whole bug on their bodies so this theory is kinda still afloat.

Theory #2: The Stomach Family has multiple mothers. This one stems from the fact that besides Lango being a goat Granute like Bouche, no one else in the Stomach family shares the same animal form (not counting the twins because they're twins). From what I've heard, Lango's Granute head costume piece is the same exact one that was used for Bouche but with the facial hair removed. We haven't seen enough Granute families to actually figure this one out since the two other familial groups we've seen is the Granute mother and child in one of the early episodes that visited a treat selling cart (I can't remember their episode or what they looked like for the life of me) and the Amarga family. To be fair, we were JUST introduced to the Amargas by the time of me writing this so I don't know if we'll learn more about them. Still, Lakia is a jellyfish while Comer is a squirrel/chipmunk. Do Granute genes randomly assign a person a thing or are appearances genetic, with the Amargas and Stomachs having different sets of parents for each child? Again, we don't fully know the Amargas' situation but for the well-off Stomachs it's definitely possible for multiple mothers to be a thing since political marriages are confirmed to exist in the Granute world and Lango treated the idea of using his younger siblings for marriage tickets as nothing particularly new to the family.

Theory #3: The mother of the Stomach Family is the Granute who took Hanto's mother. This theory is my favorite for this show since it's so twisty and ironic. Someone on Reddit commented this and my life has been different since. The current reigning theories around the identity of the wolf Granute who attacked Hanto's mom is that it might've been Shoma before the show (similar to the Wolf Orphnoch from Faiz) or that the wolf Granute's gavv was surgically given/used to enhance Shoma's own gavv. While I'm not big on those theories, the importance of the wolf Granute IS going to be important either way and this theory really cements Hanto's story to the Stomach Family. It's CRUEL and PERSONAL and I love it! We don't know much about the significance of red gavvs besides the fact that they stick out like a sore thumb in Granute biology. Maybe it's a sign of high social standing, tying the Stomach mother back to the political marriage theory. Who knows! What I DO know is that the three wolf Granutes we see are the mystery flashback Granute and the Stomach twins, Shita and Jeebh.

Theory #4: The Granute organ that Hanto surgically received belonged to a part-timer. This is a new theory that's been popping up because of the most recent episode but it lends itself to multiple interpretations. We don't really know what happens to part-timers who don't fulfill their hitopress quotas besides the fact that they aren't paid and go into withdrawal. I can't imagine this would be a good limiter on part-timers if, like most drugs, Dark Treat addicts can be rehabilitated. That, along with the fact that Stomach Inc. already deals in illegal stuff, makes the idea of Stomach Agents killing unprofitable part-timers not that far out there, in my opinion. Since Stomach Inc. is already a black-market company why not add another product to their list of goods? What if Stomach Inc. also harvested organs from their staff? Again, this is another theory I've picked up from Reddit and it comes from speculation that Suga's Granute organ he had on hand to implant into Hanto was provided by Stomach Inc. since Suga had never really encountered Granutes in close quarters before. The Redditor took this theory a step forward and guessed that the specific Granute that served as Hanto's organ donor was Comer Amarga since Comer was running away with a large wound from Stomach Inc. Definitely one of the darker theories for this show but if that is true then the dynamics between the characters get even crazier.

WAIT I figured it out. The Granute can transform into human forms using their little device, and it was mentioned that they could take on multiple different human forms. Suga seemed extremely interested in this ability when he first met Lakia. So he’s probably made one with Shouma’s human form and that’s who Bitter Gavv is

Which means Bitter Gavv could still be ANYONE I’m gonna guess that it’s Nyelv

Since it's Gavv day and the debut of Kamen Rider Valen will be in a few hours' time, I'm popping in to say I'm somewhere between thinking Hanto's shishou will actually die or the show making it look like the shishou died, only for an additional flashback scene to reveal the shishou didn't get turned into a Hitopress because he's a Granute - specifically the one who ate Hanto's mum - and he was 1) trying to harvest his prey's son all this time or 2) genuinely fond of Hanto and when he discovered the Granutes will essentially give Hanto the power to fight the monsters, Hanto's shishou decided to go along with it for Hanto's sake
