he spends his spare time ( when not locked away in a tiny fishbowl ) reading. there are books he likes to search for of non-fiction: The Noma Guide to Fermentation: Including koji, kombuchas, shoyus, misos, vinegars, garums, lacto-ferments, and black fruits and vegetables, OR Entangled Life: How Fungi Make Our Worlds, Change Our Minds & Shape Our Futures, and books he knows he will find: The Odyssey, The Aeneid, Medea, Oedipus Rex, Antigone, and well, Homer’s The Illiad. it’s nowhere to be found in its spot upon the shelves. his first pick–– his preference of the great Greek warrior Achilles slips away from his grasp as he brings The Breath of a Whale: The Science and Spirit of Pacific Ocean Giants to the front desk. he’d like to tread waters of whalefall, he decides, if his romantic tragedies are unavailable. he meets his favorite librarian, or rather assistant librarian. though, in his opinion, Han preferred Lex above the others. perhaps it was their similar demeanors or the slight deja vu he felt when speaking to him.

he greets the other with a casual smile–– before peering behind the desk. he doesn’t speak his concern immediately ( the lack of copies of The Illiad ). Han Jae Song beats around the bush. he settles for small talk, despite how nonsensical it truly is to him. “Haven’t seen you around lately. Is this a me issue, or a you issue?” it was likely his own fault–– prior engagements have limited their regular check ins. “It’s good to see you, nonetheless.”

Two Left Feet And A Football

Alexia Putellas x Reader

The day began like any other lazy morning on your rare day off: you were warm and cocooned in your bed, the sun peeking through the curtains, gently urging you to wake up. Except you weren’t waking up. You were determined to enjoy your well-earned rest, reveling in the quiet comfort of knowing you had absolutely nowhere to be.

But then there was Alexia.

You felt the bed shift, and then a hand softly shook your shoulder.

“Wake up, cariño,” her voice was gentle but insistent.

You groaned, pulling the blanket over your head. “Go away. I’m sleeping.”

Alexia chuckled, pulling the blanket down just enough to reveal your face. “It’s my day off too. And I have plans for us.”

“Plans? No, Lex, no plans. Sleeping is the plan,” you mumbled, trying to burrow back into the pillow.

“Not anymore!” she said cheerfully, poking your side to coax a reaction.

You opened one eye to glare at her. “Can’t this wait until, I don’t know, noon?”

“Nope,” she said, grinning as her hand found your other side, tickling until you yelped and rolled out of bed to escape her.

“Fine!” you exclaimed, rubbing sleep from your eyes. “But this better be worth it.”

“Oh, it will be,” she said smugly, already laying out clothes for you to wear.

The day began to improve when Alexia led you into a quaint little café on a quiet street. The smell of coffee and freshly baked croissants filled the air as you found a cozy corner to sit.

She slid a plate with a golden, flaky pastry in front of you along with a steaming cup of coffee. “See? This is worth waking up for, isn’t it?”

You bit into the croissant, the buttery layers melting in your mouth. Begrudgingly, you nodded. “Okay, this is a good start.”

Alexia smirked. “You’ll see. The day’s only going to get better.”

After breakfast, you found yourselves strolling through a park bathed in sunlight. Alexia’s hand slipped into yours as she led you toward a quiet spot beneath a tree. She spread out a blanket and unpacked a small bag filled with snacks, water bottles, and books.

“Okay, I admit, this is nice,” you said, stretching out on the blanket as the gentle breeze ruffled your hair.

She shot you a knowing look. “Told you.”

The two of you spent hours there, talking about anything and everything, basking in the warmth of the sun. Eventually, Alexia handed you a book, and you settled into a companionable silence, lost in the words while she read beside you.

It was peaceful. Perfect.

Then Alexia sat up, brushing grass off her shorts.

“It’s time,” she announced, a mischievous glint in her eye.

You looked up from your book. “Time for what?”

She didn’t answer right away. Instead, she reached into her bag and pulled out a football, holding it up triumphantly.

Your eyes widened. “No.”

“Yes.”

“Alexia, no.”

“Come on, just for a bit,” she said, already on her feet and bouncing the ball on her knee effortlessly.

“I told you,” you said, staying firmly planted on the blanket, “I can’t play. I have two left feet.”

“That’s what you think,” she said, grinning as she held out her hands to pull you up.

Reluctantly, you let her drag you to your feet. “This is going to be a disaster,” you warned her.

“We’ll see,” she replied with a wink.

It took less than five minutes for her to realize you weren’t exaggerating.

The ball rolled toward you, and when you tried to kick it, your foot swung wildly through the air, missing entirely.

Alexia bit her lip, stifling a laugh. “It’s okay! Try again!”

You tried to dribble, but the ball seemed to have a mind of its own, constantly rolling out of your reach.

“I don’t think it likes me,” you muttered, hands on your hips as Alexia jogged over to retrieve it.

“It’s not alive,” she said, her tone teasing.

Finally, you decided to try and take a shot. You lined yourself up, concentrated, and swung your leg with all your might—only to completely miss. The momentum sent you slipping on the grass, landing flat on your back.

Alexia froze for a moment, her hands over her mouth as she tried not to laugh. But the sight of you lying there, glaring up at the sky, was too much for her to handle. A giggle escaped, and then another, until she was laughing uncontrollably.

“You’re laughing at me!” you accused, sitting up with a pout.

“I’m sorry,” she said between giggles, walking over to help you up. “But I think you might actually be the worst football player I’ve ever seen.”

“I told you!” you exclaimed as she pulled you upright. “Two left feet. I wasn’t kidding.”

“Okay, okay,” she said, raising her hands in mock surrender. “I believe you now.”

After a while, she finally let you collapse back onto the blanket, utterly defeated. You leaned against her, crossing your arms and pouting like a child.

“You don’t have to play anymore,” she said softly, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. “I don’t understand how someone so talented at everything else can be so bad at football, but I’ll let it slide.”

You swatted her arm, but you couldn’t stop the laugh that bubbled up. “I’m glad you find this so amusing.”

“Oh, I do,” she said, her grin unrepentant.

You laughed with her, the moment turning into something lighthearted and warm.

The rest of the day passed in perfect contentment. You lay there together, talking, laughing, and soaking in the sun. And while you were sure you’d never touch a football again, you couldn’t deny that you’d do it all over again if it made Alexia smile like that.

you read over his tweet. after so many years you had to hide your relationship and now you were making it public.

you thought back to when you met alex and when you guys began dating.

the music was pulsing through you and so were the drinks you had. you were out at a club by yourself.

you had gotten out of a relationship two months ago but it was heartbreaking. he had you wrapped around his finger and you never even realized he was cheating on you. of course now, you had to do everything to not feel so empty.

so here you find yourself, almost plastered and just enjoying your night. you look down and see that your cup is empty. you walk up to the bar and wait to order another drink.

“so many people” you mumble to yourself

there were a lot of people keeping the bartender busy so it was quite a wait.

a handsome guy walked up to the bar and made eye contact with you.

“any drink you recommend?” he asked you

he was really sexy, you thought to yourself

“thank you, i can say the same about you sweetheart” he replied

“oops, i must’ve said that aloud” you laughed, too intoxicated to feel embarrassed

“my name is alex, what’s your name? or should i call you beautiful?” he smirked

you playfully pushed him lightly, “oh shut up, im y/n, and as for the drink i would say maybe a paloma? not sure if you’re into tequila but yeah, it’s what i was going to order”

he nodded and called over the bartender

“can we get four shots with lime and salt and also two palomas, please?” he asked

“here” i hand alex a twenty dollar bill and he quickly rejected it

“no, its okay, i’ve got it hermosa” he said, paying for the drinks as they were brought to us

he handed you a shot and you both drank it together

with the second shot, you felt the alcohol surge confidence through you as you grabbed a lime and placed it in his mouth. you then poured some salt onto the side of his neck.

you got closer to him and licked the salt off of his skin. you threw back the shot and went to grab the lime from his mouth using yours. his eyes went wide as your lips met.

you pulled away from him with a content look on your face.

“my turn” alex whispered to you as he grabbed your hand and led you to some empty seats. he laid you down on them and poured salt down your cleavage in a line to your bellybutton. your cropped and revealing top made it easy for him to have all this access to your body. he then placed the lime in your mouth just as you did.

“its cold, just warning you” he laughed as he slowly poured the shot of tequila into your bellybutton.

he practically crawled over you as he lapped up the alcohol and moved up your body slowly, licking off the salt with his soft tongue. he took the lime from your mouth and it was his turn to have a smug look on his face.

“that was… really hot” you said as alex sat you up

“come on babe, let’s dance” he grabbed your hand and led you to the dance floor

with a drink in your hand, and his drink in his, the two of you danced sweetly together for what seemed like hours

after that, you exchanged numbers and you began dating shortly afterwards. it was a very odd coincidence that you both were streamers but you felt it was a good match.

alex was a huge streamer in 2021, when you met him, but now he’s even bigger and more known. you had a big following as well but nowhere near the amount of fans alex quackity had.

you smiled as you thought of the memories.

it was finally time. you helped alex set up his room for the stream.

“we’re really doing this, aren’t we ‘lex?”

alex stopped hanging up the banner in his hands and came closer to you

“hey.. it’s going to be alright y/n. trust me, my fans will love you! and if they don’t well i won’t put up with any bullshit. i’m ready to finally show off my amazing girlfriend. plus, i’m gonna have a lot of fun showing you off” he said as he tucked your hair behind your ears and kissed you softly

“yeah i guess you’re right. it’s gonna be so fun doing cringy couple streams! i’m excited about that and well, i want everyone to know that my sexy man is taken” you sighed

the two of you embraced and went back to decorating.

alex takes a deep breath and continues,

“i have been hiding my relationship for a few years now. i’m sure you guys know y/twitchuser. shed quite awesome isn’t she? well, me and y/n have been dating seriously since 2021. i wanted to just let my fans know because i love you guys and well… im also really in love with this girl… come here, amor” he gestured for you to sit in the cameras view

you sat next to your boyfriend and nervously waved at the camera.

“hi guys… how are you?”

the chat went absolutely wild. they were so happy and congratulated the two of you.

“wow guys, thank you so much. you don’t know how much this means to me!”

alex went on and on talking to his fans, crying tears of joy. you reached up and dried his face, giving him a kiss on the cheek and a smile. alex smiled at you and continued to talk to his fans.

everyone was ecstatic and just so happy for you guys. soon, it was time for alex to say goodbye and end the stream as it was only a short one.

“that went really well… thank you y/n” he took your hand in his

Description

The images and inscriptions provide a painted sermon. The central theme, encouraged by the Reformation, is the contrast between the unforgiving Old Testament Law (LEX) on the left, and the forgiving Grace of the New Testament (GRATIA) at the right. Man (HOMO)'s failure to obey the commandments God gave to Moses, led to sin (PECCATUM) and death (MORS - the skeleton). However, man is forgiven and achieves salvation (VICTORIA NOSTRA) through Christ's Crucifixion and Resurrection. Man sits between the Old Testament prophet Isaiah and St John the Baptist, who points the way forward to Christ 'the Lamb of God' (AGNUS DEI).

Me, popping my head out from under his cloak: and make it double!

Anon, this is too cute! I love the idea of snuggling in Luke's cloak (especially if he's already wearing it). I wonder if this could could also be applied to his poncho from ANH? For the sake of this imagine, let's assume that you're shorter than him.

It's a given that you love to steal his clothes, and he loves to let you--he thinks you look so cute in them! It all started one night when you got cold while you were on an evening stroll around the Great Temple together. Almost instinctively, he took off his yellow jacket and placed it around your shoulders, telling you to keep it for as long as you need to. It was a little big, but it was perfectly cozy and smelled like him. The gesture alone was enough to warm you up.

Little did Luke know, however, that by letting you borrow his clothes, things would frequently start disappearing from his closet. First, the poncho disappears, and he assumes that Han just threw it away until he sees you wearing it around the base. You smile at him sheepishly, only for him to say that it looks much better on you than it ever did on him.

Because of his utilitarian, no-wastefulness Tatooine mindset, he isn't offended if you want to modify some of the clothes he gives you, whether that means getting something altered to fit you or stitching in some colorful embroidery. He's actually really touched that you want to personalize something that once belonged to him, and he likes that it gets to be a sort of physical representation of your bond.

When he pulls together his new sexy jedi fit, you better believe he chose to incorporate a cloak so you can mess with it. He can barely control his laughter when he first sees you completely engulfed in the black fabric. He loves hugging you when he's wearing it so he can literally wrap you in his embrace, and you've definitely pranked the others a few times by walking around base pretending to be one person. Also, if you ever end up having a family together, his heart absolutely melts watching your child waddle around with the cloak trailing after them.

Bonus: if you're also a Jedi, he's definitely getting you a matching cloak!
