Red Wine; the local church's bookkeeper/financial advisor; she basically owns the place and may be using that power for some shadier endeavours
Peppercorn is a butcher and runs the deli, she's no nonsense and doesn't care for the restaurant rivalries around her Pepperblanc runs a hand crafted pasta and spice booth at the farmer's market when she's not working as head chef at Sugar and Salt's cafe/bistro; she's quiet and reserved they are two of four sisters.
