BOOST OF CONFIDENCE💪🏻
Have you ever observed a model very carefully? Do you know why they are so mesmerizing, charming, captivating and attractive? You know even the models that are not white or don't have kind of fair skin looks attractive and drop dead gorgeous.
Do you think that only beauty matters! Come on my girlies, beauty is overrated! Aura, energy, vibe, body language and personality attracts people more than beauty does. Outer beauty is temporary, but your inner beauty is permanent. Be smarter, earn money and then watch everyone beggin' to be with you, watch everyone being obsessed with you.
Work in your inner beauty that is your self love, self healing and self care and watch outer beauty glow naturally.
1. Self Love
Do more what you love like any of your hobbies or your PASSION.
Meditation (For sure!!)
Walk out in Nature.
Hear manifestion music or subliminals.
2. Self Healing/ Heal Inner Child
Journal your thoughts, regrets, fears, insecurities, pain or any negative feelings.
Reward yourself for all of your wins.
Meditation.
Do what your childhood you wanted to do.
Do the Ho'pono prayer.
Talk with your inner child.
See one of your childhood photo and talk with her/him and let the emotions go out.
3. Self Care
Drink more water.
Eat a little healthy.
Keep fast twice in a month.
Do your nails.
Hair care.
Ice your face.
Do some home remedies like face packs.
Exercise or Yoga

First of all, lemme remind you that Looks don't even matter!!
How you can be the best of you?
"CONFIDENCE" comes first! It's the vibe that screams "HEY I'M CONFIDENT IN MYSELF, I DON'T GIVE A SHIT WHATEVER YOU THINK OF ME!" Have confidence in every tiniest thing you do.
Whenever you're in public or wherever just remember:
1. YOU'RE THE MAIN CHARACTER
2. YOU'RE THE BEST.
3. YOU'RE THAT GIRL.
4. YOU'RE A WINNER.
5. YOUR LOOKS DOESN'T DESCRIBE YOU.
6. VIBE, AURA, ENERGY AND PERSONALITY IS IMPORTANT.
7. WALK LIKE YOU OWN THE PLACE.
8. NEVER THINK LIKE TOO MUCH.
9. DON'T LET YOUR CONFIDENCE GO DOWN.
10. DRESS BETTER.
💕MAKE A PERSONALITY OF YOURS.
Write down every single thing you wanna be. How your FUTURE SELF IS? What she wears, what she do, whom she spends time with etc.
💕BE HER
Put in the efforts to be her.
💕 KNOWLEDGE
If you have knowledge than you are going to be successful no matter what! Keep reading books and gain the knowledge about different topics. Atleast for 15 to 20 minutes you should read a book.
💕DRESS WELL
When I say dress well it doesn't mean to wear expensive clothes. I mean wear what makes you feel confident and pretty. For example: If oversized outfits make you feel damn cool then wear it and invest in buying oversized outfits. Just wear clean clothes.
REMINDER:
You're BEAUTIFUL.
You're Worth it.
You can do anything you want to do.

I absolutely hate it when women do this negative self-talk just to fit in with the crowd because the society has made it acceptable for us to talk bad about ourselves, but the minute we give even one compliment to ourselves, we are considered too self-obsessed, lacking humility, and everyone demands us to humble ourselves.
No please do not humble yourself and don’t feel guilty for being obsessed with yourself. Humbleness and humility are words thrown at confident women who love themselves by insecure, miserable people because they are triggered by your self love.
And men especially love to humble women because when you love yourself less, you value yourself less which lowers your standards and gives these men the opportunity to make their way into your life without putting in any effort.
No matter how many people find it offensive or hate you for that, always speak good about yourself. Appreciate your talents! Brag about your achievements! Say that you are beautiful and special! Compliment yourself all the time like you’re your own best friend!
And if you ever feel guilty for doing that or feel like you’re showing off or something, you need to ditch these people you’re surrounded by and replace them with confident women who value themselves, as being in their company will automatically raise your self-esteem and confidence level to a degree you’ll never stop talking about how awesome you are.
Stop trying to please people who are not even at your level by bringing yourself down. Why fit in when you are meant to stand out anyway?? Miserable people do not deserve your energy. They will make you miserable as well. So fuck them and fuck society! Fuck humbleness and fuck humility! You don’t have to decrease your own obsession of yourself to make others feel better about themselves.

Book Review #4 - Atomic Habits

🕯📚📜🍂🎧 Many of us want to be better. We want to enjoy the finer things in life. We want to uncover our full potential. Yet, we often quit our efforts to attain these desires. Either that, or we do not know how to continuously make improvements to them in order to fully maximize our abilities. Is there any cure to this seemingly endless loop of making ambitious plans to just to fail at them? While there is no guaranteed solution, this book by James Clear offers evidence-based strategies to harness the power of habits to achieve your goals. In a 319-page journey, the author takes us on a step-by-step journey explaining the anatomy of a habit and how to use it to follow good practices while avoiding those that hinder our progress. This is done using many every-day examples and references to popular culture in order to leave readers with actionable take-aways from the knowledge gained in each chapter.
This book is well-organized into parts and chapters that lead smoothly from start to end, and this reinforced the understanding of how each component of a habit can be taken advantage of to our needs. The wide variety of analogies, histories and studies show how the concepts taught in the book can be applied flexibly, making them a relevant read for those serious about improving themselves. Many interesting ideas were broken down into palatable definitions supported by simple situations that they could be used in. The author using his personal experiences to explain the relevance of his content also made the book more credible, since he had some honest insights that showed the realistic side of habit-building. It was also nice to see the use of visual aids and exercises to solidify readers’ understanding. Still, I feel that there was content overload at times and some repetition (perhaps intentional, given the nature of the book?). It also felt like there were too many examples in some chapters.
I think anyone interested in habit building towards a healthy life transformation should definitely try this book. The guidance is great if you are trying to get your basics right without feeling guilty — something that is super important in self-improvement. I also think that athletes will be inspired by this book as there are many points relevant to their improvement. You can read this book in one sitting (5-6 hours) or choose to go part by part — there are ways to apply its content whichever way you choose to do so. Enjoy reading this book :)

Day 11/100 - 100 days of productivity 🕊️

🕊️ The weather was beautiful and it wasn't too hot in the shade, so I moved from my room to the terrace with my study and work materials.
🕊️ I watched a new Wizard Liz's video and took notes.
🕊️ I started going through another Blender lecture.
🕊️ My family and I went out for pizza. Unfortunately, they closed permanently our favorite pizzeria, so now we have to go somewhere else.
🕊️ I took a nap for about twenty minutes and in the evening, we went to the church for Mass.
🕊️ When we got home, I spent the rest of the evening on the terrace with my parents, sister, cat, and a cup of tea (he tried to take it away from me).
