plan: 10k + steps daily, 2L water or more, night affirmations, weight lifting schedule (arms, abs, glutes, legs), 90/10 diet, 140-150g protein, 1900 cals, sleep from 11-8 or 10-7, night weight loss drink
work on: strength building, hydration, sleep schedule

tips from what i’ve learned over the years!
some of these might be obvious, but they’re all things i learned the hard way
when you eat, eat things high in protein, it’ll keep you fuller for longer
drink lots and lots of water!! this is honestly the most important thing because it keeps you fuller and can help clear your skin
if you’re an athlete, eat carbs before a game/meet. i know they’re high cal but it’s better to play your best than to risk losing just because you didn’t have enough energy (this also applies to actors and dancers!!!)
track ALL a of your cals. lose it is an amazing app and even when you binge, TRACK!!! it helps you to realize how high cal some of the things you eat are and hold you accountable
when eating out/with friends, eat no more than half of your food. and while doing this, drink water inbetween bites, and eat slowly.
set up rewards for yourself! it’ll feel so good once you loose a certain amount of weight and then in addition to that get rewarded
overall, be consistent! if you binge, move on and know that tomorrow is a new day. don’t give up, and remember that everyone has bad days, but that doesn’t give an excuse for a bad week.

if you want a smaller waist:
- DON'T DO plank twists, side planks, spiderman planks, or mountain climbers.
why? these exercises build your obliques muscle OUTWARD, which actually gives you a "boxier" appearance. which, if you like, then you can do it. most supermodels have this look and it's beautiful!
however, if you're looking to cinch your waist then
- DO sit ups, crunches, Russian twists, bicycle crunch.
- DO full body HIIT exercises and other forms of cardio in order to burn extra calories which will eventually burn body fat.
- DO be in a calorie deficit

❤︎₊ ⊹ you just moved to a new town and everyone is obsess3d with you. all the boys want to be with you, the girls want to be you, but you're busy with your v4mpire boyfriend and w3rewolf best friend. you have so much stuff going on, that eating has become a chore.
guidelines:
put on bootcut jeans and longsleeve henley tops in moody colors. it's always cloudy in forks, so throw on a jacket that's way too big for you.
always have hot drinks (black coffee, tea, hot cocoa). edward's hands are already cold enough, so you'll need something to keep yours warm.
have light snacks throughout the day, and save your calories for dinner with your dad at the diner.
make sure to run your hand through your hair loads of times.
listen to music in your wired earphones and always have a book in hand
wear antique jewelry and a locket, with both edward and jacob's pictures in it.

have a small bowl of oatmeal with honey or cinnamon (200c4ls) + black coffee or tea, preferably without sugar
