subliminals nada mais é que audios que contem afirmações que somente seu subconsciente entende, conseguindo mudar a cor dos olhos, emagrecer, atrair coisas, etc.

tem uma comunidade de subliminals chamada ug, que são aquelas subs toxicas para perda de peso extrema, ficar doente, fazer alguem ficar obcecado por vc etc. Eu não recomendo muito essas subs pq elas contem afirmações negativas, que pode resultar em resultados contrarios, sempre leia os comentarios antes de escutar.

ontem fiquei 18h de nf apenas, fiz muitos exercicios e escutei uma sub para cintura fina e barriga chapada enquanto dormia, hoje eu acordei e fiquei assustada com os resultados, minha cintura de 78cm foi pra 72cm!!!, minha barriga diminuiu muito tbm, obviamente que fazer exercicios ajuda MUITO nos resultados.

estou tentando emagrecer o maximo possivel pq vou para a piscina com o povo da minha sala, e isso esta ajudando muito!!
