saw that one of your posts had the word "delulu" in it... id like to kindly ask you not to use that word. if you havent already heard, pretty much nobody who actually experiences delusions likes "delulu". it's making light of very real struggles we face by turning it into a cute & quirky #relatable thing to say on social media, meanwhile we aren't taken seriously at all. it's like saying "im so ocd" just because you like being neat, or "im so bipolar" because you sometimes have mood swings, or "im so adhd" because sometimes you forget things. even if it isnt your intention to be disrespectful, it lets mentally ill people who see your work know that you dont care about us/take us seriously & think that engaging in your favorite media is somehow comparable to thinking all your friends are going to kill you, or that the world is a simulation. delusions arent a hobby, they arent a daydream to escape to by choice, theyre often debilitating & terrifying & inescapable. nobody who has experienced delusions thinks "delulu" is okay. please stop using it. not hating on you, i just wanted to inform you of what's wrong & why in a calm & polite way before someone else comes in guns blazing. please remove "delulu" from your vocabulary.

Uhm. Maybe this is out of pocket for me to say but I have??? DID????? Which....while I don't like to think of it this way because it makes me feel crazy, does in part deal with delusions and blurring reality. I am delusional. I experience delusions. Using the word delulu feels easier to me to say, cause it's a silly word that has no impact on me compared to alternatives.

As for the "mentally ill people who see your work", as you might have guessed as someone who has DID among other mental illnesses, my friends, other people who veiw my work, are like me. Nuerodivergents, systems, ectect. I have a whole discord server dedicated to talking to them, and I'm sure they would tell me if they were really uncomfortable with me using that, but they haven't. Because I'm actually delulu? So I mean. Yeah. Uh. Ye.

im here to talk about a user by the name of @ask-welcomehome and their community. DO NOT GO AND HARASS THEM. REPORT, BLOCK AND MOVE ON

I SPEAK INDEPENDENTLY AND AM NOT SPEAKING ON BEHALF OF COZY CAFE OR LITTLE CORNER

Basically there was an a issue a while ago between cozy cafe, an age regression community that aims to be a safe space for regressors and caregivers alike, and little corner, ask-welcomehome's community who has the same goal, on how little corner was a copy of cozy cafe. The description and about was copied from cozy cafe.

Ask welcomehome then apologised and corrected said issues, said it wouldn't happen again and all was well. Until some people started digging it up and harassing this user because of this issue, which was fixed and they were forgiven and still allowed in cozy cafe.

This drove ask welcomehome to make a post in little corner saying to report everyone in cozy cafe and to attempt taking down the community, whilst making rude remarks about people in the community and saying they're all horrible. I then attempted to inform them that what they were doing was also coming off as harrasment and that a better disision would be to report individuals that were harassing them. They then removed my comments for "irrelevance" and banned me from the community.

I thought maybe i came off as rude and brushed it off as i worded it wrong. But due to recent events i realised its simply because they dont care.

Remember when i mentioned they apologised and said they'd improve? That didn't happen.

i found a post of them asking someone in their ask box if they'd like to join their alterhuman community. This person then called them out for being a copy of their community. This was less than a week ago.

they then apologised, whilst blaming harassment for giving them anxiety, which is a very common thing they do.

user has already been informed that this isbt the first time this has happened.

What drove me to make this post is recent events were welcome home joined cozy cafe, reported some accounts that were against the rules, and used that to brag why they're better. they then blocked admin and started lying saying admin is a ghost blog/a bot.

when you block someone or someone blocks you back, you show up as a ghost blog.

welcomehome then sent an alt who they said was a friend to go "apologise"

this apology was FULL of excuses like "they were semi regressed" "they have anxiety " "theyve been dming me crying about how they wish it went differently"

i am a regressor who has unmediated general anxiety disorder and i have frequent long lasting anxiety attacks that disable me from doing basic things. i have a daily anxiety attacks yet am still able to take responsibility for my actions because anxiety doesn't MAKE you harass people. anxiety doesnt MAKE you copy communities and fake apologies when you're called out.

this "friend" never went and talked to admin before posting and there were two posts made.

the admin then took down the posts, due to it being against the rules and distressing people in cozy cafe and privately talking to said friend.

ask welcomehome was then banned and soon after so was the friend due to the screenshot below

this may have been the part where i messed up and im sorry for this

i was blocked by them after being banned from little corner so i used an alt to look at their account since people were panicking about them making up stuff. im sorry for that i had no justification other than "i was curious"

but in their description was this

i also found posts straight up LYING about what happened and again, using anxiety as a guilt trip which is INSULTING for someone who has extreme anxiety

they caused drama. i checked my notifs to find paragraphs of excuses used as an "apology"

"for no reason" you just stated why they were banned

"dmed them nothing but rude crap" wrong i dmed them saying that im sorry if what i said came off as rude (i said if it is them they need to log off and get mental help) and i felt like the apology was simply excuses

"over a small mistake" you make rude posts harassing the community and its members and you have not once but twice copied two communities and used being harrassed and having anxiety as a guilt trip, which then you without warning FORCED an apology on the people who dont even KNOW you whilst in a vulnerable mindset just so you can claim you're good and they're bad.

i also saw ZERO comments claiming that ur friend was a bot

the admin is an absolute sweetheart and has been trying his best to handle the situation whilst you and your friends make up lies and harrass the admin and their community

there was another rude post that was deleted

you are NOT fit to have a community and you should take a break off the internet and get HELP .

you are parasocial, you weaponise your disabilities to guilt trip others, you make empty promises and fake apologies, you harass people and throw a tantrum when you get backlash, you're a liar who makes stuff up so they get pity and you use this as an opportunity to advertise your community calling yourself better.

i hope you do learn from your actions this time and realise the severity of your actions.

Little corner and its community has done NOTHING wrong nor has cozy cafe and any other users/ communities that have been mentioned. This is @ask-welcomehome 's mistake and they should own up for it with no excuses, no "friend" speaking for them and no guilt trip/ weaponising disorders and blaming them for their actions.

My thoughts on the Wilbur Soot allegations

I support Shubble 100%, though we shouldn't just attack Wilbur until we know that he was the abuser for sure. I just hope that if this is true and the allegations are found correct, that Wilbur is getting the help he needs, though it doesn't justify his supposed actions. This doesn't, however justify the harassment, doxing, and death threats. Even if he is an abuser, he is still a human being and no one deserves that.

Something I'll never understand is how people can be so fucking vile towards other people. Like it's really not that easy to "just get a diagnosis". You may have free resources where you are, but I DON'T. My pain is still real regardless of diagnosis or not. Which I personally do have but doctors refuse to treat because it's not severe enough or my insurance won't cover it and I can't afford it. I don't have the luxury of just going over to the next town for a second opinion or to see if someone else can treat for less. my area is DOMINATED BY A HEALTHCARE MONOPOLY! we literally have hospitals sitting empty because no one can compete with them here, and they can't buy those hospitals because they'd legally be a monopoly then. There are no small clinics that do free Health anything here, and that is the sad reality a lot of people live in. Anti rq, Anti transID people please please please open your damn eyes to situations outside your own, and understand a good amount rq/transid people are not trying to appropriate your resources but are trying to cope with their own situations.

I'm not lazy for not being able to get appropriate healthcare. I've tried, I've gone over an hour away for healthcare and never got help. I've been in constant pain since I was a child, and no one has cared enough to actually do anything. My parents tried their best, took me to places that claim to be the best, and I was still failed by healthcare places. I never lied about my pain or my health. I was failed by people who were supposed to help me and now I id as I do as my means of coping with that repeated let down. I am sure there are others out there like me. My thoughts on reclaiming the r slur as a intellectually disabled and autistic person.

I do not believe in reclaiming it. Why would you even want to reclaim it? Often, people who say they can reclaim it have their own opinions. They say because they were called it they can. However, my insight on it is that why would you want to reclaim it?

The r slur has been a slur to dehumanize and insult those with intellectual disabilities. It was even a diagnosis at a time and was used to say we were less. We weren’t human. We couldn’t make decisions of our own.

Ask yourself this if you’re thinking of reclaiming it. Who are you harming by using that word? Yourself? Other people? The answer is usually yes because the word is derogatory. There is no way to say it that isn’t derogatory towards someone or yourself. So why use it?

Can’t believe I even have to say this, but wanting Jean Grey, or any other female comic book character to die or stay dead because you want her significant other to be with someone else, is misogynistic.

Female characters shouldn’t have to be fridged just because you don’t like her relationship with her boyfriend/husband and prefer him to be with someone else. They can always separate or divorce, you don’t need to kill a female character off.

I’m tired of people wanting to rob female characters of potential and development for the sake of male characters. That mentality is the reason why Gail Simone started the Women in Refrigerators movement.

Let female characters develop outside male characters. Let them have the same development as male characters.

I just want to preface this by saying that I didn't reblog the post in the image above because I didn't want to distract from nizzysam's post about appreciating a compliment by adding my irrelevant questioning, and not because I'm attempting to hide this from either person involved. 😅

I've seen it asserted that Micah is homophobic a few times now, but I've never seen someone give an explanation of where he has been homophobic. Having looked through the majority of Micah's lines, the closest thing I've come across is a line he says in response to seeing Javier shining his boots (CW: Vulgar sexual reference to a blowjob, sexism):

But even this feels more like toxic masculinity and sexism than homophobia, specifically. Like, we never see him go after Bill for being gay. This is not to say that I rule out the idea of Micah Bell being homophobic given the time and culture he's a part of (I definitely think he's at least got some sort of internalized homophobia), but I wouldn't call Micah being homophobic something that one "forgets" was in the game because... Was it evident?
