Does anyone else play Mario kart when little? I don't see a lot of Mario kart in agere so I just curious. If so which Mario kart and who you play? And if more recent games what kart you play on? I'm a pink Yoshi / teddy buggy tho when little I may play as baby Rosalina or baby Peach or Baby Luigi. Mostly Yoshi tho. I wike pink Yoshi cause I just think dat colour is tha prettiest but all yoshis are adorable.
Also if anyone happens to wanna play Mario kart wif me I'm always happy to find new players to race with

How to incorporate age-regression into day-to-day life
Brought to you by a teenager who experiences depressive episodes and often times cannot find even a full hour to regress nor get help from my boyfriend(CG) + has to go to school 5 days a week for 8 hours
1. If you have time in between classes or have free time then watch kids shows on your phone/laptop
2. Bring things like Paci’s/teethers and use when you need to (I’d go to the bathroom or a private area for this obviously)
3. You have to get off your phone before bed, so you might as well take some time to wind down with regression. 30 minutes before bed put away devices and color or play or journal, do whatever you like to when little (minus tv or electronic stuff) this will help relieve daily stress before bed and help you get to bed faster
4. Bring a friend with you! Stuffed animals are amazinggg at keeping calm company and are soft and huggable so what’s not to like?
5. Bring a color book with you + pencils/crayons/markers/etc and color when you have free time
6. Sometimes it can help to plan a day to yourself if you’re having a hard time. So plan a Saturday or Sunday to have all to yourself! And be prepared to be interrupted, just don’t let it get to you :]
7. (This one is more for 10+ regressors and age dreamers) If you have friends you can be little around and they don’t mind then do that!
8. I’m not sure if this counts but just blowing bubbles outside afterschool. Or just sitting outside or playing. That’s one I do :3

Shout out to age dreamers who feel invalid because they can't fully regress. Who have tried and tried to fully regress but can't. Who don't like the title "age dreamer" because they feel cut off from the rest of the age regression community. Who don't always realize they've regressed. Who don't outwardly express their regression. Or any other age dreamer. You are valid. You are seen. You are loved. You don't have to fit into a box. As long as it helps your mental health and doesn't harm yourself or others, you do you. As an age dreamer myself, I can say with full certainty, you are not alone and you are amazing. 🩷💖🩷💖
