Achieving an aeon's gaze is strange, your discipline, morals, ideals, lifestyle, something has to deeply resonate with their followed path. Let us assume Sunday is something similar to a "dreamlike" aeon [maybe it's mentioned in his boss form description, all i remember is the embryo of Philosophy ;;]

But again, it's not exactly stated how you'd be able to achieve an aeon's gaze; i still have no idea how acheron did it [IX is literally a black hole??], because i cant for the life of me read through those huge blocks of texts in the dialogue.

So lets say Sunday's able to pull his own strings and maybe even force you on that path. He's an aeon – who's stopping him?

Its the middle of the night, you're awake in bed, tossing and turning. It feels like something in your chest is pulling, a weird sensation you've been trying to put off. Your eyes are burning from the lack of sleep, but your mind seems restless. You try to calm yourself down and think about one thing and then another, one by one, until you remember Sunday. You wonder what was going through his mind, his in-between words in that one conversation, what he could have meant..

And like that, you fall asleep. Your bones sink into the bed, your weight relaxes into the pliant surface.

And then you awake. But somewhere else. It's not your bedroom – not the familiar ceiling, nor the corner of your room with piled clothes or a messy table. It's the cosmos, littered with stars. It's strange. You almost don't notice until you try to move – you're floating in space.

You turn, and he's there. That recognizable golden halo, stretching out into the dark expanse like the inside of a star plunging into the depths, golden eyes that peer down at you; with recognition, understanding, almost sympathy, and something you can't quite place. Your ribs ache and your lungs burn when you're reminded to breathe – this is the man you were thinking about before you slept.

You wake up, panting, shooting up in bed. The familiar space of your room greets you this time. The night is young outside your window ‐ not much time seems to have passed in that brilliant moment.

You were ready to chalk it up to a dream, like the ones where you feel like you're falling and wake up with a racing heart. But then you look down, and see a strange symbol on your body, something akin to an eye.

It seems you've earned his blessing to follow his path.

And even more? It seems like you're the first person to actually follow this path.

It's strange and isolating in a way. You can awaken from the sweetdream paradise your beloved Aeon seems to have put penacony under. You gain this strange, superflous, iridescent ghost of a halo, and you realise you can use it to communicate.

You can communicate with Sunday.

But a part of you finds it pointless. you can't understand what he's saying anymore; Aeons' existence transcends language. You can only hear whispers of people speaking to you, as though it's from the corner of a room, somewhere in the distance, with one barely audible male voice standing out in the whispering; it might be sunday's real voice, but you're not sure. At least, to some degree, you've managed to make out a few words.

Some words give you information. You can monitor the true handiwork of your aeon this way. Every person's dream — sweet, deep slumbers, exquisitely woven by deft fingers, all in 7 days. You figured this when you phased out of the dream, looking down at your own sleeping body and freaking out, when Sunday communicated with you for the first time, instantly calming you down. Dream. Woven. 7 days. Those words were evident in the cacophony of whispers.

Some words carry warnings. Or rather, they're not exactly words.

When your curious hands boldly trace the surface of a particularly fragile dream, you hear breathing. In close proximity, too, as if its right behind your ear. Sometimes, if you try to wake someone, you feel the breathing; warm, and languidly flowing down the back of your collar. You've chosen to not find out what happens when you don't listen.

Sometimes, when you decide to simply phase out of the dream to take a look at your own body in reality – you talk to Sunday. You tell him what you think, who you met in the dreamscape, what he can do to make it better [since.. well, you can't exactly do much to awaken anyone or oppose an aeon]. You assume he doesn't hear you, since you don't get your whispery response, but after you catch a few glimpses of your suggestions in the dreamscape, you realise he's just a good listener.

Perhaps, even if you may be the only follower of this path for now.. it may not be as isolating as you think.

ADVICE FOR NEWLY DISCOVERED OR SUSPECTED SYSTEMS

if you suspect you may be a system or have recently discovered that youre a system, things can be confusing and hard. im making this post as someone who has been aware of being a system for about 5 years and has been diagnosed for 2. these are things i wish we knew and did. i hope it will be helpful to some of you and i wish you luck on discovering things about yourself and your system keep in mind everyone is different and systems are no exception, so what i list here might be incredibly beneficial for one person but do nothing for another. find what works for you. i will try to provide a variety of advice in order for you to see what fits you best DO YOUR RESEARCH research the disorder, try to find others experiences and things you think would help you. this is especially helpful if you are suspecting and not yet sure if you have it, researching symptoms and others experiences can be very helpful in determining START SYMPTOM LOGGING this can be as simple as "i blacked out today" or "i dont feel like myself right now", you dont have to be identifying switches or putting names to alters, theres no rush to be able to do that and some systems have no desire to do that symptom logging is useful because it can help you identify potential triggers and patterns in your symptoms. for example, if you can remember what happened before a period of amnesia and remember being exposed to a stressful event or something potentially triggering, this would be worth writing down to see if its a recurring pattern REACH OUT TO OTHER ALTERS this can be done in a variety of ways, but the easiest way would be to leave a note in a place itll be seen. for example, a sticky note on a mirror (if you live with other people and cant do this, try leaving a note on your phone in a frequently checked app) i would advise saying something along the lines of "hello, i am (name) and i would like to communicate with you. i suspect we have a disorder called (DID/OSDD) and we share the same body and mind. please write back to me in (location, can be a notebook or app etc) and tell me some about yourself if you feel comfortable" but you can say whatever works for you. i just think the main points to cover are having DID/OSDD and introducing yourself as well as asking for an introduction in return START WORKING ON COMMUNICATION this takes a lot of practice, so i always say its better to build up early rather than late. we have a whole post on it that can be found here REMINDERS AND THINGS TO REMEMBER if you do not remember your trauma, do not dig for it. it isnt safe to try to remember trauma without professionals help. if you happen to remember, thats one thing, but dont intentionally seek out triggers to try to remember denial is common and not a sign of faking, if you were faking you would know and would not be in denial. being wrong about having DID/OSDD (if you are suspecting but not sure) is not the same as faking no two systems are the same. you dont have to look exactly like some other system you know or online to be real its normal to not know everything right away. you wont know all your alters immediately, you may not be able to access (and you may not have) your innerworld, you probably wont remember all of your trauma without professionals help, etc. its all normal its totally ok to keep information about your system private. there is no need to share with anyone you do not feel completely safe and comfortable with switching at any frequency is normal, there is no "correct" amount to switch. any amount of alters is normal, there is no "correct" amount of alters. any level of amnesia is normal, there is no "correct" level of amnesia apps like simply plural and bots like pluralkit can be incredibly helpful for some systems, but there is absolutely no pressure to use them if you do not feel comfortable - grey

the games mentioned are usually an exaggerated and insane version of them- truth or dare but if you lie or refuse a dare you were given you get locked in the cellar/j

oh he definitely would try to get some juicy conversation with you or another circus member- god forbid you show some small sign that youre crushing on someone, hes not going to leave you alone

even worse if he finds out you actually do and who it is

his version of spin the bottle might get a little insane, knowing him.. definitely rigs it lands on whoever you like

not very interested, but if this takes place post episode 2 shes more inclined to join everyone for the night to get to know everyone better

if you two have grown close she sticks with you during the insane games caine has set out

completely opts out of any games that look way too intense but she probably gets roped into it by some of the others- or simply being swept into the chaos

sleeps off to the corner a bit away from everyone else so she can at least try to get a good nights sleep

if SOMEONE (jax, or even caine) gets too overwhelming or annoying she just gets up and goes to her room... you might be able to coax her back out

as mentioned in jax's section, she offers to let you lay next to her if jax is bothering you

if you ask her, she does your hair before you go to bed. brushing through it and if its long enough she ties/braids it up for you

if you have a sleep set- unlikely given that they cant take their clothes off but we can pretend caine snapped his fingers and changed everyones clothing or something- she compliments how it looks.. if its cute or if it looks comfortable

if youre still awake and open to it she talks to you quietly when she cant sleep, its actually a nice change of pace against the chaos of when everyone else was awake

you dont talk about much, you just check in on each other and ramble about nothing in specific... keep it down or caine will come on over and try to insert himself

hes the reason the cw is here, hes going to put bugs in your blankets if you guys arent sharing his room. if the two of you are in your room, or if you guys are in the common area hes going to do it.. or put something else thats unpleasant there..

thinks its funny, knowing him he might actually laugh a little off to the side as you thrash your sleeping bag around

snack hoarder, especially if theres candy- good luck trying to get more than a handful from him, hes not much of a sharer

tries to play everything off when someone offers to let you come lay down next to them for the night- likely ragatha

he doesnt participate in the games for the most part, especially if its after a high energy adventure... hes a little drained after the day- physically and mentally

as for your question, the answer is both yes and no. yeosang has essentially become darling’s living, breathing pillow and naps by the fire with her favourite werewolf have become so commonplace that it’s no longer a surprise to hongjoong and seonghwa when they walk into the living room to see the two of your sprawled out on top of the rug. most of the time yeosang stays awake, his eyes big and wide as he watches you sleep. it’s sweet to see him so taken by you, but if joong or hwa ever ask any questions, he’s spitting out some sort of sarcastic response in a desperate attempt to hide the fact that he’s loving having you nap on him.

“you think i like being used as a pillow for this brat? please, she’s so wriggly when she sleeps; it’s annoying.”

darling will never sleep in yeosang’s room at night, though. there’s multiple reasons but yeosang would argue that the main one is that he won’t allowed her too. like he says, she’s wriggly and he’s willing to accept that when she insists on napping with him downstairs, but in his own bed? no way. besides, hongjoong gets moody when he wakes up without either of his lovers by his side. it’s happened before where he woke up to find that darling wasn’t there. in a panic he woke up seonghwa, only for her to return from the bathroom seconds later. he gave her curt remarks about being abandoned for the rest of the day until seonghwa stepped in to put a stop to his ridiculous attitude.

Hi there! I just stumbled upon your cozy blog thanks to a post mentioning that Viv will be working on a new series. ^^"

If it's true, then I'm worried just how she might do a terrible job especially since writing doesn't seem to be her specialty (like she's giving me Mindy Kaling vibes). She even announced planning to work on several more seasons of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. Shouldn't she at least finish both shows before even moving to other projects? 🤔

I also think in my opinion that she'd work best as a t-shirt graphic artist for Hot Topic 'coz most of her projects felt like a random showcase of her OCs from high school. They're also overly designed and her humor is rather too juvenile than hilarious.

Viv shouldnt be making anything new without finishing the already tanking series' she has. She can't write, and even admits that herself several times. She steals from smaller artists, refuses to credit her artists and employees, is constantly into controversy after controversy, She cant grow up.

Its funny how you mention she gives a Mindy Vibe and i TOTALLY see it. Mindy went on a tirade about how people were shitting on Velma and Viv does the exact same thing, istg those 2 must be sharing a braincell.

Also yes the Hot Topic thing, i have my own 2 cents to put in there.

i swear this has a point to it just stick with me here. If it doesnt make sense to you im sorry, im not the greatest at explaining things.

I grew up in the early 2000s and 2010s, so Hot Topic and Spencer's were major hot spots for me, and lemme tell you. In those times, HT and Spencer's wouldve laughed at Viv for wanting to sell her cheap ass merch there. In fact, most merch sold there now, wouldnt have been, but ever since the big boom of indie creations; these stores ended up with different purposes.

HT never used to be a online merch store for indie creators, it used to be an actual punk store for punk and alt teens. Same with Spencer's but it was more for adults. You couldnt find things that werent punk or alt in regular stores thats why you'd go to HT or Spencer's.

Thats where youd get your AOT merch, Black Butler, Supernatural, Addams family, Jack Skellington, Band shirts like Korn, MCR, BVB, and Splitknot were sold there.

But now, its HH and HB merch. Fnaf, [im a fnaf fan before anyone comes for for that] and sparkle bs.

You cant find the punk merch you want, cuz its being switched out for Vivs bullshit and being buried in the back storages until they start having major sales to just get rid of it.

Now Spencer's' is being turned into the New HT, and HT is being turned into the kiddie emo version of Claires. its so fucking sad to watch.

My point to all this is.

Viv didnt need to sell her merch in HT.

HT doesnt need to be selling her merch to kids.

Viv shows are not made for kids, but yet she sells her merch at a teen based punk store.

HT doesnt need to be pandering to every indie creator that calls them to collab or sell their shitty 40$ t-shirts.

running away from his home after his parents murder/suicide with baby Ash in his amrs, Dust walks for a VERY long time - nowerdays he wouldnt be able to tell you how far he went, because he cant remember where he came FROM in the first place, but he did it over a long time, barefoot, until he reached a city, where he found an alleyway, which he huddled up in with Ash for the night, because it had started raining.

at this point, Dust cannot speak english - his parents always wanted his primary language to be korean, and the plan was for him to learn english as he went to school - that never happened.

Dust became attuned to his new life quickly - he found out very quickly where to look for food, where to get cloth from, how to feed a baby - all sorts. he learned to tie his waist length bright blue hair up without a band to keep it away, he found out where to get free clean water from, and he just got on with it.

he never even found out that his parents had been found dead in their home by police, and that those police had found evidence of children living in the house. after such a long time searching for those kids, the officers couldnt fine any sign of them, and so, Ash and Dustin Calvateyla were presumed dead - murdered by their mother and their bodies disposed of somewhere - a monument was put up, with fake gravestones for them, in a row with their parents.

One day, Cross, as we will come to know him, runs away from home, sneaking out his bedroom window after a big fight with his father. it was surprisingly easy for the small 5 year old; one of the staff around the house were watching him at that moment, and his father was too busy in his study, so, out the window he went, and started wandering the streets while crying.

Until he walks down an alleyway, after hearing some song in some language he doesnt know, and finds a boy.

Cross grew up very sheltered, and in fact, hed never seen an asian person before, so, he was a little confused, but to this day, he can remember seeing Dust, holding Ash as hes drifting to sleep, singing in korean, and catching his, very scared and wary eye, and thinking he look SO DAMN COOL.

Likewise, Dust had never seen someone with albinism before, and he thought at first Cross was a ghost. which is why he was so scared.

Cross tries to talk to him - theres a small comic panel of this meeting somewhere! - and it doesnt go well, as he realises this boy doesnt know any english or spanish, so, he tries to communicate with him as best as he can.

After a bit, Cross' stomach rumbles, becuase hes been out for a while by now, and Dusts eyes light up, before he rushes of to this little bowl of what can only be described as warm, mushed up stuff, that Cross is pretty sure is NOT food, and shoves it under his new friends nose.

In Dusts mind, Cross is in the same position he is, hes out in the cold all alone, and hes hungry. Dust has food, and sharing food has always been a THING in his family, so, logically, he tries to share it. he doesnt know Cross has a home, that theres food waiting for him there, all he knows is Cross is ungry. and he doesnt stop trying to force it down his throat until Cross has taken a few sips of the 'stew'.

Cross also realises that hes ripped his shorts slightly in the alleyway, that theres a tiny hole in his clothing, and starts FREAKING out, becuse his father will see and get mad, he'll hurt him, he'll know he left the house, he'll-!

Dust doesnt know what hes saying, but he knows that Cross is upset about the hole, so, he pulls out a small needle and thread, its a sewing machines bobbin wheel, from what Cross can see, but thats not impostant, and without a word, he leands over and starts sewing the holw back up. its nowhere near perfect, but as long as youre not looking for imperfections, its not noticable.

Its at this point Cross decides Dust is him new best friend, and that hes going to sneak out all the time to see him. hes going to teach him english, hes going to bring food, and theyre gonna be friends. and thats exactly what happened.

im gonna stop here again this time, like i said, LONGGG story hehe <3

I love your story so much!! Ahh, I'm just *still* so excited to see how the relationships develop, now that the truth is on the table!! I keep wondering whether or not Binghe will find out about his Shizun's plans to revive himself - with the System dangling the promise/reward of accessing the memory data, Shen Qingqiu might find out about it! But, would he tell Binghe? Would he think it would reassure Binghe, or make him feel like absolute *scum* - Binghe suffering so much due to his death that he turned back *time*, when he wasn't *really* dead!

And! It's only been 3 years, not 5 it took, but - did the System simulate the old reality long enough that he would have awakened?? Would he get access to any simulated memories that occurred between Luo Binghe turning back time, and him giving the System go-ahead to stop running that old world? AAHHHHHHHHHHHH

And, will we get CucumberPlane friendship??? The Binghe-Airplane friendship was *amazing*, so could they be an actual, proper group of friends????

I just keep circling back to imagining how on *Earth* Shen Qingqiu will respond to the truth and all of these revelations, once he's gotten over the initial shock and the immediate need to comfort and reassure Binghe! Once he has a chance to *think*, what knots will this man tie himself into???

...Ah, I love your story and world so much!!! I'd still be incredibly happy and satisfied if just what you've written so far existed - thank you so much for the wonderful, wonderful story!!!!!!!! Please know that it continues to live in my head-rent free, and it likely will for a *long* time to come!!

It's still a thing that's happening! Just not... soon lmao. I'm currently re-reading canon slowly and thoroughly, to both sharpen my SQQ voice and to ensure I'm not missing details!

As for the scenes, I'm having a lot of fun with the post-realization convo, wherein SQQ is trapped between 'well im straight so im gonna turn him down' and 'cant make binghe sad!!!' (and the undercurrent of not really wanting to turn binghe down. that he refuses to acknowledge.)

Some highlights:

If shizun…” Luo Binghe, seemingly not aware he was doing so, pulled a face, “if shizun wants to… other people……” Shen Qingqiu swallowed an undignified chortle that threatened to break free. Binghe somehow managed to look both like he was a puppy left out in the rain, and like he had bitten into a particularly sour lemon. Shen Qingqiu truly couldn’t help it; the urge to tease was just too much! “What,” Shen Qingqiu asked mildly, “you aren’t gonna promise to poke out the eyes of any men that dare to look at me? Not even hang any of my exes on the palace gates..?” Luo Binghe startled out of his expression, blinking confusedly before looking up at Shen Qingqiu. “Oh, right, no palace,” Shen Qingqiu ‘remembered’. “And no exes, for my part.” After a moment, Binghe huffed out something between a laugh and an exasperated sigh. “I could get a palace, if shizun wanted one,” he said casually, almost offhandedly, as if that would require about as much effort as picking up dinner from the specific restaurant that was just a little out of the way — sure, some effort, but definitely nothing too daunting. (Binghe really was so effortlessly cool! — Shen Qingqiu couldn’t help but note.) “And shizun wouldn’t be happy if I poked someone’s eyes out on his behalf.” If it was anyone else, Shen Qingqiu would take this as a joke: like, oh, that’s the only thing that’s preventing you? But… no matter how sweet his Binghe was… he was still very much the protagonist who conquered the Endless Abyss. “Mn, please don’t do that,” Shen Qingqiu said seriously.

(me, writing this: im like dropping hints that sqq is still fundamentally comfortable with binghe despite being shook by the realization that he was being romanced!)

The first outline for this scene btw was just:

As for other things:

SQQ will not be learning about the plant body thing for a while yet. I know where I would put it, but I'm as of yet unsure if I'm going to write that instalment. For the sequel, SQQ will not get his memories unlocked until very late into the plot. Watsonian explanation is that he will not have the time to watch like 6 years of memory-TV straight, and if he asks the System to show him something, he has to at least know it happened. Doylist explanation is that he will have enough problems for me to maintain tension level even without him being fucked up about putting Binghe through his fake death :) and so I'd rather save it for a moment where it could be a major tension point of its own.

The System did not simulate the other world for long enough for "SY" to come back there, and even if it did, it would be like. a chatgpt version of SY. Plus the way i described how system's saved memories work, it'd be more like how SQQ experienced SJ's memories in the dream realm, and not as if he had actually lived the events. (And honestly SY living through coming back to find Binghe gone would be too angsty for me. I like things balanced between hurty and comforty.) (But also every time I think about how this au could be used to set up a spare SY!SQQ and I've decided against it, I imagine this:

ren! i think he's fun because he's the player character and the protags are generally designed to be pretty malleable (or personalityless if you're feeling uncharitable... or wrong) so obviously there's a temptation to just make him whatever your story needs him to be, but i think he's a really tempting and interesting opportunity to really get your claws into a guy who has a personality but refuses to show it and have that be one of his character traits. he's so adaptable to every situation but there are so many moments where his stubbornness and inner values shine through in his limited dialogue, so the challenge becomes like, how do you deduce the rest of a character's hidden personality based on the little they show you? how do you unpack someone whose character is that he wants to be whoever you want him to be? what's going on in his mind? how do you understand him and fill in the gaps in a way that's consistent with what he does in canon when he gives you so little to work with? this is an irresistible challenge to me so he just lives in my brain. he's not even renting he owns the place and he doesnt have a mortgage

i think palacefic is the project that ignites the most personal passion and excitement in me so im really so excited to finish writing it so i can share it and also so i can read it instead of reading my own chickenscratch notes and think about how excited i am to write it

share a favorite review you received: I remember i once got an ask on tumblr that someone said they loved my ghostflower fics and even teared up over them. not to sound mean, but i always feel like i did a good job if i managed to make the reader tear up or cry. it makes me think i managed to capture whatever emotions that scene has well. i also just love all the nice messages and comments i get from my friends.

how did you grow as a writer this year: my grammar has gotten better because i actually payed attention in english for once lmao, and i feel like im starting to make my fics longer and more well paced. i used to rush the writing to get to the good parts and wanted to add as many chapters as i could and upload them as frequently as possible, so each chapter was usually 1.5k words and its a single scene. but ive learned to add multiple scenes in one chapter and that its okay to not post too often.

who was your greatest positive influence as a writer this year (could be another writer, beta, cheerleader, etc.): i had a lot of people who kept me going with writing, mainly my online friends and people in discord servers. love you all 💕

any new wisdom you can share with other writers: its your story, so do whatever you want with it! i had times that i wanted to change plot points in my fics because i saw people complain about the trope i would use, but i remind myself that its my story and im writing this because i want to. of course, you need to keep it respectful and not do anything inappropriate with the characters, but be free with your story because despite others not liking it, there are others who will. and most importantly, you are writing because you want to, so dont let others decide what you should and shouldnt do.

any projects you’re looking forward to starting and/or finishing: i cant wait to finish part one of my fake dating au and move onto the sequel, but writers block is being a bitch like usual so its been difficult 😭 im also looking forward to finishing my arcane fic, writing a few one shots and starting a new spiderverse fic inspired by arcane!

Guide for Doing Commissions

I've been seeing posts from artist who got scammed doing commissions so i thought I'd share my process from when I did them to avoid scams! Payment - Agree on pricing and payment process and confirm they understand before you draw anything. take a screenshot of this as well. Make sure there are no surprises for anyone with the payment process. - always always ALWAYS take at least 50% up front. This is to make sure they cant run off with any of the process without paying. I allowed for a refund if they did not like the sketch but once the sketch has been approved no refund is available. - never send the final before getting paid in full. I would send a lower quality watermarked version to show how it looks then would send the high quality un watermarked file after I'd received payment.

Customers - Friends! My first few were my friends and then when people saw what i did for them they would know to find me for similar stuff! People who love what you made for them will recommend you to others! - People who find your work on their own. Usually im inherently more suspicious of people who dont follow me or anyone who ive worked with. I will still treat them fairly but this can be a red flag so i put up my guard

Advertising - Have your prices and info easy to find! I kept mine in a pinned post and had a link to my website in my bio. If someone came to me and asked about stuff that I had listed in my website or post that's a huge red flag. Most serious commissioners will try to figure out if they can afford your prices before they express interest in commissioning you. - LIST THAT YOU MAY REFUSE ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON this is to avoid conflict when refusing suspicious customers - You don't need a big "my commissions are open!" post. You can have one but unless you are already a big account this is unlikely to reach beyond people who are already interested in your work. something small like "_ commission slots open" is enough to inform your followers

Pricing this is less about avoiding scams and more about pricing your work properly - give yourself wiggle room for difficulty. In all my prices I would add something like "10-20$ more for very complicated designs - price for time and effort. I would set a base price anywhere from 5-50$ depending on the difficulty (ie. 5$ for icons and 50$ for animations) then add to it payment for my time. To get time i would time myself making that sort of work to get my usual work time in hours (excluding breaks and such) then i would multiply that by 6-10$ and add it to my base price to get my final price. So price is determined by b+ht=p where b is base price, h is hourly addition, and t is time in hours to finish the work. this also has the added benefit of forcing you to work within your usual time and not go overboard beyond what you are getting paid for! Red Flags heres some red flags ive seen for difficult customers and scams. - complains about other artists. if they seem to not be treating other artists well they wont treat you good either - hasn't checked your prices before contacting you. how can they plan to pay in full if they havent even looked at what they are getting into? - very newly created account. typically commissioners will have been following you or at least seeing your work before they reach out. a new account is a red flag - wants you to finish something another artist started. I will never touch another artists work unless they have spoken to me directly about it. I dont trust "please render this sketch i commissioned from someone else!". Final Tips - tell your customer how long it will take you to finish their commission (give yourself a week at minimum because sometimes life happens and you need wiggle room). - keep your customer up to date and ask questions! dont send high quality process picture but make sure they like how its going! -Small streamers and creators are some of the best customers I've had because they often will come for more later if they like what you made! super fun to work with especially because you get to see them show your work to their audience

IM GLAD HE SEEMS INTERESTING!! i pretty much just made him (and i havent fully perfected his story yet) but ill just put some things about him here!! i'll probably make a big post later explaining his story, like i did with my other oc elias which you can find here (i dont rlly like the art on that post anymore so dont judge!!!!)

ANYWAYS starting off, he's practically a ghost, or some paranormal entity (haven't really decided yet and a ghost sounds too cliche to me) and he kinda just aimlessly wanders around the forest, not really able to accept that he's actually dead.

i'm not gonna get tooo in depth with the story cause i havent really figured out the full story yet, but the basic premise is that before his death, he was a pretty socially awkward kid, and didn't really fit in much at school, but he still enjoyed it either way!! he had (and mostly still does) a strong love for photography, human nature, wildlife and SCIENCE!! in his science class specifically, he met this guy named cole, and they bonded over their shared liking of science. cole was quite popular, and practically led him on (knowing that mason started developing feelings for him) leading to his eventual death. (will elaborate on that in the post i make later on when i figure stuff out!) after his death, he got revenge on bro!! leading to him wandering around in the forest which he died in and soon finding slenderman, and slenderman taking him in as a 'proxy'!!! (i have a type(?) (kinda) of a slendermansion au) though he still lives in the forest, not really.. remembering much of that specific encounter, causing him to get lost a LOT.

FUN FACTS ABOUT HIM CAUSE!!! needs to be included

favorite animal is foxes!! his favorite flower is sunflowers, and he LOVESSS statues!!! he also really enjoys writing and literature in general! (he has a very big vocabulary!!!)

he has a unilateral incomplete cleft lip, which im not very good at drawing, but its there! also freckles spread across his nose and cheeks, and he also has heterochromia. (green and brown!!) his nose pretty much constantly bleeds, he WOULD be that kid in class that has to go to the bathroom/nurse for a bloody nose daily.

in his post-death form, he has a huge messy hole/gash in the side of his stomach, as well as a similar one on his left calf that expands onto the front of his leg a bit. he's semi-transparent with his form taking on a green-ish tint!

he has a hard time seeing things up close, so he occasionally will wear glasses, although rarely.. another little small detail is that he found a tube of mascara in the woods once and curiously just kinda.. put it on and has been wearing it ever since, even though its so messy due to how he just goes for it and CANT CLEAN OFF HIS FACE!! the fact that he probably smells like burning leaves is another thing i put in my notes app 4 some reason but you get the vision

something i was thinking about and jotted down in my notes app about him is that if he was a type of painting (in his post-death form) he'd be a messy, soft watercolor with sharp and ragged lineart (if that makes sense?) and also with types of art, i feel like he'd be performance art. just a thought i had that i thought was rlly cool!!

Your back leaned against the wall as you drank your drink. (I was going to say Apple juice LMAOO-) Slightly listening to the conversation and keeping the tavern in check since Diluc was elsewhere.

Especially when your boyfriend Kaeya was there. You don't know what storm could brew when hes around. He and Lisa are surely mysterious people. You watched him for a few moments before your gaze lingered on the two talking about you.

Your gaze went back to Kaeya, he looked at you as you moved your head towards the door. Signaling you both should get going as diluc would most likely return soon, the bartender should be good without you both there.

"Your so confusing and mysterious at times kaeya." You'd tell him as you exited Angels share and headed to the Knights of Favonious building. "Maybe thats why you liked me the best~" He'd tell you as many people stared as you walked. Figuring you both hated each other due to being opposites. But hey, you cant blame them.

"I can imagine Klee already got in trouble today. I'd better go bail her out of trouble if I can." "Ohh? Telling me your plans are we? Does that mean I can ruin it?" "No im just telling you." Trying to ignore all the confused stares.

Upon entering the building you went to the Solitary Confinement room opening it to see if klee was inside. Which she was. You closed the door on kaeya as he waited outside of the room. You sat down and held klees hands. "What did you do this time klee?" You'd ask her as she unexpectedly blew another few fish in cider lake.

You sighed as you handed her a few food and drinks. Before getting up and leaving the room. "Anyways did you guys enjoy the "BottleLand?" I heard eula went as well." "Yeah she did, it was nice and one of them gave me and klee a costume."

Leaving the Knights of Favonious buildings you stayed in the plaza looking at all the stares before kaeya asked them to stop and told them about the relationship. Everyone was shocked as they all thought you guys didn't like each other and only putted up with the other for your jobs.

(I had no idea what to do and I kept getting distracted lmao- I was on this for like 2 hours because of distractions from yt, sorry if its bad).

REIGEN AND THE TRAIN I CANT

AGHHHHH

hmmmm i did have fic ideas last night but i dont feel confident enough in my understanding of the characters to write a full fic

so here's snippets/basic layout:

Reigen comes back to the office, and everyones shocked that he's back, because wtf this guys been missing for literally 2 months and they kind of thought he was dead. So they took over the business for him-- but it's really not the same.

As soon as he walks though the door, he's met with just. stunned silence. At first, he's uncomfortable with the silence, like... shit... did he intrude? he's in a very vulnerable emotional state right now. But he gently waves hi and greets everyone, beginning to apologize for being absent for so long-- before mob gets up and comes over to him and hes CRYING (bc this is post s3) and hes just so happy to see his master hes like where were you!?!?!

big reunion, some half hugs shared between mob and reigen, etc. they ask him what happened and he sits down to explain.

he explains what happened while serizawa is cutting his hair and... his voice is so soft and quiet right now, it's unnerving. he's slowly talking too, and still as serizawa cuts his hair. he's choosing his words carefully... it's unlike him.

serizawa asks him if it's a curse on the train, then maybe they should go exorcise it?

reigen begins to answer, suffers through a few false starts and then just puts his head in his hands and mumbles that he doesnt want tothink about the train right now. they leave it be. reigen is also worrying abt his apartment, and having to clean it up.

dimples like "damn, you're really fucked up rn huh?" and reigen, instead of taking the jab, is just like "dimple... please, lay off it for today, okay...? im really... really not in the mood..."

and that gives dimple pause and hes like "... ok. whatever." and leaves.

they talk a bit more, the haircut finishes, and reigen finds out that they were taking care of the place for him while he was gone. but customers have dropped because reigens not there anymore... without his salesman experience, SnS is missing a key component. Reigen is flattered, and says as such. He'll defifnitely come back to work, but... right now, he's gonna go home. Throw out all his expired food and... clean.

as he beginst o leave, he lingers in the doorway for a moment.

"..." He scratches the wall nervously, looking away. "... Would it... be okay if I... came back afterwards? To here?"

Serizawa tilts his head. "Of course, you are the boss--"

"No, I mean... not for... for work." Reigen bites his lip, this is hard for him to say. "... Just to hang out. With... with you....... guys. I don't-"

His shoulders hike up. "Don't want to be alone. at my house. today."

it's silent for a while before they agree wholeheartedly. reigen sighs out his tension and nods, then goes to leave. Serizawa stands and says that, maybe he should walk him back.

so they both walk back to the apartment, but when they get there, oh no!! there's a stranger in his apartment! reigen is ready to fight but the stranger is dimple :) possessing somebody. he took care of throwing out all the expired food and trash for him whwen he left earlier. Reigen looks in his now empty fridge and pantry, save for a few canned goods, in awe. Dimple makes up some excuse of he was bored and then insults reigen over how little food he has-- poor much?

reigen smiles though and laughs a bit to himself.

"Thank you for... doing this, Dimple. I appreciate it."

Dimple is taken aback by the earnest statement and shrugs. "It's whatever. I aint taking care of your roach problem though."

"ROACH!?!??!??! PROBLEM!??!?!"

Dimple laughs at him and pats him on the back. Reigen scowls and shoves him, but he's smiling afterwards. Then a roach skitters across the floor and reigen screams.. Dimple is laughing his ass off and serizawa picks up the roach with his powers and removes it. He says he can take care of the roaches for reigen. Reigen says thank you, and leaves the apartment "to get some fresh air" (to get the fuck away from the roaches)

anyways, after that, they go back to sns and reigen just hangs out for the rest of the day. tome eventually comes in and is happy to see him... reigen falls asleep on the couch... things are nice <3
