#asoiafedit#asongoficeandfireedit#valyrianscrolls#valyriansource#tullyedit#housetullyedit#asoiaf#a song of ice and fire#house tully#ghf*#mine*#this is actually the first house i visualised in a fashion sense way back when#i watched claire mccarthy's ophelia in 2020 and saw all the gorgeous flowy gowns and daisy ridley's red wig and just went 'tully!!!'#I know the Riverlands are very rich and populous due to their centralisation but in my mind#they’re also a little behind culturally due to the constant battles and invasions#so the style of their fashion is a little less structured and complex than what you’d find in the westerlands or the vale or the stormlands#and also the cut of the outfits is reminiscent of what you’d find in both the iron islands and the north which echoes the impact#both kingdoms have had on the region#that doesn’t mean they skimp on fabric or aesthetic though!!#there's lots of flowy silks and shiny fabrics that evok running water#women wear their hair either loose or in intricate braids held with metal rings (a holdover from the three centuries of durrandon reign)#also THEE beetle wing lady macbeth dress is here in spirit!!!#500*

#kingdom hearts dream drop distance#khddd#sora#riku#nightmare's end#mirage split#my gif#i was going to write up a whole thing in the tags about my thoughts on this keyblade#but i just know it'll be an incoherent essay because i can't properly articulate my thoughts#the x-blade must be forged through a clash of light and darkness#but i find it so highly significant that sora and riku can create their own keyblade which is so unheard of#this keyblade isn't created with a clash but rather through harmony and balance#not with conflict but with understanding and connection and love#and i always felt as though that's how the x-blade SHOULD be forged. that master xehanort went about it all wrong#because balance and connections are such important themes in these games#it has two handles and looks so regal when combined. all of the shapes feel reminiscent of the x-blade too#it shines so brilliantly with both sora and riku's symbols. the heart and crown which is the iconic logo for the entire series#also the way stained glass is always used to represent hearts. it's so significant!#and yeah the paupu fruit keychain is its own thing to unpack#okay so i ended up writing something anyway but there's still so much more#i just really hope we get to see more of this in future games because it would be shocking if it was nothing more than a cool combo attack

#amphibian#frog#frogsona#self#actaully i used a toad for reference i like their shape most#so i guess my frogsona is technically a toad (which is just a more specific frog but. you know)#also i cannot stress enough everyone has been so kind throughout the years it's been a pleasure to know my art has brightened your days :)#ok one funny thing is#i've been looking through the old art reminiscing. seeeing if i can pick a favorite per 100 days (the art is sorted in folders of 100 each)#and every single folder i look through i can't pick a favorite because i like so many of them#and every tsingle folder i think to myself 'oh that was a good 100 days there's lots of great ones'#even the earliest days where my anatomy was pretty terrible and my style was so different from what i like now. it's sitll great#it feels really great to be able to look back at my art and think that :)#and my favorites range from ones that are technically skilled to just cute or funny ideas#i think it's a good reminder to myself that art doesn't have to be perfect to be good :)#another important thing im realizing is a majority of my favorites are the ones that tell a story or joke in some way#a scene and/or background do SO MUCH for my own enjoyment of my art#even just some shapes and color in the background elevate it imo
