"The future is plural" movement from endos is CONCERNING
regardless of the fact they do not believe you require trauma to be a system (medically impossible) this proves they want to groom kids into identifying as endo and spread their medical misinformation further.
as well as causing real systems to believe they dont have it bad enough to be "traumagenic" (the only "genic you can be. this language is bullshit im just using these terms to explain their shit), preventing them from getting real help. they are WIDELY anti-recovery.
their misinformation has ALREADY endangered real systems medically as they have made professionals skeptical of a medically proven disorder, a disorder that is already very stigmatised.
outside of just endogenic misinformation, this statement leads to the idea that they want to traumatise kids to make more systems.
ENDOS ARE FUCKING DANGEROUS

this needs to be addressed and I'm tired of people ignoring it. I'm so fucking sick and tired of social media "influencers" romanticizing and profiting off of a disability that they clearly don't have. I have suffered so much while they make hundreds of dollars complaining about something they don't even experience, and at the same time, spreading misinformation and lying about it. when a disability or disorder is popularized on social media, my doctors, who have known I have this disorder or disability for years, remove my diagnosis and tell me that I'm just trying to get online attention by faking it. as well as my friends and family doubting that I'm even struggling with these things that I have had my whole life. it's sickening and disgusting to see random 20-year-olds pretending to have Tourette's syndrome hearing loss or Todd's syndrome (allice wonderland syndrome) or autism or POTS or anemia or PMDD or all the other things they can think of to get donations that they spend on designer bags and fancy restaurants. PLEASE don't interact with the accounts or posts of people who do this. of course I know there are people online who do have these disorders or disabilities, but its less than one percent of the people you see who actually have it. its so fucking gross.

fanface for your free ableist blocklist. Claims that "less than 1% of disabled people you see on the internet are really disabled, the rest are all faking it". Gets mad when you point out that this is just blatant ableism.

To people who say "supporting Palestine is anti-Semitic." Pause fro a moment.
Do you even know what the word Semitic means? Because I'm very much sure you don't but are using it anyway to spin you twisted narrative.
If you'd done one ounce of real research you'd know that Semitic is a word , "relating to people who speak Semitic languages, especially Hebrew and Arabic." (source: Oxford Dictionary and a very quick internet search).
Do you know what the official language of Palestine is? It is in fact: Arabic. Since Palestinians are also Arabs, this makes them Semitic too.
Also when people are supporting Palestine they aren't being anti-Semitic since that is what you believe or claim to anyway , they just want the people of Palestine to have human rights and be able to live in their home safely again. They want a ceasefire in Gaza. I promise you they aren't trying to attack Jewish people or the religion of Judaism. Their enemy is Zionists who have historically always used fear mongering and religious propaganda to get what they want and the Israeli Occupation that doesn't respect the lives of humans and has killed families and bombed hospitals.
This is about human rights, this about people who have been displaced. This about the families that have been slaughtered or separated.
If I hear that argument one more time I will loose my patience, an I am 100% sure that you don't even care about real Antisemitism, if you did: you would have done proper and diligent research, which you didn't.
I can't imagine what if feels like to feel such low empathy for people who are actively facing a genocide. You people who spread misinformation and support the Israeli Occupation are genuinely some of the most horrifying people to exist in my eyes. Horrifying.
People who spread fear misinformation, fuck you. You're the worst pieces of shit and you don't care about the effects of your actions.
Go out get some therapy, maybe it'll help you realise what an asshole you and how horrifying it is that amounts of apathy your able to have for people.

https://www.reuters.com/article/world/fact-check-kamala-harrisandwillie-brownhad-a-relationshipover-adecadeafte-idUSKBN26Y2RJ/
This is important to tell people about to dispel some rumors. Harris only dated Willie Brown AFTER he separated from his wife and BEFORE he was the mayor. This means that she probably wasn’t just doing it for money or a promotion or anything like that.
This is critical context I didn’t even know until only a few days ago! Up until recently I had only been told the false narrative.
This narrative that Kamala “only dated him for money or for her own career gain”. Is most likely technically untrue!

Sharia law, often misunderstood, is a moral and legal framework derived from Islamic teachings found in the Quran and the Hadith (sayings and actions of Prophet Muhammad). It encompasses a wide range of topics, including personal ethics, family matters, finance, and, in some cases, criminal justice. Here's a breakdown to clarify misconceptions:
1. Sharia is not a single book of laws.
Sharia literally means "path" or "way" in Arabic and is more of a guiding principle than a codified law. Different Islamic scholars and schools of thought interpret Sharia differently, leading to variations in its application across Muslim-majority countries.
2. Sharia is primarily about personal conduct.
Most of Sharia focuses on guiding individual Muslims on how to live a moral and ethical life. This includes:
Prayer: Guidelines for worship.
Charity: Obligations to help the needy (Zakat).
Dietary rules: Prohibitions like avoiding alcohol or eating certain foods.
Marriage and family: Guidelines on marriage contracts, divorce, and inheritance.
3. Criminal justice is a small and often misunderstood part of Sharia.
Criminal punishments under Sharia (known as Hudood laws) are the most controversial aspect but apply only in specific circumstances with very strict evidence requirements. For example:
Theft requires eyewitnesses and specific conditions to be met before severe punishments can be imposed.
Many of these punishments are rarely carried out and, in practice, are often replaced by other legal systems in modern states.
4. Sharia applies only to Muslims.
Sharia governs the lives of Muslims who choose to adhere to its teachings. It is not imposed on non-Muslims, even in Islamic countries. Non-Muslims often have their own legal frameworks, especially in matters of marriage, inheritance, and religious practice.
5. Sharia promotes justice, compassion, and community welfare.
The principles of Sharia aim to ensure fairness, protect human dignity, and prevent harm. For example:
The prohibition of usury (interest) is intended to prevent exploitation in financial transactions.
Charity is a fundamental obligation to reduce poverty and inequality.
6. Sharia differs from country to country.
Sharia is interpreted differently depending on culture, history, and local laws. For instance, many Muslim-majority countries combine Sharia principles with modern, secular legal systems. The strict implementation often highlighted in media represents only a minority of cases.
7. Misconceptions stem from cultural practices, not Sharia.
Some practices attributed to Sharia, such as forced marriages or honor killings, are cultural traditions and not supported by Islamic teachings. Islam explicitly prohibits coercion in matters of faith and personal choice.
8. Non-Muslims living in Muslim-majority countries:
In most Muslim-majority countries, non-Muslims are free to practice their own faith and are not governed by Sharia in personal matters. For example, they may follow their own religious laws regarding marriage and inheritance.
In Summary:
Sharia is a holistic moral framework meant to guide Muslims in living an ethical life, not a universal legal system imposed on everyone. The misconception that Sharia seeks to govern non-Muslims or enforce harsh punishments universally is largely a result of misinformation and cultural misunderstandings.
By understanding the spiritual, ethical, and personal aspects of Sharia, people can see it as a system rooted in principles of justice, compassion, and mutual respect.

(TW: rant) Could you stop spreading misinformation about mental health, in particular personality disorders please? You're raising stigma and it's your fault if people with NPD, ASPD or BPD can't find a therapist or are afraid to go to therapy. Fuck you.

Whether you're red, blue, or something else, we can all come together to stop the destruction of the American economy. Tax billionaires, revive the middle class, bring the American dream back.
The majority of American nobel-winning economists have now come out in support of Harris (source: https://www.cnn.com/2024/10/23/politics/nobel-prize-economists-harris-economic-plan/index.html)
