being a polyfragmented plural is pretty stressful. we have a lot of fragments that front once (or never) and then disappear forever, so we constantly stress over whether we should even add them to SP/PK or delete their profiles, or whether theyll come back, or whether we should pursue finding them again because we need them (all alters are equal in importance, but by this i mean whether or not the fragment had a needed role such as a really needed symptom holder), or whether it would just be more trouble than its worth (or if its even possible to find them again). having a shared memory and having new fragments know that theyre probably going to disappear can really stress them out and its heartbreaking to watch. and we split so frequently but we struggle to find new sysmates, until itll be 2 months later after a longterm 'big split' and suddenly theres 20 people coming out of the woodworks which feels really awkward to explain to our friends. when you know theres someone new but all you know is their vibes and theyre so similar to others anyways you dont even know if itd be worth it to differentiate yourselves. and that just , really weird feeling where you know your own plurality is vaster than you know and will probably ever know.

then you start feeling invalid about calling yourself polyfragmented because you dont have a headspace . what the hell!!!!!

The main theme for the first half of 2025 is going to be money/business success. I feel that some of you have fully come into adulthood. I'm getting the feeling of 'my brain just fully developed'. The energy of this pile is that of someone who balances their maturity with their inner child needs. I see possibly a new job or a new business venture which came up as well for the previous pile. This new start can cause some confusion or introspection depending on the individual. I sense that you are scared of new beginnings or are used to doing things one sort of way but life has ushered you upon a new path. I see you achieving professional success and being in the spotlight for those achievements. Embrace it, soak it up. It is meant to be, let this be all the validation you need. There is a couple or two individuals who are aware of their spiritual connection to each other in this pile. You may have been on a break, or travelling or apart for some (necessary) reasons. The main theme of the first half of you 2025 surrounds you being unsure how to proceed with a particular situation. I see a masculine energy or that of a person who is charming charismatic and self-assured,  being defensive and on guard with their heart after realising that they've the  love of their life. We always imagine that getting what we want we will immediately accept and embrace it. Yet despite that being the main theme, the clarifying cards also show me a different secondary main theme which is of material comfortability. 1) Picrew!

Picrew is an avatar maker with literally thousands upon thousands of different makers!! It has a website (picrew.me) OR an app on google play!!

Pros: It's made completely by users, so it has tons of different art styles!! It's also just really fun ww

Cons: The app can be a bit laggy, and the website has lots of ads for hentai games :(

2) Simply Plural!

It's an app designed for systems!!! SOOO easy to use and the accessible fonts and interface settings are really nice! We use it not just to track fronts but also to increase communication and honestly just allow ourselves to be ourselves.

Pros: Easy interface, you can set it to send notifications to track fronts, no alter limit which is great for polyfrag systems, the chat feature is awesome, and the new custom fields allow us to put in a lot more info

Cons: It supports endos and has misinformation which can be harmful for newly discovered systems trying to learn more about their disorder

3) Mininote

Mininote is a very coquette scrapbook/journaling app! It's really cute and easy to use, plus you can have multiple journals.

Pros: most features are free, with most of the paid ones being just cosmetic. You can customize the journals however you want and even have different passwords on them for different alters, and it lets you have lots of journals. Very simple UI.

Cons: The font might be a bit difficult for some systems to read and it tends to prioritize aesthetics over functionality. It also wasn't designed for systems, so it might have a limit on how many journals one can have. The translation from the app's native language (Chinese) is very patchy and poorly done, so it can be a little difficult to navigate.

4) Twinote

Twinote is very popular among systems! It's basically a Twitter simulator, but the feed and all the user profiles are one account. It still functions mostly the same as Twitter, just only with what you post... like your own personal Twitter!

Pros: Fun to use! It lets you customize EVERYTHING, from the number of followers you have to the likes on any post. Unlimited users, too! It also helps us with our communication and lets us send each other images, whereas the SP chat doesn't.

Cons: Nothing too major. It doesn't give notifications, so you have to manually check for that sort of thing. It's also not made for systems and instead for fun, so the UI is built for singlets.

5) Mindly

Mindly is a mind-mapping and organization tool that we use to map out innerworld!

Pros: Very simple! It's literally just adding and labeling little bubbles! It also allows for layers, which is amazing for polyfrag systems!

Cons: It was built for, you guessed it, singlets. Mind-mapping is, from what I gathered, similar to using a planner, so using the app to LITERALLY map your mind isn't its main purpose. It can also take a while.

6) Matterport

Matterport isa sort of 3d modeling app designed to make schematics of houses and stuff like that. We use it to visually map out our innerworld since we have a hard time visualizing it due to our NVLD!

Pros: It's great for systems trying to create a headspace or who, like us, struggle to maintain it! It's highly customizable and free!

Cons: It was designed for architects and interior designers, making it a bit more difficult to learn. It's 3d modeling app, which can always be hard, and also makes it a bit of a bulky app, which can run down your battery and lag. I believe there's also a lot of paid features, but I may be wrong.

Hello anon. Our folders are not something that we are comfortable sharing in depth information on, but I can give you the vague details of what we use and things (although some of these we don't).

Identity details/Fronting indicators:

Ages- Self-explanatory.

Alter roles- Inside with have folders for individual roles- Remember that this may not help your system if you don't use roles and find them restrictive.

Gender/Sexuality- Self-explanatory.

Interests- Inside we have folders for every interest individual alters have.

Introject status- This is because we have a lot of introjects and introject 'piles' (a collection of introjects of the same character), if we can tell it's an introject then it helps to look through our 'groups' to find stuff.

Music taste- Folders for alters with different music tastes.

'Vibe'- A collection of 'vibes' and feelings to see who is fronting, for example if you have alters whose 'vibe' could be described as 'witch like', so we have a folder for alters whose vibes fit this, another for alters who fit a 'robot' vibe, ect.

Fronting frequency:

Frequent fronters- For the regular fronters

Semi frequent fronters- For alters that front often but not often enough to be regular fronters

Hardly ever fronts- For alters that don't front often

Very rarely fronts- For alters that front very rarely

Unable to front- For alters that can't front.

Dormant alters- For alters that are no longer around to front.

It's too early to say- For alters that may be new and we can't know what their fronting patterns will be.

General system info

Formed date- I would reccomend marking this by year rather than using specific dates.

Inner system groups- We tend to have 'clusters' of alters that front together or hang out in headspace, it's more for curiosity reasons.

Profile customization status- Just for marking down which alters profiles need editing.

i would love to see daniel making what he feels like is a mistake with wren (similar to how he fucked up with wren getting attacked by the local wildlife in the beginning of the story). like he pushes wren too far without realizing it, or hurts him in a way he didn't intend to (like rope failure during suspension bondage). love to see wren suffering and i also love to see daniel feeling guilty so like. best of both worlds lol

Daniel curses, sets his camera aside and rushes to start painstakingly undoing the knots while Wren hyperventilates, eyes wide, forehead lined with cold sweat.

"I told you!" he chokes out, close to sobbing. "I fucking told you and you didn't- Why the fuck didn't you believe me?!"

Daniel doesn't answer, focused on untying the ropes; Wren's shaky breathing is the only sound. When he's finally freed, the pain only gets worse when his shoulder shifts, and he can't stop tears from falling from his eyes. It hurts so much, a completely new pain. Daniel cradles him in his arms, petting his hair, and the look of remorse on his face is nowhere near as satisfying as it would be if Wren could think more clearly.

"I'm sorry," Daniel says, carefully laying his hand on Wren's injured shoulder, making him tense up and gasp. "Next time I'll make sure the ropes are secure."

"Next time?!" Wren cries. “My shoulder is-”

"I know, I know. And�� I need to set it, so be still. Just trust me."

"Again?! You just fucking showed me why-"

Once again, he doesn't get to finish his sentence - with practiced confidence Daniel grabs his arm, lifts it up, and pulls, and Wren howls in agony feeling it pop back into place.

“Okay, okay, it’s okay now,” Daniel whispers, holding Wren close as he struggles to breathe. “You can rest.” He sighs, then the corners of his mouth rise in a playful smirk. “First that animal, now this. I guess I’ll just ask Berkeley to bring me some new rope next time so there’s no more accidents, hm? I really am sorry, though. I’ve learned my lesson.”

“You didn’t learn shit,” Wren rasps, somehow mustering enough strength and clarity to glare at Daniel, who, much to his fury, laughs.

“See how quickly you bounce back? You’re stronger than you realize, sweetheart.”

Wren presses his lips tightly together and shakes his head. He’s not strong enough to fight back in a way that matters, not strong enough to escape. At the moment his strength seems completely meaningless to him, and he’s so tired of staying strong this way when Daniel only seems to find delight in it.

💋 manifesting your sp

a law of assumption guide 📝

now you may be getting into law of assumption after going through a rough breakup. maybe a weird situationship or you may just want that one person you like to notice you. a lot of people also want to manifest an unknown sp, aka their dream person. whatever the reason is, what if I told you that you can manifest anyone you want regardless of the circumstances?

disclaimer: this is not meant to be something to be used for an abusive relationship or to be involved with someone who is toxic. there are other servers that can provide resources to better guide you to safely leave.

now where was i? you can manifest anyone you want and they can show up however you want them to, meaning they can have the qualities that you want them to have. i’ve done this numerous times with people, but over time if it isn’t something I find worth salvaging, i go my separate way.

okay enough rambling, i am sure you want me to get to the point. i have manifested sp’s multiple times through seemingly impossible circumstances. i’ve had no contact, people tell me they need to cut me out permanently, etc., and i was still able to get them back.

now something i want to begin with is to STOP looking for ‘signs’. i notice a lot of the time when someone is manifesting an sp, they focus on signs like angel numbers and dreams. this typically delays their progress in the sense that they put so much meaning into these ‘signs’ within the 3D instead of just focusing on their 4D & end state. i used to be one of the people that did this and it took me close to a year to get my sp back, but it doesn’t have to take that long for the 3D to reflect AT ALL.

from experience, since the 3D is just a child learning from your 4D, it's going to mimick whatever you believe to be true. speaking from experience, i had a very decent relationship until my insecurities took over 100% and i began believing the person would break up with me. guess what happened? we broke up. sometimes i would even imagine fights in my head and guess what happened? we fought.

much like manifesting anything else, you may notice a pattern. this boils down to your mental diet and living in the end. breakups or negative situations in general can take a huge mental toll on you, which is why i recommend taking time to focus on yourself and your overall headspace before diving headfirst into manifest someone back.

alright, upon returning back into a healthier mental headspace, take a second and track those thoughts you have of your sp. are they positive? negative? do you think they hate you because they said so in the 3D?

leave behind your old story and begin thinking of how you want them to act. are they head over heels in love and can't get enough? do they blow up your phone? make time for you and want to see you every day? as crazy as it sounds, you can change someone in an instant. all you have to do is envision their newfound qualities and decide that's how they are. that's it. you need to stay in the end state of being with them.

example:

my sp is so loving and caring towards me. they consistently blow up my phone to the point where i get annoyed, but i'm so lucky to have an amazing relationship with them.

trust me when i say, i have managed to turn people around. more often than not, i end up moving on because i want better for myself.

now back to the 3D and 4D. if you are in no contact, that's ok. i was at one point as well. i had an sp say they needed to cut me out of their life for good. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT HOW THINGS WILL HAPPEN! you will become so hyperfocused on the 3D to the point where you will feel/stay stuck in the same situation. so if you are in no contact, do not try and force conversation. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REACH OUT! i did this and ended up back at square one. usually when you break no contact you become stuck in a odd and repetitive cycle:

break no contact -> worry about whether they respond or not (waver) -> potentially spiral -> focus on the 3D -> repeat

if you had faith that they were already yours, you wouldn't put yourself in a position like that. it shows you dont have 100% faith in the 4D. you need to mentally align with the version of you that already has your sp.

every time your mind jumps to the mere thought of your sp, think from the perspective that you are with the version of them that you want. decide that it is already done.
