Where did you hear about Rachel and her yesmen spying on the community?
Well for starters, there are the lads over in Broseidon's Palace of Fishposting who confirmed it as people who were there that RS joined the group and attempted to micromanage the admins, telling them what they were and weren't allowed to post and essentially trying to wrangle control away from these fan groups.
People on reddit clarifying it (including a Broseidon's Palace member who was there):
Rachel also stated in an old interview, "I don't know, I feel some people are like you need to not make them so saturated and I'm like no! More saturated, no one can stop me. So that's them." Which gives off very "take that, hater!" energy. And it feels like it's just been getting worse in recent weeks as new critic communities and accounts have been opening up (particularly /r/UnpopularLoreOlympus). Many things that are discussed in the crit communities end up being addressed randomly in the comic and often very preachy-like (Persephone talking about the "hegemony" of virginity, Eros and Daphne suddenly acting considerate towards Persephone's feelings after literally prying into the sex life of an SA victim the week before, Hades saying shit like "the pace of our intimacy should be up to us" after people criticizing how Rachel was making a huge fanfare out of Persephone finally getting laid, etc.) or otherwise seem like Rachel is 'doubling down' on things she knows are being said about LO.
Again, these all come across as paranoid assumptions, I'm sure, but considering her pre-existing history of lurking in and being booted from fan communities, it's hard not to feel like Rachel isn't doing this still to this day and responding to the criticism as if these groups are in any way attempting to speak directly at her (which they aren't, they're discussion groups made for the readers).
There are a lot of other examples too but I feel like I wouldn't be able to go over all of them without looking even more paranoid than I likely already do LMAO
The most recent example was the other day, both the UnpopularLO subreddit and Discord made staff posts reminding people of the rules - that discussing Rachel's personal life isn't allowed as it's not the purpose of these groups (after people had been discussing what Rachel's relationship with her mother is like due to how she writes Demeter, also the fact that Hermes is apparently based on her partner but Rachel's own self-insert continues to pursue the rich CEO billionaire anyways and now Hermes is nowhere to be seen, etc.) - and that very same day she came out with this:
Aaaaand this is half of why I'm pulling away from LO. Not just because of its very problematic creator (with or without the stalking) but because it's also turning me into a crazy person LMAOO
(I promise, it's just the ADHD/autism hyperfixation in me, it's not keeping me awake at night or anything, but I still also need to like, step away from this bullshit because I shouldn't even have to be this paranoid over Rachel peeking on us, because best case she isn't and we're just being chronically online, and worst case she is and she continues to ruin her own day and her comic with all of her constant backpedaling and retconning and doubling down lmao)

another fallen london essay ramble whoo boy (i dont plan these btw) (spoilers for firmament and light fingers in particular plus general spoilers)
ok so do yall remember that one line in Firmament Chapter three where Summer drinks moon milk and looks directly at the player character and nothing happens? if not i get it, that section was pretty hard to follow and it was ultimately inconsequential and also optional so here it is
(from the fallen london wiki - Suggest Summer do it instead)
anyone whos played Light Fingers or is familiar with that plotline knows that this makes zero sense. even normal moon milk has extreme effect if ingested. and unless we're going to have some kind of toxic romance arc with Summer (which would be great but given the lack of foreshadowing and other aforementioned reasons is highly unlikely) we can chalk this up to sloppy writing and unfamiliarity with that ambition on whoever wrote this. such frustration seems to be the consensus on this chapter, at least on here
But! ive been following some liveblogging of early Light Fingers, reminiscing etc etc, when i remembered one other odd tie in to moon milk, in the cave of the nadir. now analyzing the nadir is similarly difficult to zenith because its very vauge and theres a lot of disconnected elements in there all in service of making a place thats confusing and dangerous and unknowable and whatever so take this with a grain of zalt. im sure theres some juicy deeplore in there but what i want to focus on is this
(from the fallen london wiki - "It was the milk... it was the milk, wasn't it?")
this is a weird callout, right? afaik thats one of the very few connections to an ambition in the nadir, alongside whatever the frost moth does in nemesis (havent gotten there yet). so like what gives? its not an especially rewarding action, and it doesnt progress the ambition or anything. its possible, given this comes after the orphanage section, that these two are like escapees of the orphanage after the fire / riot, but it could also be some disconnected memory its all very difficult to discern. and even if that is the case it doesnt really tell us much except maybe foreshadowing for Hephesta's situation. the best i can say is that, taken in context with the other options on that card, maybe its a parallel to Clarabelle's situation, with the references to eggs? there has to be some reason behind this reference, and if there isnt one, than at least let me headcanon this
i think the two instances above tell us very little on their own, but taken in together have fascinating implications. irrigo and violant are thematically opposed colors, forgetting vs remembering, and zenith / the nadir are explicitly connected both textually and in their names (zenith means the highest point of a space or object, nadir means the lowest), so that they both reference moon milk is interesting to say the least. I think this could be telling us that moon milk has different effects when under these two neathbow colors. Moon milk induced obsession seems to be resistant to the psyche destroying affects of the nadir, persisting for the two people in a place where memory is actively unravelled. the woman, even as she tells her companion to forget her, still clearly recalls the affect of the moon milk and her newfound obsessions. maybe this is somehow due to the milk's affect of overwhelming the victims previous life, in essence forcing them to forget what was previously important to them. or maybe, given irrigo's connection with lack of perception and drawing inward, the idea is that when the victim has nothing else to cling to in the nadir, the love instilled by the moon milk persists as a sort of internal source of comfort. in zenith, the violant light seems to dull or entirely nullify the milk's effects if that moment with Summer is to be believed. its stated that the violant forces the player character to be aware of every detail at once, able to perceive even distant objects with total clarity, splitting your attention everywhere at once. the way moon milk works is just an extreme version of a classic love potion: a victim falls deeply in love specifically with the first thing they see. maybe, because one perceives everything at the same time, the moon milk cannot properly take effect. or maybe the violant is just too oppressive, preventing the milk from occupying a victims thoughts as they are overwhelmed by the light.
whatever the case may be this is a very odd pairing. for a section so filled with moon misers, firmament has very little by way of references to Light Fingers, odd given thats one of the main places one would encounter a moon miser. no comment. and that moment in the nadir has always struck me as peculiar, if only for it being seemingly out of nowhere and disconnected to everything else. but moon misers are linked to apocyanic light with some degree of regularity, so i dont think its too great a stretch to connect them to other neathbow colors as well. one wonders how everyones favorite roof beetles might be affected by the other colors of the neath. even if im totally off base and disproven by some text in the high sancta or sunless skies or whatever there has to be something here im sure of it. or maybe ive lost it who knows certainly not me okay bye
#the main issue with this idea#is that i think theres some text about how the illuminated use the milk to tether themselves to the vulgate/immanent#but i cant remember because it was hard to follow so idk (ironic for a chapter centered around violant hmmm)#im sorry i actually dont hate firmament its just frustrating and an easy target lol#still upset that we had an entire section dedicated to moon misers + 2 moon miser companions and STILL got no official art of them tho >:(#fwiw i dont think these connections were intentional#though itd be great if it was#this was fun maybe i should share more fl headcanons#i have Many Thoughts regarding the neathbow but i dont have all the facts so ill save that for another time :3#and of course feel free to add things or disagree with me or call out something i missed bc im still not 100% sure what to make of this#essay ramble#long post#fallen london#fl spoilers#fallen london firmament#firmament spoilers#feeling very pepe sylvia with this one girlies#waow so many tags sorry

Actually. Hold on. Radagon gives Rennala an amber egg. Which uses larval tears to perform rebirth, which come from silver tears, which were attempts by Nokron to forge a lord that would bring about their age of the stars, and among these silver tears are mimic tears which take the form of the player, and the black knife assassins on top of being said to have a connection to Marika are also said to be connected to the eternal city by Rogier, and Radagon is some sort of offshoot of Marika (presumably they didn't always inhabit the same body; Marika speaks to Radagon at some point saying he's actually failed to become Marika, failed to become a god, much like the silver tears are mostly all failures at being anything but piles of goo but that one did turn into a troll) and there's comments about Radagon trying to make himself whole, and the larval tears are referred to as both substance and living organism, and…idk that's it.
#hard to say if the amber egg was *for* rebirthing or if that's just what Rennala uses it for#wiki says silver tears are reborn again and again into imitation but I'm not sure where that quote is from#perhaps a guide book?#me vs elden ring#the amber egg clearly *isn't* the great rune though; the great rune was just in it#a great rune that allows perfecting rebirth...#one that must not have ever actually *been* a part of the Elden Ring if Radagon left it behind; but presumably one either created by him#or. Idk. It was for a child that never was#I mean Fia will apparently gestate a child that *is* a rune (?)#and it does seem as if the great runes were actually born alongside their corresponding demigod#idk the function of the great runes really drops off later in the game. They don't reveal as much as I thought they would#but the wording on Malenia's - that her rune *should* have been the holiest - implies the rune was made for/alongside her#or something#PEPE SYLVIA

Baby Pierce being his stepdaddy's pretty little substitute wife and the rural middle of nowhere Texan town's favorite whore is at this point Canon in my mind. He was a fragile little doll that wanted to kill his past so bad he thought taking Transigen's offer was his chance to erase the weak little toy he used to be but his facade keeps cracking painfully and no matter how much he tries to hide it the people around him can practically smell what he is. And there's nothing that mortifies him more than the fact that deep down secretly his treacherous body and subconscious likes it.
The way I get so feral when I remember that this guy
is the same guy as this guy

Silly idea at work: In Book 6, Vil will give you a little smooch on the cheek.
Imagine Yuu just dropping in conversation somewhere that Vil's kissed them before, it doesn't even occur to them to specify it was a kiss on the cheek in gratitude, they were just trying to convince the others that Vil can be affectionate in his own way or something. But Ace spends the week just trying to decipher what tf is going on between Vil and Yuu. Are they dating? Why didn't Yuu tell him? Why didn't Yuu choose him? Did Vil make a pass at Yuu and Yuu wasn't that upset by it? When did it happen? During VDC? When Yuu ran away with Epel and Rook? Does Yuu want Vil to kiss them again? Was that their first kiss.
It takes Deuce and the other roommates finding Ace with a Pepe Sylvia style conspiracy board before they decide to talk to Yuu about it. Epel holds this over Ace for the rest of their time at school.
Or something 💦
Ace's love (it had ceased to be a crush, according to Epel, long before he had joined the friend group) for Yuu is perhaps the best worst kept secret at NRC. Sure, everyone thinks you are going to get married after graduation, but everyone doesn't include you or Ace. So when you dropped that little piece of information casually because that's what it was in your mind, just a fun little fact about your friend Vil that you really looked up to-
It had sent Ace into a bit of a spiral, because sure what you said was "Vil gave us a hug and kiss" but all Ace had heard was "Vil kissed me." And the way you spoke about it suggested he should think that was normal, which if Ace had his way it very much would not be. It's hypocritical to have dreamed about being your first kiss, you wouldn't be his but still. Trying to be better than his ex isn't much of an ask but asking him to be better than Vil fucking Schoenheit- he's not delusional. He knows he can't. But that didn't mean he wouldn't have tried! He watches you so closely, how could he have missed someone making a pass at you? Did Vil wait until he wasn't around, were you charmed by his presence? The contrast between how he was with everyone else and this new gentle side he decided to show you? Or was it one of those silly scenarios where you wanted to have your first kiss and Vil volunteered because who wouldn't want to kiss you and it's not like Vil has never kissed someone before so maybe you would feel safe kissing him. Maybe that kiss had been so magical you had instantly fallen in love with him and Vil had accepted your feelings in relief he'd no longer have to be pining from the sidelines-
A conspiracy board is too obvious but he's got it all drawn out on his homework he was supposed to be working on by himself not that you're ever really alone in Heartslabyul as is quickly proved by Deuce's laughter and the confusion of his other roommates. Epel gets a picture of the notes and a very red faced Ace he immediately shares with Rook (for safe keeping and nothing else he promises) but no one shows the picture to Yuu. Sure it's fun to give Ace a hard time over his feelings but they don't want to make you uncomfortable. A simple "lol Ace thinks you and Vil are dating" is all Epel needs to say.
Balls in your court now Ace, try not to fumble the shot again ok? Your friends are going to laugh at you both either way so stop refusing to ask Yuu out because you don't want to look "uncool." Denial makes you look so much worse.

Ok, finals are over, so now I can FINALLY post my Pepe Sylvia theory about Porter actually being evil that has been ruminating in my head ever since I saw season 2! (spoilers for s2 of fantasy high, obviously)
(sorry if someone’s talked about it before and I couldn’t find it, but like WE NEED TO DISCUSS THIS BEFORE S3!)
Ok, so I noticed something when Ragh talked about the first time he saw Kalina in episode 4 of season 2 (“Heartache on the Celestine Sea”). He says that he saw Jace talking to some elven woman (who is revealed to be Adaine’s mom, Arianwen) and to “someone he couldn’t see. I just assumed somebody was invisible.” This is most likely Kalina, as Arianwen was there to get the Nightmare King’s crown and Kalina could have been helping her do that. However, this is important because, since Ragh could obviously see Kalina later on, this is a point in time when he couldn’t see Kalina.
Then Ragh says that after he saw that, Jace and Porter came to talk to him, and “Porter did some barbarian healing with me.” This seems normal enough, as Ragh had just been in a huge fight, but Ragh stipulates that “I didn’t feel that injured, honestly.” So this line already makes it seem as though Porter may have had some ulterior motive for healing Ragh.
Then, Ragh says that as he was walking home after this, he was approached by Kalina, who threatened to kill his mom if he said anything about seeing Arianwen at the school.
(the clip of the scene is here, if you wanna watch it, edited slightly for clarity)
So this makes me think that Jace and Porter knew Ragh saw Arianwen at the school, knew he would probably tell the Bad Kids about it, and Porter intentionally passed Kalina to Ragh through healing in order to ensure his silence.
AND if you’re thinking this may be a bit far-fetched, I’ll remind you that Landren Leir, the cleric of the unnamed goddess who infiltrated the elven Galicaean church after the fall of the unnamed goddess, also passed on Kalina via healing of the high-elven clergy, which she was then murdered for.
But in order to pass it on to Ragh at all, Porter must have been infected with Kalina as well, so here are some of my theories of what that could mean;
1. Porter had no idea he was infected and was just trying to heal a student.
I mean, totally possible, right? From most of the other angles, Porter seems like a decent guy; he supports Fig in barbarian class, he’s part of a community at his local gym, and he did get sucked into a palimpsest when Kalvaxis/Goldenhoard was trying to take over the school — why would that happen if Porter wouldn’t have been opposed to what Kalvaxis/Goldenhoard was doing? And there are plenty of people who are infected with Kalina and never show any symptoms, and therefore never know. It could have been totally innocent. BUT it’s just a little too convenient, isn’t it? Ragh sees Arianwen at the school, and then right after he’s “randomly” infected with Kalina? It just doesn’t seem like a coincidence.
2. Porter knew he was passing Kalina onto Ragh, but wasn’t aware of the full plot to steal the Nightmare King’s crown.
I mean, also possible, right? Maybe Jace put Porter up to it, maybe he knew more than Porter did about the whole situation? Porter wasn’t initially mentioned as talking to Arianwen, maybe Jace just manipulated Porter because he knew that Ragh would trust Porter as his teacher. BUT I think that it would be kind of weird for Porter to be in the school, be infected, be around all of these other people who are in on this wider plot, but they don’t get him involved. Maybe they thought he wouldn’t go for it, thought he was too nice, but I’m not sure. I mean, I think this theory has more merit than the first one, like it’s possible, just would be a little weird.
3. Porter was in on the plot to bring back the Nightmare King.
I mean. Like I know this may not be another Loose Duke situation. But it’s possible! Like, he’s in the right positions! He works at the school. He has the trust of some of the bad kids. He didn’t openly support Kalvaxis or anything he did. Maybe their larger organization (which they do hint that there are more people throughout the world that want to bring back the nightmare king throughout the campaign) thought that he should lay low and hold onto the trust of the bad kids, just wait until the right time to strike. Again, the fact that he would knowingly put a student, one of HIS barbarian students, in such serious danger, in order to protect the larger interest of bringing back the Nightmare King, does not stack up well against him.
So, do I think that Porter will end up being the big bad of season 3, or even the elusive season 4? No, probably not. BUT I do think that he’s sus as fuck and we need to stay on our toes, because he could turn out to be more of a threat with the right opportunities.
#I’m still WILDING over this tiny find#because like !?!?!? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN BRENNAN?!?#is this another loose duke situation or are you just fucking with us?#it’s driving me nuts I hope we get some clarity one way or the other#fantasy high#fh#fantasy high sophomore year#fantasy high junior year#fhsy#fhjy#d20#dimension 20#dimension twenty#Porter#porter cliffbreaker#d20 porter#fh theory#emily axford#brennan lee mulligan

OKAY I GUESS I'M VOICING MY BUBBLE THOUGHTS EARLY HELL YEAH
for context, here's the original doc i made compiling evidence and speculating about my whole "tidelord got abducted by aliens" theory. i am suddenly realizing i made this doc back in 2020. this doc is four years old. why do you do this to me, passage of time.
tdlr: when the forbidden portal venue first got released, i immediately got the feeling that this place could be way more important in terms of site lore than it first appeared and went on a lore hunt scouring the short stories and reading as many relevant item descriptions as i could like i was playing dark souls. this led me to the theory that, deep underwater, there existed some way of accessing the world on the other side of the forbidden portal (possibly the same portal we use to get there in the coliseum, but that seems unlikely to me). at some point in the ancient past, water flight dragons crossed through that gateway, discovered some form of forbidden knowledge, and chose to stay behind in order to keep the information from spreading at all costs. uncountable years later, the environment of the forbidden portal has gradually transformed that population of dragons into what are now the spectre/void wyverns we see as coliseum enemies (likely due to a combination of the species just naturally changing over the generations and the shade, since even from what little we see from the coli background this world reeks of shade to me). cut back to the sea of a thousand currents, and tidelord gets a prophecy about forbidden knowledge. somehow, the wyverns on the other side of the portal find out about this prophecy and decide to act as soon as possible to avoid word getting out. so, before tidelord can manage to say anything about what he learned, he gets overwhelmed and dragged over to the other side of the portal and hidden away, where he remains stuck to this day. completely unable to contact sornieth to tell them about his situation.
tldrtldr: Tidelord Got Abducted By Aliens.
cut to a few years later and hmm, that water ancient sure does look familiar, doesn't it?
and they abandoned the tidelord and exiled themselves to the bottom of the ocean, you say? forming bonds with a subspecies of maren, whose familiar/coli drop descriptions helped me form this theory to begin with?
and their diet is partially plant-based, allowing them to potentially eat one of the forbidden coliseum's food drops if they were unable to use their mouths for some reason? like having their entire head replaced with a gemstone?
fast forward again to today, during the third rest phase of unfathomable odyssey. when we've just finished investigating a cave-in located incredibly deep underwater (deep enough to be near some submarine volcanoes).
hm, sounds urgent. this message was intended to reach the wider population of sornieth, but got trapped until the fathoms got through that cave-in. tidelord was trying to tell us something before he disappeared.
okay, something about the shade. this was probably to be expected. tidelord's a literal deity, it would've been strange if he'd somehow gotten outmatched by some mortal beings (though not impossible, just would've been very unexpected imo. not that this being shade related is a bad thing at all, i'm loving this).
but, tidelord's disappearance being confirmed to be connected to the shade somehow is still very significant. because this is the shade.
the shade, which originates from "the very void from which [the Eight] had designed their world".
the shade, which arcanist initially spotted from the observatory and climbed to the very top of the world pillar to beckon from the cosmos.
the shade, which warps creatures it affects in such a way that the first aberration to be discovered in the modern era was initially mistaken for a shade-beast.
that shade.
so what's the last part of the message?
"unlikeliest of places", hm? "[near] and far alike"?
an entire other god damn planet we need a portal to get to seems like a pretty good place to look, then!
I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS THEORY HASN'T BEEN DISPROVEN YET. IT'S BEEN FOUR YEARS. GRANTED IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I DID ANY DIGGING INTO ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, MAYBE I'D FIND SOMETHING THAT THROWS A WRENCH INTO THE WHOLE THING, BUT THE FACT THAT I JUST KEEP GETTING MORE FUEL FOR THE THEORY FIRE IS JUST WILD TO ME.
SO YEAH THAT'S MY THOUGHTS ON THE BUBBLE, AMONG OTHER THINGS. WHATEVER WE GET AFTER MAINTENANCE COULD DEBUNK THIS WHOLE THING, OR IT COULD JUST KEEP ADDING TO THE EVER GROWING PILE OF EVIDENCE I'VE GOT HERE. I'D BE HAPPY WITH EITHER.
admittedly i would be a little sad if staff were to confirm that wyverns aren't related to undertides at all, but that's more just because the ideas i came up with in my head while originally forming this theory were just super interesting and i got really attached to them, not because i was wrong. back when i intended this blog to be an askblog instead of just my side account for fr, the whole concept i had in my head revolved around the forbidden portal as a setting and the wyverns as a potentially interesting new species to build characters around because everything about the forbidden portal just fascinates me. i said near the beginning of the odyssey that i fully expected the aliens theory to finally get fully debunked, and i still sorta do just because "tidelord got abducted by aliens" is still just kind of an absurd thing to say after all this time and i doubt staff would choose that direction to go in once adventure mode is finally ready to go. but if that somehow does end up being the direction adventure mode goes, i am probably going to lose my mind because GOD DAMN.
so as you can see by how long this posts is getting, i have Thoughts (TM). i'm gonna finish this off here, then maybe do another item description search some time later just to see if i can find anything that might be fun to consider. thank you for for enabling this rant dgjskdghsjk
on one hand, probably a good idea to wait until after maintenance ends to start theorizing, good to have all the information instead of potentially getting debunked within like two days.
on the other hand, OH BOY DO I HAVE THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS VERY VAGUE AND CRYPTIC BUBBLE.
#whenever i get passionate about something my brain just turns into the pepe sylvia image#every single time. without fail. this is just how i am about things i like.

I can't take the people that hate the writing seriously because every single time I reread the story and whatever events, texts, calls, and devilgrams, I notice something new hidden in there.
A new perspective, a new connotation, a new emotion, a new mystery. I think half of OM's fun is connecting all of these dots together to reveal these bigger and smaller pictures.
Maybe it's just me, but I have fun putting bits and pieces together. My thoughts be looking like that Pepe Sylvia meme fr. It's fun, and it bears a lot of fruit tbh. It's kept me enthralled all this time, and I've been playing since OM's launch!
Even when everyone was getting pissed about how the events in OM became repetitive with the boys fighting all the time, that happened for a REASON. There was an unspoken story happening behind all that, and those events still have a rippling effect on the story to this day.
You think it's a coincidence that those events happened, it all reaches it's peaked where MC finally snaps, and then while everyone was doing damage control, MC suddenly got whisked away to Nightbringer? Nah my theory brain has been going BRRRRR this whole time.
Okay, ramblings over. I have more to say but I'm treading into "confession is too long" territory. Have a good day!

Hello there! My name is Professor Bellamy Amaryllis, though most people who know me call me Amy. My kid @eartheats encouraged me to make an account on here- I guess that's what all the cool kids are doing nowadays, haha!
I’m agender and intersex and use They/He pronouns- She for some specific people as well. I'm Polyam, as well, so no need to go telling my partner about seeing me out and about- I assure you she knows!
If you were a child or have been around children anytime in the last 7 years you might know me as the Wild Guy, from my TV show Professor Amaryllis’s Wild Days! While I've been off the air for a year or so it's bloomed in popularity even still- it's hard to go too far without someone knowing who I am, hah!
I'm a poison specialist (though I have an affinity for fairy types as well) and one of the overseeing professors at the Goldenrod Ecological Society, really just a fancy title for the person who makes sure all the science is ethical, reliable and well documented. It's a lot of admin and outreach work and while it keeps me busy it's quite fulfilling.
This is a personal account, so I’ll be talking more about my life than my job, so sorry if you’re looking for a blog of just pokemon facts, because this certainly is not it.
//This is a soft reset of amy- you may notice that a good 90% of post from 2023 have been deleted! I realized that my early rp was not in line with what i'm doing with amy going forward! most plots, major events, and interactions from that time have been Retconned or Rewritten!! if you have questions feel free to DM me!
Hello!!! My name is Rabbit and I’m an adult, so be warned that there may be suggestive themes at times on this blog! I also will be doing some high stakes stuff!
I don’t interact with sentient pokemon or eebie deebies with very few and select exceptions (if you arent sure, ask!), and I’m picky about players with legendaries as well, as I have a specific cannon I’m working with!! No magic anons, crossover blogs, crack rp, or dream mail, though some peliper mail sent to amy's GES location is acceptable (within reason!! no magic anon but item things ahaha)
Amy’s a flawed character so please keep in mind that not everything he says is the objective truth! He can be biased, emotional, unprofessional and he can and will lie, though he prefers to tell half truths and avoid topics first.
Amy has a very detailed past, and he has his secrets and motives!! there’s usually at least something going on under the surface hehe so I wish you luck in trying to puzzle this man out! This character is my own personal Pepe Sylvia red string board and I enjoy playing him that way :)
I hope we can have fun together, but please please please remember that there is a person behind this blog, be nice!! or at least just not incredibly hateful. some negative asks can be fun but think before you send things please.

hi guys, now that we're all collectively processing the season finale of tmagp.......... anyone have any idea what these little letters in each statement file number is?
i think everything else about the system is more or less solved. category 1/2/3 for person/place/thing, the four numbers after the letters are the DPHW complex binder thing that has the key words (transmutation - human / isolation - urban), then the incident date followed by date of recording.
but I haven't been able to find any pattern at all in the letters. All of the options (barring the fact that ive made a few mistakes) so far are:
RBC
RAB
C
RB
RC
RS (one instance, in the finale)
and here's a brief summary of all the episodes and what they featured (out of context spoilers):
I know I've personally been reading 'RB' as 'recorded by', but that leaves 'C' and 'RS' as nonstarters. I also don't think there's a correlation to what type of statement it is/what part of Freddie reads it out (the two 'C' statements, for example, are read by Augustus and Norris, are in different categories, and take place in wildly different times + places). 'RS' could possibly be something along the lines of 'recorded in situ', like how tma sometimes prefaced its statements...? But that's all I've got.
(also, this is maybe chasing shadows, but when alice talks about an example case in ep 1, she says that the table indicates '2-C' and the statement is then filed as "CAT2RC..." but where did the 'R' come from? It's not in every statement, so is it a 'always there unless [xyz condition' is met?
AND ANOTHER THING!!! Why is episode 15 the ONLY one that has a hyphen AFTER the letters? is it a typo? or is that just what they WANT US TO THINK!!!!!)
. anyway. who up pepe-ing their sylvia...

I think the metric might be based on an event that we don’t see in canon- most of the villains are defeated at the end of their movies, and some of them are heavily implied to be actually dead.
And then we get the opening of the first Descendants movie, where King Beast rounds up all the villains that have been threatening the kingdoms and sends them to the isle- but they haven’t been threatening the kingdoms recently, because most of them have been defeated already in their classic movies. Did they come back? Was there a villains revival? Did the people of every fairy tale kingdom decide to dredge up their defeated villains just because a handful started to cause trouble again?
My personal headcanon is that there was some sort of villainous uprising, which is how a number of the villains became relevant again, and also why Maleficent is widely considered to be “the worst of them all” now. Maleficent did curse Aurora, but even her dragon form caused pretty contained damage to one singular kingdom, which doesn’t really warrant the kind of reaction that we see from King Beast in the first movie at the mention of her name. I think it makes sense if there was some sort of uprising where the villains started working together, and that’s what got them all banished, as well as establishing the new “worst of the worst” hierarchy that we see in the Descendants movies.
This is all purely a head-canon, but I think it could make sense, and a villain uprising offers a little more consistency to the reasoning behind the isle. If the villains are an active threat, they give the kingdoms more reason to band together against them, and also a reason for the people of Auradon to support such a harsh punishment. Even if the general Auradon citizens don’t know about the living conditions on the isle, exile is still serious business, and locking them up and basically throwing away the key is a pretty extreme form of exile.
So... Did Ben base his assessment of "worst of the worst" on the one (1) museum exhibition ?
Or was the exposition set up "in honour" of the VKs?
#purely headcanon here#but let me just whip out my pepe sylvia corkboards for a moment#it makes SENSE#this is also why Auradon Prep is just ‘made from an abandoned castle’#and why Ben is wearing a pseudo-military jacket as his cotillion outfit#AND why Gaston and Ursula are apparently on the same area of the isle#villain and Auradon politics are something that I’ve put too much thought into and I know none of it’s canon#but it speaks to my soul and this is tumblr#we’re all just shouting into the fandom void together

MY 3.5 PREDICTIONS
About Caribert:
- Kaeya and Dain DO interact, but only for like 2 minutes. This interaction will reveal that they’ve actually never met each other before.
- Dainsleif will reveal that he was supposed to be a Schwanenritter, but deserted for whatever reason.
- More of Celestia’s crimes against humanity will be revealed.
- There WILL BE a new Khaenri’an NPC, but they will either day before the quest ends or will have been corrupted with the Abyss.
- When the hilichurl takes its mask off, its face will look alarmingly human. Like, almost human but there’s a specific uncanny valley effect.
- The Cryo Abyss Herald is actually completely irrelevant to the quest. Like, it’s just an enemy who shows up and then you fight it.
- Our sibling will show up, but only in a flashback or something to do with the mirror we pick up.
- It will be revealed that a Descender is leading the Abyss Order.
- it is NOT revealed how exactly our sibling’s fate is being obscured from Irminsul nor why they aren’t considered a descender.
About Windblume:
- Collei and Amber’s reunion will make me cry.
- Kaeya is not involved in any of it due to being in Caribert.
- Amber and Collei are the ‘main characters’ of this quest
- Cyno and Lisa interact, Tighnari and Albedo interact
- Diluc shows up for like 3 seconds to have a brief look of understanding with Collei and Cyno, then immediately leaves.
- We will play matchmaker between Timaeus and Ying’er.
- The ‘prophecy’ will be revealed to just be a trick of Venti’s to encourage people to have fun on Windblume.
- Either Varka or Alice will make a physical appearance, but not both. If it’s Varka, he will have a disappointingly twink-ish appearance and the community backlash will be enough that they will FINALLY FUCKING FINALLY make better and more diverse base models for characters. If it’s Alice, her boobs will be the size of watermelons and she’ll look like a Klee + Lisa hybrid. She’ll make a vague reference to Rukkhadevata, then laugh it off as if it was a joke because only WE REMEMBER RUKKHADEVATA EXISTS.
About my pulls:
- I will get Dehya within Day 1.
- I will get Cyno C2, but not C3.
- I will lose a 50/50 and get a Constellation rather than a new character (weeps in no Keqing or Diluc or Tighnari).
- My ‘Kaeya is a segment of Pierro’ bullshit will be definitely proven false, so I can properly classify it as an AU.
- I will finally go full Pepe Sylvia Mode about how Dehya’s kit was designed

GUYSSSS what if ron isnt in heaven but in purgatory and hes just ... completely misunderstood it . "i am in heaven and the business prospects are dire. everybody seems to want everything for free!" YALL ???? THAT SOUNDS SO ODD???? i personally think he is definitely just talking symbolically and hes just happy that, wherever he is, he is happy there and likes it. OR. it could be that he is actually dead, and that hes actually somewhere else (because someone in hell has said that since the hell system changed so much, they really didnt know what happened after death, but they didnt think heaven existed) AND i think we got pretty good confirmation that heaven didnt necessarily exist in this show, but nobody said anything about purgatory...
yall. "business prospects are dire, everybody keeps asking for free things" sounds a loot like a business persons purgatory for me yknow? and if theres something we know ron will do, its completely misunderstand a situation he is in (miss you king fly high if you Are dead).
also im 1000% sure that the reason ron was talking about time was because hes in another plane, maybe one we havent even seen, and the time dilation is so weird that THATs why the messages werent going through thank you for listening to my pepe sylvia moment
#YKNOW WHAT IM SAYING????#point is i think hes traveling#i think he went traveling longgg ago before scary was in the picture#he somehow got sucked into a portal or idk warped out of this realm somehow right#and ended up somewhere completely new#and has been there for the past at most 25? ish? years#but i dont really believe hes dead#and if he is#i dont think hes in heaven i think its his own personal heaven#that he perceives as better than it is#because hes ron#anyway!#just like. thoughts#im rabid today#dndads#dungeons and daddies#shitpost#dungeons and daddies odyssey#dungeons and daddies spoilers#dndads s2#ron stampler#scary marlowe#scary marlow#terry jr#glenn close#darryl wilson#henry oak#lark oak#sparrow oak

Decay Is an Extant Form of Life
for today’s entry to wiztober 2023, i’m posting something more akin to a theory than a fic. i just couldn’t make it work as a story.
apologies if this has been brought up before, and fair warning for discussions of terminal illness and eventual death, but. have we considered that sylvia drake might have had cancer?
like, okay, i’m gonna get a little pepe silvia here (…pun not intended, noticed, and then very much intended). but cancer is, to me, the most likely (non-magical) answer. consider who we’re talking about, here.
sylvia drake is a theurgist. a life wizard. and a massively talented one, at that, if she was selected to teach at ravenwood.
it’s even noted by those who knew her, such as gloria krendell, how strange it is that she was killed by an illness.
but no other, more nefarious explanation is ever stated, or even implied. she just… got sick. it was a cruel twist of fate with no one to blame for it.
part of life magic is renewal, and healing, and growth, and new things. cancer is a mutation — a new thing in the body — that grows like a weed in a garden, stealing nutrients from other living things. it spreads, and it flourishes. and, like decay, it is an extant form of life.
just, y’know. one that kills things.
but the first spell a theurgist learns isn’t the healing sprite, is it? life magic is just as capable of killing as any other.

Essentially, the idea is that I think the Almanac's explanation for Wasp switching voices with Bumblebee is absolute horseshit. The explanation given in the Almanac is that it had to do with the fact that they switched helmets, which makes no sense and implies some very screwy stuff about their frametype. If their voice prints are linked to their helmets, then it makes zero sense for Wasp to be able to switch back to speaking in his own voice when alone, therefore: I have rejected this fully. We posit that stingers are actually a type of weapon that could theoretically be weilded by any Cybertronian, and that Wasp and Bumblebee aren't consciously aware of their abilities yet. Wasp's, of course, is vocal mimicry/manipulation. I have a feeling Bumblebee's is something subtle, like enhanced electrical resistance.
Have I ever told you about the theory a friend and I concocted that Bumblebee and Wasp's respective powers actually aren't their stingers?
i dont think so, but I am ALL EARS
#PEPE SYLVIA#wasp... probably doesn’t even think of this as his ability#it's just something he can DO#and bee is gonna be so disappointed. it's so understated#tf#tfa#transformers#transformers animated#maccadam
