But if you ever get in an argument, are upset with him, or anything else he will buy something to do with your special intrest as a way to bribe you.

If his yandere tendencies are at the point of kidnaping he would do his best to abide by any rituals and sensory issues you have, but he still thinks about his own first.

Wilson

Wilson has been dealing with house for years, so he doesn't have many issues really.

Everything in the house is in a way he knows you like. furniture with textures you can't stand are gone, he makes sure to stock plenty of your favorite foods with the right brands, if you need any extra sensory things (like a sensory swing) he's buying it and setting it up in the house.

He would love anything your special intrest may be, not matter how weird or creepy it might be.

Wilsom will listen to you for hours about whatever it is you're interested in. He basically learns as much about it as you do because you just reread facts to him about it.

Wilson would infantize you a bit, which will be frustrating.

He's a natural caregiver, so he wants to take care of you. And seeing you have something that can make life more challenging will make him want to take care of you even more.

It doesn't help that him as a yandere is very underhandedly manipulative. Twisting his words to confuse you.

Chase

Chase has the least experience in this department.

I think he would underestimate just what it's like to be with someone who has autism, leaving him unprepared.

He doesn't get why you refuse to use a specific blanket, or why you won't eat your favorite food just because it's a different brand.

Chase is an argumentative and controlling yandere, so he may see them as you just being disobedient at first.

It would take a few breakdowns on your part for him to realize just how much these things effect you.

He would try to be more understanding, but he slips up a lot.

One thing he will push you to a lot would be social situations.

He wants that picture perfect relationship, which includes you going to stuff with him.

He does try to give you forewarning about events and some alone time before and after, but if you embarrass him during you better be ready to deal with the yelling when you get home.

Credit where credit is due because it was @poppitron360 bringing up Jason’s extended family in a fic that made me think about this.

Anyway. I think Leo deserves some closure with his extended family, too. Obviously it’s never going to happen with his shitty aunt. However. He has a cousin.

His name is Raphael. We don’t really know anything about him except that he bullied Leo when they were kids (that’s the only half-sentence mention he gets). Obviously this isn’t a great start, but I think it makes sense in context.

Rosa never liked Leo. Maybe it was a superstition thing. Maybe she took issue with the fact that his dad wasn’t in the picture. Maybe she convinced herself that he’d somehow ruined her sister’s life. Either way, of course her behaving that way and talking badly about him affected her own kid.

Raphael also didn’t really get Leo, who went on about boring machine stuff Raphael didn’t care about for ages and just wouldn’t shut up. Who’d only play in very specific ways and get upset when Raphael tried to change the rules. He was weird, and Raphael didn’t like him, so he was mean to Leo.

When Rosa tells him Leo is going away and he’ll never have to see him again, Raphael isn’t upset. He takes his mom at her word that it was Leo’s fault his aunt died.

But Raphael was nine, then.

(I’m putting most of this under the cut because it got incredibly long. Oops. Fair warning, I did make myself weep writing this.)

Raphael doesn’t think about Leo for years. They were never close. He’s just a weird kid that used to be a family member but that they’re not seeing anymore. Raphael has friends and school to worry about. Leo doesn’t even cross his mind.

But then he’s packing for college, going through boxes in the attic, and there’s two that look weirdly different from the rest. He’s curious and opens them. It’s mementos. Pictures of Esperanza, and of Leo, and a whole bunch of random trinkets taken from their apartment after the workshop burnt down. And suddenly he’s wondering what happened to his baby cousin, ashamed he hasn’t thought of Leo in so long.

So he asks his mom. Rosa shrugs and tells him Leo went into the foster system and they’ll thankfully never have to deal with him again. That if there’s any justice in the world, he’s dead, because it’s his fault that his mom died.

Raphael is horrified to hear her talk like that. Leo was eight. Even if he did make a stupid mistake that somehow led to his mom dying—and he isn’t nine anymore, he won’t just take his mom’s word for it this time—that’s more traumatizing to Leo than anything. And he was just left alone to deal with it all. A child with so much blame on his shoulders, made to feel like his family didn’t love him.

He’s kicking himself for not asking about Leo sooner. For not being nicer to him when they were kids. For not being there for him when his mom died.

He asks which foster home Leo went to, and his mom snaps at him to drop it. But Raphael doesn’t drop it. He asks his dad when he gets home, and his dad tells him.

It’s a dead end. Leo hasn’t been there in years. Ran away after a few days, apparently. It’s a miracle the person he calls even remembers who he’s talking about.

There’s nothing he can do about it now. But he takes the boxes along to college. If Leo can’t have them, the least Raphael can do is keep them far away from his mom. He puts up a picture of Esperanza and little Leo along with the ones of his own friends. Because if all he can do is carry their memory, he will.

The question of what happened to Leo never quite lets Raphael go. He tries a few avenues over the years, but it’s like Leo vanished into thin air. The only solace he has is that he doesn’t find any obituaries that fit.

Eventually, he decides to look into becoming a foster parent with his wife, and that’s how he finally finds Leo. One of the older social workers mentions she knew a Valdez boy that would be around his age now. Got into a whole bunch of trouble. Ran away from several different foster homes. He was sent to Wilderness School in Nevada the last time she saw him. Apparently ran away with a classmate—Piper McLean. Never heard from him again after that.

She only remembers because Piper is the daughter of a film star she really liked at the time. It’s just a weird random anecdote to her.

But Raphael knows Piper McLean. Not well—they’ve never really talked—but he’s seen her at an office party or two because she’s married to one of his coworkers. Reyna works in a different department, but he could talk to her. Ask her if Piper knows what happened to Leo. If maybe they’re still in contact, though that seems like a long shot after so many years.

He’s desperate and terrified to maybe, finally, get some kind of answer.

It takes him two weeks to work up the courage to talk to Reyna. She’s confused at first. They’ve only made smalltalk a few times, most of it work related.

But when he brings up Leo, something in her face changes. Yes, she knows Leo. He’s never mentioned a cousin—Raphael isn’t surprised—but she supposes a cousin could exist. She asks what he wants from Leo, and he’s honest with her about the fact that they didn’t have a great relationship growing up but tells her he’s grown since then and that he still has some stuff that rightfully belongs to Leo that’s been sitting in boxes in his house for years.

She gives him Leo’s number, albeit with some reluctance.

He calls and tells Leo that he gets if he doesn’t want to talk to him but at the very least he wants him to have the boxes with Esperanza’s things—boxes that should have been his in the first place. Leo doesn’t even have to see him if he doesn’t want to. Raphael can just drop the boxes off with Reyna or something. But he wanted to apologize for being a jerk when they were kids, because Leo didn’t deserve that.

Leo is shocked to hear from Raphael, to say the least. When he first hears the name of the person on the other end of the line, he freezes up. He barely manages to keep it together for the call and afterwards, he melts into Jason’s arms and starts weeping because a part of him is terrified that this is some sort of cruel prank. Terrified to let himself hope he actually has a relative on his mom’s side of the family that cares. Terrified of whatever might or might not be in those boxes.

But he agrees to meet Raphael, if reluctantly, and he brings Jason. Maybe there’ll be some closure in it. He’s wary, because his cousin was really mean to him when they were kids, but they were also eight and they’re adults now and he realizes kids sometimes do dumb shit when they’re eight and growing up with terrible adults.

Leo is anxious when they walk into the restaurant where they’re meeting for lunch—Jason promises to lightning bolt Raphael through the nearest wall if he starts shit, which makes Leo laugh and relax a little, and they walk in holding hands.

Raphael spots them and his whole face lights up. He looks so different from how he looked as a kid, but there’s still that same scar on his forehead from the time he ran into a table when they were six. He still has the same eyes twinkling with mischief, but they’re not malicious now. He looks genuinely happy to see Leo.

Raphael is clearly nervous meeting Jason, who’s much taller and much more muscular than him, which Leo takes great joy in. And Leo gets the apology he was promised. He’s shocked to hear how long Raphael has been looking for him—shocked that apparently someone on his mom’s side of the family did care about what happened to him. And Raphael doesn’t even ask about his mom. Doesn’t ask what happened, which Leo was terrified he would. He just tells Leo he won’t believe the bs his mom is spouting about him anymore, and he’d like to be at least a little involved in Leo’s life, if Leo wants that. Even if it’s just the occasional call or Christmas postcard. But if Leo wants nothing to do with him after everything, he understands that. He’s just glad to know that Leo is safe and happy and loved.

Leo tells him he’ll think about it.

Jason sits with him when he finally brings himself to open the boxes. There’s so many pictures—several framed ones that they had up on the walls and a whole photobook with pictures of Leo, from birth until age eight. There’s several pictures of just him, and several of the two of them together. The last few pages are empty—memories they never got to make—and all of it is so incredibly painful but he can’t believe he gets to have all of this. Jason holds him through it, stroking his back and kissing his hair and telling him they can take breaks whenever he wants. Leo spends all night telling his husband so many half-forgotten stories of his mom as they look through the pictures.

There’s more in the boxes. A few of Esperanza’s tools. Her lucky screwdriver. An old folder with project sketches she made all the way back at uni that she’d sometimes show Leo drafts of. Random decorative items they had up around the house, many of them hand-crafted. There’s this tiny toy dragon his mom made him as a consolation when he was small and begging for some cool toy they absolutely couldn’t afford and Leo cannot stop crying when he finds it.

Also up there with the photos and the dragon on the list of things that make Leo weep the most is a thick notebook that’s halfway coming apart. It’s got pages torn from magazines and hastily written notes stuffed into it. Some pages have prints glued on them, others are hand-written, in his mom’s hand and different ones Leo doesn’t recognize. A lot of it is faded, and some of the pages have clearly had water spilled on them by accident, but most of it is still legible.

It’s his mom’s old cookbook.

And it’s so much less of her than he should have. But having all those memories back that he thought he’d lost forever means everything.

But after a full night of weeping in Jason’s arms and a lot of cooking (and making sure the cookbook is no longer at a risk of fading or falling into bits when you breathe on it) and even more processing he shoots his cousin a message that just says “I think I like the idea with the Christmas cards”.

And they’re never going to be best friends or anything. I don’t think Leo ever tells Raphael the truth of who he is or what happened to his mom.

But they talk to each other on the phone sometimes. Leo meets Raphael’s wife, and, eventually, his kids. Raphael meets Sofía a handful of times and sends her birthday gifts and Christmas cards every year.

He’s the reason Sofía gets to grow up with her abuela’s cooking and with pictures of Esperanza scattered around the Waystation, and Leo is always going to be grateful for that.

I’m assuming like three people total will read this all the way to the end at most! Thank you for putting up with today’s specific Leo brain worms. Not sure if this will ever be a proper fic because I have way too many ideas but have this for now

Damn i really want to know tf happened in the writing room of arcane s2. Some of the downgrades were inevitable due to the show's corporate limitations (not being able to progress the class war story in a meaningful way, having to tie things back to league of legends in terms of making playable characters more appealing to well, play... rip Mel and Viktor in particular), sure. But i still feel like it's even worse than that? There are so many bad decisions that i couldn't even start listing them all... the characters, plot, pacing, themes, it's just such a mess? Even the dialogue writing, it feels much more mm Marvel at its worst i suppose. What i am most bothered by is probably just the straight up harmful messaging so um... Cycles of violence and abuse can be broken by individual decisions to become a better person! Got nothing to do with systemic oppression, living conditions, mental health issues, you can just conveniently ignore aaall the social context, live laugh love and then things get better automatically yep, oppressors famously stop oppressing you when you show them that you're harmless and won't put up a fight anymore. Literally three out of three suicidal characters dying to redeem themselves? Not even in a tragic/cathartic way but in a bittersweet 'they finally atoned for their mistakes' way? Groundbreaking lmao. Romantic relationship between Vi and Caitlyn including no communication about their biggest fight, just conveniently skipping to sex and getting back together - would have loved that if it was framed as the unhealthy fucked up thing that it is, skipping over Vi's hurt and her background to once again become a cop, her girlfriend's direct underling at that (!) due to her not having any other support systems... But nope that was our cute lesbian romance wrapped up, a good thing all around, not concerning at all. Jayce telling Viktor that what he 'always admired about him' was his disability and his deadly disease (??? from a character who spent the whole s1 and first act of s2 desperately trying to help Viktor find a cure? sure) and that those imperfections don't need fixing, just wtf truly. Magic bullshit was also weird, some implications of 'natural magic is ok, but achieving that power through other means corrupts you into a crazy robot bitch or just wilts your trees i guess', but tbh it was written in such a weird and inconsistent way that we can skip this one... Yeah actually a lot of things were just such a mess that I feel silly pointing to specific moments or lines I didn't like, I mean duh, it barely makes sense as a story at all... I am happy we have s1 which comparatively was a masterpiece, and i also really enjoyed s2 act1, i truly believed it would lead somewhere good at the time, my mind still kind of cuts off the story at that point when i think about it, that WAS the open ending of the show to me (is it possible that there were rewrites? targeting act 2 and 3? idk, wishful thinking perhaps). Despite my extremely negative feelings about this season's conclusion i remain glad that so many people appreciate the show regardless, it is clear that there was STILL a lot of love in the process of its creation (although i'd argue that even some of the visual aspects of the show suffered in quality, once again i have to wonder about behind the scenes mood of it all) and i get very upset when i see creatives online despairing over reception of their projects even when i'm absolutely in the disgruntled crowd hahaha... ...however yeah, this wasn't great In a world that increasingly grows more and more right-wing politically... we really needed something different i think.

Now, I know a lot of fans (particularly on the EN side) like to ship Malleus with their OC and especially with Yuu so I want to first make it clear that my response is NOT meant to invalidate those Malleus shippers. Whatever I say here is based on my own interpretation of canon lore (and let’s be real here, TWST won’t ever confirm if anyone is romantically interested in Yuu because it might not work with how some players view their own relationship with that character). In fanon, anyone can be with anyone, but in canon there are very specific in-universe rules and expectations laid out for Malleus so these are what I will be referring to.

I also want to emphasize that the final traits I discuss in this post do NOT reflect Malleus’s personal tastes or views. He has little say in what kind of an individual his spouse would be, so his own preferences are not speculated about or taken into account here. The traits I will be bringing up are based on what I believe the lore implies are the desirable traits for those marrying into the Draconia royal family.

Firstly, I’m completely disregarding the ideas of “Malleus can love whoever he wants to love”, “Malleus can scare people into accepting who he loves”, and/or “Malleus can change the law so he can marry who he loves” (a la Sultan from Aladdin or through some other Disney magic or logic). Here’s why:

In general, those solutions for “high stakes issues” are too simple, and that has never been how Twisted Wonderland tackles complicated problems. Just look at every single OB boy’s backstory. They’re so complex that they aren’t totally resolved by the end of their books; these problems persist and are long term things each of them are working on addressing. This is also true of the politics TWST introduces to us; Leona for example explains how there is social pushback and resistance to the idea of infrastructure reform because the culture of the Sunset Savanna stresses harmony with nature. This has made it difficult for them to adopt new technologies because real politicians in their world have to seriously weigh their cultural values with their health and societal progress. The only time there are really easy solutions are in events or vignettes where the emotional stakes are not super high, but who Malleus marries is, in fact, super important since this will entirely change the life of a main character and his country.

With that first bullet point in mind… No, Malleus cannot love whoever he wants to love. Certainly, he may feel affection for another but he can never truly be with them. He is royalty and the only heir to the throne of Briar Valley. It follows that he is expected to marry for political reasons/to better his nation. This is a non-negotiable obligation for him.

Rather than saying, “Malleus cannot scare people into accepting who he loves”, I think it’s more accurate to say Malleus knows he probably shouldn’t. I mean, yes, he may be upset about his S/O not being accepted by his people but I feel that is discrediting a lot of the loyalty he has for his own country. As a kid he may have thrown tantrums when he was upset and potentially harmed staff, but as a 178 year old he has a much better understanding of decorum and maintaining it in spite of his own grudges. For example, even though he may find Leona abrasive he still commands Sebek to apologize to him because, at the end of the day, this could harm Briar Valley’s relationship with the Sunset Savanna. That’s not to say that Malleus can’t be petty (he definitely is)—but implying he would be petty toward basically his entire country just because they would disapprove of the one he loves?? (We know this would likely be true because Sebek’s parents faced similar backlash when they got together.) I feel like his own sense of awareness and responsibility for his country, crown, and people would override that. As an example, Malleus states that he has never been in a car before because the senate would be against it and often kept Malleus in the castle. Someone of his power could easily ignore them and sneak out and do whatever he wanted, yet the dialogue implies Malleus didn’t. He obeyed his political advisors even when he was younger and arguably much more immature. Malleus might not like certain decisions made about his life but it sounds like he ultimately complies with them.

Continuing from the previous point, let’s say for the sake of argument that Malleus does scare everyone into line. What about his public image and the mental health of his S/O? Maybe Malleus can frighten people to not talk out of turn to his face, but he cannot control what people whisper about him behind closed doors or to treat his S/O well or like they actually like them. Not only would they be alienated (away from their own home and forced to adapt to a new one) but they’d be treated oddly by others too. What kind of reputation is that for Malleus? To be a tyrant king who throws a hissy fit anytime someone talks about his partner in a way he doesn’t approve of? With a spouse who is not at their best mentally because of the constant ostracization? (This is similar to what Leona experienced in his childhood.) I don’t think Malleus would want to subject anyone to that kind of life, especially not one he loves. And again, this attitude would be the vast majority of his people. It’s not like it can be avoided or resolved in an easy manner, especially when the people of Briar Valley have proven to be against change.

Lastly, Malleus would not change the law so he can be with whoever he wants to. To begin with, I doubt this is a unilateral position the senate would approve of. But okay, let’s accept that Malleus is royalty so his power overrides the advisors’ power. So he effectively just changed a law for a very selfish and personal reason rather than changing something to actually benefit his people. That doesn’t feel in-character for him, not when Malleus seems to understand that it is the duty of those in higher status to help those below them rather than themselves (see: Riddle’s Suitor Suit vignettes). Malleus has acted selfishly before, yes (who remembers Endless Halloween Night? His Dorm Uniform vignettes? I do.)—but never at the cost of changing the status quo of his country. (Book 7 is not included here because he’s in a very distressed emotional state then; this “new law” scenario posits that Malleus is in a normal state of mind.) This is a major change—change which Briar Valley, its people, and most importantly, Malleus, are not ready for. You think there wouldn’t be social pushback against this? From a society that has become complacent with its own way of life and is still isolated from the rest of the world? That Malleus, someone who struggles greatly with accepting life changes himself, could enact such a big change so easily? (On a more technical level, you don’t just pass a law and it instantly becomes tangible or real, there is a process of approval and then implementation.)

Additionally, it’s made clear in Ghost Marriage that “[Malleus] cannot enter into an engagement lightly”, which is why Sebek goes in his place. Eliza, the Ghost Bride, is royalty (er, albeit dead) but it seems that royal status is not enough to qualify as his partner. Maybe this is because she’s dead and doesn’t have anything of value for Briar Valley (no land, no people, no political power), but it could also mean that the partner has to be given the thumbs up by other parties.

All that being said, here are some of the conditions I think would have to be met for Malleus’s future spouse:

Has to be someone of equal or at least high status. This means they also have to be a royal or at least of nobility. This appears to be true of Malleus’s dad, who is referred to as a duke.

Because of how self-contained Briar Valley is + nocturnal fae having beef with diurnal fae, I imagine his partner would have to also be a nocturnal fae. This would also solve the MASSIVE lifespan difference between fae and non-fae because at least fae would be far closer to each other even if their lifespans fluctuate but subspecies.

Someone suited to rule by his side. Being married into any royal family is no joke—it comes with the expectation that you will contribute somehow, and the partner should be fully equipped to enter the world of politics with him.

Piggybacking off the last point, I think mental fortitude is also a prerequisite. This is because being a politician (navigating the social climate both within your country and outside of it, keeping your people and colleagues happy, maintaining public approval, managing laws, dealing with potential attempts on your life, etc.) can be very stressful and can hurt those who are faint of heart or not prepared for the responsibility. Leaders have to make tough calls at the drop of a hat, and they have to be ready for it.

Has a lot to offer in terms of benefits to Briar Valley as a country. This could be in terms of resources, connections, and/or political savvy. This appears to be true of Malleus’s dad, who acted as a diplomat for Briar Valley.

Vetting and formal approval from the senate. lmao good luck with that

Has to be able and willing to have a child. They at least need an heir to the throne to succeed Malleus. (However, knowing how exclusionary and conservative as heck the senators are, I doubt they would accept anything but a biological child, especially since the Draconia’s claim to fame seems to be from how strong their line is 💀)

Preferably someone with powerful magic or is skilled at magic already so as to lessen the chance of “tainting” the bloodline with a weak mage or a non-mage.

I believe that Briar Valley would prefer someone with old fashioned values like them, not someone pushing for massive reform. They have a culture that is resistant to change and a history of fighting for resources with outsiders, so if Malleus’s new spouse tries to introduce a bunch of technology or open its borders to other countries (even if they have good intentions), the people + the senate may oppose them. His father is implied to be open-minded, but he at least understood that such change isn’t reasonable without time and effort dedicated to the endeavor.

All that being said 💦 I think that this topic is actually less about what Malleus as an individual wants and what his country, his people, and, yes, even his asshole senators, want. This is basically an arranged marriage situation so that their country can maintain power and relevance. It’s about the collective and what Malleus must do for their perceived security and prosperity.

Whomst the fucketh is upset??? About the datamining specifically??? That shit's outta left field cuz what the fuck??? So amongst the sea of emails complaining about the Pancake Shop and consecutive Nightmare Pass and lack of Main Story content, they zeroed in on the datamining 'issue' that's been 'upsetting so many players'. Ayo what??? And that's not including the possible emails about bugs and all that.

I don't have definite proof of it but my gut feeling says someone's been snitching.

Also notice that they didn't mention Twitter/X. It's possible they consider other social media sites as external communities since they mainly post on Twitter/X. But if this is such a serious and important issue, why haven't they made an official post on it over there??? (as of making this post, they still haven't made an announcement) My theory is that most of their JP and KR players are on Twt/X and they might agitate that fanbase cuz they were also upset about the recent changes to the game.

Enhancements on the game client, sure. But there's still the storage issue??? I forgot the specific term for that problem im sorry, but like, WHB is 8.48GB on my tablet. Wuthering Waves is 13.08GB. HOW??? And I haven't even updated the game since the Nightmare Pancake update.

I refuse to give two shits about their compensation for this "issue" because that's not what the players have been asking to fix/address.

Viva x Barb angsty headcanons

(because im sensitive and stupid)

Barb

She's VERY insecure about struggling with relationships, but never really shows it. (looking at the movie scenes where she says that her kingdom tells her only what she wants to hear and how upset she is about poppy's card) All her heart really needed were friends and love, but she put too much pressure on herself.

Easily gets jealous over Viva, because of her abondment issues. She still feels like a pop troll could not love a hard rock one, especially knowing her conflicting past. This starts most of their fights, as Barb can just be TOO MUCH with that.

Insanely pressured about her role as a queen. She's scared of becoming what she used to be, no matter how much time has passed.

Struggles to control her emotions, especially anxiety and anger. That sets a specific picture of her to some, with only her closest ones knowing the real Barb, and only Viva understanding and supporting her through it. It even seems like her soft spot exists only because of Viva.

Used to be deeply depressed (before the events of World Tour) Thinking that "reuniting trolls" with her music is the only solution to her personal emptiness and pain. Not knowing yet, that the event that's actually going to change her is meeting a specific curly haired troll. (but hard rock was probably involved in that event, let's be honest)

Viva

Is deeply traumatized after the bergen attack and how she got seperated from most trolls. She falls into PTSD episodes in which her colors fade away and she leds Clay to cover her work.

Just after they started to form their mini-civilisation, she was still completely disturbed and turned to auto-agression as a coping mechanism, leaving scars on her body.

She's still frightened by bergens, trying to start a bond with Bridget, but the rest... Poppy still has to convince her to them, as Viva prefers to not visit them, if not necessery.

Feels VERY lost in Trollstopia. Not like it's a bad place, but it's so overwhelmingly different to her, that she feels like she has missed too much to normally function there.

Easily falls into panic and anxiety attacks as she's a really stressful troll. She still struggles to take part in bigger social events among unknown trolls. But Barb goes EVERYWHERE with her to support Viva, as well as giving her little motivational speeches before it.

Probably gonna write more some other time but now i'm really tired and i just have to let my imagination live here😭😭 AND ALSO I DONT WANNA GET TOO SAD ABOUT THEM MY BABIES DESERVE A HAPPY LIFE (which only means that i will make more post yapping about them)

Summary: Personal headcanons I have for Amanda from the games.

I wanted to post this now so my account isn't completely dead the entire time I'm trying to catch up on requests. Also, some of y'all need to remember that this girl is a CHILD, for the love of god.

Getting the darker / sadder stuff out of the way real quick

Definitely has depression, and she always feels alone, even when she’s around Wooly

Probably has dreams and random memories of the time spent with Sam before everything happened, but she can never remember his face and very rarely remembers his voice correctly

Can be very extroverted, but her social battery is quick to drain if she doesn’t like the people she’s around (i.e. Wooly)

We know that she’s drawn to darker themes, which we see during the storytelling puzzle, and I’m sure she was still drawn to them even as Rebecca

I do, however, think they carry a heavier weight to her in a sentimental sense when she’s Amanda because she can often relate to the tragedies more often

Has a fear of the dark, along with needles and stuff due to the experiments she was put under

Actually cares for Wooly to a certain degree, but she gets annoyed with him very often

Probably remembers the first few children she led astray and the beginning of the show (or whenever she became more aware of what was truly going on)

Has an interesting fascination with death and violence

Had a lot of friends as Rebecca, which only made her feel even more alone when she became Amanda

Has anger issues that stem from her losing everything so quickly and having so little control in the digital world

Absolutely has trust issues, which we know

Almost constantly sleep deprived due to persistent nightmares

When her nightmares are bad enough, she wakes up having an anxiety or panic attack, and Wooly helps her with them sometimes, but she usually prefers to deal with them herself

Daydreams often about places she wishes she could go to

Needs to be on her own (away from Wooly and Riley) on occasion to recharge and calm down, especially if there was something specific that triggered her

Feels the need to cry or scream a lot, but she usually doesn’t since it doesn’t help her feel any better

On the rare instance where she can cry, it’s one of those types of cries where she’s gasping a lot because it’s harder to breathe, and it lasts a long time before she’s able to calm down

However, most of the time she can only calm down because the crying tires her out and she falls asleep almost immediately after

If she doesn’t fall asleep, she curls up and hides her face either in her arms, her pillow, or against Dolly the bear and just lies there in silence until she feels okay enough to get up again

Definitely dissociates when she’s stressed out too badly

Brushes her teeth more often than she should because she’s terrified of her teeth rotting and falling out

Fidgets a lot when she’s trying not to get angry or upset

If there are ever any dead animals – aside from Silly Mr. Fox or the lonely kitten – she holds small funerals for them before burying them in a cozy spot she thinks they would like if they were still alive

Now for the lighter / more basic stuff:

Loves reading, writing, and drawing (and would probably make up her own characters and build stories around them for fun)

Loves randomly experimenting with things like jewelry and her clothes

Has matching friendship bracelets that she made with Wooly when they first met, though she doesn’t wear it anymore. She keeps it in a drawer in her room and doesn’t really ever think about it

Loves cats, obviously, but also really likes all animals, including mythical ones like dragons

Likes all colors, but has a specific preference for black, red, and probably purple as well

I feel like there aren’t really any options for music in her world aside from the theme songs and stuff, but she gets to hear all kinds of new songs whenever Riley or someone else is watching the tapes

When those random songs start playing quietly in the background, she can’t help but hum them later on and sometimes dance if it was something really catchy

With the theme song, it plays so often that it’s almost constantly playing on repeat in her head

Sometimes, she doesn’t even realize that she’s humming it half of the time unless Wooly points it out or starts humming with her

Obviously keeps her hair up in afro buns, but I feel like it’s because it’s the only hairstyle she knows how to comfortably do on her own that she actually likes

I also feel like Rebecca might’ve kept her hair in a similar style a few times, and Sam would help her with it, so it brings her a small bit of familiarity and comfort that she doesn’t really understand

She experiments with her hair here and there by trying different partings or even adding small bits of jewelry to the hair ties

Really doesn’t like when people interrupt her (specifically Wooly), but tries not to get too upset about it unless she’s having a bad day

After a while, she’d take the lonely kitten into her home and take care of it

Not sure what she’d name it, but she would definitely cuddle with it all the time so neither of them feel as alone anymore

Cooking is another one of her favorite hobbies because she has the ability to experiment with different meals, even if her options for ingredients are sometimes limited

Has a lot of control over her emotions most of the time, but when things in the tapes start to glitch, break, or just flat-out stop working altogether, and she can’t control it? That’s when she really starts to get upset and lash out and everyone and everything around her

Has a little piano in the corner of her room that she plays randomly

Also keeps a drum set tucked away, although she really only likes playing it because it gives her an excuse to hit things without consequences (plus, I feel like she’d really like loud music if she had the option to listen to it)

Out of habit from doing the show for so long, she says things like “where can I find (item)?” or “I wonder where my (item) could be” out loud, even if no one else is there to answer her

Even asks “can you help me find (item)?” without meaning to

More of a “tomboy” in terms of her style and interests

Actually really likes peach pie, but hides it so she can tease Wooly for it sometimes

Apple pie is still her favorite, though

She really loves fruits of all kind, but for fruits like raspberries and blackberries, she has to mush them up or something because she doesn’t like the texture of them

Loves playing pranks on Wooly and scaring him randomly

Also loves horror movies, thrillers, and the darker-themed sci-fi films (she’s probably the type to end up laughing when a character dies or something – mainly because their deaths are almost always so corny and avoidable)

If she could watch cartoons from today, she’d probably like cartoons like Amphibia, Steven Universe, The Owl House, She-Ra, Adventure Time, Gravity Falls, etc., especially when they have episodes with heavier themes (like that one episode of TOH where Luz talks about her dad’s passing? The episodes of Amphibia or Steven Universe where they talk about missing home? They mean so much to her on such a personal level)

Kind of completely random, but since Hameln was such a widely-successful company, I figure that they would’ve had translated episodes and stuff for different countries

Because of this, I think it would be cool if Amanda actually picked up on a few random words she’d hear often from people speaking Spanish, French, Italian, etc.

Nothing specific, just completely random words and phrases, but she likes saying them randomly (mainly just to confuse Wooly)

Pairing: Romantic/Platonic - Sharing

Shinra I already know can be ruthless towards those he deems as enemies.

He has the power to do some serious damage, but holds himself back often so he can be seen as a hero in your eyes.

Maki is an interesting case too, she doesn't typically enjoy hurting others.

Capable? Very much so.

But she hates it.

While Shinra is eager to come to blows at times, Maki thinks of ways around it.

Ironic as she was originally a soldier.

Both of them are capable of violence but usually only when someone's life is threatened.

Since they only seem to consider killing when in danger...

Dealing with rivals is different.

Both of them want your attention, yes...

Although murder is typically avoided.

The two would probably share you if at least one of them was platonic I feel.

It can be either of them or both of them... but I feel the only way they can share is if there's no competition between the two.

They both care about your well-being and want to protect you, that's their job.

Rivals are a bit tricky but I imagine these two would use sabotage more than anything.

These two no doubt get irritated when you're close to others.

Since you joined Fire Company 8, these two have been trying to make you feel welcome.

Maki is naturally very welcoming, smiling softly as she shows you around.

Shinra, meanwhile, is very eager to see what you're capable of and tries to give you a good first impression.

Both are capable of being good friends and work well with their team.

They're the reason you have such a good time in Fire Company 8.

In their eyes, at least....

Which is why it upsets them when you seem to have better chemistry with someone else.

Maki tries to be more rational, you deserve other friends....

Even if she's romantically interested, she tries to not let it bother her.

Although, as a hopeless romantic, it hurts more than she'd like.

Shinra is more irritated.

Not necessarily with you... but the fact that others are so interested.

After all, he feels he needs to decide who's good for you.

Would the two help each other? Absolutely.

If they didn't like someone outside of the Fire Company, they'd plan ways to limit your time with them.

Within the Fire Company...? That's difficult.

Fire Company 8 no doubt knows how close these two are.

Everyone there knows how protective and easily jealous they can get.

So Fire Company 8 isn't an issue.

It's mostly people in other companies and those not even part of one.

Normally these two would just keep you away from specific people.

One way is distracting you.

I can see Maki wanting to show you a new pyromancy trick while Shinra talks to the other person, saying you're busy.

Or maybe they both use training as an excuse, telling the other person you'll be busy all day.

Another way is hovering around you.

If the two know you'll be in a place with a rival of theirs, they'll follow you.

They disguise it as you three hanging out...

In reality, they're looking for that one rival, ready to intimidate them.

That's another way they sabotage your relationships...

Intimidation.

Both of them are scary.

They're strong and many know that.

If they asked someone to stop talking to you...

There's a good chance the other person will listen.

All of these tactics are rather manipulative yet work for them.

Of course... Sometimes they won't.

There will be that one rival who thinks their bond with you is unhealthy. (It is)

That person will no doubt try to 'rescue' you....

They're probably going to be the person needing rescue though.

Both of your 'friends' may just decide if words aren't going to work...

Fire will.

To them, you being led away is a threat.

If you don't hear from that other person for a while... Don't worry about it.

That's what Maki and Shinra say, anyways.

Hi everyone! I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Jessica and I was a previous user of Tumblr before it was bought. I decided to come back.

Today I'm not so much a fandom person (my first account was a Supernatural and Destiel vibe) as I am living my "real" life as an artist, author, historian, and disability rights activist. I'll be 42 in February and I live on the border of Ohio and West Virginia - like, literally on the border. I can almost throw a rock and hit West Virginia from my apartment building. Living here after spending over twenty years in Georgia has been a fresh change. Georgia is not a great place for people with complex disabilities like mine. I get much better medical care and access to state services here in Ohio, which is why I came here. My ancestry is Appalachian anyway, so this does feel like home in a strange way.

My art is what I do the most. This is me doing a commission order a few years ago.

You're immediately wondering about my disability and why I do everything with the tools in my mouth. I was born with a condition called Arthrogryposis and that just simply means my joints have very little range of motion. Much of my body is stiff. So I taught myself to play with my toys, markers, etc., with my mouth rather than my hands before I could even read or go to school. It was natural for me. I live a happy life and I'm not upset about being born with this disability. You don't have to feel sorry for me because I don't feel sorry for me.

At this stage in my life, I'm working on art commission number 91 with about 50 more on my wait list. My work specializes in black and white pencil portraits, mostly of different historical periods. Most of the art people order from me has to do with my ability to interpret their previous lifetimes (yes, reincarnation) as well as introducing them to their spirit guides. I do regular art with no spiritual complex as well, like family portraits, friends portraits, pet portraits, architecture, fan art, original characters, some fantasy, witchcraft, folk magic, paranormal, historical events, etc. I'm heavily trained in realistic very detailed portraits, so if you're looking for anime or cute illustrations, I'm probably not your woman.

This is the last commission I finished.

This is an interpretation of that customer's spirit guide as they appeared before they died. This is "my style" of art, as they say. I like to do color art too but I finish black and white orders much faster.

Besides art, I'm a lifelong student of 19th century history in America focusing on women's roles, families, social issues, disability history, and LGBTQIA+ history. I was in school to specifically become an antebellum and Civil War historian before chronic illnesses forced me to drop out. Higher education 20+ years ago was a casserole of nonsense when it came to helping disabled students succeed. Don't get me started.

I'm also a lifelong paranormal researcher focusing mostly on hauntings tied to antebellum and Civil War America including old folklore. My mother and grandmother were Missouri folk magic practitioners. I was raised in an understanding of the unseen world. Are Mathieus usually suitable for emotional support task? What are some other species I should consider for this task? Thank you!

Most Mathieus are empathetic, and will understand when their keeper is feeling upset. Your Mathieu will likely nestle up next to you and chirrup softly, perhaps attempting to brush your hand to mimic the way that you pet him. He may bring you one or more of his own favourite comfort items, even if your problems cannot actually be solved by a chewable tyre.

Despite this, the species is not normally recommended for long-term emotional support. Mathieus can be very caring and considerate to specific people they have developed a bond with, but they are not a social species.

However there are many other species which may be just what you are looking for:

A Neilson

Gentle and good-natured, Neilsons bond tightly within their communities, and have a quietly playful personality with a definite sense of humour. This allows them to cope well with fluctuating moods, and the demands of being an emotional support companion. Once he has accepted you as a member of his covey, a Neilson's calm and steadfast companionship will never waver, and nor will his deeply loving nature.

Unlike a Mathieu, Neilsons are largely herbivorous, with a similar diet to a Jai. This can make them a good option for those living in cities, or where there are few or no opportunities to hunt live prey.

2. A Richard

Despite a small size, a Richard has a big heart! Ideal for those who struggle with social anxiety, the Richard's outgoing and warm nature can be the perfect icebreaker. A Richard will gladly make friends with all comers, but will never stray too far from those he has bonded to, and considers part of his nesting circle. Richards are also a popular choice for diabetics, as their keen sense of smell allows them to detect low or high blood sugars long before you become aware yourself.

3. An Adam

Used for centuries to herd livestock, Adams are protectors to their core. Often found bonded to Tadejs, they will be endlessly caring and patient to their companions, whilst vigorously defending them if necessary. Adams are regularly used to provide emotional support for those with memory issues, as once they have learned your routine they will happily herd you from one regular activity to the next!

Do be aware that the Simon is a very similar species, and the two are often accidentally or deliberately misidentified (if in doubt, inspect his feet - Adams have slightly more prominent claw ridges).

4. A Julian

The active and playful Julian is one of the peloton's few marsupials, and ideal for those who need a constant source of joy in their life. With a similar knack for mischief as any Tadej, the Julian's small size may be ideal for those who do not have the space to devote to a large enclosure, but want a companion with a large personality!

Julians are extremely social, and will want to take part in and be involved in every aspect of your life. For those who struggle with finding the motivation and energy to complete daily activities, doing them with the 'assistance' of your Julian may make this easier. Do be aware however that, similarly to Mathieus, Julians are compulsive chewers.

All of that being said, the ideal emotional support companion is the one who you bond best with. It may be that your Matteo is the most constant source of joy in your life, your Lars will gently nibble your hand to bring you out of a panicky moment, or that your Ben has learned to alert you every time ADHD leads to you getting stuck in an unhelpful thought pattern. There is no right answer here - just as every companion is different, so is every person. But hopefully the above will give you some general direction, and you can find the emotional support companion just right for you!

I'm writing a sort of mystery novel, and in my story, one of the characters has a lot of trauma around being forced to wear dresses and make up by her family.

As an adult she still refuses to wear dresses, but at one point during the story she has to wear a disguise which requires a dress.

She's upset about this, and she tells her friend about her trauma, so he offers to let her dress him up and do his make up to help her sort of feel more in control and less alone since she won't be the only one dressed up.

It isn't presented as a joke/creepy/gross and he has a lot of fun, but I'm still kind of nervous about this since I know there are a lot of negative tropes about men in dresses.

Are there any problems with this scenario that I'm overlooking?

Firstly I want to reassure you that from what you've said, this is a sweet and wholesome way of handling this topic/issue (both by you the author with regard to writing this in this way, and by the friend character).

The following isn't necessarily advice you don't already know, but I'll list some things that I think make these kinds of things feel better to read, in terms of the "man in a dress" trope. (But please note that I am transmisogyny exempt, and people who are transmisogyny affected may have different or more things to say.)

a respect for makeup and dresses as an art that is often disrespected societally (even if a man dressing up this way doesn't have any organic interest in these things, a respect for those who do is huge)

(optional) a sense of exploration about it. a lot of people I've known who got into drag (for instance) got into it as a means of trying to broaden their normal comfort zone with gender expression, and experiment with it. It doesn't have to be a gender questioning, and it doesn't have to be a gender expression questioning either, but the idea of it being something where someone is feeling free to explore or learn about what you can do with eyeliner or what it feels like to wear a dress adds a sense of safety to me personally, as a reader.

All this said, I might also consider more how the trauma of the other character is being handled. I'm speaking as a trans person who has trauma around being forced to perform femininity, but a cis woman can feel just as horrible about this.

I think in a situation where I was present and I was friends with someone who had no choice in this, I might consider ways to make it feel less like the kind of makeup and dresses that she was forced to wear. If you can't have autonomy over the fact of it being makeup or a dress, having autonomy over the kind of makeup or dress makes it easier. I might also suggest wearing shorts or pants under the dress, or even wearing a skort or a bifurcated skirt, like some kind of thing which looks like a skirt unless someone were to basically do the splits. Maybe there's a colour or specific type of makeup she wasn't allowed to wear for some reason that she gets to now. (Example: I was not allowed to wear black nail polish growing up or to dye my hair black, so an equivalent would be black nail polish and maybe a wig or dye.)

A lot of people (but not all) with trauma around being forced into a feminine gender expression also deal with the fact that performing a feminine gender expression was seen as the way to be "worthy" to potential man partners. But there are ways to explore feminine gender expression which are specifically not meant to be appealing to men. (I'd look into some of the lesbian makeup artists on tiktok for examples.)

tl;dr Autonomy, social safety, and respect for the art of aesthetics are the things you'll want to emphasize.

Okk. I don't want to compare or anything but I don't get the people who's getting mad on Korn Tonkla scenes saying they had more screen time? Or shit. I mean tbh, I am understanding the plot of the series better because of the two of them because they are somehow related to all of the events. And Tonkla's situation is...... he somehow senses the other timeline which I think is an important role. And also, Korn! Like what you've said he knows Dome is dead, and at the same time he's with his brother who ’saved’ Dome. Both of the characters are pivotal in the series.

Also, I think that they are more talked about because a Bas and Fuaiz couple was not expected in the series, and at the same time their plot line is really good as well as the build up of their characters. And I've seen more & more people are falling in love with Fuaiz & Bas (as an actor) in this series.

But somehow, I get them because the main couple is GreatTyme but why does it feel like they are becoming more of a side couple. Also saw people saying that their ’plot line’ or how they were introduced to eo /wasn't it./

Since I haven't seen this type of discourse pop up on Tumblr (thank GOD), I'd like to inform everyone that over on Twitter, there have been massive complaints about Tonkla, aka Fuaiz, getting more screentime than the main characters, aka JesBible, to the point of people tagging BOC in posts and demanding they give them more scenes with TymeGreat - as if BOC can just pull footage they haven't filmed out of their ass or something. It got so bad that Sammon herself saw them and AGREED with these people, further explaining how it was important for some plot elements to be explored now, in order for the rest of the series to make sense. Now, with all due respect to her position as a screenwriter: she's factually wrong here. Someone on Twitter actually sat down and counted the minutes each character is on screen and came out with these results:

It's not in English, but I believe the results are clear: Tonkla doesn't even come close to Great's screentime. He's a little closer to Tyme's, but the main character is Great, so he's the one we should be looking at. Also, in case it hasn't been fucking obvious, Tonkla is an essential character in 4 Minutes, which is why we're getting many scenes with him. The reason I mentioned the actors is pretty self-explanatory - people are mad their favourite actors are shown a specific amount of time, giving space to other plot lines and characters, instead of being there for the whole episode, as if the point of 4 Minutes is the romance between Tyme and Great and nothing else. Meanwhile, Bible himself was laughing and clapping and enjoying the flashback scene between Korn and Tonkla when they had their first time, because Bible wanted to be part of a good production, which he is and he recognizes it. But no, God forbid we get more context over KornTonkla, which is one of the most important relationships in the show, which guides Tonkla's actions, which moves the fucking PLOT of the SHOW. I could give the benefit of the doubt to people being upset Tonkla was shown for not even half of episode 4, but I won't, and the reason for that is because I'm sick and fucking tired of people getting their panties in a twist because a character who loves getting fucked is actually getting fucked in almost every episode. Good for him honestly, even if it's making him worse. (I've already ranted about this whole thing here, I'm not going to repeat myself) I don't know how your social media feeds are like anon, but mine are flooded with BibleJes + GreatTyme content and I rarely see anything about KornTonkla or Bas and Fuaiz or anything of the sort, so I can't agree with you that they're more talked about than the main actors/characters. (That's not the case on Tumblr though: I have a very varied feed + my lovely anon asks which give me the chance to talk about my boys and I'm thankful for that.) And I'm sorry, anon, but I'm going to have to disagree with you in the end: Great and Tyme do NOT feel like the side couple at all. They are and they feel very much like the main couple and they've had multiple scenes together in every single episode so far (at the hospital, in Great's garage, at the park, at the university, at the arcade, inside Great's car, at the rooftop of the hospital, at the warehouse, inside the tent etc). We've gotten plenty of fucking content for them AND also BOC has made sure to give Bible and Jes the chance to do a million interviews together + magazine photoshoots, with only half of the show being done, so fans have zero fucking reason to complain about anything. That's all. Rant over.

My thoughts on Chaggie/ Charlie x Vaggie

Before we begin, no this isn't a "I hate chaggie post" and no I will not be hating on those who ship it either. Rather this is just my thoughts on chaggie at the moment.

So, I'm just gonna say it, Chaggie is my OTP. Not because it is perfection, but because it's in my opinion one of the most interesting relationship canon/noncanon, I love both the characters in the relationship, and any moment of intimacy (not just kisses and such but any intimacy that reads as romantic) is cute. And with that I want to talk about the relationship so far.

Now I've been seeing people say their relationship is toxic or unhealthy, and to that I say...that's a bit strong. Let me explain. So because hazbin is kinda speedrunning it's plot (which I understand bc limitations on episodes and seasons green lit) we don't get to deeply know all the characters and specifics on why they make certain choices and how they ended up the way they did so we have to rely on the broad and limited information provided in each episode.

Based on the 6 episodes released, we can tell Charlie is very optimistic, to a fault at times, passionate, a go getter with some direction, very empathetic, ablivious at times, and ultimanty wants to be a leader but lacks the confidence and authority (despite begin a princess bc we love the royal that doesn't know how to rule troupe, genuinely) to be one.

Vaggie on the other hand, is like Charlie, very kind, but isn't as willing to put faith in a person till they've proven they deserve it, protective, loyal, good intended, not very trusting, lacks confidence, and dependent on Charlie.

Now when you put these two together, while the two do help eachother supplement what the other lacks, whether through reassurance, doing what the other can't or doesn't want to do, or giving the other what they need at the moment, even if that isn't them, it's clear who relies more on the other. After it's revealed how Vaggie and Charlie met, it really reframes Vaggie's character. No longer is she just a slightly insecure girlfriend who just wants to make sure her partner is happy and is being supportive and good enough to her, she's now a character who has bad identity issues. I mean can you blame her?! Her whole life disappeared in an instance and started all over when Charlie found her. I imagine they haven't really been apart since then except for a couple hours maybe, but never for days or longer. And being with someone for so long especially in an unfamiliar place, of course you become attached to them. Add Charlie basically saving Vaggie's life, there's an imbalance there. A feeling of indebtedness even if Charlie never said Vaggie owed her bc wow that would be way out of character.

Now as I mentioned before, Charlie is a bit ablivious to certain things, she's especially ablivious to how vaggie feels and what she's going through. Now that's not entirely her fault, she didn't know Vaggie was an angel and that Vaggie may feel indebted to her for saving her life, but also it's clear Charlie doesn't understand social cues and again, because of her trust in Vaggie, she'd assume Vaggie would tell her anything that was wrong or bothering her since the contrary just isn't something established in there relationship. And if Vaggie didn't want to talk about something she'd say it, not lie. Like in all honesty I think Charlie won't be upset by Vaggie being an angel, but rather hiding it. Now it may sound like alot to ask of Vaggie, but again, Charlie is under the impression that Vaggie would be explicit about what to talk and not talk about. Also Charlie may be hurt because she may feel like Vaggie doesn't trust her enough or think she wouldn't accept her. So I get both sides.

So to me there relationship feels like any relationship, complicated. The relationship Itself isn't unhealthy, but some of the actions of the two involved aren't healthy or the best. Don't think I forgot about Charlie being pushy at times, I understand why she does it, but combine it with her abliviousness it's not so great. I definitely think Charlie and Vaggie can bounce back and maybe the two can have a moment together that helps the two be better together and separate. Which brings me to another thing I'd like to talk about.

My hope for Chaggie in the future is this. In the next episode, the two give eachother space, and they hangout with people in the hotel. I like the idea of Vaggie, Husk, and or Angel hanging out. Charlie and Lucifer or Charlie, Sir Pentious, Husk, or Angel spending time with her. Then half way or 3 quarters through the episode Vaggie and Charlie have a moment together after talking and hangingout with the others, talk about it/maybe apologize, make up, and have there first kiss in the show (other gestures like their foreheads touching or noses touching or a combination of gestures work as well). Then of course setting up for the 8th episode.

Another thought I had, is also the two trying to act as if nothing happened, they continue with there plans with the hotel, then when everyone notices the obvious tension, while they want to prepare for the extermination, they also want to figureout/help Vaggie and Charlie get through what ever happened. Then I imagine they either try doing the exercises and such Charlie plans but secretly use it as a way to help Charlie and Vaggie, in the end Vaggie or Charlie blow up. Shit goes down and then they make up. Or it's still not working so they try getting the two away from eachother by saying they need help with stuff, talking to them, then the two make up. Or one last one I swear, Vaggie or Charlie say to take a break from this. Everyone does, Charlie and Vaggie talk or argue. Walk different ways, Vaggie stays at the hotel and Charlie leaves the hotel. After the two end up figuring shit out, I like to think Charlie got into some shit, Vaggie saves her, they talk as they deal with the trouble Charlie's in, make up, and have an intimate moment.

Now the last thing I wat to say is kinda related but not, so if you came just for Chaggie you can leave. Anyways, with the current state of chaggie (especially with the lack of typical romantic intimacy) I noticed people shipping Charlie x Emily. And while yes I see it, personally I don't ship it just because they've only met in episode 6, they're too similar, and in my opinion, I like them as friends. With that being said, I do like them together so long as Charlie is still with Vaggie. Like I just love Charlie and Vaggie together so much, I don't want them to split. So either I'd have them as a throuple, or Charlie is dating them both but Emily and Vaggie are just friends. Either one is a pretty interesting shipping dynamic and great for fanfiction. Also just to clarify, I'm not hating on Emily x Charlie, it's just not one I'm strong about. So if you like it, more power to you. And you know what, I'll probably still look at content of it anyways cause even if it isn't my fav it's still cute.

Based off of this post by @/ethan-acfan, I’m doing a headcanon post on what Desmond’s system (basing it off of our own system as well).

(Exomemories are memories that an alter (typically an introject) has that doesn’t align with the body’s memories, but relates to the body’s trauma).

His system definitely formed in childhood (we need more introject/exomemory rep). Likely due to the harsh training and isolation that he endured for most of his childhood.

I imagine that he discovered his system after the whole ordeal with the eye, and I’m personally headcanoning him to be a polyfragmented DID system, meaning that some of his headmates are going to be a bit more fragmented than most, and his past headmates likely fused due to his time in the animus.

I could also see him splitting introjects based off of other individuals within his ancestor’s memories (such as Leonardo, Cesare, Achilles, Shay, or other assassins or templars that impacted his ancestors lives. Or people like Clay or even Minerva.)

The exomemories of his headmates would likely be borderline indistinguishable from his own thanks to the bleeding effect intensifying dissociative barriers.

Despite everything, his innerworld would likely resemble the ‘Farm’, since his brain would crave the familiarity of his childhood.

Now, I’m moving onto alter roles/people I believe would be in Desmond’s system.

Altaïr would be a gatekeeper since he would be one of the first headmates to form via the animus, he would know the most about the system and would’ve likely covered up the system due to the intense stressors (the end of the world) going on in Desmond’s life. Early on, he would’ve likely taken on the role as trauma holder before that role went to Haytham (more on that later).

Ezio is a protector, specifically a social protector, with his role being necessary after assassin’s creed 3 due to the fact that Desmond’s boundaries were disregarded so much (him being left in the animus for around three days). He would likely be an ANP and hold the least amount of trauma, allowing him to be a cohost along with Desmond to be the second most active fronter.

Connor would be a caretaker, hands down. If you've played the homestead missions, you know what I mean. He would be one keeping the system running, especially if there's a bad dissociative or depressive episode happening.

Haytham would've split soon after Lucy's death and Desmond going through his memories in the animus, with a part of Altaïr splitting off and fusing to him. He is the 'main' trauma holder in the sense that he hold the most.

Edward is the only who didn't directly split from the animus, instead splitting from Desmond doing research (and Haytham getting upset about his father). Edward would be another protector with a focus on the physical aspect of it. He would also be the most ‘source divergent’ compared to the others.

Moving on to the non-ancestor introjects; I imagine he would split Leonardo Da Vinci (Soother), Claudia (Roleless), Charles Lee (Prosecutor), Malik (Minor Gatekeeper), Shay (Protector/Persecutor), and Achilles Davenport (Protector).

Finally, Desmond would be the main host, however he wouldn’t be a core since he would’ve likely gone through other headmates fusing with him. He’s just another alter in the system.

Finally, onto some gerenal system headcanons

I feel like Connor would be the most dysphoric about the body.

Haytham isolates the most out of the other headmates (due to how he acted in his 'past' life). He doesn't want to burden the rest of system with issues he feels he can handle on his own.

Charles Lee would’ve split around the time Connor did, and in system, the two would not get along.

Altaïr is the closest to Desmond, being one of the first to appear when Desmond discovered the system (calling him an idiot), and helping him learn the ropes.

Multiple headmates (Haytham and Charles do this the most) have tried to shut the system out in order to be 'normal', though either Connor or Ezio try and make sure neither isolate.

The goal of the system would likely be to intergrate and healthily exist as a system.

Charles tends to cause the most issues outside of the system (picking fights with Shaun is his favorite activity), and Altaïr tends to front with Charles to make sure nothing too badly happens.

Shaun and Rebecca would probably take on the role as sorta therapist until Desmond can get an actual therapist.

If Clay were in the system, he would likely be in a subsystem with Desmond due to the relationship they had in the animus.

Each headmate has different ways to refer to each other

^ Altaïr, Malik, Haytham, Shay, and Achilles use parts

^ Desmond, Edward, Ezio, Connor, and Claudia use alters/headmates

^ Charles uses brain parasites
