Had a dream where Vil was offered a position to be the potions professor (no clue what happened to Crewel) after graduation and it was a whole big thing when he decided to accept but we all knew it was just a thinly veiled excuse to keep him in the school and relevant to the gacha game. He even has a voice line joking to Yuu about how Yuu should work hard and maybe he'd taken them on as a Potions teaching assistant after graduation - foreshadowing the excuse that will be used to keep the player character in the school for the gacha game once the first years reach graduation too

When I woke up I was disoriented enough that I genuinely couldn't tell for a few minutes if the Vil -> potions prof pipeline was just smth the dream made up or if it was an actual recent Twst development that my brain added details to haha

But in relevancy to the above, do you think Twst is going to have a weird time loop going on forever until the lifespan of the game ends?

The characters have aged in the main storyline, which means at some point the third years will be nearing graduation but would they let that actually happen considering the logistics of how the Twst game is set up?

***SLAMS BIG MEATY CLAWS ONTO THE DESK*** This ask reminds me of a L*ona artist I enjoy, @_nantekottai! adhyodwawa I lovingly call them "Dorito-sensei" in my head because I have trouble remembering their actual Twitter handle (sorry...). Why "Dorito-sensei"? B-Because they have a tendency to draw L*ona with very broad shoulders and a small waist... They have an "if the NRC dorm leaders came back as teachers" AU that they've done a few comics for. I’m a HUGE fan of it 😤 and you should be too/j

Riddle, Leona, Azul as teachers

Riddle: “Next, turn to page 128 of the textbook. The next part we read aloud will be on the test, so take notes.” Magic History professor. Exemplary teacher. Very nice to serious, good students. Definitely asks questions during class. Usually calm but gets mad at cheeky students and collars them. Supervises Equestrian Club.

Leona: “Teacher! There are students fighting in the cafeteria!” / “Leave’m alone, just let the idiots fight among themselves ‘til they’re done.” Ancient Curses professor. As long as you don’t go against the school rules, he’ll let anything slide. Surprisingly good at taking care of others. If you want to learn, he’ll teach you fairly. Supervises Magift/Spelldrive Club.

Azul: “Welcome, new students!/It’s nice to meet you, new students! I am your Alchemy instructor, Azul Ashengrotto. If you have any worries outside of class, such as in your daily lives, please feel free to come talk to me. I will offer a helping hand, just as the great Sea Witch would… fufufu.” Alchemy professor. Very kind despite being employed at NRC, so many freshmen fall for his scams. His desire to find people’s greatest weaknesses aside, he’s an excellent teacher. Supervises Board Game Club. Owns Mostro Lounge.

Kalim, Vil, Idia, Malleus as teachers

Kalim: “Let’s do an improv live for today’s class!” Musicology professor. Super energetic even in early morning classes. Frequently talks about Jamil; you end up learning about both music and Jamil in his classes. Supervises Light/Pop Music Club.

Vil: “Do you have any questions about the class?” Potionology professor. Beautiful. Every generation of Pomefiore students has a fan club for him, but every generation of Ignihyde students fears him. Also good at taking care of the students so he is popular with them (like Leona is). Supervises Film Research Club.

Idia: “Hey, prof!” / “Eh… me…?” No subject is listed. Mostly runs lessons remotely. The few times when he does show up on campus in-person, the students go nuts. “You’re a teacher, at least wear a suit.” — Riddle. “At least tie up your hair.” — Vil. Because Idia is too scared to disagree with either of them, he obeys. Advises Board Game Club. Feels like a completely different person when he plays with Azul.

Malleus: “Staying up so late again, child of man?” Subject is listed as ??? Always a wandering near Ramshackle at night. Students are scared of him, but he would gladly help with their studies if they asked. Supervises Gargoyle Studies Club (members: 0).

Azul's high school memories - Azul is asked about his time as a student. He recalls when Leona sanded his contracts, when he was kidnapped by S.T.Y.X., and when Malleus put him to sleep with disaster-level magic. His poor student can’t keep up with the insanity of his recollections.

Leona's mark (part 1) - a mob student asks Leona to doodle on their exam if they get a good grade (since their other teachers do this).

Staff meeting - due to reports of a strange light near Ramshackle at night, the teachers must take patrol shifts. Idia complains, Leona suggests the light is some troublesome student waving around a light stick. Idia is offended by the insinuation that he might be the guilty culprit. Kalim wants to see him with the light sticks. Riddle is mad they’re off-topic; Vil calms him. The truth is that Malleus is the source of the light. He wants to interact with students, but they run away from him.

Leona's mark (part 2) - mob student shares the doodle they got from Leona to others; the mobs are distracted by the thought of that doodle.

The reason why you were struggling to tell if your dream was real or not is because dreams are actually processed by the brain as though they were actual events that happened to us irl. Very interesting trivia!

I don't know if we can really accurately predict the future of Twst, but personally I wouldn't want a time loop. Setting aside me just not being a fan of that trope, I think it would be really pointless because it would regress the characters and/or keep them from further developing. That's never been what Twst has aimed for. We are meant to want to see these characters overcome their trauma and develop closer bonds with one another, not see them repeat the same mistakes over and over again. I also think that, with book 7 confirming the passage of time, Twst intends to slowly inch forward (recall that 7 books took us 5+ years to reach). They'll probably find some loopholes or ways to keep graduating characters around and/or introduce new characters into the main cast to keep it stacked. After all, events are always there to be non-canon to the main story and offer alternate paths. Yuu might honestly be trapped in Twisted Wonderland forever + take on a career as NRC staff or something just to keep them relevant in the narrative.

A/N:When I wanted to write about this as idea striked me down.I was how to say eager to finish it faster or to make it really like a book like old books of their how they sound because it makes it really cool to read and TBH I like it as AU it would be interesting one.Because Perfect is like hero but not being special in every 7 books that makes them very special in their own way as I see it and overall how I rate this 2/10 yeah because it's not what I expected and not Perfect so yeah hope you enjoyed!

An alien from another world, a magicless human who found themselves in a strange universe,a place where they were placed as a half-student of the Ramshackle Dorm. They were given a companion—a feline,a close,loyal friend who felt like family, a figure they cherished deeply,Grim.To others, they appeared strange,an outsider unlike anyone else in the land of this fairytale, leaving many authors to wonder about their origins and purposes. How would those who crafted these stories feel if they truly understood this Person?

This "Magicless Perfect," as they came to be known, was indeed strange. Yet, they possessed an intelligence unmatched by many, a sharpness that shone through in the face of danger. When it came to solving the overblots or solving the hard challenges that appeared before them, they acted with a calmness, almost as if they were born for such trials. They held a strength rare for any human, standing tall, as if untouchable,stress, and darkness that fought to bring them down.But it couldn't do it as if the Perfect was anomaly to this world even,if they did not held a power,they were strong.But one thing they understood.They understood the truth: no villain was born from pure evil, and no problem was insovabale.With their head held high, they faced those who insulted or dismissed them but they protected those they cared about. Even if they were dragged into chaos, they faced it bravely, stepping forward without hesitation.

Each overblot they overcame left its mark, not as scars, but as symbols of their victory as a reward shaping them into someone even stronger and strangely beautiful. It’s curious, isn't it, to think of strength as a form of beauty? But this beauty was unique, ethereal, unlike any seen before—a beauty that carried a heroic victories straight from the pages of ancient tales.

Yet, what completed their character was not just their courage or strength, but their unmatched kindness.They held a rare sense of honesty that brought comfort to those around them. In their presence,a strange sense of safety that invited trust. They weren’t the type to deceive; instead, their straightforward nature made them approachable and friendly, someone whose words carried weight and trust.

This kindness was perhaps most visible in the way they treated their first friend at the school, Ace Trappola. When Ace found himself in deep trouble, they didn’t turn him away, even tho their first meting was not really good,since they first day they meet it started with fight,nearly expelled from college but instead, offered him a place to stay, somewhere to sleep, despite having so little themselves. They stood by him, even going with him to apologize to his Housewarden, always ready to extend a hand to help, no matter the cost.

In every fairytale, there lies an ending. But for this tale of the Magicless Perfect, there was never ending of the adventure of our Perfect, leaving readers and authors to wonder. Some say they found a way home, leaving their friends with heartfelt farewells.Others whisper that they still wander, alive and free, traveling through the places of twisted wonderland. And then, there are tales claiming the eight'th overblot of their loyal feline sealed them to the death,killing the Perfect.Betraying them...

Yet, none of these theories can be the truth. Today, a statue of the Magicless Perfect stands, captured with a bright smile, gazing upwards in curiosity their hands helding a ghost camera, as if wondering a question that has yet to be answered.

Each morning, the statue seems to come alive under the sunlight, reminding all who see it of a mystery left unsolved.

Students of Night Raven College now visit the Ramshackle Dorm, transformed into a museum honoring the legendary figure. Inside, they find clothes that the Magicless Perfect once wore, along with various artifacts. But strangely, no one has managed to locate the ghost camera they always carried. Some guards even claim to have seen a familiar face in the mirror on a quiet night—a small mouse and a shadow, eerily recognizable.

Indeed, the Ramshackle Dorm is a place of mysteries, where the memory of the Magicless Perfect lingers.

As the day begins and begins each people belive in their heart that The Magicless Perfect with their companions would come to Twisted wonderland to find a small answers to help them as their children trying to be like them a hero of people's hearts that shines like a star.But fear do not as hope will be in them so will shine the day after days as adventures will come one by one The hero in our hearts will reach their goal.So will as prophesy says will the future be bright as the sun.

yuu grabs vil and azul for a mini meeting. they say something like "one or both of your vices are stalking me and it is making me even more unbearably stressed than i already am. if this continues until next week, i will throw hands. thank you" and they just give the two some lemonade and leaves

y'know how flirty vil is with yuu? i think it would be fun if yuu never ogled at him because of his looks or anything, but would get flustered and/or admire-y when vil is caring for them or for other people. vil develops a crush on yuu because they're such a sweet potato(ew) and they clearly respect him but don't worship him and also like being a resilient but lonely alien and having nice stronk arms etc etc. yuu is kinda oblivious to vil's feelings because they're autistic as hell(twinsies). vil is being a little more shameless with his daily dose of flirting-with-the-prefect than usual and yuu lets it slip that they think that he's gorgeous and ethereal and shit but they try their best to be normal about him because they're colleagues and friends and that they think it'd be weird. vil is being normal about this information(no he's not. he's squealing into his pillow)

yuu being a really doting and affectionate and unconditionally sweet person to their friends because they wanted someone like that in their life but never did. they never ask people to reciprocate but they need it sooo bad it's actually really sad. someone give this enby a hug STAT

Snow White has a deleted scene and song called Music in your Soup.

If this scene was included, not only did Snow White taught the dwarfs to wash their hands, she also taught the dwarves how to properly eat soup, like “gentlemen” she said.

Imagine how THAT would’ve gone down for Epel’s first day/night at Pomefiore or the Harveston event.

I really like that song + scene! Shame that it got cut from the final film.

I could see maybe Grim, Idia, and Epel slurping their soup, but not Sebek (who wouldn’t want to disgrace Malleus) or Jade (who is generally polite). Grim is a pretty messy eater. Idia likes to dine on snacks and ramen in the comfort of his room (where there is no one to judge how he eats). And, finally, Epel is shown to not have knowledge of proper table manners in his Ceremonial Robes vignettes. Maybe Marja can give’m a good telling off if needed, but she doesn’t strike me as someone who cares a ton about table manners so long as her guests are enjoying the meal. Vil’s more the type to chastise his peers for not eating the way that “gentlemen” do. It’s more likely to happen at a Pomefiore-hosted banquet or something.

What I do see happening in Harveston is Grim eating so fast that he accidentally swallows his spoon. Then everyone scrambles to help him out. Epel rolls up his sleeve and suggests cramming his entire arm down Grim’s throat to retrieve the eating utensil. Jade (that asshole) takes this opportunity to bully Grim a bit by shaking him. Sebek suggests charging at Grim and booting him in the ass to make him cough the spoon up. This is nothing a good wallopin’ can’t solve!! (Idia stands in the corner freaking out about how violent these guys are…)
