I don't have much patience for people who review comics from the 60s and 70s and complain about too much text & unrealistic plots, the stories were written decades ago, why would expect for these works to fulfill the expectations you have for comics today? Change your criteria of evaluation please, otherwise your review is just retreading anachronistic complains everyone talked about before and don't do a good job at really analyzing the stories... Adding nothing to the discussion, yeah these comics might not be for everyone, but these reviews don't really help clarifying that in a meaningful way, like saying "hey did you know these comics from the 60s are different than the ones made today?", it's not exactly thought-provoking criticism...
And if you cannot appreciate Krypto wearing glasses to cover his secret identity, in an endeavor to save a group of alien super-powered dogs, one of which is a Dachshund called Hot Dog... are you really experiencing life to its full potential?

Remember how Nightwing was first invented as Clark’s Kryptonian “Batman” disguise (with Jimmy Olsen as the Robin-esque Flamebird)? Imagine if they got to interact like that. Just imagine.
Original comic panels from Superman #158 below (and the drawing variants).

Magneto being the most dramatic person alive example #25648
Everyone always points out the little flourish signature and I get it, they're absolutely valid.. But the fact that Magneto is doing this at all - skywriting above a military base he intends to seize and nuke shit from - is just wild. It's pure drama and I promise you he's loving every moment.

Stylish AF
Sadly, we NEVER see him use this ability again. What the hell? I know if I could do this I'd be running it out constantly. Imagine, if you will, the X-Men have just finished a training session and have a baseball game planned for the afternoon. Everyone is gathering and setting up whatever a game of baseball needs (I have no idea and don't want to learn.) It's a delightful spring afternoon in Westchester, Wolverine has just cracked his 400th beer of the day, and Chuck is sitting around ransacking everyone's private thoughts and planning to fake his death again. All seems normal. Then, Logan sniffs the air, Jubilee looks up and points at writing appearing in the sky. Warren giggles and Ororo struggles to hold it in. 'Oh my Stars and Garters,' says Hank. Everyone looks up.
