Yes Sara struggles with relationships and sees her reliance on Steven, her trust in him, as a purely selfish usage, sees her dependence on the kind man who gave her a chance at redemption and healing as a need, something to leech off of, a parasitic relationship that she’s the vampire in, but can we talk about how Steven cannot fathom being loved by Sara to the point where his subconscious created a fictional version of her with just enough additional affection to satisfy his want of any reciprocation, and that minimal affection sent alarm bells ringing in his head because no, not Sara, how could she ever love him.

Today my teacher showed my essay-like thing to the class as an example, which was good cause I got one of the only A's she's given out this year as a freshman, but it was so stressful cause I had so many spelling and grammar mistakes cause we didn't have as much time to write it because we had a drill during that class. She said you can't tell who it is but my friend knew cause it showed my name on the tab and now everyone knows my grammar sucks.
