I have a question about this image of Xanathar's Thieves Guild.

Why does he have sexily lounging elf boys?

I ask because I cannot imagine a beholder being attracted to anything other than itself. Does he just understand Sexily Lounging Elf Boys to be a status symbol, and he wants anyone who visits to know he can afford Sexily Lounging Elf Boys?

Maybe I'm the asshole here for assuming. Maybe these boyfriends are master tacticians here to advise Xanathar, they happen to like wearing leather pants and no shirts and I should be less quick to reduce them to sex objects.

I just had an upsetting thought - what if Alison constantly visited the Ghosts and knew - when she was old and grey and had lived a life - that she was going to die, so she made sure she was in Button House for it?

Mike accepts it and understands her want to go back to the Ghosts, they’re like family, they’re always there.

But then it’s Mike’s turn to go and he decides it must happen at Button House too. He’ll see his wife again! Spend a couple of hundred years together & hey he can actually meet/talk to the ghosts now!

Only when he dies and he meets all the Ghosts, who are all excited to actually talk to him etc, he asks where Alison is, only to find that she moved on straight away.

He finally gets to see a part of his life that was so bizarre for him, so secret and hidden, part of his life where he only ever had half a story. And now he has that half but his whole world is still gone and he doesn’t know when he’ll ever see her again.

Kinda want to write a Spock POV post-fal-tor-pan fic where Spock sees Jim and is instantly whammed with the fact that he's in love with him, but still has no idea why or what that means, so he just goes around with a knot of love tangled in his mind, utterly baffled as to why it's there or how to figure it out. He can't ask the kolinahr adepts, because it feels un-vulcan, so instead he's just. confusedly pining the entire time.

Jim smiles sappily at him and Spock's like "My Heart Is Beating Faster. Why Is My Heart Beating Faster. There Is No Cause For My Heart To Be Beating Faster. Do I Have Tachycardia."

Spock, annoyed: Doctor, cease laughing. I fail to understand what part of my medical condition you find so amusing.

Bones, still wheezing with laughter: Don't - don't you worry your little head about it, Spock. You're not sick, that's the important thing. (interrupts himself by laughing again) You'll (wheeze) figure it out eventually.

(Spock, disgruntled, gives up on him and leaves.)

(McCoy keeps laughing for another ten minutes.)

Out of all of the people The Ghost King Phantom expected to relate to, it definitely wasn’t the scrawny red headed photographer of the Daily Planet. Jimmy Olsen has gotten so many temporary superpowers over his time being Superman’s friend. Hell, he once gained a 4th dimensional being’s reality warping abilities when he was given said dimensional being’s powers during a fight. Sure there’s a dozen or so heroes with the same amount of powers he has, but none as suddenly granted to them as a all powerful god that can relate to a teenager.

Thinking about the 141's music taste

I know deep in my soul that Soap is into classic dad rock, classic metal (nothing too heavy), and some hype hip hop (only the songs you'd hear on a school bus full of high schoolers going to an away game type shit) and has no clue about anything else

Gaz strikes me as a 90s/00s R&B lover first and foremost. He'll dabble in anything on the Hot 100, too, and loves a good female pop star (think Gaga, Beyonce, Charlie XCX). I also think he'd be into EDM, but really only listens to it at club's/raves

Price is one of those freaks that don't really listen to music. He's big on sports radio, podcasts, and silence. When he does listen to music, though, it's probably the Beatles or some other classic British band because that's what his dad listened to

Ghost is more complicated because I want to go obvious and say anything alternative (goth, punk, emo), but I also think it'd be funny as hell for him to get the aux and it's just pure pop (think Britney Spears, Kesha, Katy Perry). I like to think he listens to everything and just picks whatever is funniest at the moment. Someone wants hype gym music? Bam. Classical. Looking for something soft and moody? Fuck you. He's putting on speedcore.

Laswell likes soft background noise. White noises (brown, green, etc), rain recordings with some piano, maybe some smooth jazz or lo-fi if she's feeling crazy. Sometimes audiobooks. When she's drunk though, she'll bring out the 90s hip hop and go absolutely nuts, rapping the entirety of wu-tang clans discography without a sweat.

They all absolutely hate each other's music taste and will fight to the death over the aux cord. It caused enough fights that they are all required to wear headphones unless they are driving.
