I just had an upsetting thought - what if Alison constantly visited the Ghosts and knew - when she was old and grey and had lived a life - that she was going to die, so she made sure she was in Button House for it?

Mike accepts it and understands her want to go back to the Ghosts, they’re like family, they’re always there.

But then it’s Mike’s turn to go and he decides it must happen at Button House too. He’ll see his wife again! Spend a couple of hundred years together & hey he can actually meet/talk to the ghosts now!

Only when he dies and he meets all the Ghosts, who are all excited to actually talk to him etc, he asks where Alison is, only to find that she moved on straight away.

He finally gets to see a part of his life that was so bizarre for him, so secret and hidden, part of his life where he only ever had half a story. And now he has that half but his whole world is still gone and he doesn’t know when he’ll ever see her again.

So some of the ghosts were alive at the same time (which is very exciting to me!!!) so I drew them how it would look if they knew each other before they died

Humphrey (age 45) and Mary (age 4) - Mary wants to be returned to her mother as quickly as possible

Fanny (age 58) and the Captain (age 12) - he's tipping his cap to her because he's a polite young man and she would yell at him if he didn't

The Captain (age 45) and Julian (age 0-1) - this man should never be given a baby

Then Pat and Julian but I didn't draw them bc it would just be two babies staring at each other lol

the best way to learn how to draw new characters is use a pixel brush and hold ur pen wrong

I was drawing Laz and Ben Dr Who thing and it was going sooo bad that I had a mini breakdown and decided to draw sth else instead - maybe young Humphrey? it seemed like FUN… he turned out SO sad that I made him cry, and myself in the process, so now it’s me and Humphrey and we’re both fucking crying - excuse me what the fuck is going on
