If people all over the world were paid their due wages and had access to functioning universal healthcare and proper community based support systems; mental health crisis wouldn’t be an epidemic.

I know it sounds generalising, but I know it in my clinically depressed suicidal soul— modern day mental health crisis is solely an existential-crisis-reaction to capitalistic greed.

And this won’t get better if we don’t cut down the roots of these soul sucking systems!
