Ranchers as Grant Wood’s American Gothic was supposed to be sillay and goofy but then I set the ranch on fire and one thing led to another and now it’s. sad DFBJDFGB I’m really happy with how this came out though, so!! Here’s my week 3 piece for the Hermitcraft Design Challenge thingie :]

I rewatched like 2 scenes from the first episode of MHA yesterday to confirm a couple things that I wasn't sure if they were canonically said or if it was fanon. (I have not watched any of this show in at least like 3 years.) And when I tell you I was shocked by how almost light-hearted the bullying is played as??? Like Idk what it is about it, but it's so fucking obvious that it was never taken seriously

This is a sensitive subject and I hope nobody takes it the wrong way, but I have to say that Lada's reaction to killing animals is very modern city girl coded. I’m sorry, but they live in a tiny secluded village where they grow and cook all of their food themselves from scratch. And Lada in particular is from a family of shepherds. Even if they mostly keep the sheep for wool and milk, they’d still have to control the livestock population and mercy kill the weak and sick animals. I'm not saying it is easy or fun for anyone, not should it be, but it is unavoidable, and any farmer, including Lada herself, would know that.

there's something about an "excuse me" coming from the person that you would least expect it from that is very ✨️💫✨️

sneeze, sneezing fit, cough, choking, nose blow, throat clear, sniffle -- you never predicted them the type to even acknowledge it, but they do and they do it so dreamily 💖
