Silky white wild flowers,

appearing only terribly briefly,

flaunting their beauty

in the face of fleeting time.

Petals as soft as silk,

glimmering in the sunlight,

only to wilt away

before the day's end.

Their delicate nature

only adds to their allure,

a reminder of the perfect impermanence

of the most precious in this world.

But for those lucky enough

to catch a glimpse of their glory,

the memory of their beauty

will remain unmatched.

It's a snapshot our psyche.

Each pixel a reflection of our souls,

The lighting, the angle, the omissions,

All woven together to create a tapestry,

A visual feast of self-awareness.

But as we stare, we begin to unravel,

Decomposing into fragments of ourselves,

The flaws and imperfections magnified,

A raw and unfiltered version of our being.

The facade we wear in public melts away,

Leaving only the rawness of our true selves,

And in that moment, we confront our truth,

Our vulnerabilities and fears laid bare.
