Start from you. For once. Not from what others can picture you doing so well. Not what others did or are doing, making it seem so right and fun. Not what others advise you, or what can make you be helpful for them. Even if it's family. Even if it's friends, community, or the entire world.

For once just think about what could be helpful for you, simply and only you. The you that already spends so much time and energies trying to make everyone happy and safe. Because there is nothing wrong in doing things for a greater purpose... But there is also nothing wrong in doing it for your own self.

You need it. To have that something that for once is just for you. That makes you feel good, that you can do for you and your own growth and healing. Something that is only yours, that you don't need to explain and defend in front of others. Something that you don't need to share, but you can have just for your own enjoyment and self.

Stop for a moment. Leave every single person, circumstance, goal and thing outside. And just look into yourself, into your heart, your mind, into what you crave and need now. The feeling that you strive for, the emotions that you pursue and search for in every moment of your life. And follow it. Follow it until you won't find the perfect manifestation of this need and desire.

Because it is useful and right to find solutions and choose the things that can physically and materially resolve your problems, make your life easier or stable... But choosing it or starting is not enough. You will need to keep going, to have that strength and motivation to be able to go through it all. The ones that you won't have in the long run without a safe place for you and your soul. A place where you can rest. An interest, a hobby or an action that will charge you with that energy and pure happiness to be here.
