I had a long ass day dream while driving and accidentally kinda created an oc to ship with Eric Frankenstein. I’ll try to explain the day dream here.

So basically Eric meets another mad scientist (but this one is actually a mad scientist he’s insane) and he had his teeth all filed to be sharp as fuck like inhumanly. Also gave himself electricity powers when he was trying to create a portal. Anyway he admires Eric the second he lays eyes on him. He learns about where Eric came from and that he’s been chasing after the bride and immediately this guy is creeped about about what Victor did to the bride because obviously he was predatory and she didn’t know because he had just been born technically. This guy also really doesn’t like how obsessed Eric is with making the bride love him because he knows that’s wrong and knows it will never happen and that the bride deserves to be far away from anyone who will ever treat her poorly again. However, he’s kind of blinded by his lust and obsession for Eric. He’s completely fine tagging along even when Eric kills people as he also isn’t a good person. He too has killed and doesn’t care to kill again. BUT once Eric tries to get rid of him by killing him he just. Keeps coming back. Which starts to disturb Eric because why can’t he get rid of his freak that keeps drooling over him? (Now he gets to know somewhat how the bride feels) so he has to settle for the fact that this guy cannot die although it’s a mystery as to why because he refuses to tell him. Anyway because they are stuck together slowly but surely they get closer and closer and eventually they kiss which leads to sex and of course Eric is freaking out because he thinks he’s supposed to be with “his” bride. But he doesn’t stop and eventually the scientist talks him out of chasing her down to just stay and fuck him instead.

This is just loose thoughts based on a daydream so it’s not perfect but it’s a start.

Mad scientist oc being like well whoever your creator was made a fine ass monster and Eric is just too stunned to speak because 1. No one ever flirts with him (because he’s an incel crybaby) and 2. Who just says shit like that? He also probably blushes but like angrily even though he likes it a lot.

Being Known and Understood is so painful to Michael - it's a sickening, thrilling, delightful kind of pain that does Not Make Sense, and it should hate it. It DOES hate it - and yet, and yet, and yet…

Michael leaned closer, a shudder wracking its frame. Like basking in a clarifying light that highlighted all that was wrong with it, and it was wrong and yet-

It didnt make sense. This ... want.

But when does anything make sense with the Distortion?

Elias should Not Be Able to Touch Michael. Michael should not be tangible unless it wished it. And yet that is very much pressure against its arm, a very real and human heat sinking into its body, and Michael finds itself still. Caught. Held prisoner by the vile green glow of the Watcher as he was Seen. The hand pressed so gently against the sharp planes of Michael's own felt like a burning manacle.

Thrilled, disgusted, elated, Michael let out an echoing laugh that bordered on hysterical. Elias flinched in pain at the sound, but his grin widened, and his Gaze held steady. He was afraid, but then again, so was Michael - and wasn't that just terrible?

"Are you sure you want to play this game, Michael?" Elias' words shivered with a faint rasp.

"Oh yes, yes Watcher, Now? Now I definitely do~"

"The Bride" not having a name outside of her relation to a man she wants nothing to do with. Her body being constantly objectified and sexualized before she was even conceived. Her face, her torso, even each of her individual, rotting limbs being carefully selected to fit the sexual preferences of an absolute stranger. Her skull being beaten in and manhandled during a man's jealous outburst, her head rolling to the ground like an inanimate object. The story of Marilyn Monroe's body. The way women cannot rest even in death.

The constant expectation of who The Bride will be before she even is. The way patriarchal societies buy pink onesies and Barbie cribs and headbands with bows before a baby is even born. The stain of forever being "just" a woman. The way this mirrors Eric's flowers, the way he love-bombs her and lays ownership to her before she's even developed consciousness.

The way Eric insists that his bride doesn't need to develop basic language skills or even a rudimentary understanding of the world around her, because her education doesn't directly benefit him. The way he was created to usher in a new era of scientific discovery for mankind, while she was created only to please him. The Biblical story of Eve being carved from Adam's rib. The way organized religion trains women to believe that their only use lies in being obedient and subservient to the men around them.

The Bride being continuously punished for her sexual awakening, for any exercise of her own autonomy or free will. The way the only “love” she has ever known was brutally murdered because she refused to cater to the expectations of the men around her, because she denied the title that was thrust upon her at birth. The way that men have always done this to women— labeling us as "jezebels" or "harlots" or "whores" or "bitches" or "sluts" for refusing to fall into a role we never consented to performing.

And, of course, the fact that Eric continues to feel entitled to her body even after she tells him no in every conceivable way. "Why won't she let me touch her?!" The parallels between his behavior and that of so many incels who believe that women exist solely to serve their purposes. "She is to love me!" The way that, after losing her, he spends his time partying on yachts with models and playgirls, because that's all women are to him... just pretty objects. The way he bastardizes the word "love" because he's never taken the time to know or love her, not really.

The inherent trauma of her birth and nature— the way the horrorshow of her creation reflects the unspoken horror of every woman's creation. "She is but a cluster of fear and not knowing."

Ohhhhh Mary Shelley I fear you would love this show...

//SEASON 5 TMA SPOILERS

I honestly do not believe that jmart would have lasted without the apocalypse

like i think the relationship would have developed into something too toxic if it was allowed to progress

i feel like their entire relationship was built on desperation and theres no real foundation to it. It was built on their need for each other. They were the only surviving people of the original group and with the things they went through with each other. They needed that support and they needed that understanding that someone knows what theyre going through.

Sure they had Basira, Melanie, and Georgie, but they didnt know sasha and tim like they had. They knew elias when he was simply just their boss. They knew each other when things were still normal.

The Web wanted Martin for a reason, he's manipulative and knows how to get his way. You can see him do this even with Jon in season 5, whether intentional or not.

Aswell as Jon's self-centeredness, like im aware that he's literally the protagonist but taking that out of the equation, Jon has a tendency to disregard others in favor for his own. When he went see Melanie, when she literally gouged out her fucking eyes to get away from all of that. When at the end he went up to kill Elias and going against everyone.

I think both of these combined would have not led to a long lasting happy relationship. Also i just dont think they would have gotten together in the first place if all of the traumatizing shit didnt happen. I do think Martin loves Jon and vice versa but I think it's the kind of love that festers and turns into animosity overtime.
