🧼 First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like ‘What reality do i want to create?´ 'Who do i look up to?’ ‘What is the behavior I need to change about myself?’ ‘What's a new habit that I would like to create?’ ‘What is a thing I can focus on right now?’. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
💶 Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as ‘I am so beautiful’ or ‘My hair looks so pretty today’, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
🛣 Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
🏔 Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!

Yes, it's time to drink a little more water!
⛰ Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.

First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make ‘just being skinny’ your goal.
🧩 second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but here’s some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
🏄‍♀️ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!

✸ ꒰ shower and self care routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
🎾 After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give! 
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
🍾 For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place! 
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.

🧃 Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
🍵 Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like ‘atomic habits’ or ‘the art of thinking clearly’ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
🥬 Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)

the “effortless” aura
this post is totally inspired by @theitgirlboutique ‘s post on finding your/ creating your aura. auras are the basically vibes you give off, but theitgirlboutique goes a lot more in depth and i absolutely adore the way they described it.
i’ll be talking about my aura i’ve created for myself and am still building, of course, everyone is different and you do not have to be like this to have an amazing and loving aura. i am totally inspired by rory gilmore, who i relate to a lot myself.
the effortless aura is about looking effortlessly pretty, looking put together, effortlessly. living life, effortlessly. @honeytonedhottie has an amazing post on appearing effortless, and high maintenance things to stay low maintenance. those are the vibes i want to put out.
i would totally think rory gilmore has an effortless aura too. lets look at this scene:

lorelai gave rory a heads up that this chilton sorority would be waking her up so she should put some makeup on before bed. when if happens, paris sees her and asks “is that really how you look when you wake up,” a little disappointed in herself. the picture on the left is rorys face when she says “yep.” she’s not even really lying, all she did was put on some gloss. rory just looks effortlessly pretty.

how to achieve the effortless aura
first, seriously look through this post. i am totally inspired by it and agree with everything said. now, my tips.
*i do apologize if anything is the same, its currently 11:46 pm and i was at the beach for 7 hours.
• routines and planners
morning routine, study routine, night routine, evening routine. ROUTINES. i love them so much, they ease my anxiety by knowing whats going to happen, and save me so much time. planners truly do help me with school, so im always prepared and know what projects and assignments are coming up. i also 100% recommend scheduling freetime so you (1) remember self care and (2) you have something to look forward to. schedule dates, sleepovers, alone time, everything.
• prepare for your future self
do an assignment early, pack your lunch the night before, pull out your ootd the night before. you’re reducing your stress and by giving yourself more time, especially more outfits, you appear more put together really achieving that effortless look.
• high maintenance to stay low maintenance
take vitamins, take care of your hair, have polished nails. in the long run it’ll benefit you. taking vitamins will allow you to glow, taking care of your hair means you’ve got a few days to not worry about it till you wash it again, polished nails are always key to making an outfit gorgeous. this is what @honeytonedhottie explains in their post. personally i do my own nails but schedule the appointments you need to once, twice a month so that you can appear effortlessly pretty.

• appearance
this goes hand in hand with the last point. looking put together and maintaining a refined style. having your hair always done, an outfit intricately planned out, if you’re wearing makeup it’s light and natural. all these things will come together and make you look more refined and polished and very effortless.
• confidence
probably the most important point, keep your head up, don’t speak down on yourself. confidence is the key to appearing effortless, you’re pretty and you know you’re pretty. you do minimal work to achieve your beauty. confidence ties everything together.
• personality
when you think effortless, maybe a person comes to mind. rhianna, jhene aiko, for me rory gilmore. whoever inspires you and has this aura, before you step into a room imagine them and what they’d do, how they’d act. you don’t need to change yourself, but look up to them.

lately i've been having trouble being productive and finding a healthy balance between study, passions, exercise and free time. i've been searching for a long time online for advices and ideas that could help me find my serenity, and my searches led me to this. i hope you appreciate it.
pro tip do not try to improve everything all at once, you're gonna fail. just try to incorporate something small in your routine to start forming healthy habits. it might take months, but one year from now it will all be worthy.
𝟭. don't hit snooze ( ⏰ )
the "snooze" button is definitely my worst enemy, i simply don't want to get up and start a new day that will be tiring and hard, but when i realized the reasons why putting off the alarm is so harmful for me i seriously started to stop doing it. you will actually wake up even more tired and sleep-deprived after the second or third alarm goes off, since falling back to sleep after having already woken up causes your brain to begin a new "sleep cycle" that takes 75 minutes to complete, abruptly interrupting these cycles brings unpleasant side effects such as tiredness, irritability and headaches.
bonus start waking up at the same time every day, this will not only help consolidate your routine but is scientifically proven that it significantly reduces levels of anxiety and depression.
𝟮. don't check your phone (📱)
i've always spent at least an hour scrolling through social media right after waking up every day, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out that it's not exactly the healthiest thing in the world. do not go on your phone for at least 30min/1h after waking up. i know it seems hard ( i have a severe phone addiction so i understand ) but i guarantee you that your days will be so much more stress free and productive. why? going on your phone as soon as you wake up gives you an instant hit of dopamine ( for more info, check this post ) that is gonna literally ruin your day, because your brain is gonna pretend more and more dopamine for the rest of the day in order to function properly.
𝟯. have a glass of water ( 🫗 )
you didn't drink for 8 hours or more so it's time to rehydrate your body. i hate drinking water as soon as i wake up so you can try adding some lemon juice to give it more taste, you can also try some herbal tea if it's winter and you don't feel like drinking cold water first thing in the morning, but avoid caffeine ( and theine ) for at least one hour after waking up. exactly like the hit of dopamine that your phone gives you, caffeine and similar stimulants will have the same effect on your body.
𝟰. have a cold shower ( 🚿 )
ok, i'm not one of those gurus who tells you to get up at 5 in the morning, take an ice bath and run 12 km before 7am, but switching to cold water for the last two minutes of your morning shower will have some benefits invaluable for you and your body. first of all it helps to wake you up, because it stimulates the nerve endings and makes the brain more active, it also helps to tone the skin and make the hair shinier. it's a difficult thing, but doing something like this in the morning will help your brain cope better with the workload during the day. it also reduces stress and anxiety, since the cold can activate the production of endorphins ( known as "happy hormones" ).
𝟱. physical and mental care ( 💕 )
take five or ten minutes to just look after yourself, do skincare - it doesn't have to be a deep session, just a little moisturizer and lip balm -, meditate, journal, cut out a few minutes from your morning routine where you leave out for a while all the negative thoughts, stress and anxiety, your body is your temple and you must treat it with reverence, your mind is your home, your safe place, and deserves your attention.
𝟲. get direct sunlight ( ☀️ )
apply some sunscreen and go get some sunlight, the benefits are so many that i couldn't list them all: i quote, production of vitamin D ( very important especially if you are a woman ), improved mood and, in general, physical and mental health, sleep regulation, improved skin. i know it's not always possible, especially in winter when there is very little sun, but for example if you have the chance to walk to school or work on a beautiful sunny spring day, take it!
𝟳. make the bed ( 🛏️ )
why should i make my bed if i'm going to have to sleep in it in the evening anyway? well, this is the mistake that i very often make and i admit that i am guilty of it. however, not making the bed is exactly the reason that pushes me to go back there immediately and sleep again. making your bed in the morning as an act of discipline will not only improve your self-esteem and make you less want to go back to sleep, but it will make your room seem cleaner and generally improve your environment, making you feel more productive and satisfied. completing that little task in the morning, even if it's small and simple, will give you motivation and will push you through the day.
𝟴. high-proteine breakfast ( 🥞 )
make sure you eat a balanced, protein-rich breakfast that will keep you feeling full until your next meal. it is useless to limit calories especially in the morning when we need an extra boost, this will only make us feel more tired and irritable and will significantly decrease our productivity.

I know it’s hard not to scroll on social media in the morning but it’s the worst way to start your day and if you do then at least watch some productive content that will motivate you. I love drinking apple cider vinegar as soon as I wake up it energises you and has so many health benefits. I also love matcha with oat milk over coffee, habe noticed so many differences and I have way more energy throughout the day. Day 2/100
Yes I cheated. Today is technically day 4 but I'm trying to get ahead of it. I did finish all my tasks for today and I followed my routine almost to a T. Got in 9 hours of solid studying. Do I feel good about it? No. Am I self sabotaging at times? Yes.
But I was watching B99 today and I saw a clip where Captain Holt said he liked monotony. I guess I'm trying to fall in love with monotony too.
My skin is breaking out because my periods are coming. I'm excessively irritable and moody and I still didn't let that dictate studying. That's gotta be something I guess.
Anyway, the pink octopus was a gift from my boyfriend and I live vicariously through it.
P.S. Red dragonfruit is very very good, I will hear no two cents about it.

🐈‍⬛ Lusi’s morning starts her mornings washing her face with a foam cleanser and doing her skincare, emphasizing in using products to protect her skin from the sun as much as she cans, using a whitening cream, however you can use a moisturizer with vitamin c to help with hyperpigmentation instead! always finish your skincare with a lot of sunscreen. She also put on her contact lenses around this time.
Then get dressed and do your makeup, Lusi has a super feminine style! wearing dresses, skirts and blouses with muted colors, plus, she also does her makeup really natural that makes her look like a pretty girl next door! You can also style your hair with some waves to complete the drama protagonist style.
🪨 Lusi never, EVER skips breakfast, she even says that breakfast is the biggest meal she has in the day! so make sure to have a big, well balanced breakfast to have a lot of energy during the day.
Before getting out of her house, Lusi puts sunscreen again, especially on her neck, arms, hands and legs.

🪮 After dinner she goes to the bathroom to do her oral health routine! She brushes her teeth, uses some whitening strips to take care of her beautiful smile and finally wears her retainers to keep her teeth in place!
And before going to sleep she uses a massager to massage her scalp, you can use your fingers, massaging our scalps helps a lot with hair growth, so you should totally try it!

Tips I use to wake up and do things 一 🌻
Mornings are not Ichi's best friend! Nono! Sometimes I draaaaaaag myself out of bed with lots of effort, and the cozy fluffy covers just want to pull me back in!
They're so soft, it's impossible to resist, I swear! But hey, I wanna start the day too, you know! Plus, there's a whole bunch of fun stuff waiting for me outside my bed!
That's why today I wanted to share some tip Ichi uses to break free from the blanket monster and actually feel awake:
Put on shoes — 👟
This one Ichi learned from a friend! He puts on shoes inside the house because using slippers made him feel too sleepy! Like he was always ready to go to bed!
I tried this myself, and guess what? It works! Even if I'm not going anywhere, putting on shoes somehow flips a switch in my brain and says, "Time to be up and doing stuff, Ichi!"
Make your bed — 🛌
Sounds simple, but listen to this: You spend all this time fluffing pillows, smoothing sheets, maybe even arranging your fluffy plushie friends (if you have any, Ichi has lots!). Why mess it all up by jumping back in? At least that's what I think every time I make my bed. Mr Bed looks at me and says "Don't you dare wrinkle me, little piggy!"
The power of sunshine! — ��
Most people have windows in their bedrooms, right? Ichi does! Open them first thing in the morning! Not only does seeing the outside world make you want to go outside really badly sometimes, but sunlight is gonna give you lots of energy!
No windows in your room? No problem! Find another window in the house, or better yet, step outside for a few minutes! Even just the front porch or backyard will do. It's true! Sunshine is magic! It instantly puts Ichi in a good mood!
Plan something fun! — 🎉
Plan something fun for the day, something that screams "Get out of bed!"
Anticipation really motivates us, and having something exciting to look forward to can make you get out of those sheets!
For example, one day I wondered how many different leaves had fallen for autumn. So, I made it a mission to collect 10 unique ones the next day. Sounds silly, but the curiosity and mini-challenge had me really wanting to get out! And guess what? There were tons of cool leaves! That day, I went to a bunch of parks, collecting leaves and journaling about where I found them. It was awesome, and I still have them! Those leaves remind me to go on adventures more! You can set your own mini-missions too!
The classic shower — 🚿
The classic for a reason! A shower washes away sleepiness, leaves me feeling refreshed, and gets me ready to start the day! Showers are the best!
So there you have it! My personal arsenal against the blanket monster. Give them a try and see if they help you conquer your mornings too!
