I have a playlist 633 songs deep for everyone in the store filled with just about every genre - metal, pop, hip hop, r&b, soul, jazz, 80's pop and rock, country, electronic, classical, soundtrack music, sea shanties, hell I've got fucking ROCK OPERA BALLADS for christs sake - and I STILL get people like "hm. I don't like this song :/" JUST WAIT. wait a moment. there is a high likelihood you will get a song that fits you if you just. wait.
#pop is the largest chunk because it's POPular music but I'd say it's only 25% at MOST#And pop gets divided into 70's 80's 90's 00's 10's and 20's categories#I've got artists with 10k monthly listeners#and artists with 1M monthly listeners#I've got average white band next to the protomen#the blues brothers next to icandy#like there is VARIETY#AND PEOPLE STILL COMPLAIN

I like to think that Vulcans who come to understand that Humans just can’t try to process emotions the same way as them, it’s just healthiest to let it out in harmless ways, decide that venting and stuff should be taken just as seriously as Vulcan’s meditation time, and will encourage the Humans around them to complain about what’s upsetting them

#star trek#Vulcans#Humans#not based on a specific thing#but I used to know this annoying couple that were ‘family friends’#who would show up to potluck dinners and the like and would either bring nothing or bring something really just. out of left field?#like a bag of frozen chicken to a bbq#and then proceed to make sure they are first even if it was stated to let kids go first#would take HUGE amounts before anyone else got a chance to get a plate#and then make off with the leftovers again even if they were already claimed for#and it wasn’t a food insecurity thing trust me I would never speak bad about a person getting food if that was even a remote chance#the adults who raised us knew them really well and we’d been to their house a ton of times#they were just dicks#and yeah. they’d occasionally insult the food. while eating the MAJORITY of it.#it was so weird at their home they would go out of their way to get the healthiest options possible#you know the really bland tasteless expensive stuff that apparently was healthier#but then if they were visiting our house they would. eat all our unhealthy snacks.#that always pissed me off so much as a kid because we actually had a food insecurity thing going on#and also a variety of other reasons that are a bit too depressing to bring up on this post#but anyways we’d hardly ever get to have nice snacks#and this couple would just take them all??? even after we’d tell them repeatedly that it was ours and those snacks weren’t gonna be#replaced#hated that couple#if you’re wondering why they were ‘family friends’ it’s because the couple who raised us#(it feels weird to type it out like that but apparently legal guardians doesn’t fit since they never finished petitioning 💀)#liked having them around because it made them look like ‘such great Christian’s’ being nice to the people#that no one else wanted to be friends with#I always thought that was a really weird and fucked up reason to be friends with someone#this got long sorry 😭

I'm so sick of Werewolf x Bunny!!!!! There are so many other animals out there!!!!
Lamb/ sheep, an innocent little thing who's never been off the farm, and thinks the wolf is just trying to feel their fluffy tail while the big bad wolf gropes their ass.
Deer being chased and hunted by every wolf in the forest, they're the prize everyone wants to catch, and mount (ha) on their wall. And when they get caught they get claimed while the rest of the pack seethes in jealousy.
Fox/ Cyottee who thinks they're hot shit and likes toying with other little vermin only to be caught off guard by the bigger wolf and fucked into submission.
Fucking wolves eat fish throw in a river mermaid. It doesn't even have to be the whole hunter/ hunted dynamic write a werewolf/ mountain lion pairing. Cowards.

Basically, my philosophy around disability fakers is: I would rather a thousand people fake a disability than have one disabled person suffer without care, aids, compassion, or any help.
#disability#disability advocacy#and there's a difference not many people seem to recognize between faking and realizing you don't have [x] problem...#...such as realizing you don't have [x] disorder because it is instead [y] disorder...#...or you haven't completely understood your care needs/your symptoms/what helps you...#...and some people see ANY change in your understanding of your disability as proof of maliciously faking...#...when i suppose in my personal experience people don't *maliciously* fake disability...#...i'm not saying it could never happen but that i don't think it's the *only* thing motivating people called fakers#i just think (like most everything) this is complex and nuanced because it's a *human* experience#like for me personally i /know/ i still have a lot to learn about my disabilities...#...like... i realized recently that my hands shouldn't be in AGONY when warm water is ran over them when it's SLIGHTLY cold inside or out...#...and i realized that i likely have a Noticable limb difference that needs checking out. does this sound like i'm faking...#...or that maybe i just didn't really explore my own needs and body because of a variety of factors?#i can assure you it is because i haven't really thought before about how i deserved to understand how to best help myself
