I’ve been bad and eating recently because I thought being recovered for the first time in a long time would be nice but I don’t know if I can do it. My mom just told me yesterday that 6 months ago when I weighed 15 pounds less people would ask her if I was ok because I looked so skinny. I want that. I NEED that. Also a comment that’s been lingering on my mind is my friend telling me they were so worried when I weighed 15 pounds less. I want people to worry I want to feel that adrenaline of being too skinny again I want to be a size zero again. I need it and I need it now

I feel fat today I didn’t have much time to exercise since I had so many appointments and different things to do when I got home from said appointments. I was planning on fasting but ended up eating dinner.

25cal - poppi soda drink

Total - 495cal

I did eat too much today but I burned off 525 calories and got in 10,431 steps. I really hope I can burn more calories tomorrow and eat less.

The water of the world below them flowed consistent, if quiet—On this rooftop, so close to jumping off yet choosing restraint, the two were on the shore. Away from it.
