Each individualized program is based on the Holistic Wellness approach. Our body is an interconnected web of complex processes. By evaluating the ENTIRE human-being and looking at all parts of our lifestyle, the dots are more accurately connected to address issues at the source(s) for long-term success.
About the Process:
THE INTAKE:
Each process starts with an in-depth Lifestyle Assessment conducted via electronic form. After I review your entries, I will contact you via e-mail to discuss them or we can schedule a 10-minute phone or Zoom/Video Conference. You will be providing important and detailed information about your daily habits from sleeping, nutrition, exercise, work, stress management, and so-on, in addition to any past or current medical history and medications. I will carefully evaluate your areas of concern and your goals to help us determine our next steps together to optimize your wellness.
THE PLAN: Macros to Stress Management
From the information gathered during the assessment process, we will discuss our plan for working together so that your needs may be adequately met and a plan will be prepared for you then e-mailed. Your plan can be as simple as following a macro-based nutrition plan on your own with a set follow up date, weekly accountability support, or a more intensive curriculum customized to your needs.
​- THE PROGRAMS:
Each program is tailored to the needs of the individual client. Most of them involve nutrition guidance, fitness recommendations (or referrals to work with a professional in the area), and mindset training. Specific Food Meal Plans and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) plans are not provided. Specific Food Meal plans tell you what foods to eat and when. MNT plans are written meal plans for medical weight management or treating disease. While you will be given food recommendations, principles and guidelines, it is not a prescribed meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat for each meal. ​

Meet The Coach: Heather Wright
Heather has been guiding individuals through lifestyle transformations using a holistic whole-body individualized approach for over 18 years.
She has developed a set of healthy lifestyle principles that encompass all of the crucial components of well-being: mindset, mindfulness, scientific education, preparation and planning, and healthy coping strategies that she includes within her wellness programs.
Though she does NOT provide prescription meal plans or Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for management of disease, she is able to help individuals create healthy lifestyle habits with nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle behaviors that may indirectly improve ailments and symptoms associated with disease processes.
Heather is a graduate of Keiser University’s rigorous Radiologic Technology curriculum allowing her to be Nationally Registered as a Radiologic Technologist, also earning a special credential in Bone Densitometry. She has completed over 5,000 course hours of holistic nutrition, functional wellness and alternative treatment education and certification programs over the years. Her experience and training in both traditional western medicine and eastern medicine environments give her the ability to look at an individual's struggles from all angles and often work in-conjunction with other medical professionals as part of her clients' total wellness team.
She is also a published clinical researcher with a background in mental health and a true passion for human health and wellness.
She has two beautiful children, two sassy dogs and a loving husband.
