Most important steps to your glow up?
Top Tier.
Braces.
I had my braces on for 18 months, and they were the best decision of my life. I can breathe better, my jaw and chin look better, my teeth are straight, and I have no more pain. Facial harmony is everything, and mine was restored by an expert orthodontist and continued use of my retainers. Jaw surgery wasn’t reasonable or necessary, but I can’t even begin to describe the impact that dental whitening, braces, weight loss, and proper dental care work had on my face.
 
Electrolytes and Hydration.
I was severely dehydrated and in need of electrolytes for years and years. I thought that drinking enough water wasn’t as important as people made it seem, but my life changed when I started to do it. Life feels much less stressful now that I’m properly hydrated, and I make sure to toss a little lemon and salt in my water and drink a Gatorade or Liquid IV to get electrolytes.
 
Darker and Longer Hair.
I look better with hair that’s long, dark, and thick. I have alopecia, so I did a number of things to disguise my hair loss growing up, but I wear wigs now that my hair is gone. I was told to wear my hair long, dark, and straight last year, and whenever I do, people tell me that I look otherworldly. Now that I know what to do with my hair and what looks best, I’m a million times more confident about myself.
 
Less Dairy.
I am not lactose intolerant, but I do not need to be eating dairy in excess. I enjoy dairy, so I won’t cut it out of my diet, but I don’t need to be eating it in the amount that I did. I was bloated, always breaking out, and tired all the time, but my low energy dissipated the second I cut my dairy intake. I’m not 100% dairy-free and most likely won’t ever be, but I’m careful with the amount I consume.
 
Korean Contact Lenses.
Americans think that all colored contact lenses are unnatural, and American-made colored contacts are. I use Olens contacts and only use the dark shades, and they’re amazing. I find that having huge, dark, striking eyes helps me get exactly what I want, and I love the way I look when I’m wearing contacts. I use contacts to craft my look and emphasize my eyes, and I never buy or use colors that aren’t brown or black. Wearing dark contacts has reduced my need for so much bright eye makeup; they make me look friendlier, and I look better in photos.
 
Better Quality Makeup.
Investing in higher-quality makeup and actually learning how to apply it was crucial. Buying Hourglass, Pat McGrath, Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, and Nars was sort of essential to my makeup journey, and I look much better now that I’ve invested the time and money into learning about makeup. Dupes just don’t hold up to the real things, and I look better now that I’m spending $45 on one product instead of spending $45 on five different products to try to replicate the look.
 
Urea, Glutamic Acid, and Dry Brushing.
I used to have serious strawberry arms and legs, dry skin, and dark spots from body acne, but all of that has cleared up. Hyaluronic acid and body serums have nothing on this combo, and dry brushing has completely cleared up my rough skin and helped with my stretch marks. If you want skin that’s plump, hydrated, glowing, and looks healthy, then you have to exfoliate your dry and wet skin and start using this trio to care for your body.
 
Better Skincare Products.
I invested a lot in using fancy designer brands, but the things that helped me the most were basic, unscented, and quality. I use Paula’s Choice exfoliant, plenty of SPF 100, retinol, and a variety of Korean and American products. My facial acne is gone, my dark marks are cleared, my skin barrier is healed, my skin looks healthier, and I’m glowing. Drunk Elephant, celebrity skincare brands, and trending products didn’t do it for me; figuring out what I needed and then implementing it into my routine helped.
 
Creating my own aesthetic.
I won’t stop talking about The Blend because it helped me become who I am today. I wanted to create a look that would help me, and so I had to spend months solidifying my image. It took me a year to get to where I am today, but life became easier once I was able to figure out what I should be doing, what I should be saving for or investing in, and what suited me. The Blend isn’t just about style, and I had to be scientific with it at times and really work with the resources I had and what was readily accessible to me.

He’ll probably have a trusted cleanser he’s been using for years (centuries?), a reliable serum, maybe retinoid based (gotta use something anti-aging at this stage) and a good, hydrating moisturizer (illness makes his skin dry and he hates looking that way). 
Byakuya Kuchiki:
Can and will only buy the best of the best. A skincare snob. Even if there’s an amazing drugstore brand, he refuses to use it. SK II, Tatcha, and La Mer are all you’ll find in his bathroom cabinet. Of course he follows the 7 step Korean skincare routine. Cleanse twice, toner, essence, serum, moisturizer eye cream. Adds a sunscreen if he plans on going out. He will not compromise his routine for anything, so be prepared to wait for him as he goes through this process everyday, twice.
Renji Abarai:
He’ll pretend like he doesn’t do any skincare but he has his little stash of items he uses for self-indulgence. He enjoys wearing face masks (thanks to Rukia), which he applies after using a cleanser that’s trending, like from Tula or Drunk Elephant. The man somehow has balanced skin so he’ll use an everyday moisturizer like the Clinique Moisture Surge. 
Kensei Muguruma:
He uses his body wash as face wash, and whatever body moisturizer he has on hand he uses on his face too. What’s the point after all? It’s skin. As long as it’s clean and not cracking, there isn’t a problem. 
Mayuri Kurotsuchi:
He creates his own skincare but it’s kind of questionable. He claims his skin can tolerate quite a lot, so his skincare always has heavy amounts of acids in it; glycolic acid, salicylic acid, ascorbic acid. Top this off with a heavy dosage retinol. Does it work? We may never know from all the makeup he uses on his face. At least he removes all of it before sleeping (?). 
Kisuke Urahara:
He also makes his own concoctions, but in a much less dramatic way than Mayuri. Grows his own ingredients, like oranges for vitamin C, mint for salicylic acid, and carrots for retinol. Think of his products like a  clean, organic skincare line that he wouldn’t sell to anyone unless he’s happy with it himself. He rarely buys commercially available products but the one thing he will spend his money on is sheet masks, they’re convenient and he honestly finds them tedious to make on his own.
Shinji Hirako:
He may not show it, but this man is very self conscious about his appearance. He has a mix of both popular and indie skin care brands. Think Belif, Youth to the People and Drunk Elephant. He probably regularly cleanses and uses a moisturizer, maybe something with vitamin C in it, since he can’t have people seeing the dark circles under his eyes.
Ichigo Kurosaki:
Essence? Toner? Serums? Isn’t a cleanser just soap? Give him some bar soap and a CeraVe moisturizer. He doesn’t have time to figure this shit out. There’s people that need to be saved and stuff. 
Rose Otoribashi:
Yes, he knows the difference between a toner and an essence. He also thinks essences are a gimmick. Give him a balancing cleanser for his oily skin, and a toner with some salicylic acid in it to further help the oil. Add a vitamin C serum and a lightweight moisturizer and he’s ready to rock.

It had been a gruesome week of seemingly endless training, followed by his company giving him some extra work; coming up with En-o'clock mission ideas. For what bullshit reason? Because he's the leader. He's always expected to help out with stuff like this, always having more weight on his shoulders than the rest of his members. And he didn't mind it much.
Well. At least he used to not mind it. He totally didn't mind it when he was still new at the company and when he still wasn't dating you. But now that he's older and has a beautiful girlfriend, always waiting for him late at night to come home, his patience ran down drastically.
But here he was. At 1:12 a.m., sitting in an empty conference room whilst he glared at the piece of paper in front of him that was just as empty. How could he think of anything right now when he was burnt out? All he wanted was to be pampered by you, relaxing at your house. He was smiling at his phone as he typed away, feeling more than happy to be able to escape from this dreaded hell-hole he grew to love. He practically skipped through the building at the thought of seeing you again.
When he came home, he didn't see you immediately, but he heard a faint noise of water coming from the bathroom. Not wanting you to think he was an intruder, he yelled he was home befor he dropped his bag right down the floor and went straight to the bathroom.
"Wonnie?" He heard your sweet voice call from inside. "Yes, honey. Can I come in?" The sound of the water running came to a hault before you answered, "Of course, sweetie. Come on, I'll help you wash up. You must be so tired."
He came in and had already started stripping free from his clothes. This became a routine a while back when he couldn't take care of himself properly and got sick. Stepping into the shower, he shivered from the inital contact of the water on his skin but relaxed more and just let it trickle down his body.
You reached for the shampoo bottle and began to wash his hair for him, gently massaging his temple while doing so. The act earned a few satisfied hums from your lover. His hands found its way in your hips as he let you do you thing. Once you rinsed all the suds off, he finally got to look at your face.
He smiled, "I'm so lucky to have you." His voice was quiet and tired, it made your heart ache a little. It's awful that the company overworks him. You smiled back and rubbed soothing circles along his shoulders. "That's my line."

2. Cooks without a shirt. I mean this is a pretty obvious one. He loves to wear sweats and only an apron, no shirt underneath, just because he can and he will tease you. (Likes to show off his tiny waist)

DRY SKIN TIPS THAT REALLY WORKS.

Skin can become dry and dehydrated when it loses water too quickly—not unlike our bodies on a scorching summer day or after a grueling cardio workout. When our skin loses that water, it’s called transepidermal weather loss (TEWL). For those of us with dry skin, that means our skin cells have a hard time keeping water in. Add to that environmental aggressors like sun, wind, pollution, polar/cold climates and the skin barrier can also be compromised - making skin drier and more fragile and susceptible to cracking and irritation. A few common characteristics of dry skin include dullness, flakey-ness, tightness, itchiness, redness, and just (sigh) general discomfort. In short, dry skin is no fun. But it is common—and almost everyone will grapple with it at some point.
Some people are genetically predisposed to dryer skin and deal with it even as teenagers, when skin typically overproduces oil. Others battle parched complexions seasonally (particularly in the dry depths of winter) or situationally (e.g. long, hot showers, certain medications and even overly aggressive skincare can all cause excessive moisture loss). And of course, all skin becomes drier as we age, so even if you’ve never considered your skin on the dry side, it will be…eventually.
The good news is dry skin doesn’t have to stay dry. There are lots of simple, easy-to-adopt strategies that will soothe and soften almost instantly. Here are 7 dry skin tips to set you on the path to smoother, more supple skin.
1. Turn On A Humidifier
Dry skin can be caused—or exacerbated—by central heating, fireplaces and wood-burning stoves. If you live in a climate that dips below 50 degrees during the winter, you’re likely well aware of this. Turning on a humidifier overnight—or placing a small one near your work space during the day—will consistently mist and hydrate the air, helping to mitigate the moisture-zapping properties of all that exposure to indoor heat.
2. Ease Up On The Steamy Showers
Yes, it does feel so good—especially on a frigid day. But too much time in a long, hot shower or bath can remove natural oils from your skin, as well as disrupt your skin’s protective barrier function (which can cause you to lose moisture even outside the shower). So, as a general rule, try to suds and rinse in less than ten minutes and keep the water temperature closer to warm than hot.

3. Choose A Gentle Cleanser
Using a harsh antibacterial soap, which is designed to remove sweat and oil, will also strip moisture from your skin, leaving it itchy and dry. This result is often worsened in the winter months when skin is most vulnerable. So, try to stick to body and face cleansers that are creamy and moisturizing, like Korean skincare , which effectively removes makeup and impurities, but does it without stripping moisture from the skin or disrupting the skin’s barrier function.
4. Slather On Moisture Asap
Layering on moisturizing serums and creams, immediately after cleansing will help seal water into the skin, as well as support the skin’s barrier function. Same goes for your body: Aim to always apply a hydrating cream right after showering or bathing—and massage in a nourishing hand lotion, Such as Korean skincare every time you wash up. Note: To maximize the hydrating potency of the aforementioned formulas, always blot, rather than rub, with a towel after showering or cleansing. Blotting gets rids of any dripping water but still leaves a light film of moisture for your serums and creams to seal inside the skin.
5. Slough With Care
Slathering on moisturizer is crucial in treating dry skin, but if the buildup of dead skin cells on your face has become nearly impenetrable, those formulas can’t permeate and nourish your skin. So, it’s also imperative that you use a gentle scrub or an exfoliating toner, such as K-Beauty to routinely remove dead surface skin cells. Do this step a few times a week after cleansing, but before moisturizing.
6. Take Cover
In bitter-cold climates, the skin can lose moisture at an accelerated rate—as much as 25 percent more than it does in a moderate climate. So, If your home state’s winter weather can become quite harsh, try to prioritize covering as much skin as possible whenever you head outdoors. Scarves, hats, knee socks and gloves should be considered as essential as shoes.
7. Drink Up
Keeping your skin hydrated starts with quenching your body’s thirst for water. So, try to down the expert-recommended 64 ounces of liquid each day (non-caffeinated beverages like tea or seltzer also count). And feel free to toss back more, if you're still thirsty. Also, try to limit both caffeinated and alcoholic drinks to no more than two per day, as both are diuretics and can accelerate water loss, undoing all the good-skin deeds, above.
Though we commonly discuss dry skin during the colder, drier winter months, it’s actually a year-round problem. The key to curbing your skin’s moisture loss is both making small lifestyle changes, and sticking to a soothing, hydrating skincare regimen.

Hello, everyone!! I back at it again with brand new post! This time the topic we're going to dive into is skincare. Now I am a woman who has been doing skincare since she was practically 10 so it's been many many decades and what not, mind you I wasn't one of those sephora kids who are stupid enough to use retional at the age of 10 💀 my skincare back then consisted of just cleanser, toner, sum protecting lip balm and sunscreen.
Today I would like to give general skincare advice that is applicable for ALL skin types. Mind you if you have serious issues then do go to dermatologist because the tips I am giving today is to how to have better skin and very general stuff. Hope you guys like it!! <3 💕
Pre-Advice:-
Always know your skin type. This makes things way easier than people actually realize.
Don't always follow the trend because not everyone has similar skin and I doesn't matter ift hey claim to cure you so called problamatic spefic areas always ready the ingredients, be sure about it, consult with your doctor and then use it.
Patience patience patience. I cannot stress this enough, skincare takes time it may take 1 week or even whole 1 year to heal or to see the results. Don't go blaming products if you skip skincare or aren't using it properly. If you are getting rashes you aren't using correct products. If you have sensitive skin I highly suggest you to carefully select your products because anything can give you rashes or irritate your skin. Be careful and take care.

Step 1
Always make sure you know your skin, make sure you are 100% sure with what you want to tackle. The very first step of skincare and general wellbeing is knowing what you want to achieve, for example the sole reason I do skincare is to protect my skin and to make sure my body deserves better. There are many types of skincare routines, you are free to pick one and be dedicated to that.
My skincare consists ONLY of Korean and Japanese products, few of my favorite brands are suwalhsoo, innisfree, hadalabo and such. Skincare is an investment and I hate to say it but splurging on little expensive products REALLY DO make the difference and they do bring a lot of change. If you don't have the budget then I suggest buying trusted drugstore brands (I am kind of unfamiliar with them 😅) and stick to home remedies instead.
I am Asian and we are known to have thousands of home remedies that actually work. Some remedies that I use on daily basis are cucumber and rice water. For this you need to slice cucumber and soak them in rice water for 3-4hrs and put each slice on your face and let it sit for 20-25 mins and don't throw the starch rice water, you can use that in your hair after you shampoo and conditioner put that water in your scalp and massage it keep it for 10mins or so and wash it off for healthy hair, if you have black hair it looks so lustrous and shiny!!
Other remedy is using loose "wet" green tea leaves and mixing it with pure honey, now for this you need to use organic honey for best results. You can't just go and buy honey from grocery store, simply yuck! I suggest you go to organic market and splurge some on organic real honey. Mix those leaves and honey and put the paste on your lips and keep it for 10mins Or so and wash it off, you will get so nice, plumpy and soft lips.
If you don't wanna do all this work then you can simply use a really good lip balm, I used to use various types but in the end I realized that the lip balm they make for babies are the best because they are mild, made with baby safe ingredients so it's best for sensitive skin and it actually works. If you feel like you're too "grown up" to use baby lip balm then I highly suggest any dior lip balm, sure they are expensive but my lips have NEVER FELT SO PRETTY after using dior. Often times with luxury brands these makeup or skincare is either hit or miss but with dior oh! They ate!! It's so good!! You can also simply use innisfree green tea lip balm too, works wonders. Honestly just plain Vaseline also works wonders but choice is yours.

Step 2
Body! This is definitely a sensitive topic but fret not, it's not what you think. By this I mean what goes inside your body also plays a huge role in your skin and body, we need a balanced life by that I mean yea sure healthy greens and well balanced protein options are good but once in a while it's not bad to eat fast food, I absolutely hate how tiktok people say "chemicals" and refuse to use it like boo, everything is chemicals 💀 the only difference is good and bad chemicals. From toothpastes to even the gastric acid that is present inside our body is all chemicals, when will people learn this?
Few steps to have a nourished body are follows:-
Always drink probiotic drinks after you've had a heavy food at the END of the day. My favorite probiotic drink is yakult, it is best to drink at the end of the day because when you are at rest the good bacteria has great chance of working even more prominently.
This one goes out to all the people who can't live without spicy food. Yes, it's time to put down jalapeno, king chili, thai green chili, especially chili powders from India and give your stomach a rest for at least a day. This is a devastating news but I've had a lot of Indian friends who moved to white dominated country and their skin actually improved because food there is super bland and I'm talking full on painful pimples, acne and even healed stomach issues like ulcers, ALL GONE because of bland white people food 😭💀Yes, so you can definitely eat spicy food but don't overdo it in the name of "must have spicy food or I refuse to eat anything"
Please hydrate yourself, and I am sick of hearing "but water tastes bland, can I mix some juice powder?" Umm no?? If you hate the taste of water drink infused water. Some of my favorite infused water "recipes" are cucumber and lemon, blueberries, strawberry. But tbvh you MUST drink water as it is, even if you feel like it's bland, it's for your own good.

Gossip, gossip, gossip. It might seem surprising but gossip does play a huge role in lifestyle. It is a factual thing that your skin and body reacts based on how you've been feeling and how you choose to surround yourself. It is true that bad person do have huge affect on your wellbeing...Especially skin, yes you heard that correctly, bad person do affect skin because when you interact with toxic people their ruin your mood, when your mood is ruined you are often faced with so called "negative" feelings like anger, stress and even anxiety. These things bubble up and have negative side affect on your skin and thus make you not only break out but also cause hair loss, headaches and even chronic fatigues.
People underestimate this so much it's crazy! You must remove all the toxic members in your life. If it's family member and you feel obligated then your next best option is to keep a distance or fight back. You deserve the best and surrounding yourself with genuinely nice people will be so wholesome and nourishing for not only your mental health but skin as well.
Toxic people DO ruin your skin and make you break out like hives! Even if it's a relationship, do find the strength to break up with your toxic partners.
So for now I have only done this much I hope you guys enjoyed this mini post. - first of all implement a simple skincare routine (cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen for the morning, cleanser and moisturizer for night). 10 steps are not necessary. if you want to go an extra step at night, double cleanse (water based and then oil based cleanser)
pro tip - when purchasing look utilize a pore clogger checker to check if the ingredients are harmful, then make sure the product matches your skin type (i use the app skin bliss)
and (!!!!!!) - check if the company tests on animals or support occupation, we want take care of ourselves but never at the cost of others
- make sure to bring all products down to your neck
- spf everyday
- try to do skincare about an hour before bed (so the product doesn't transfer to your pillow and has time to absorb). if you can sleep on your back (i can't to save my life)
- DO NOT WASH YOUR FACE AFTER FACE MASKS (you the oils everything away)
- before sleep vaseline under eyes (only do this if you own vaseline already, don't repurchase, they test on animals)
!doesn't require products
- ice face once a week, ideally before a facemask
- make a ricer toner (!to then use after cleanser before moisturizer!)
- wash makeup brushes once a week if you can
• body care
- use an african net cloth, holds less bacteria
- double cleanse body
mental
- write down three things you are grateful for everyday (i use the app three things, to make my life easier)
- listen to an affirmation tape on youtube or meditate every day
- do one thing everyday that involves your hobbies (for me that's reading)
lifestyle
- move your body once a week in some way (i dance and take exercise classes)
- green tea after meals if you are interested in reducing bloating (but remember, bloating is so so normal. you're going to have to leave insecures behind for this project)
- 8 hours of sleep over everything and everyone
- use a water tracker and look up how much water intake based on weight
remember this:
- korean skincare
- indian hair care
- african body care
- arab perfume
transform all of these things into a habit tracker to keep you motivated (to summarize, ill show you what we discussed)
daily:
- wear spf
- skincare × 2 (using the phases and rice toner we discussed)
- vaseline on eye bags
- green tea
- gratitude
- meditate / affirmations
- insert hobby
weekly:
- clean makeup brushes
- ice face
- exercise
and keep in mind the tips to incorporate (like bringing products to the neck, apps, ecc...)!
now the one big change, by big i mean something noticeable: hair dye, hair cut, piercing, new clothes, ecc...
this is optional but with all the little improvements your glow up will stand out even more <3

I had such a good night with Ani tonight, I’m really going to miss him while I’m out of town. Oh! He doesn’t have cancer!! He has a rare bacterial infection he contracted from his cat biting him. He and I are both sooooo relieved! I’m very happy with things in general, things are just going in the right direction for a change and it’s lovely. 🥰 I also had a small pamper session today, I did a nice exfoliation scrub on my face and used some of my Korean skin care patches for my under eye area. It felt kind of nice doing something to take care of my appearance, I always wear eye makeup when I go out but I have zero skin care or beauty routine. I really struggle with basic self care that isn’t essential because stupid brain worms (aka depression and anxiety) so it felt good to do a little something extra and Ani was super complimentary today. He always tells me how pretty I am and how much he likes looking at me and that feels great because Rabbit was never complimentary. He’s also very complimentary about my body and loves touching and squeezing every bit of it which is also very new for me, I’m not used to having a partner love on and hug every bit of me and say how much they love my curves and shape. It’s such a nice feeling. 😭 The only problem is I think I’m starting to catch feelings and I don’t know if that’s ok or not because we haven’t figured out our relationship dynamic since I’m poly and married. I joked I was just a friend that comes over sometime and Ani said I was much more than a friend but he didn’t elaborate anything further so who knows. I don’t want to rush or pressure him with labels or anything so I’m fine being “more than friends” but undefined. So, yeah things are good and I’m happy.

Random Headcanon
Maven Calore has porcelain skin, like smooth and poreless. He has good genes but not perfect genes. Which is why he has a long, stupid complex skin routine, my dude follows the "10 step Korean Skin Care", so he could always have glass skin.
I just image Maven, walking/chilling around the castle wearing his silk pajamas with a face mask and eye patch mask under his eyebags. Scaring the living sh@t out of anyone who sees him.
Cal on the orher hand, has a very simple skincare routine that only consists of cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sunscreen.
Dude has baby smooth skin and if he wanted, he could EASILY grow A GLORIOUS BEARD (the one that makes Maven irritated and jealous.)
Also, if Cal lives alone, he's probably the type to wipes his whole body, face and booty with the same towel.

concerns ♡ oily skin, hormonal acne, scars, pores, sensitive skin? idk
cleansing ♡
cleansing my skin is one of my favorite steps! i love removing all the impurities on skin and prepping my skin for the next steps. i always double cleanse {even though i don’t wear makeup} and massage the cleanser in for 60 secs and rinse with warm water.

exfoliation ♡
i have sensitive skin, so i’m careful not to over exfoliate or use harsh techniques/ingredients, but i still like having smooth skin :3 . i do this step 2-3 times a week using either the exfoliating cloth i got from fenty beauty or an exfoliating cleanser. with either a physical or chemical exfoliant, i’m really gentle and just lightly buff away the dead skin to reveal the beautiful soft supple skin underneath. <3
toner ♡
just recently i started exploring toners with active ingredients! i used to always use witch hazel and call it a day but i became curious abt korean or japanese beauty and what their skincare is like. i have a ‘special’ liquid toner {the strawberry milk pure cure from the creme shop} and toner pads {one step moisture from cosrx} both are super hydrating which i love and the strawberry milk one smells super good. <333
tmi but in high school i used to use straight alcohol as a toner 🫣 and i remembered i burned my skin from being to rough with it pFFT!

mask ♡
i’m absolutely obsessed with sheet masks. they’ve become quite the addictive purchase and frequently used in my routine and i’m not upset abt that. they’re also very relaxing and my skin feels so rejuvenated after. i always follow the directions on the pack for time limit and then pat the leftover essence into my skin. {bonus points bc i use the extra essence on my body :3} i a l s o have an overnight sleeping mask from laniege which applies like a moisturizer rather than a sheet mask.

moisturizer ♡
my moisturizer really does depend on a few factors: my skin condition, time of day, and season/weather. i rotate between a gel cream, heavy cream, or light lotion/cream. gel creams are for my breakout/oiliest days; light creams are for normal skin condition, daytime and warmer days; and heavy creams are for drier skin, colder weather, and nights. {i hope that made sense}

treatment ♡
treatments are the extra steps i take when my skin needs it. recently i just weathered a serious breakout and my skin is scarred to the high heavens </3 so when i get the chance i use a spot treatment to help fade scars and help my skin heal {what acne? spot treatment by the creme shop} i also have a few of their acne patches in cute heart, star, and cloud shapes which i use to speed healing and protect the area from further irritation.
tips ♡
always start with clean hands and tools
pat, don’t rub
let your products set for a minute or two in between steps for maximum absorption
after finishing your routine, allow your face to absorb everything for 5-10 mins before wearing a mask, applying makeup or going to bed etc
change pillow cases often
introduce a only few new products a months to avoid extreme irritation
most importantly: do what works for you 🫶🏽
