I have noticed how the most popular IT girls have healthy , clear and glass skin . For example : Song Jia, Jang Wonyoung , Jennie etc . They all have clear skin. Try to visit a dermatologist, get to know your skin type and develop a skin care routine which suits you. Get enough sleep , stay hydrated , don't touch your face with dirty hands & don't pick your pimples .
2)Workout
Wonyoung , Song Jia & Jennie take great care of their bodies . You must have seen Jennie's instagram posts , she is consistent & practices pilates daily. People can be really cruel & harsh sometimes . When it comes to social media, I would say these days , most of the time , comment section is always full of hatred. Song Jia got alot of hate for the stupid fake clothes scandal and she still gets hate till now but she doesn't allow it to affect her anymore. She is just busy in improving herself & her life. She doesn't let hate get to her. Wonyoung , Karina, nayeon etc they all get hate for just breathing but they don't let the negativity get to them . Stop seeking validation from others and don't care about their opinions . €D TIPS 💜
1. HYDRATE with ELECTROLYTES🍉🍋🧂🍋‍🟩🥒
Add a dash of sea salt, lemon/lime juice, or electrolyte packs to your water.
Eat watermelon, yogurt, bananas, cucumbers, kombucha, coconut water. Please have a snack with essential minerals.
Your body cannot stay hydrated if it does not have electrolytes to balance. Drink lots of water but you NEED minerals with it.
2. MULTIVITAMINS 💊
Please take a multivitamin.
There are cheap bottles for 10 bucks at CVS. Anything works to give your body nutrients.
3. PROTEIN 🥩🍗🍳
Aim to eat a high quality protein source AT LEAST once a day. Plain lean meat or even a boiled egg is low cal.
I love plain chicken with rice and soy sauce, eggs on a snack plate, chop up some tofu with a miso soup or ramen pack, or any kind of meat.
Try to eat a carb or fiber with your protein. Rice, carrots, even an apple will help your body digest better 🍚🍎🥕
Eating some protein every day will lead to faster weight loss than fasting / starvation mode, making the body preserve cals, and will prevent a binge.
4. NO DAILY PROGRESS CHECKS 📆
Weigh yourself once a week.
Take progress pics once a month.
Any more often than this is not good for mental health. Weight fluctuation throughout the day is NORMAL and not good to obsessively check on.
5. DON'T EAT AT NIGHT 🌙
I try to stop eating after 9pm. It's better to let your body fully rest while sleeping rather than digest food. Don't stǎřve all day and binge at night, eat healthy snacks and stop eating before bed.
Don't go on extreme fasts. Let your body fast naturally over night and you can wake up and eat breakfast. It's called breakfast for a reason, you're literally breaking your nightly fast.
If you need a snack at night that's totally okay too! I just think it's a good rule of thumb to allow yourself energy throughout the day and save the fasting for bedtime! <3
6. DON'T OVER EXERCISE 🧘🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
Walking is my favorite exercise. It's low intensity and easy to keep up with. Create a walking routine. Yoga is amazing as well. Stretch before bed, follow a tutorial on youtube.
I walk my dogs every night around 8pm, even if it's just for 10 minutes.
For a low cal diet you do not have enough protein or cals to sustain weight lifting or high intensity exercises. Take it easy.
A daily walk and a yoga video is enough.
I love weight lifting to build muscle but I eat well over 1.5-2k cal a day. Only do this if you are eating enough.
CONSISTENCY IS KEY
Extreme fasts or heavy restriction will lead to binging. It's better to eat nutrient dense foods every day like meat or fruit and veggies.
Same goes for exercise. It's better to create a consistent, mellow routine that's easy to follow every day. It shouldn't be a huge dreadful task. It should be part of your daily routine that you can keep up with.

TIPS TO STAY ENERGIZED AT SCHOOL WHILE ☆
Okay before doing all of this I wish you all a good school start!
If you are someone who prioritize their studies and want to get the hang of everything at school in the first few weeks! I recommend taking your calorie intake a bit higher for atleast 2 weeks, then start lowering it again but not dramatically!! Just watch out on protein and fiber and you'll be good. This is just to have enough energy and not burn out and binge by the start of school. Trust me on this it's scary I know but better result will come, and will avoid binging. At the same time you won't raise concern so easily and so early.
Here are the tips!
1/ don't skip breakfast, trust me on thus one you need to focus. Make sure you have a good source of protein in your breakfast I like to have one boiled egg with oats sums up less than 300 calories and keeps me full and energized
2/have dates with you. This thing just give energy and has a good source of fiber and it's sugary but healthy sugars so help with energy!! However don't have more than 7! So that you don't lead to binge
3/ sleep during break time, yes this is weird but you need to try to put your head down, for atleast 10 minutes during recess
4/ yoga+ meditation. Wake up early drink plenty of water and make time for 10 minutes of yoga, practice your breathing. The more oxygen gets to the brain the more energized and awake you will feel, maybe do it after comming back home before eating dinner or sum. I like it
5/ during lunch break go for walk atleast 20 minute moving around can also help staying awake and energized =)
6/ caffeine. So many will say yes take coffee for energy, but too much of it can make you dizzy and faint cause your heart beat go up, anw I don't know how to explain but iverall you'll feel lightheaded. So I would recommend cocoa powder! But natural cocoa powder costs a but expensive but worth it and is so low in calorie, mix it with hot water or plant based milk for fiber and boom your really gonna stay energized for the full day
7/ don't deny taking vitamins supplements, honestly I regret not taking them, but I will get back to them make sure you prioritize vitamin C and D and also iron.
8/ last thing is get plenty of sleep, lmao normal but really this aids in weight loss have a good sleep schedule focus on it!

🎀 set boundaries and don’t be afraid to say no
unfortunately, there are a lot of people we will have in our lives that may expect us to drop our own needs and responsibilities in order to help them or do what they want you to do. as a recovering people pleaser, i understand that it can be hard to learn to make yourself a priority and put yourself and your needs first, but it’s necessary. set boundaries with others and don’t compromise your well-being because someone wants you to.
🎀 honor your body through movement
consistent movement is beneficial for your body and mind in so many ways, and implementing exercise that makes you feel good and happy is key in learning how to love and nourish yourself. for me, i find that pilates and yoga feels the best for my body and makes me feel the strongest, but you may do whatever you feel like your body needs!
🎀 eat a nutritious diet, but don’t overly restrict yourself
it’s so important to nourish and take care of your body with nutrient dense foods, but do not restrict your diet to the point that it starts to take over your life and negatively impact your mental health. moderation is key.
🎀 balance your cortisol levels
it’s so common nowadays for us to be constantly busy or thinking about the next thing, but it’s so beneficial for us to try to limit the stress on our bodies and minds as much as possible. it’s easier said than done, but try to be mindful of staying present whenever possible rather than thinking ahead ten steps. you can start to implement this mindfulness through journaling, meditation, yoga, sitting outside, or whatever else makes you feel calm in that moment. lowering the stress on your body and mind can also have positive physical impacts, such as reducing acne, weight loss, keeping your energy steady, and improving heart health.
🎀 have one day to yourself each week
this also goes along with staying present, but make time for yourself. try to have one day per week where you can just spend time doing whatever you need to do to calm yourself and give yourself what you need to get through the rest of the week or the upcoming week. i personally love doing spa days where i do anything from exfoliating, a face and hair mask, shaving, reading, yoga, or whatever else i want to do that day.
🎀 appreciate your mind
pretty self explanatory, but appreciate your mind and how it works. feed it with knowledge whenever you can. read as much as you can. research things that interest you. you have your interests and passions for a reason, you should use them!
🎀 talk to yourself with care and respect
we talk to ourselves so much throughout the day, and it’s easy to unfairly criticize yourself in your mind for things that you would never criticize someone else for. remember that you are only human and are doing the best you can. if you wouldn’t say it to someone else or want someone else to say it to themselves, you shouldn’t say it to yourself either. practice being mindful of how you talk to and about yourself.

Allow yourself to feel all your emotions and thoughts, authentically and without self-criticism or judgment: Acknowledge that you're grieving. Accept that you need to mourn your loss. Even if it is better to move on in life without these people, it is healthy and completely valid to grieve the relationships you had with these people – regardless of whether they were one-sided, deluded, or otherwise toxic. Allow yourself to cry, be angry, lie in bed, etc. Hit a pillow, sleep in all day on a weekend, or wear a set of pajamas for a WFH day. Give yourself permission to engage in self-soothing behaviors without any type of self-harm or self-sabotage.
Rest, relax, and pamper yourself in your leisure time: Spend time taking it easy – reading, watching TV, doing a face mask or another indulgent skin treatment, using a body massager, cooking dinner in a silk robe and slippers, lighting a candle, cozying up in a blanket, etc. Allow yourself to feel at peace. Create a sanctuary in your space.
Take time for introspection and self-discovery: Being in any type of relationship with toxic people is draining and can cause you to feel as though you've lost a part of yourself by trying to make the relationship succeed. Now, it's time to reclaim yourself after you've courageously cut out these toxic people from your life. Consider and honor your deepest desires, values, interests, hobbies, lifestyle, goals, aesthetic, food, sexual, entertainment preferences, etc. Go on a self-discovery journey to figure out who you really are, what you believe, and who you will work to become as you enter this new, exciting chapter of your life.
Journal, read, eat healthily, work out, drink plenty of water, and sleep: Go back to the basic healthy habits. Try to journal for at least 5-10 minutes a day (using a 5-minute journal, morning pages [writing 3 pages of stream-of-conscious thoughts first thing in the morning], journal or shadow work prompts), make 2-3 whole food, plant-based meals with carbs, veggies, fruits, proteins, and healthy fats, find some ways to incorporate movement into your day – 30-minute walk or yoga session is enough if that's all you can manage consistently, have your body weight in ounces of water daily, and sleep for around 7-8 hours a night. Do some inner child healing by taking care of your core needs.
Indulge in all of your favorites: There's a lot of fun you can have when you have total freedom regarding your daily activities and choices. Give yourself permission to enjoy this solitude. Wear your favorite outfits every day (occasion-appropriate options, of course), including pajamas, loungewear, lingerie, and accessories. Make your favorite meals and snacks throughout the week (incorporating some healthy options in there to feel your best – I love a good oatmeal bowl, frozen grapes, baked Japanese sweet potato, or a hummus and vegetable plate). Watch your favorite TV shows or movies. Indulge in a glass of wine you love or reread a favorite book. Create a masterful playlist. Plan a day of your favorite activities (a long walk, getting a coffee, indulging in a spa day, going to a farmer's market, going to a yoga class, etc.) Treat yourself like your own best friend.
Get comfortable doing things alone: Honestly, no one cares or is paying attention to if you're doing activities alone or with someone else. If someone shows too much interest in your solitude, they're probably projecting their own insecurities regarding their perceived social ridicule. Take yourself shopping, to the nail salon, out for a meal, to the movies, etc. alone. Personally, I love doing most of these things alone anyways. Running errands alone gives you some space to clear your mind and think freely.
Define what an ideal social life and/or relationship looks like for you: Once you've become comfortable with yourself and living life on your own terms, it's time to embrace your desire for human connection and socialization. Consider the types of people you want in your life – their values, personalities, interests, goals, favorite activities, relational boundaries, etc., and where/when/how often you want to interact with them.
Create an action plan: Reconnect with the people in your life who continue to show up for you and have been a light through these toxic relationships and their lasting effects over the months or years. Decide on the places, groups, and ways you'll reach out/try to meet these people. Figure out how to expand your network, and make new connections. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. You won't vibe with everyone you meet, but it is worthwhile to engage in small talk with several strangers if even one of these new faces, later on, becomes a good friend or acquaintance. A varied social circle is a great way to enrich your life.
Take small steps, then strides: Be gentle on yourself throughout this entire process. It is perfectly okay to take one day at a time during the grieving process. Everyone's healing journey will look different and evolve at a different pace. Don't let these toxic people remain in your heart, mind, and spirit. Remember that you deserve love, kindness, happiness, success, peace, and patience.

author's note: happy fourth of july to my fellow americans! 🇺🇸🦅
The soldier's words pierce through the silence, echoing throughout the room. “Get your ass up, maggot! I know you can try harder than this!” You can feel his breath on the back of your neck as the timer in his hand continues to tick. You fucked up getting the intel, so now he's punishing you for causing “the whole teams’ loss.” (Everyone was doing poorly that day, you specifically weren't the only one to blame.) Right now the man has got you down in a plank position, making you sit there for 2 minutes straight. Your abs and knees have failed you, so inevitably, you collapsed, which is why the soldier is currently screaming at you at the moment.
"Don't you think this is a bit excessive?" you mutter weakly, your voice strained from the exertion. Every time you give out, he stops his timer. The soldier's response was immediate and unwavering. "Don't you dare question my discipline technique, private! This is nothing compared to what I could make you do.” This was enough to get you back on track since you had no interest in finding out whatever was worse than this in the soldier's book. You grit your teeth, your body trembling with fatigue as you get up to continue to hold the plank.
The soldier doesn't seem to care about your torment, however, and continues to yell at you and humiliate you in front of the rest of the team. “This isn't yoga class, cupcake! Get your ass out the air!” You wonder if this is some sort of power trip or if he just wants you to break down and beg for mercy. Either way, even from the corner of your eye, you can see that shit-eating sadistic smirk on the man's face.
The demoman lets out a loud, audible burp. His words are slurred as he speaks, “Ach, don't be so hard on the lad, they're fresh, Solly!” A loud crash is heard next as he stumbles off the bench, the medic and heavy swiftly catching him and carrying him off to his room. “Heavy thinks you shouldn't be so hard on alcohol, but we all know that won't happen.” All three men let out a hearty laugh as they exit the room, their shoulders slumped from the weight of their drunkard friend.
The scout saunters over next to the soldier in front of you, his sneering face looking down at you as he bends over to tilt your head up with his bat. Romanticize Your Weightloss
Dear Diary,
Writing to you today because life has been a whirlwind lately. You were so stressed making that cross-country move, and I know you gained back some of your weight loss. But guess what? It. Is. Okay. Much like the ocean that you left, your life will have ebbs and flows. Now that you are settling, how do you want to go about losing the weight you lost? I know it's been hard, but a great tip of advice you received was to romanticize your weight loss. Date yourself. Learn to love yourself through this process.
On to the tips:
1. Buy cute workout clothes: Scour the thrift shops, sales at Target, sites on Amazon. Just because you don't look the way you want to yet doesn't mean you don't deserve to look and feel good.
2. Esthetic food: Don't eat ugly plates. Make them pretty, full of all the good foods you should eat. Pretend every dish is going on Instagram even though you would never post your food.
3. Manifest who you want to be: This one is fun, almost like creating a Sim. What does your future healthy self like to eat? Is she a gym girl? Yoga fiend? Write down all of her attributes and then pick one or two of those attributes you could do now. Next week pick one or two more. Practice and build up those traits until they become second nature to you.
4. Imagine You're Somewhere Romantic: I often long to walk the cobblestone streets of Paris or be deep in the woods like a fairytale. When I can't I imagine my walks in much more luxurious places, imagining what it would be like. Maybe I'm a skinny Parisienne woman walking to a local Cafe, maybe I'm wood nymph connecting with nature. It not only helps you go further but stretch those imagination muscles in the process.
5. Treat yourself like a Queen: Celebrate your progress along the way. Whether it's tea at sunset, a relaxing bubble bath, a new book, or sleeping in, make sure to reward yourself for your hard work.
Remember, this journey is about more than just losing weight. It's about nurturing yourself, inside and out. Embrace the process, and soon you'll find yourself blooming like never before.

Completely off topic ? Ish but how do you meal prep? Followed for batfam but also love your gym and fitness talk? How exactly do you work out? I want to start going to the gym but I don't know how to get a membership and how to use all the machines?
I usually do meal prep Sunday nights. I prep a meal that can be used for lunch and/or dinner, and then some breakfast items I can grab and go with. I do a high protein meal prep so it takes some thought but I’ve gotten into a good groove the last few years.
Working out is a little trickier. I started out going maybe once a week, and slowly started going more over time to build a routine. Now it’s habit, since I like to get moving in some way every day. I do weightlifting with cardio days and yoga in between, though recently I’ve been doing more yoga since it’s lower impact.
Most gyms will do an intro/trial membership and will be happy to show you around! A lot of them also do intro to the machines as a free session, which I highly recommend. If you’re brave enough, you can also go up to people (in between sets) and ask them how the machine works — I’ve done this before, and usually they have good tips on form. And they might spot you!
I use the Strong app for keeping track of my lifts. It also has videos and diagrams of proper form with instructions. I track my food intake on a calorie app to try and optimize for my goals, but that can be triggering for some people.
If you’re afab, weightlifting especially is such a good habit to get into. You feel better, you feel stronger, and you aren’t as likely to get stuck in a weight loss/gain cycle. I lost 40+ lbs and countless inches around my waist and chest, but recently my focus has been more on what my body can do and what it looks like, and less on how much the scale reads. I eat the foods I like and have room for treats because you need to eat to fuel exercise! It’s so different from eating the tiniest possible and hitting cardio endlessly.

Matt as always been your twin flame even if you are younger than him. You grew up looking at him with a lot of respect and it broke your heart when he left Texas, moving to California. You were used to spend as much time as possible in his company, but with this fresh start for him, you just fell into the ordinary. Nothing against your life, by the way; your parents always supporting, best friends ready to drive you to the closer pub and deliver the best night possible, a lovely boyfriend who adored you in any meaning.
You loved the shit out of Shawn. He was your person, the one always there when you were in need. Your high school sweetheart. Maybe he wasnt your first kiss or your first fuck but he was the one who made you feel like it was worthy, living for someone else. The one who pushed you to improve yourself for your own sake, that helped you in finding a job for the local tattoo shop as a piercer when the school was over.
You did everything in your power to be the best girlfriend possible. You decoreted your shared flat in the warmest way possible. You turned down a good scholarship for that college in Montana, pissing your parents and brother for this lost opportunity. You gave up to your dream to be a writer because he had to stay in Texas and take care of his mom. You helped him through the loss, when she die.

Your relationship suffered a slow, agonizing death with multiple attempt of reanimation. Vacations togheter, a bigger flat, a cat.

Moving back to your parents, while quitting your job just to avoid to meet him everyday, took you to the bottom. Then the shutdown decided to kick you while you were already down, spending days in bed just listen music or watching anime whitout any chance to go out with your friends or for just a walk.
Everyone was really worried about you. You lose weight and that energy that always marked you.
And you stayed there, drowing in your own misery until Matt decided that enough was enough.

The end of fall 2021 signed your rebirth. Matt found a bigger apartment for the two of you and Lucifurr, your vicious black cat which has an obsession in chewing cables and destroy everything paper made. You have always want to leave nearby the ocean and Malibu had a ton of opportunities to offer you. You started a yoga class the same week you moved, in order to make some new friends. Accoding to Matt, there are a lot of things to do around the band he is working with, Bad Omens.
You offer yourself as a merchgirl, but since you're a good writer an even better in tolerate people bullshit (you have to be karmatic, all the teens who came to get a piercing to the shop have always made a scene in front of needles), you could be perfect as a PR/assistant for the band. You remember them barely because someway somehow, these are the guys who steal all the time Matt has. Time that you never get.
You remember this four guys with long hair, basic metalheads, except for the drummer. You remember when you gave him the nostril after a show in 2015, maybe 16, and he took it like a champ whitout complaining. You remember the singer, this slenderman type of guy with beautiful long hair that looks like silk. You've never felt more envy of someone else hair like that. And also the other three guys were nice, especially Vincent. The only one who you can connect to a familiar face because you two got a nice conversation on tattoos when you visited Matt, three years ago.
They are nice.
You've heard stories about them at every phone call.
But still, thieves of precious moments that you want have again in your life again between you and your brother.
All the missing birthday, all the call postponed due to technical issues. He wasn't there to pick up your pieces when Shawn get a rid of you.
And Matt wasn't supposed to, but being selfish, you wish he was there.
But he is now and this is enough to bring the light back to your life. The long talks after dinner, movie nights, everything is back to the normal between you two since you moved and it's restoring.
With this wave of good mood, even if you havent forgotten Shawn yet, you enroll to gym, so you can work out after yoga.
And is in this specific place that you meet Eric.
The first time you caught him lurking at you you were running on the thremill.
There is something familiar in him but still, you dont know anyone in LA. You were the one who actually landed the first conctact with this new alien subject, so introvert to avoid your eyes.

He looked more relaxed, 《 Eric.》
《 Nice to meet you Eric... Do you know a nice bar around? 》

You are not ready for a new story yet, but after almost a year after you broke up with Shawn, you needed at least some human conctact. Eric was nice with you since the beginning. He invited you to this dive bar after the gym a couple of times, not far from your place. He paid for you a couple of cocktails while having a real nice Conversation. A superficial one, about the tattoos that covered him. About living in LA. You mentioned your brother a couple of times and he talked about his roomates and all the crazy things they have done during the pandemic.
He told you he is a Producer and you told him you're still unemployed.
One way or another, he got closer to you in a matter of days. And when he kissed you, you obliged and kiss him back. One thing leaded to another and the two of you ended fucking in the back of his SUV. And oh boy... you needed it so much. It was a quickie, but he seemed to be promising. It's so weird filming inside a house and not in a proper set but all this low budget bullshit are quite the normal for small bands, you think.
You have to be their assistant and eventually a PR- so Matt can stop to bitching on twitter all the time- and you know nothing about bands.
According to Matt, you're going to learn quick.

The guitar player greets you at the door and introduces himself again as Jolly. The rest of the guys minus Noah are in the garage. It's marvelous how Orie, one of the guys who lives here, a director, reorganize the space with tubes and flashlight.

《 Artifical Suicide》 it's the answer, while he takes his place back behind the drums.
《So emo》 it's your honest observation that makes him laught. Matt looks at you in a way that if he could, you would be incinerated where you're standing. You're already embarrassing him.

Mike brings you a coffe that you accept with a smile, than tells everyone the news about the singer that is still not here.

AN: I suffer a binge eating disorder, inflected from my mother. I also suffer with medical issues and medication that genuinely have made things so difficult. My mom refuses to help, so sometimes you just gotta be your own cheerleader. Call me crazy, but imagining George Weasley supporting me is what keeps me going sometimes. Maybe this can helps others in my shoes to. It’s scary, and isolating, but hey. I’m your cheerleader to!

As the eldest sibling he’s had to try and be the best influence. He’s had to try and make sure his younger siblings ate and stayed health. Third parent syndrome. So he knows that this will be a journey, but one he’s happy to help with. Given his curse breaking job he often needs to keep himself in a very healthy mental space. So he would be more than happy to drag you in with yoga, tai chi, and simple mental work outs like that. It’s simple, but easy on the joints. A important part of weight loss is doing things that are enjoyable. Makes you want to do them more. His focus on mental health is very important, and often ignored when weight loss is involved. So this important step is going to make the journey so much easier. Slower? Maybe. But slower means it’ll STAY off easier. His focus on mental health is going to be a god send

Since he works with dragons he knows how important it is to keep healthy. He’s constantly doing Manuel labor, and eats a pretty heavy diet of protein. This also means he’s going to be a great cheerleader to help you. Knowing all kinds of great work outs to help you, and finding useful tasks for you to do at the sanctuary. Not to mention he knows how to cook, and is more than happy to show you how as well. He is also a nice reminder that you can still be healthy will looking chubby. He’s made of heavy muscle. Muscle isn’t tense twenty four seven. That squishy is deadly. It’ll make losing weight a bit scary though. You’ll be developing muscle as you lose weight, so the number on the scale won’t really move. Don’t worry. Muscle burns a lot since you need a lot of calories to keep it. You are in safe hands. You need to trust the process. It takes time. You’ll do it! Charlie knows it!

He’s not a jock. He doesn’t work out like crazy. Especially not like his siblings. But he does know how to cook. Every Weasley does. Eating healthier and cleaner is exteremly important. Most of weight loss relies on being under a calorie number. That’s, unfortunately, the harder parts to. So Percy will be more than happy to do a bunch of reading on the topic. To do his best to figure out the best meals for the day. To help trade out snacks for healthier alternatives. It’ll also give him a good excuse to try and repair the bond with his family. They run a joke shop full of candy, sweets, and pastries. Needless to say it’s a binge eaters worst nightmare. That’s going to cause so many trials and tribulation. The smells and scents, the new recipes, it’s just hell. They want to help so much, but they are shop owners. Not like they just take it all off the shelves. It’s truly going to be a test that you will fail, many times, but they will be there to pick up the pieces. They’ll be there for every crying session you have after you finish off so much that you feel inhuman. They’ll even use this as an excuse to try and invent new sweets that can be healthier. Children deserve to eat healthier too. Some kids are victims of obesity and need help. Diet culture makes them think they are bigger than they actually are. So to have healthier sweet alternatives helps everyone. Your struggles will be what help kids feel better. They’ll be more than happy to find alternatives to help. You won’t be treated as ‘different’ for needing to diet. You won’t feel like a burden because you need to eat different. Being a kid is being happy and whimsical. And by god they will help you make eating fun again! And help you through that toxic relationship with it!

He can be the one person that understands the relationship dynamic of food. Sure he has a high metabolism, and is constantly working out, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know how eating can just make everything feel better. Food can feel good, but it can also feel so damn bad. He knows that feeling. He knows that pain. He knows that horrible dance. She also over all has more life experience than people give her credit for. She understands that you are struggling, and is more than happy to help. Have you train with her before her quidditch seasons, and just try and make things fun. Just like her siblings ya gotta make it fun. She’s got that high energy spirit that will help you stay active. Morning runs, yoga, dancing, she has an energetic lifestyle that will help you be more active. Even if you both stay home all day. Her energy is infectious, and it’ll help motivate you to move more. She’s got your back, and has so many health programs to let you use. She’s a professional quidditch player. Everyone needs a specific diet plan for their needs. Especially since everyone works a different part. A seeker needs a different diet compared to a beater. She’s gonna help you, and her quidditch team has your back all the same. You won’t face this alone

Exercise and weight loss (and separately self harm)
as a girl who is at once very prone to self harm and also being miserable and stuff, I’ve been feeling extremely down and alone for a while, but discovering that I actually like exercise has been really good for me, because now whenever I feel alone and can’t stop thinking I can work out or do yoga or something and clear my head, I’ve been doing yoga for a long time but I have to admit that getting my steps in is what’s actually making me feel okay. This week I have felt super like, super upset and I’ve been desperate to talk to someone but I don’t think anyone in my life really wants to hear it (understandable) or understands what I’m actually saying, so I can just turn everything off and work out instead. I also have felt lately that my feelings are so childish and just annoying and so instead of burdening someone with them and then feeling extremely embarrassed and regretful about it I just write it in my diary and then go do crunches o! It’s nice that it works toward my goal to be slimmer too, my family think they can see a difference but I can’t yet but hopefully soon I’ll see it
