What powers do you think a Child of Hera would have?
Oh man, this question. This is kind of tough since compared to others, a demigod of Hera or Hera in general doesn’t have a very explicit power involved so here we go!
Power of Blessings: Given Hera has shown to give blessings those under her domain or those she favours to, the idea you can people blessings of minor effects or one major blessing as a thing. Like you could give someone a Major Blessing of Protection or several minor blessings; such as minor protection, minor good health, minor stealth, etc.
Power of Curses: It’s pretty much the same thing with Blessing but with curses, given Hera is also known to curse to those who break their vows and those who anger her (i.e. all the women that Zeus has been with) so it stands to say the child of Hera can curse (no not like that).
Power of Unity: Using the concept of marriage; where you bring two things together in harmony. I wouldn’t say it would be like fusion, as cool as that would be, but it would be more of the mental and spiritual form where the the child of Hera can synergize two entities. Maybe it would be keeping two people together which they will always be connected so you can always find each other, maybe its feeling what the other feels and thinks. If you really want the power of Unity to be their strongest (sole) ability, I guess they could fuse stuff as Hera did create Argus, the hundred-eyed giant as her servant but it wouldn’t be a permanent creation unless they constantly feed their energy to maintain its lifeforce. If they’re going to attempt it thought, it would be best to use in-animate object then…actual living parts lest they live a real life Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein” with the child of Hera facing the responsibility of Dr. Frankenstein of creating Frankenstein's monster.
ANYWAYS-
Ability to talk to Cows/Bovines, Cuckoos, Peacocks: This is pretty self explanatory. They’re all Hera’s sacred animals so the child of Hera can talk to them. Though the only specific one is Peacocks because the peacock is very specific to Hera. Though I would say these animals wouldn’t respond on the same level to the child of Hera, like how horses are to Percy because Poseidon is the God of Horses whilst Hera’s animals are only her sacred animals.
Minor Power of the Sky/Air: Since Hera is the Queen of the Heavens/Sky, there is a chance the child of Hera can manipulate the air. I wouldn’t say they could control the weather or be able to fly on the same level as a child of Zeus, but just enough to create gusts of wind or float a little, maybe the sky responding to very extreme emotions of the child of Hera.
Overall, these are the powers I think a child of Hera would have. Whoever feels inspired to use this as a guideline for their OC or story can choose whichever they feel please. Though some of these powers can be very powerful and dangerous which adds to the child of Hera being susceptible to danger to monsters and gods. So choose at your discretion.

Requisite Disclaimer: I don't see the point in keeping this OC specific but, my game isn't your game etc. etc. I'm coming from a Sub! Marazhai perspective for context but just my interpretation.
So I've been rotating that Act 5 Kiss in my head for too long but I think I've pinned down what makes the Act 5 Kiss work, for me at least. Because inasmuch as the "Marazhai hates kissing" thing is fun, I don't think the actual Act of kissing (with or without teeth) is really what he's objecting to that first time. It's that the Rogue Trader is messing up the Game (ie, the terms of their fling/him teaching them how to be more Drukhari). And I think the Act 5 Kiss, or rather how you get it, is a fun bookend on ending the Game/re-balancing the dynamic?
Long-ass ramble under the cut
So, like I was saying above, the RT and Marazhai's relationship is pretty explicitly a Game that he's playing out of boredom. The Rogue Trader receives "[an education on] the true Aeldari soul" he receives "a fleeting titillation" until it's time for him to become Archon/become a Merc/join the clown show, whatever. He initiates the proposition, and he's the one setting the terms through the whole thing. It's up to the Rogue Trader to stay in their role and meet his standards, or they give up, or he gets bored and leaves. And a major part of his romance is that he's very action over words in regards to what he wants and how he feels.
As far as the first two kisses go, it's not the act itself it's the context imo. The first (bitey) kiss, he initiates, and it's during the lust/murder-high part of the Feast, which is what he invited the Rogue Trader to do. The Kiss Attempt™ by the Rogue Trader is the next morning after all that's worn off. And, granted the scene itself is pretty cozy, considering (he's literally leaning over the RT and telling them not to keep him waiting ie, next hookup) so it makes sense why the Rogue Trader might decide a goodbye kiss is appropriate. But it's a misstep I think because it's too intimate, bordering on sentimental, which is very much not the Drukhari way of doing things (it shows weakness). You aren't lovers in that way, the Rogue Trader is a toy/a pet, fun time is over and he's headed out. To try to pretend more than that is past the Game and an expression of weakness that needs to be put in its place as a "mon-keigh absurdity" as he'd say.
Compare that to the Branding, which is much more his style. It is, for all intents and purposes, a commitment scene, but he doesn't actually say "I want this," he's decided that the Rogue Trader has earned it from him. He talks around, but doesn't even explicitly say, he wants the RT to brand him either, (if asked, best he gives is "well....I mean after I've been so ~submissive~ you would let me just walk around without???? 👀"). And he threatens to walk out if the Rogue Trader keeps asking too many questions because again, he's the lead here and to say so would be to play his hand, which is a major no. If he grabs the RT like he's going to brand them....and it just so happens they have a mighty easy time grabbing that knife from him....well, there's the answer, no words needed. And if the Rogue Trader doesn't grab the knife, well, there's his answer. Y'all don't need to see each other anymore.
Which also makes the final Feast/Big confession hit the way it does because it is the first and only time he's being very direct in how he feels and what he wants, ie. they're equals and he wants the to keep up *all of this* for as long as they've got. And...that's a slip up irt his control of the situation/the Game that the Rogue Trader can exploit. To see:
And for extra juice, the actual threaten to break up line after this is "I am not interested. I think I have played enough with you" which is a nice reversal ie. "testing the limits of who is running the Game." Because if Marazhai's confession is a test, accepting fails it, they were too sentimental. Except he's not actually testing them and he gets genuinely upset and scared at the idea that the Rogue Trader would just leave him like that. Also, (at time of writing iirc), you can't get The Kiss™ if you didn't attempt it earlier at the first Feast. I think it's interesting if, perhaps, that bit of sentimentality made him assume the Rogue Trader was the one who was down bad/being sappy this whole time. Which was fun to play around with before, but now he's caught feelings and the Rogue Trader potentially out-manipulating him on that front only to "abandon" him now is a major blow to his, being, frankly.
And if the Rogue Trader pushes further with the "I do not hear enough pleading in your voice" line, the narration notes he's stuck between "despair and pride" while still refusing to say more because it's not in him to say what he wants with that kind of honesty. And again, like, he's Drukhari so you're never going to get an "I love you" out of him, and he wouldn't accept that from the Rogue Trader in turn, but he doesn't know how to otherwise show that because Drukhari aren't big on straightforward lovey dovey kiss stuff even when they actually feel it. So the Kiss™, a real (romantic) one is an olive branch in the "you don't have to say it but I'll believe you're being honest if you do this" sense but also the Rogue Trader winning irt "the Game is over, show me we're equals, I met you on your level (see: his bullshit), meet me on mine (mon-keigh absurdities)."
#if you made it to the end yay standing ovation because this was way too long jfc#en tee ways#marazhai aezyrraesh#rogue trader#casimira von valancius#<- not because shes mentioned but to mark her playthrough#i didnt like exhaust every dialogue this isnt like holistic meta or w/e cuz again playthrough but yeah#rogue trader spoilers

Please tell me about your ocs!! IM HUNGRY GRRR
helloow omg ! im so honored you want to know more about my ocs aaahhh!! :D my moot @kovu-bunnbunn also wanted to know more so i figured i could do it now !!
i have a bunch of ocs but I’ll just talk about my main oc ryoko right now !!
her full name is ryoko ‘007’ aizawa. I’ll explain the 007 in a minute !! she’s aizawa’s adoptive daughter.
her parents (her dad more specifically, her mom was more of a bystander) are both from very wealthy families and merged. Her parents had an arranged marriage and after some chatter to get to know each other they’re conversations take a little bit of a turn..and inbetween bonding about their favorite movies oop! A lil comment about how the world would he better off without heroes..oh you think so too ? Well look at that, we have so much in common!! long story short they both decide that the want to create something that will be able to take down all might and the entirety of hero society and it’s restrictions,,and I’m pretty sure you can guess what that something was ! nine months later ryoko is born yipeee…!
during her entire pregnancy ryokos mom went through some quirk experiments (sponsored by doctor garaki 👍) because they knew that with both their quirks alone they wouldn’t be able to create a super weapon. (ryokos dad has an overhaul type quirk, and her mom has a healing sort of quirk) so they did some experiments hoping something would change in the womb, and when she was born the kept on doing experiments until she started manifesting a quirk w no attributes from her either of her parents and manifested a fully different quirk than she was originally meant to have,
since she had those experiments done ryokos body adapted to be able to handle her quirk, but it’s not perfect unfortunately.
heres a simple little chart of how it works ! (BTW I DO NOT DRAW LIKE THIS ANYMORE THIS IS OOOOLLLLDD😭😭😭😭)
her quirk is a lot like neijires as in she uses her own energy and converts it into power ! The amount she uses shows in her hair :3 ryoko tho, unlike neijire can do multiple things from sending blasts, to powering herself up to make parts of her body stronger, to making it hard objects like stepping stones she uses to navigate and weapons like dual swords or chains to restrain ppl !! she can also drain other peoples energy (and from her surroundings, but thats only in 100% mode ! ) because of the fact that her body had been modified, ryoko can carry more energy into herself than regular people which is why she can drain energy without any major drawback to a certain extent ! However, her drawbacks are way more severe, overusing her quirks makes her sleepy and drowsy, it gives her nosebleeds and very worse case scenario if she were to have too little or too much energy she could die :0 !!
(ALSO !! I lil extra tidbit: ryoko is capable of sensing peoples energy’s if she concentrates hard enough, it works better if shes seen them before, but she can sense all the energy in humans in her surroundings or if she has a picture, tho it’s slightly weaker and is limited to one person at a time. This is a form of remote viewing that i gave her bc of my obsession w stranger things i had !!😭)
its a pretty powerful quirk that her parents and other scientists knew they could use well, but unfortunately for them ryoko ended up liking heroes (she was barely educated, so she had no idea that she felt admiration for heroes and especially all might, she was alsovaguely aware that she was taught to do the wrong things, because she’d be forced to use her quirk on robots/ small animals in some cases.)
her parents weren’t supposed to feel any affection towards her so they decide to just give her a code name 007 :D which i realized a little too late was the same as james bond..woops😭
anyways fast forward to the biggg “earthquake” incident, shes rescued by a group of heroes, eraser head included :D unfortunately shes detained in tartarus since her being in a constant state of panick set her quirk off and she couldn’t stay in a regular hospital so ryoko has canonically been to tartarus as a inmate at the age of 4 😭! Oh forgot to mention this, but ryoko got her quirk veryy early due to the experiments done before her birth and after.
since ryoko cant control her quirk an aizawa can cancel them, they’re a pretty good matchup !! Fast forward some more and shes living with him ! he adopts her and lets her go to school, where she meets izu n katsuki and they quickly become friends because. Of COURSE. My main ocxcanon ship is a CHILDHOOD FRIENDS TO LOVERS ONEEE😭😭😭😭will i ever stop. raise your hand if you’ve ever seen that one comin
lmk if you want to know more about her or other ocs ! I didn’t wanna ramble TOOO much so this is all the basic info!! plus some drawing of her
two of them r completely credited to horikoshi cus i used ochaco n hagakure as a base !! I accidentally have two in normal mode and two in 100% or overdrive mode as she calls it (tho one of them is a soul eater au :3) ! Both made by me :3
Much luvvv xxxx!!! And thank you Sooo much for your ask again💗💗💗💗

in the core of everything drums a beat - snippets round up post
Actually, not a bad idea to have some kind of post with all the Hellblade fic fragments I've posted so far. In vague order of how they should fit together chronologically in the fic:
Chapter one
Rough draft of chapter one where Thórgestr is having a lot of fever dreams (there was an earlier post with a small section that I think is still my favorite in the chapter)
Also from chapter one, but I think @eisoj5 asking me for "and" as a word in that WIP meme remains hilarious, so here's that post
Chapter two
Part of chapter two and the introduction of my Irish healer OC Iseult
Thórgestr awake and making a very bad joke about getting stabbed, my beloved
First Senua Giantsbane name drop!
"Is my father dead?" "He's alive. He's an exile."
I'm really fond of Fargrímr and I do think he cares about Thórgestr, so this is a nice little moment for that
Chapter three
Intro to the chapter where half-asleep Thórgestr eavesdrops on a conversation between Senua and Fargrímr
There is so much in the game about Thórgestr's dad so why not feature a dream of his mother, here's her introduction
I gave her some very specific spirit vibes :)
You know, lot of emphasis on being your father's child, but Thórgestr is also his mother's son and I think that's important. Also I know surnames are patronymic, but there was that whole thing in the game about the importance of names, chosen names included, and so I really dig the idea of Thórgestr privately thinking of himself as Eindridson. (Also I like prophecies and love the idea of Eindrid as ghostly fate-spirit predicting how Áleifr will die... Honestly, chapter three is a fave!)
Thórgestr probably forgot what his mother's face looked like, so of course he's afraid to look away from her when she appears in his dreams
You ever write a bunch of fun images and then have a friend brainstorm plot developments with you later when you're at a loss on what kind of object you might need characters to go find, so of course your friend is like, "hey, you already wrote what you need." Just me? (thanks @allatariel <3)
Chapter four (current one I'm working on)
The beginning of the chapter
Part of a midnight conversation between Senua and Thórgestr, early in the chapter
A moment I think is cute at the end of that scene
The beginning of an important conversation between Ástríðr and Thórgestr.
"Your father is gone. So is mine. But I’ll have what I’m owed. Tell me, Thórgestr," Ástríðr says, "what is your regret worth? What of your word?"
please I want the beginning of this next scene to be down, I've been struggling
UPDATED: This is now Chapter six because I have lost control of my outline again!!!
A funny part of a conversation with another OC, this one a Bjarg skáld who pitches a marriage of convenience between Senua and Thórgestr to his utter bewilderment
Chapter... uh, current outline says eight... JUST KIDDING it's Chapter ten now
One of my favorite parts I've written for the whole damn thing even now -- Thórgestr doing sword drills alone on a beach near Bárðarvik
Thórgestr and Fargrímr conversation snippets one and two that are actually part of a larger scene
Other posts:
My fanmix / fic playlist post

I want to introduce you all to my Arcana OC – Indigo. An elegant, thin and fragile elf. We love this, huh?
It took me about two months to design the character from scratch, create an accurate design for them and draw it all. And I'm happy with what I got in the end (but I still hate drawing hair).
Some facts about Indigo:
– For their race, they possessed some magical potential, but not too powerful, which is why they spent a lot of time and effort studying and practicing magic.
– Indigo is stronger in theory than in practice, but they are working on it.
– They have some complexes about appearance, namely, they are not satisfied with the structure of the eyelids (asian lol).
– Loves makeup, but they don't know how to apply it, which makes them even more upset about the structure of their own eyelids.
– They do not have the best eyesight (Indigo is quite short-sighted), but acute hearing never fails.
– The only weapon they have is a combat fan. They don't know how to handle other weapons besides this one.
– Ectomorph.
– They love fans of different designs and types, but they don't often part with their own, which is especially valuable to them. No one is allowed to touch this object.
– Their childhood years were spent in a small mountain village in the East. Indigo moved to Vesuvia with ambitions and desires to improve their live. They did not have the heart to stay in remote places for a long time. Moving was not easy for them, just like the process of obtaining high-level skills and status. And today, Indigo value their place and work very much.
– Not very long ago, they got to the position of court magician.
– Indigo dreams of having a pet, but they are not sure that they can provide it with a better life, so they postpone this moment over and over again.
– No matter how much they like Vesuvia, they are periodically overcome by longing for their native place, where they have not returned for many years and are not even completely sure if that village still exists.
– They are wary of strangers and try to keep communication with strangers to a minimum, but on their own initiative, Indigo never reject those who want to communicate with them. But they never start a dialogue first.
– They are prone to perfectionism and are often very critical of themselves and everything they say or do.
– Indigo cries when, while reading a book, they comes across a sad moment where someone feels bad/hurt. Often their impressionability makes them cry at the sight of dead birds and animals. This can spread to plants.
– Very harmless. They defend themselves only if the attitude towards them becomes frankly disgusting. Most often, they ignore small "red flags", even if they notice them, because Indigo always believe that everyone is wrong.
– Indigo is very passionate about history, art, philosophy and literature. They admire those who can draw, sing or write poetry, as they consider these to be the highest talents.
– They also admire those who are stronger than them in anything.
– Their anger manifests itself in the fact that they isolate themselves from everyone or specifically from the one who annoys them, so as not to say unpleasant things. It is difficult to determine that Indigo are annoyed by something. They won't show it.
– Indigo loves sweets so much. Any kind. Just give them more and they will be at your feet.
– They don't like tea. And coffee too.
– They get drunk quickly. Therefore, Indigo prefer not to get involved with alcohol.

It's great to write for the established characters as well as create new OCs, but have you ever done the relatively rare thing of picking out a nameless background character and giving them a name and backstory?
I have actually yes! There's been quite a few background characters I've had little head canons for, mostly from Beauty and the Beast, like the guy driving the cart at the beginning is Lefou's older brother, and the girl he waves to is the older sister of the littlr blonde girl Belle pats on the head.
Or the Little Mermaid 2, with the kids, human and mer. I had names for all of them at one point but can't remember them now xD The blonde merboy was Urchin from The Little Mermaid Animated Series' son though.
The one reall obscure ones I got into were some people in the very last scene of Beauty and the Beast.
There's a girl in green I was going to have her be an apprentice to the Enchantress. But I ended up scrapping the story idea, before I ever did any art, it just no longer fit in with what I was making with my DisneyVerse. But perhaps I'll go back and rework who I think she is one day.
There was also this handsome looking bloke who I had the idea of being a half-brother/illegitimate brother of Prince Adam due to the similarities but decided to nix that idea.
Atm he's the human form of the Music Box, deleted character who was expanded in comics to be the only enchanted object in the castle that started out as an object, not a human. In my version he gained a human form when everyone else turned back, and he looks like young Prince Adam because the music box was a cherised toy of the prince when he was young.
(But tbh I'm not entirely sold on that idea either but its there for now)
Also I'm fairly sure this tall lady in green is the Enchantress
More info about the Music Box under the cut
Taken from the article on the Disney Wiki which I can verify is true because I actually happen to have this comic. But its in one of my many boxes now as I'm moving :p
Oh but they have a picture of the cover/production art so that works too!
In a short-lived comic book series set before the events of Beauty and the Beast (not to be confused with the Marvel comic book series set during Belle's stay at the castle), the Music Box was given a very important part in one issue (specifically Issue 1).
In that issue, it is explained to Chip by Mrs. Potts that unlike the other enchanted objects, the Music Box was never human, and he has been in fact the Beast/Prince's favorite toy. Although Chip along with the Beast likes his music, Cogsworth tends to look down on the Music Box as a "primitive creature".
In an amusing scene where Lumiere tries to coach the Beast in the art of courting by using Fifi (here called Marie) as an example, the Music Box is called on to supply the dance music. The Beast has grown to depend on the Music Box to lull him to sleep with his music, so that when he accidentally smashes him during one of his tantrums, he is devastated.
Lumiere and even Cogsworth are grieved as well, commenting that although he was different than the rest of them, he had a "heart" just the same, and are left wondering if they can put him back together again. The fact that he is seen in the movie at the Battle scene as well as during the Marvel Comic would seem to indicate the positive.
Thanks for the ask!

Question skills go! (Sorry if any of these have been asked before I'm curious and too groggy to scroll) -
Do you have a favorite rock or type of rock?
When was the last time you ate Swedish Fish?
Favorite flavor of chapstick?
Go-to color when sketching other than black?
Rrfggh uh,, do you like shipping in the osc, and if so what's your favorite ship/opinion on MintyMath hfjone?
What was the first object show you watched through all the way and/or what introduced you to the osc?
While I'm here, I know that post where you ask for objects to doodle was in mmay but I'm. I'm here now, and while I'm here I have objects,, very optional, I was first and foremost here to just show support. Awesome to talk to awesome people
My main bugs and a few that don't have a place in the story/are one offs from me. Doodling them is not required and not even expected from me, part of this is just me practicing sharing rambles/characters with people
Love you. You you're so. The uhh endorphins. Stop drugging me with your animations.
Remember to hydrate yourself and take care otherwise!!
hello!!! i love all the questions so heres my answers for each one!!!
i love igneous rocks! specifically a'a, a type of volcanic rock found pretty commonly where i live! i dont really remember the last time i had them, probably a couple months back i got some from some sort of store LOL but they are very good i dunno... probably cherry or sum, i havent used chapstick in like years so i cant remember i actually dont sketch for my art, i just go straight into lineart (probably a sin), the only time ive sketched is in AJPW, where opacity doesnt exist, so i use purple usually for that LOL im not huge into shipping, i liked pillowbook for a while, but other than that i dont know many ships or really mind them all too much! for the ship, i havent seen it before, but i dont mind it!! seems neat! the first shows i watched when i joined the osc were the basic ones (bfdi/bfb), and also object filler (again) by diamondcup57!!
thanks for the awesome questions, also, love ur ocs!!! i tried drawing them, plus my own little rock guy i made based off the rock guys! -^ ^-
prob my longest post on here! wow

• Immune to Magic Influence - Yup, Don't have to worry about getting mind controlled or etc.
Weaknesses
• Armadillos: The armor of an armadillo is immune to magic.
• Sensitivity - Blake's body reacts to the environment they are in Including drugs, chemicals, or other substances. For example, a person who is sensitive to the sun may have skin that burns easily or get a rash when exposed to the sun.
• Magical Build-up - Blake will explode & turns into Magic Dust if they don't use there Magic for 3 Months of Time depending on what they do, since Blake use their Magic Offten they don't have to worry plus. If they Explode that Leftover Magic could Knock Magical Being Out or make them Dizzy or a state of Confusion which is not a good idea.
(Since they don't want to get Captured or People Finding Out about their Existence & try to use them. Also the Part that they don't want to go to Magic School since the School System in their Past Life is SMOOF UP!)
Hot 🔥 & Cold 🥶 - Blake gets Extremely Weak & Tried in the Heat while the Cold they are very Active & Strong depending on what they do & the temperature in the environment.
Laziness - Blake is Extremely Lazy & Does not want to Work Hard 😑 so they usually Hire People to do it for her unless it's something she wants to do & Enjoy or Motivated.

DESCRIPTION
No Magical Being or None-Magical Beings knows about their Existence and only a few select people knows. ✨️ Florian Blake Harper lives in their Fanmade Country that became Reality once she got Reincarnated into their Merge AU Universe they wanted to Live in.
Blake's Home Country is called "GenvesFepre"
It kinda works Similar like "Hogwarts" we're Magical Beings are allowed to know their Existence while Muggles are ignorant.
But in this Reality, Magical Being who are Born in that Country are not allowed 🚫 to tell people outside of their Home Country. Only a Few Select People are allowed to know and can visit this Place 🏡 and Experience their Culture.
It's a Country we're Magical and None-Magical Beings are Living Together in Harmony like Humans, Fairies, Pixies, Genies, Elves, Leprechauns and Surprisingly Anti-Fairly live Among them Perfectly Fine without Causing Trouble and Living their own Lives.
If a Foreigner somehow got Accepted into "GenvesFepre" is literally a Utopia to these people because how Perfect it seems, but the problem is... it is Perfect! Since the System in Place is Flawless. NO WONDER why these people who are Born in GenvesFepre are Perfectly Happy and Content with their Lives.
Of course there's a Few Bad Apples and People who are not Content with their Lives, but Lucky the System deals with these type of People Perfectly Fine, after all "GenvesFepre" made sure the that these People who are Born in their Country are Unaware of their Perfect and Flawless System in Place, to help them Grow and Learn and Find their Purpose in Life.
But it really depends on the Person because the System can't Reform every Bad Apple or Save People who doesn't want to get Saved, since it's there Lives and Actions they Decide to make. And they have to Deal with the Karma Bitting them Back or be Sented to Death.
INVENTORY
Blake made their own Magical Phone 📱 since they don't want to pay any Bills or have anyone tracking them down, please they can change their phone to Camera Mode to take better Pictures 📸 while being able to print 🖨 Stuff Out.
It also Works like a Magic Wand, even though she doesn't need a Wand in the First Place to make Wishes come Ture, but she can use her Phone as a Wand if she wants to.
Sapphire is Lively, Vivacious, Intelligent, and Affectionate. They can make for great service dogs with adequate training and are best suited for mental and intellectual disabilities rather than physical ones.
Blake legit Befriended Star Stial because it's Cool to find another Hybrid other than themselves.

we have. weird insys things that no one else seems to have.
[content warning; talk of necrosis and wounds and infections]
We have insys infections and insys.. like. status effects? It's weird but we have a couple of alters who are all radioactive, with how radioactive they are varying. We have alters who are infected with a sculk infection, in which they end up covered in sculk (all glowy and oozy) and end up rotting slowly with time. It seemingly affects their personalities too, them not quite acting like themselves at times. Like the sculk infection you often see in minecraft servers or fan works, they are seemingly taken over by the urge to spread the infection. At times, that is their only goal, taking over all other parts of themselves and only acting on this one objective. It's FASCINATING to study and look at!! We have many theories on why this is and the specifics of this infection, but that can be put into another post :). Then we have an almost glitch infection, which mostly just affects alters physically, making their body glitch out visually and ache a little. Some of them are actually different from each other!! We have some with constant visual glitches, that only mess up their vocals occasionally, and then we have more Vanellope von Schweetz style glitches, with them only glitching occasionally and their speech only being affected when these glitches happen. They unfortunately don't get any cool powers like Vanellope, though. It has a worse affect on technology based alters, messing them up a lot more than any human or humanoid alter. One of our computer based alters went through this for little under a week, with them not working as fast and being generally lethargic and in pain, we had to have someone give them a reboot to help. We actually know the cause of this infection, which is an alter of a minecraft oc we made a WHILE back- in his source he was just someone who got experimented on and ended up literally made of a glitchy substance! Everything in his proximity very slowly turned into this glitchy substance, with him having to move several serval times, accidentally dooming several groups of people, cities, and civilizations with this. I believe this is at least one cause of the infection :). It really is FASCINATING to study!!! We recently discovered another infection we didn't know about- its not quite new but its not as old as the others, though I could be wrong. We just call it the "Rot Infection", an almost zombie like infection that infects mostly humans + humanoid alters. It DOESNT turn people into zombies, lets be clear, its basically just an infection that causes necrosis of the skin, or organic material. We do have some zombies, and we have a surprising amount of zombies that are affected by this! You can tell that these alters are affected because their bodies are (usually) not very far into the rotting process (they also never change, they do not rot more nor do they regress) and the infection causes their already rotted bodies to rot more, with their bodies decaying noticeably more and these wounds turning much darker. The infection does not do much other than affect them visually, they are often fatigued and experience brain fog often, along with getting colder temperature wise, but that is all. This does affect some robots as well, with one of our animatronic alters being affected by the infection. However, since they are an animatronic they do not experience any other symptom other than necrosis, and even then, its not necrosis since they do not have skin. Their synthetic fur has rotted away, turning gross and odorous, but it is my belief that we could simply cut away the fur that is rotted and they would be fine. It hasn't spread as fast as the humanoids that have it because they aren't human, but it still can affect them.
But yeah :33. OH and we ALSO have in sys religions too!! We only recently discovered this, but one we know about is "The order Of The Cosmic Fungi", which is a religion that worships the Pokémon Shiinotic! We only figured it out because of our local detective, Valentine, apparently has been looking into it! Heres what he wrote about it on our simplyplural;; "Also known as the Order Of Shiinotic, but few call them that. They worship the Pokémon known as Shiinotic. Not as a god, but as an eternal cosmic being. They compare Shiinotic's mycelium-ness to the holiness of an angel and the holiness of the cosmos and the universe as a whole." And like. its ONE Shiinotic, not like. Shiinotic as a whole species. Which. Is odd??? We also have really vague knowledge of other religions, such as one that worships sculk + our local warden alter, and another which just worships a very specific alter?? can't for the LIFE of me remember who.
UHHH YEAH THATS ALL!!! really needed to get this off of my chest hehe :3
-Alex + Cecil of the @wtnvsys
The infections sound pretty interesting I must say, I bet seeing this phenomena in your system and studying them it's fascinating and can give you a lot of time to see about it
We actually have something similar in terms of infection, but it's more of a sickness because you can't infect others, it's just something that happens
Anyways, it does sounds pretty interesting to know about those kind of things happening internally
In the religions case depending on how it's managed it can be some kind of fictionreligion or neoreligion! It sounds interesting and you're not alone in that, we also have some religions internally that we only practice lol
What a long and fun infodump!

Hey Sophie. I prefer to talk about plural stuff anonymously at this stage of my life, but rainydaysystem has anons turned off (which is fair enough!) so maybe you could post this to share.
I no longer like the term MADD, I prefer the term neuronarration, since that's more grounded in mad pride and antipsychiatry approaches rather than shame and treating everything as a pathology. My daydreaming processes aren't inherently a bad thing, and it only becomes 'maladaptive' in specific contexts when the balance of my life has been thrown off by some type of event and my coping methods aren't up and running or aren't enough. But anyway, that's semantics, I used the term MADD from 2012-2023.
I'm using singular pronouns here but I'm plural & endo, and daydreaming has a major impact on my experience of plurality. I may end up making a neocities just to write about this stuff at some point.
The way I see it, daydreaming is a type of creative and theatrical process, right, like playing with dolls or dress-ups or creative writing. So that's why it can be so useful as a coping strategy, and also why it can be so emotionally engaging that it's hard to disengage from daydreaming - because we're social animals and theatrical play is something that's really good for our brains.
And different people daydream in different ways, but I have a very visual and sensory and spatial imagination, and so my daydreaming involves a lot of creative design of settings and characters and costumes and props and worldbuilding, and a lot of stories/scenes that I can replay and redevelop, and change what implications get drawn out, and change what emotional tone and themes get explored, like people do with fanfiction where the core cast/settings/themes are a jumping off point and you can process a lot of different things by engaging with them in different ways. So it's like my daydreaming is a medium that naturally has no finished endpoint because the fact that it's an open process is the whole nature of the beast.
I think a huge part of how it connects to plurality is that you're basically practicing really good internal coping techniques the whole time. Having a headspace/innerworld/wonderland, and designing it to have certain features, and having objects and behaviours internally that are supported by it, has a LOT in common with daydreaming. You've got a setting, and "characters", and when you need to have a conversation between people or process some emotions, you mentally go through the whole "scene". And there are obvious differences in terms of agency and volition, between an OC and a headmate, but you know, it's good for the social development of singlets to do some sort of narrative play because it's practice that helps them interact with other singlets, and I think that's what it's like with daydreaming and internal communication for plurals.
And there are resources out there trying to explain innerworld visualisation exercises so people can make use of coping techniques based on imagining resources inside the headspace and making use of them - I feel like I've got a lot of experience and a lot of confidence with visual and spatial and sensory imagination of settings and objects, so as soon as I discovered that type of coping advice, it was SO EASY to immediately deliberately integrate it as a plural coping technique. Because you basically practice the underlying skills all the time while daydreaming.
If you've practiced imagining settings and objects, you can easily use internal landscaping and headspace tools; and if you've practiced imagining narrative scenes involving multiple figures with different perspectives, and going deep into an emotional tone and then working towards resolving the narrative, you've practiced both emotional regulation and internal communication. And having that familiarity is good for your confidence and esteem and sense of efficacy and power and trust that you can turn to these tools whenever you need to.
That's the biggest impact of daydreaming on plurality for me, there are all these coping strategies that are notoriously especially useful for plurals who need to develop internal communication and collaboration between headmates in order to function, and not all plurals have headspaces/innerworlds, but it can really help using those techniques. And the daydreaming was like a 15-year intensive crash course on those exact ideal coping techniques, before I even knew about my plurality, so I could immediately put my daydreaming skills to work deliberately on plural stuff as soon as I knew about it. I think that was a profoundly important and good thing for me.
Thanks for sharing your experiences!

Chaos's realm..
This is mostly for fun, since I have an idea about Chaos, Lowell's realm. To be honest, I don't have a favorite oc per say, but I do enjoy Lowell quite a lot. He's one of my more out there oc's in the TEETH world. Before I start, I'll give a general explication of the worlds and words I'm going to use for certain things, since it's the first time I publicly write about this in depth, and I it would be confusing without. First of all, let's talk "status", what a character could be. We'll go from least powerful to most powerful.
We have mortals, this one is pretty easy, powerless, they can die. After death, there is nothing else, their souls' energy is released into the world, or used by gods.
Immortals, these are mortals who's souls haven't..Deteriorated, but who's mortal body no longer exists. They are rare, but not impossible.
Gods. They are creatures that live within the different realms, which I will explain in a bit. They have power, restricted, but they all serve a role. They are just a little bit taller than mortals, most of the time. Mortals vary in size and species, so do gods. They do not have control over the realms, but they are here to help their rulers hold balance. Which, I'm going to talk about them next.
Tallest, they are large gods, withholding much more power. Their duty is to keep the balance for the world, and watch over their realm. They keep the World healthy, and their realm thriving.
Gods and mortals cannot interact, due to the World separating itself in two main realms..The god's realm, and the mortal's realm.
The god's world consists of multiple realms grown from the soul of the Tallests, each Tallest has a realm, who's people, gods, have specific attributes, looks, and powers, that tie them to the realm they were born in.
I'll let it be known that all of this is an extremely watered down explications, bit I won't kill you with all those details, don't worry. I'll talk about the lord of chaos's realm, now.
Lowell, one of the Tallests, being particularly different than the others, also owns a very different realm. While most realms have gods that look like animals, though not quite like the mortals, Lowell's people tend to resemble toys, some maybe have objects for heads, some look like dolls, some look like wooden toys.. There are also more animal looking creatures, though they never look quite right. Some are hybrids, much like Lowell, who is some sort of hyena and otter. Their power is related to some sort of shape shifting, whether literal or not. Since some look like toys, they can change the way they look by switching parts, adding new parts, or just changing their order.
I've given each realm a theme, Death's realm looks like an oversized gothic building, well lit, cool stone, buildings and homes carved inside the walls of the realm, and ghouls on the walls placed strategically as to not lose yourself, as leaving the center parts may lead into what feels like a labyrinth. The ghouls are always on one side of the buildings, if they are situated on the right, you are going towards the center. If they are on the left, you are walking away from it. The realm looks like it once had vines and life ingrained into the walls, nature had been building up everywhere.
Greed's realm is underwater, and upside down, situated under all the other realms. A dark atmosphere, yet lighting was not a problem. It's people living in a large market, the place was not designed for people outside the realm, while they can enter and breathe perfectly fine, they cannot swim, and some places cannot be accessed easily or at all if you aren't from that realm, meaning you can't swim.
There's more, but that is all for today, I don't want to destroy or give any sort of spoilers. ;)

Undertaker’s Shop of Mysteries
Ever since he was introduced way back in 2006 (7?), almost all of the weirdness has been shown to have ties with a bigger project. There are many items in the Undertaker workspace that seem like cluster but are actually grave additions to the series.
Here is the overlook from a chapter at the beginning of the Circus Arc:
We already know there are actually 4 people in that room (at least) with RC sleeping inside the coffin OC is sitting on. The speech bubble kind of blocks it but you can see the weapons (I don’t know what they are called) UT uses in Book of Atlantic stored on the right side to the shelf behind UT. Other than these, I think there are three items that can be additions to the plot.
The coffin behind Sebastian that is covered with a cloth. At first only seems normal that there would be a coffin there, but that coffin -just like RC’s- have been there since the start of the story. During the Jack the Ripper investigation, Madam Red, Lau, Grell, Sebastian and OC go to Undertaker to learn about the victims. While OC sits in the coffin that has RC inside, Grell and Madam Red choose to sit on a coffin that is placed around the same location and has a cloth covering it.
Also, the coffins that keep reappearing all seem dirty/older. If RC’s coffin, which appears useless this early in the story looks used. Then there is a chance that the clothed coffin could be used to store an important character presumed dead too.
The second is the coffin behind Undertaker. When UT is introduced to the series, his first action is coming out of there (Jack the Ripper Chapter).
Maybe it’s just his bed since he is a very eccentric character, or like a break room of some sorts. But I feel like he had made that coffin for somebody before the bizarre doll experiments began, and later retrieved it as a memorabilia of some sort.
Maybe Claudia? Maybe Vincent? I don’t think any concrete info can be obtained about the person further than this.
The coffin is probably not used for corpse preservation for bizarre dolls like RC since there are cushions inside and no tanks like there is in RC coffin.
The reason why I think it’s not UT’s coffin in which he was buried as human is because there have been no mention of grim reapers interacting with their human self so far. The design is similar to the ones UT uses for funerals and experimental reasons too so it’s more likely that he made it.
The last object that I believe is important is this weird glass (?) jar of a heart. It’s located under the speech bubble (first image) next to the shelf that is blocked by the speech bubble.
It’s really weird to see an object that is mostly used in today’s sci-if movies in the office of an 19th century Undertaker.
Conservation of human body parts is not a new practice as you all may know. What’s different is the technology. Since Undertaker is a grim reaper, he does have access to technology that is centuries ahead (the death cythes as example). The liquid could be the same one that RC was kept in. It wouldn’t be weird to see organs floating in a glass jar at an Undertaker too. That’s probably why Sebastian didn’t notice it specifically.
To be honest, I’m not sure if that is exactly a heart. But I will assume it is and all the ideas will continue on from there. By know, we know that when bizarre dolls are deprived of blood in a way their blood vessels start showing. Maybe the reason why is that they don’t have hearts. All the nerve impulse is generated from the brain so it makes sense that they can continue moving until their heads are destroyed. If they don’t have working hearts than the blood circulation could be controlled by a device UT installed (grim reaper technology) or while they are given blood, used blood can be removed in the process. This may also be why they can’t go for long times without being hooked up to machines.
I’m currently re-binging the series, will reblog when there’s additional info. Thank you for reading :)

Ok, with Kraken coming what's your explanation for it returning considering the whole debacle from your Kraken post?
incredibly good question. for context, at the end of my years-old Kraken post explaining what the Kraken is (a deimatic display, which was harnessed as a turf war special through the use of cool steroids for fun), I explained that it was discontinued because use of the drug that triggered the special made the body more responsive to the natural, emotional triggers for the Kraken over extended use. That would make natural Krakening easier to trigger over time for people who are already used to Krakening very often, even through unnatural means (the drug), and as the Kraken is a self-defensive reaction to extremely dangerous situations normally, that is Very Bad. So, once cases of this happening became more common and more known over time, the drug and Kraken with it was promptly banned from Turf Wars alongside the other current Specials during the Special Weapon Overhaul. And at the end of that post I specifically said it's VERY UNLIKELY that the Kraken will ever return to the battlefield.
Well, here we are! The Kraken has returned! HOORAYYYYY!
back to the topic at hand. WHY?
There's multiple options, honestly. First off, we're in the SPLATLANDS now. Splatsville is the city of chaos and they clearly don't give a shit about some "special weapon overhaul" over there! They're probably not bound by laws of the Inkopolis turf scene. So this is the theory that Splatsville Turfers Simply Don't Care and the Kraken is still objectively REALLY, REALLY COOL and they want to be Krakens! A lot of Splatsville's turfing culture and weapons seems to have been inspired by Inkopolis' early turfing culture, so it wouldn't be surprising that Kraken made it in eventually - whether they know about its cons or not.
So the theory has one pretty obvious flaw, that being that Splatoon 3 also has Turf Wars that take place in Inkopolis maps. Um, in that case yes, actually the Inkopolis Turf Laws actually DO apply. So, we could extend the meaning of the Order vs. Chaos Splatfest and say that since chaos won, the Special Weapon Overhaul might have been seriously revised or just... undone, and the rules loosened overall. It would make sense given that really powerful special weapons like the Triple Inkstrike and Trizooka are ALSO being used on Inkopolis grounds despite those weapons already being banned once before pretty much, but seems like kind of a huge oversight...
There is also the chance that the drug used to trigger this Kraken is a different, improved one - it's called the Kraken ROYALE now (i think) after all, not JUST "Kraken". I have no idea how they would've made an improved drug that just makes involuntary Krakening not happen over time, assuming the drug itself wasn't the problem... the Krakening itself was the problem. Or they were both part of the problem. But the point is, not sure how they'd manage to make a drug that accomplishes the exact same thing without triggering a third thing that directly correlates with repeated Krakening using an outside trigger. But like, there's the chance that they somehow did?
And, you know, when we're talking about capitalism and monetary gain there's always the chance that the people selling the drug in the first place are trying really hard to push the New Version really hoping that everybody forgot what happened last time. It's been a few years.
Of course, the final theory is not a theory, but the brewing fear that now that the Kraken is relevant again, Nintendo will give a canon reasoning as to what the Kraken ACTUALLY is and I'll have to rewrite all my OC lore.

Yayy more headcanons and stuff. Basically continuing off the post I made a few months ago regarding Maduke’s business with his literal dozens of disposable tools children.
Well, there’s more to it. And it gets worse. By a lot.
Link to previous post for more context (highly recommended for a full understanding of this post’s context):
In my previous post I’ve mentioned how Maduke probably has 50 ish children. To be precise, those are the ones we more or less know of, as in the ones who 1. survived early childhood and 2. somewhat have their names recognized by a decent portion of werewolf society.
This doesn’t include the ones that either died or disappeared before they were really “introduced” to the clan, if at all. In fact, it is possible that no werewolves (except for Maduke himself) even knew of these werewolf children’s existence. Not even their own mothers. I’ll get to that in just a bit.
Long story short.
Long, long ago, Maduke had already been conspiring with certain evil nobles for some time, before Muzaka’s disappearance and his own eventual ascension to the position of Lord of the Werewolves. Just as the nobles needed to gain Maduke’s trust, he also had to gain their trust, as the sentiment had to be mutual before either party was willing to take it to the next level.
So on Maduke’s part, he had to offer something to the nobles to prove his sincerity as well as his full commitment to their mutual cause. It can be reasonably inferred that whatever it was, it was related to them eventually plotting to have the Noblesse and Muzaka take each other out. Anyways, Maduke’s offer couldn’t have been just anything. This was the problem. The nobles already had everything they could possibly want. They were as self-sufficient at it gets from a material standpoint. There wasn’t much for Maduke to give. There was nothing he could think of, as he was also aware that his fellow conspirators probably had all that they needed back in Lukedonia.
Maduke was certain that whatever he decides to offer has to be both irresistible and unheard of. And it has to be solid. No concepts, no empty promises, but something the nobles can physically get their hands on. An object basically. And Maduke couldn’t just do the bare minimum; he had to impress them. And then… he had the most brilliant and evilest of ideas. Maduke recalled one of the nobles mentioning how he enjoys “doing rather harmless research on living beings for the sake of their kind’s advancement” or something along those lines. Perhaps that was a very twisted way of saying “I like doing cruel experiments on my own kind and I will do whatever it takes to fulfill my own selfish goals, and I’ll gladly sacrifice them at anytime”.
Hah. That’s it.
Even if this specific fellow conspirator was very smart and cunning, he still needed to be very careful if he wanted to stay undetected under his noble Lord’s eyes. Too many odd disappearances would raise suspicions, and in the case where a pattern arises, it would harder to pass them off as a mere coincidence. But when you think about it… those disappearances only applied to nobles. They are registered in the system, and every disappearance would be marked and investigated, which makes illegal experimentation much harder, especially if it involves accidental or intentional killing of the subjects. No one said anything about members of other races. Well, experimenting on humans wasn’t completely unheard of at that time, even though the law banned it long ago. Even then, smuggling humans to work on wasn’t worth the time. Humans have their limits. They are fragile, they are short-lived, and overall just make unimpressive test subjects.
Werewolves on the other hand… they would make much more worthwhile test subjects. Even your average werewolf is much more durable than the outliers of the human race. Yup. Maduke figured it out pretty quickly. He could find a way to smuggle werewolves into Lukedonia for the evil nobles to experiment on. No one would suspect a thing. Besides, no noble test subjects being involved means no noble disappearances at all, which would make cruel experiments much more easy to carry out for his fellow conspirators. And secretly bringing werewolves into Lukedonia itself is unprecedented, let alone with the intention of using them as test subjects. Yeah, no one will even think in that direction. Perfect. Even Maduke had himself impressed by his own idea.
Except this is easier said than done. Unlike humans, werewolves can fight back. They are strong, they are feisty, and they can cause a lot of damage. Maduke couldn’t just randomly pick members of his own kind and send them off to their doom like he can do as he pleases with the grapes in his vineyard. He had to maintain his own image in front the general werewolf population. This was no easy task, as he had to maneuver around both Muzaka’s followers and his own followers. Maduke needed to be careful. Kidnapping active clan members was not an option, as he would raise suspicions within the clan, and many of them can actually resist capture. Speaking of which, the nobles probably don’t want ones who can’t fight back. Even if Maduke were to offer his fellow werewolves as part of a negotiation gift, they couldn’t be just any werewolf. The nobles wouldn’t want your average werewolf. To impress them, Maduke figured that he needed to offer ones that are stronger, faster, and tougher. The warriors. Someone who is capable of reaching that rank, would be suitable.
Now what? Warriors could defend themselves and are no easy prey. The only state in which werewolf warriors cannot fight back is when they are still young. Children. Infants. The implication is obvious. If Maduke had no warriors he could offer right away, he’ll just make some. Problem solved.
At this point Maduke had already started to build and solidify his power through his kin, so this wasn’t exactly a new concept to him. It’d be easy, he thought. All he needed to do was to hand pick a few strong ones and send them to the nobles right after they’re born. Heh, excellent idea.
So Maduke contacted his fellow conspirators in Lukedonia about his offer and let them know that this is his way of showing sincerity from his end. The nobles, particularly one of them, were more than willing to accept Maduke’s deal. They seemed to favor the idea. Except they wanted more. Maduke had written three strong werewolf infants aka. “warrior material” in his initial offer. The nobles replied and demanded that as long as there are multiples in one birth, he has to give one to them. If he has twins, he gets to keep one; if he has triplets, he gets to keep two, and so on. And don’t try to secretly keep one for yourself, because we’ll figure it out. Anything worthy of your blood, you must select one and give them to us, they said.
Fuck. Damn those nobles. Greedy and insatiable as ever, aren’t they. If Maduke was cunning, the nobles were just as cunning. They knew the game just as well as he did. As much as Maduke wanted to reject this extra request, he needed help from the nobles’ side. So Maduke reluctantly agreed to this extra condition, and the deal was sealed. That is all.
Maduke would’ve preferred to keep every single one of the strongest of his kin for himself, as they all were his resources, but he had no choice but to make this sacrifice on his part if he were to have the nobles’ support. After all, Maduke had trade something of equal value for what he desired, to keep it fair. Perhaps he even pitied himself, now that he couldn’t get to keep all his “tools” for himself. Woe is me for being robbed of what I am entitled to, he thought. Pretty ironic considering how he was literally robbing his own kin of the lives they could’ve had. But it doesn’t matter, because the only one he cares about is himself. Oh, Maduke, Maduke. Tsktsk.
The next part wasn’t so hard, now that Maduke had figured out the last piece of the puzzle. Stillborn werewolves weren’t an uncommon sight. Sad, but not unfamiliar. Maduke knew how to manipulate his partners using this phenomenon. He would be there while his partners gave birth. When his partners had more than one living child, he would take one away immediately before their own mother was aware of the situation. He would then tell the mother that he took one away because they were born still and didn’t want to “sadden” her any further with the sight of their dead child. Some of them weren’t easy to convince, but in the end, Maduke gets what he wants with his lies.
Of course, Maduke didn’t do this with every single birth with multiple children in it, as it would’ve been way too suspicious anyway. And the nobles were never really interested in the more “average” test subjects, so Maduke only snuck out the ones who were visibly stronger and sturdier, which were signs of children who had the potential of a future warrior. There wasn’t a single time when Maduke hadn’t wished that he could keep all the stronger ones for his own use, but he had to honor his end of the promise to the nobles. His loss. A huge loss, but still worth it in the big picture. Besides, he could just have even more kids. Simple solution for a simple problem.
You’ll never know what Maduke’s bottom line is, because it is seemingly nonexistent.
And that concludes the second part of my Maduke hcs.
Now onto the OCs! They are all Maduke’s children.
(Btw Maduke never names any of his children. He is completely indifferent to that matter, just like how he only sees them as his tools. Their mothers do the naming)
(These OCs are not listed in any particular order. Their age order is flexible, even then it is not important to the story)
Finn: Son of Bianca and Lunark’s full-sibling. Turns out Lunark isn’t her mother’s only child... Finn is actually her twin and younger brother. Maduke had to honor his promise and pick one to keep for himself and send the other one to the nobles. Lunark was the one he kept, and Finn was the one he gave up. Maduke could sense that both of Bianca’s children are powerful, and he had a hard time deciding. Ultimately, he kept Lunark simply because she has Bianca’s eyes. Of course he told Bianca that the second child was a stillborn and that he got rid of him for her because he “felt so much sorrow” for their son’s death. Bianca never believed him. She knew Lunark’s twin was born healthy and strong, but she kept quiet for her and her daughter’s sake, as she couldn’t risk their safety. Perhaps Bianca’s departure from werewolf island had something to do with her missing son. She refuses to believe that he is dead, and will search the world for him.
Finn was the name Bianca gave to her “dead” son she never even got to see. The nobles’ name for him is Hadeon. He was very well-hidden as a test subject and still remains isolated in a lab operated by some members of Lagus’ remaining devoted followers. Turns out Raskreia failed to weed out all of them.
Finn is alive in the present day and whether he gets rescued and reunited with his mother and sister, whom he has no knowledge of, is a mystery. No one knows anything about his personality, likes and dislikes, just… nothing. His fate remains unknown.
Pomme: Daughter of Savanna and Kentas’ full-sibling. Technically, his sister-to-be if his mother hadn’t been murdered by his father. This is what Pomme would’ve looked like if she survived along with her mother. Pomme was conceived about a week or two before Savannah discovered Maduke’s true nature, threatened to expose him, and told him that she’d take her son with her. Maduke had to silence Savannah on the spot and he didn’t care if she was pregnant with his second child. Savannah truly loved Maduke with all her heart and sworn loyalty to him up until the very moment she found out about his schemes. A tragedy for Savannah and Pomme, and Kentas who lost both his mother and unborn sister. Pomme would’ve grown up as a strong, all-rounder werewolf warrior just like her older brother, whom she would’ve affectionately called “Kenny”. She would’ve loved to sit on her mother’s apple tree and enjoy fresh apples together with her family, and have butterflies land on the tip of her nose.
Pomme was never born and Savannah remains “missing” in the present day and Kentas still thinks his mother had only disappeared, unaware that she is dead with his unborn younger sibling whom he doesn’t even know had existed.
Copper: Son of an unnamed werewolf woman. Copper was a hard worker. He really tried his best. Despite his efforts, he just wasn’t born as a fighter and he was very lacking in terms of both his abilities in combat and his will to fight. Copper was one of the many “weaker” children in the background whom Maduke assigned spy/informant duties to. Even then, he failed to prove himself to be useful to his father and eventually the latter ordered to have him delivered to the labs. Copper begged and begged Maduke for another chance as he was being dragged away to his doom. Being the relatively weak werewolf he was, he didn’t last for long as a test subject. He cried and screamed for his mother as the werewolf scientists strapped him down and injected him with what would become the dose that kills him. Unbeknownst to him, his mother was too busy trying to redeem herself in front of Maduke with promises of more children, where she pretty much forgot that Copper even existed.
Copper stays dead without any sort of proper burial as his body was burnt in a pile with many other “failed” test subjects. His presence was a weak one and not even many of siblings remember him. Lunark builds a little tombstone for him by the shores.
Olga: Daughter of an unnamed werewolf woman. She is no warrior, just like many of her siblings who ended up as spies and informants because they weren’t good enough to be warriors thus had no right to stand directly next to their father. Olga would’ve been shipped off to the labs just like her half-sibling Copper, but she saved herself. You see, Olga is smart. Money smart. She risked her life by appearing in front of Maduke without him summoning her and asked for a chance to prove herself, and that he’ll definitely find her to be very useful to him. To her surprise, Maduke did not yell at her or have her dragged away. Perhaps he was in a good mood, or he was feeling generous. Doesn’t matter what it was. He simply told her very well, then prove it within the time frame he gives her. And Olga did. Olga was successful. Very successful. Turns out, she is very good at organizing the clan’s budget and saved a lot of time and money for Maduke. She is also very efficient at turning money into more money. To everyone’s surprise, she rose through the ranks very quickly despite not being a warrior and was soon able to secure herself a spot where her status couldn’t be touched by anyone… not even Maduke himself. She was simply too unique and valuable to him, even if he wanted to dispose of her for whatever reasons, which he did not have. He was quite satisfied with her contributions. Her talent ended up saving her from the tragic fate that most of her half-siblings suffered from.
Olga is alive in the present day and continues to manage money for the clan after Muzaka’s return as Lord. She is the one who communicates with her youngest half-sibling and celebrity Oswald Kravei when he sends part of his paycheck back home to support the revival of his clan. The werewolves are able to thrive financially thanks to them.
Erez: Son of an unnamed werewolf woman. He is no warrior. He is also fortunate in an unfortunate way. Just like his half-sister Olga, he had a talent that saved him from being tossed away by his father sooner or later. Erez has a thing for science. Specifically, he knows how to work with werewolf bodies. His intuition and understanding of body modifications meant that his father would assign him to work in the labs as a scientist. At least way better than being a test subject. But how much better? Many of the test subjects that were ruthlessly dumped into his and his team’s labs were his acquaintances. His friends. And… his family. In fact, Erez was the one who injected Copper with the final dose that killed him. Copper was his half-sibling and cousin, and their mothers were sisters. Erez couldn’t have possibly disobeyed his father’s orders, unless he wanted to die too. Maduke, for the “greater good” of the clan, would continue to kill his own clan members through Erez’ hands. Erez is permanently traumatized.
Erez is alive in the present day, and no longer works in the labs. In fact he can’t even go near them at all because it would trigger his trauma. He is very ashamed of himself for surviving while most of his siblings are dead, and thinks of himself as a coward. Currently, he lives alone in a more secluded area in werewolf island and his only activity is tending to a small farm, as some form of atonement/self exile/whatever his way of coping is. He refuses to listen to Lunark, Kentas and his other remaining living siblings when they reassure him that it wasn’t his fault, and rejects all their invitations to come live with the rest of the werewolves in the more populated areas.
Meryam: Daughter of an unnamed werewolf woman. Meryam was a not a warrior. She shared a mother with Rio, and was Rio’s older sister. Meryam worked as a spy for Maduke. She was sharp, diligent, and ruthless. She was also completely loyal to Maduke, and the latter could trust her more than his other children. Meryam carried out all his orders without question. Her inability to reach the warrior status never stopped her from her work. Meryam’s main task was to keep tabs on the nobles whom Maduke worked with. Just because he had a deal with them doesn’t mean that he trusted them completely. Besides, he was only using them as they were using him, and he was going to get rid of them altogether anyway. Maduke needed to monitor them and Meryam was the answer. Well, one of them. But the nobles weren’t dumb. Maduke wasn’t the only one with spies. The nobles knew. They figured it out sooner or later, and ambushed and captured Meryam and brought her back to Lukedonia for questioning and later using her as a test subject because it would’ve been a waste to kill her immediately. Meryam kept her mouth shut even as she was being brutally tortured by the nobles in their lab. Anything for Maduke. She eventually dies as their experiments exceeded her body’s maximum threshold.
Meryam stays dead and Maduke couldn’t say anything to the nobles about her going missing because then it would’ve been him admitting to sending spies to watch his supposed allies. In return, he simply killed their spies. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. We aren’t so different from each other, are we?
Rio: Son of an unnamed werewolf woman. Rio was a warrior. He didn’t have much endurance but he was blessed with large amounts of explosive power. He shared a mother with Meryam, and was Meryam’s younger brother. Just like his sister, Rio was fiercely loyal to Maduke. His father’s will was his will. Rio was determined enough to eliminate anyone who stood in his father’s way, even if they were his family. According to ancient tradition, Rio’s status as warrior was a debatable one because he more or less only achieved the rank after he received a bloodstone implant. But again there was no such thing as tradition under Maduke’s reign because of course Maduke’s very existence was the new tradition. Rio had his own party of werewolves and was sent by Maduke to search the lands for other potential intruders during the werewolf arc, but they didn’t run into anyone. Rio died from getting his life sucked out of him from Maduke’s bloodstone implants, as he was one of the less fortunate werewolves who didn’t make a recovery after Maduke was destroyed.
Rio stays dead and the werewolves gave him a proper burial with Maduke’s other victims.
Kiba: Daughter of an unnamed werewolf woman.
Kiba is a warrior. She is the speedy type of werewolf, similar to Kuharu. She’s actually his niece. Unlike most of her half-siblings, Kiba was aware of her father’s cunningness and cruelty since the beginning. While she didn’t have a full understanding of his true nature, she had a pretty good grasp of what this man was capable of. And her guesses were right. You can say she “woke up” much earlier than the rest of her family. For her and her mother’s safety, she pledged fake loyalty to Maduke. Thank goodness werewolves don’t have something called mind reading, so Maduke never found out that her loyalty was only for show. As long as Kiba keeps her acting real, she can fool Maduke and wait for someone to overthrow him eventually. And she succeeded. Muzaka came back, and Maduke is dead.
Kiba is alive in the present day and resides in werewolf island with her mother. Both mother and daughter are adjusting very well to their new lives free of Maduke and his evil deeds. Kiba adores her youngest half-sibling Oswald, and eventually gets into modeling just like him and moves her primary residence to somewhere in the human world close to Oz. As of now, she doesn’t earn as much as Oz since the he is a huge global celebrity, but she wishes to become famous like him one day so she can send a lot of money back home to support her family and clan members just like Oz has been doing.
She is one of Ozzy’s primary caretakers during his youth.
Flea: Son of an unnamed werewolf woman.
Flea is a warrior. He is the very tanky type of fighter with a lot of endurance, and has an abnormally high regeneration ability even amongst his fellow warriors. Just like how Hila dealt with Uzhir, Flea’s mother noped out of parenting him as soon as he was weaned, and left him to Maduke. Of course Maduke didn’t want the hassle of raising him. Or any child of his, for that matter, so he dumped Flea onto his older half-siblings and told them to do the work. Normally Maduke wouldn’t have cared at all, but Flea had the potential of a warrior, so the former made sure to have the latter live up to it. Flea’s only problem was that he got clingy very easily. And he got attached fast. To his half-siblings who were his caretakers, to the random old werewolf lady who gave him a treat… etc. He ended up clinging onto anyone who gave him attention, whether it was good or bad attention. While some of his siblings were okay with taking care of him, most of them were less than happy to be assigned to this mess of a werewolf, so they collectively named him “Flea” because he just kept coming back no matter how mean they were to him. Dammit, you just couldn’t get rid of him. Flea even ended up getting attached to Maduke. None of Maduke’s children were allowed to call him father and would get severely punished if they did. Flea tried to find other ways. He worked under Maduke as a warrior, so he saw him quite often. Flea peeked at Maduke whenever he had the chance, and when he got caught, and he simply smiled at his father before bowing his head back down. Curiously, Maduke never punished Flea for his clingy bevavior. Perhaps he was intrigued by how Flea still managed to adore him no matter how much he treated him like trash and kicked him around like a dog. Flea was just emotionally needy, even if it meant looking for comfort in his tyrant father. Probably wasn’t the healthiest thing. Either way. Maduke was rather amused with this scene and kept Flea around as his unofficial jester and personal bodyguard.
Maduke actually sent Flea to guard his cellar during the werewolf arc because hey, he’s gonna kill all the intruders and win and come for a drink with his jester after the battle. Too bad he lost and now he’s dead. Flea had no idea of what happened at all. Rip.
Flea is alive in the present day and resides in werewolf island with the rest of his family. He manages Maduke’s wine collection, and found someone else to cling onto… Ozzy! He’s also one of Oswald’s primary caretakers. He eventually leaves werewolf island and follows Ozzy around and continues to be his youngest brother’s guardian. Ozzy enjoys the love smothering from his older half-brother and they are close.
Clover: Son of an unnamed werewolf woman. He is not a warrior. In fact, he was born with the same defect that Maduke’s sister Willow had; he has neither fangs nor claws and can’t transform at all. Maduke wanted to get rid of Clover immediately after his birth because it would’ve been a waste to spend resources on someone who wasn’t even slightly worthy of his blood, but Clover’s mother resisted and wanted to protect her son at all costs. Clover’s mother is a powerful warrior and Maduke realized he could turn this situation in his favor and manipulate her. He told her that he will let Clover live on the condition that she births him more children that are worthy of his blood. Clover’s mother agreed, and Maduke let him live. Due to Clover’s defects, Maduke never gave him a job of any sort. He isn’t going to be of much help anyway, and he already does a good job of keeping his mother obedient even if he himself isn’t aware of the deal between his parents. How useful. Clover acted as a caretaker for his younger siblings despite being unable to control them and getting hurt at times due to being much weaker than them. He never understood why his mother just kept having more children, but he never once questioned her, out of respect. His mother only revealed the truth after Maduke’s death and Clover was devastated.
Clover is alive in the present day, though he probably doesn’t have much longer to live due to his defects and he will likely get the same illness Willow had and eventually die sick. His mother will outlive him, but he will do his best to take care of her while he’s still alive. Clover and his mother leave the rest of their family behind and permanently depart werewolf island to spend the rest of their days in peace.
And that’s it for now!
Maybe I’ll do a post of Hila’s journal of werewolf herbs with headcanons of leaves and berries and stuff. Fun stuff.
(p.s. don’t think I’ve said this here before but I am open to questions, chatting, anything really when it comes to HCs, OCs etc. anything is welcome!)
Thank you for reading and stay tuned for future posts!
