Many of us spend our lives stuck in survival mode—constantly reacting, anxiety, defensiveness, triggered, blaming ourselves, overthinking & doing whatever it takes just to get through the day. It could feel like you’re holding everything together, but deep down you know this isn’t sustainable. Imagine waking up feeling peaceful instead of stressed. Imagine having the time and energy to enjoy life, instead of just surviving it. That reality is possible, but it starts with a choice: to step out of survival mode & into the life you were meant to live.
Survival mode is exhausting. You feel:

Your most important and congruent goals and dreams can be met and achieved by simply breaking them down into little bits that is easier to handle and work through, writing them down is the first and very important step in this process and this helps you see them clearer and more objectively from a 360 degree viewpoint. Another important factor is believing in them, it's not only important but also crucial because if you don't believe in your dreams and goals, how can you achieve them, make them come through or even be that person you were destined to be? Absolutely not possible! Someone else can't believe in you for you or achieve your goals and dreams for you, it's all up to you and achieve them all by going full speed ahead as if they were your normal every day life routine, living your life out of gratitude and joy for the gift of life and the opportunity to achieve your goals and dreams, because you believe that you are An Archiver, so ask yourself this question today - Are you such a person, are you truly an Archiver?
It's fundamental to spend as much time as possible improving yourself, rewiring your brain to see you as you see yourself - the new and improved you, the accomplished person and personality you aim and dream to become, live it every single day and in all circumstances, situations, events and happenings of life.  Don't let your outer environment and it's events and happenings get to you as you see them happening but be in a state where you see them, you observe them but you aren't involved in them because you are living in your new life. Instead of spending your precious time and energy wishing for a better life and life situations and events, create them by living in this state already and feeling your life as the life you want and desire and before you know it, one day it dawns on you like a miracle, like magic that you are truly living the life, living your dream, it's no longer a mirage but the real deal.
It's really simple and it starts with you connecting to the divinity within you, your Higher Self which is your true authentic self and it has all the answers and solutions that you need, it only awaits your connection to it so that it can show you the way and how and you start to live your dream. To reconnect with the divinity within you, you must change your negative mindset, thoughts and emotions to positive mindset, thoughts and emotions which changes your state of consciousness and mind from anxiety, tension and stress to peace, calm and joy. It is in this state of peace calm and joy that you are connected to the divinity within, to the authentic source of life and that power within you is the miracle maker that makes everything you have ever wanted, imagined and dreamed of to come true, not someone else but you make it happen for you 
Until you value yourself above everything else, trusting in life to make things right for you, having absolute faith in the divinity within you and the Divine Source of all life, that life will always sort itself out no matter what and you accept life as it comes no matter from which angle and direction the wind of life bloweth from, you won't be able to achieve your dreams and desires and be that person you have always dreamed of becoming. Until you value your own time and space, having none for anything and everything not pertinent to your dreams and desires no matter what they may be, you will not achieve anything worthwhile nor do something concrete and valuable with your time.
People show you their true colours when times get rough, that's why the only person you can count on and rely on in absolute faith, belief and trust is You, not the physical you which is limited in its ability to have a 360 degree viewpoint of life and it's issues but the divinity within you which has this ability and is always ready to guide you and direct appropriately and in the right direction.
When some things go wrong in your life and life experiences, firstly take a break, breath easy and calm yourself, then take a moment to be thankful and grateful for the many things in your life and life experiences that have gone right and turned out better than you ever expected or imagined and then be thankful and grateful for the things that are still going right and also for all those that will go right and even beyond your wildest imagination. Remember, abundance flourishes in a grateful heart, when you are peaceful and calm, and gratitude becomes your state of consciousness, you are connected to the divinity within you, then life will begin to bring avalanche of blessings, abundance, success and all the good things that you have dreamt about your entire life and it all begins with you, so are you such a person who can and will make their dreams come true?

🔮Stretch in the morning and in the evening: since I started stretching first thing in the morning, and last thing in the evening, my muscles are less tense. In the morning you’ll feel less sleepy and more active; meanwhile, in the evening it’ll help relax your muscles and have a more comfortable sleep.
🔮Write down your dreams/nightmares: if you have a nightmare and can’t go back to sleep, write it down somewhere. It’ll fade from your mind and you’ll be able to fall asleep again without getting any more nightmares. Also, writing down your dreams and searching the meaning of them might make you understand what’s your brain/heart going through.
🔮Meditate once in a while: meditating rewired my brain. I do it once in a while because I don’t always have the time, but it shouldn’t feel like a chore! It should be something you do for your own wellness; you won’t regret it as you will feel calmer, confident, and at peace.
🔮Journal and write gratitude: spending even just 5/10 minutes writing down your toughts in the evening and how certain things made you feel helped me take off things from my mind, treat it like your secret diary. Meanwhile writing down at least 3 things you’re grateful for every day will improve your happiness and will make you more self-conscious about how privileged you are!
🔮Gua-sha or roll your face: depuff your face and improve blood circulation, other than make those cheekbones look SNATCHED and you soon won’t need contour (be consistent!).
🔮Read at least 20 minutes a day: reading at least 20 minutes a day, usually before bed, is my favorite hobby. I get off my phone, it makes me more productive, and reading itself is a very healthy habit.
P.S. daily reminder that you're not forced to follow up with everything on this list! everyone has different priorities and necessities, so i just wanted to share what worked for me. don't pressure yourself to always reach the impossible standard that social media wants us to have, live your life and have fun!<3

✨On one hand, Spirit could be reminding us how quickly our lives will improve if we begin to focus on the positive. Actively choosing to hold space for the good & beautiful things in your life actually rewires your brain to find more of those splendid things to focus on.
✨Another interpretation could be that there’s a creative or beautification project that you’ve been dreaming up . . . & if that’s the case, Spirit is encouraging you to go for it! This is your reminder that holding space for yourself & the beauty that you bring into the world is just as important as honoring the splendor that exists outside of you.

Life is too short to let negative thoughts hold you back. Yet, most of us unknowingly let our minds sabotage us. Why? Because it’s easier to stay comfortable. But comfort isn’t where growth happens. 🌱 Let’s talk about how to take control of your thoughts, overcome limiting beliefs, and create a life you love.
Thoughts Shape Actions
Everything we do starts with a thought. But not all thoughts are created equal. Some empower us, while others keep us stuck. So, here’s the million-dollar question: What are you telling yourself?
Negative thoughts often sound like:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I can’t compete with them.”
“Why even try?”
These thoughts are roadblocks, keeping you from the success you deserve. But here’s the thing: you can train your brain to think differently. 🧠💡
Real-World Examples of Mindset Shifts
Let me share two pivotal stories from my own journey:
1️⃣ Competing Against Giants:
When I was invited to a major competition to promote a product I believed in, I felt out of my league. My competitors were industry giants with massive followings. My initial thought was: “Why bother? I don’t stand a chance.”
But I flipped the script. Instead of focusing on what I lacked, I focused on what I could gain. I visualized myself succeeding, and even though I only saw myself as #2, I still ended up achieving that goal. Imagine if I had visualized being #1!
2️⃣ Leaving My Comfort Zone:
When I transitioned from real estate to coaching, I joined a mastermind group filled with brilliant minds. I felt like an imposter. “I don’t belong here,” I told myself. But I stayed. Over time, I not only found my footing but surpassed many of those I once admired.
The key takeaway? Your comfort zone is your biggest enemy.
Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
Limiting beliefs are the silent killers of dreams. They often stem from:
Past experiences.
Opinions of others.
Fear of failure.
To break free, you must first identify these beliefs. Then, challenge them. Ask yourself: Is this belief helping me or holding me back?
A Simple Brain Training Exercise
Try this daily exercise to rewire your thoughts:
Morning mantra: Start your day by repeating a positive affirmation. For example, “I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to.”
Visualize your goals: Close your eyes and imagine yourself living the life you want. Be as detailed as possible.
Gratitude practice: Write down three things you’re grateful for every day.
Your Thoughts, Your Reality
Remember: thoughts become things. If you believe in your ability to succeed, you’ll find ways to make it happen. If you let doubt creep in, you’ll stay stuck.

HI MS MAOMAO may i. may i humbly come to your blog to beg for dan heng scraps or small hcs from art of the bedchamber... i feel so starved (theres so little dan heng content anywhere. ive been resorting to laying in my bed at 2 am hands crossed over my stomach and malapadatively daydreaming abt gege... save me)...
i'm not even joking when i say that art of the bedchamber is on my mind 25/8. literally every hour of every day i am thinking very hard about dan heng in that fic... and that universe... it literally rewired my brain chemistry the first time i read that fic.
i wish i could say more about that fic but all i can ever say about that fic is "gege" because every time i read it i want to say everything all at once which leads to me just gawking at my phone and just contemplating the fact that i will never have a boyfriend like dan heng.
this could literally turn into an entire essay on my sheer love and adoration for art of the bedchamber but i fear i need to go i have a. uh. i have an exam tomorrow. and. uh. i haven't studied at all for it i'm about to self study so hard i'm gonna make an academic comeback.
anyways just wanted to pop by in anon (am shy ㅠㅠ) and express my gratitude for being my favorite dan heng writer EVER and for writing THE dan heng fic EVER. i was NOT okay after reading that fic and i will NEVER be okay after any time i read that fic it makes me sob every time
