weight loss help
Hi so I really want to lose weight, my BMI is 24.4 and I really want to get it to under 19. I’m 5’8” and weigh 160 pounds last I checked (including water weight) I just really want some motivation to lose it (meanspo especially, make me hate how fat I am)

Question: If you are curvy/fat/heavy/high BMI/obese/overweight, which word would you prefer people to use for you?
Note: I have heard that one of these words is a slur, but when I googled it I found a lot of controversy, so I'm including it to see the results. Also, one of these is a medical term, but my aunt brought it up as a non-offensive way to describe people.
Please share for a larger sample size and for authors and people who write image IDs and people who want to describe their friends to know how to do all of that non-offensivly.

A little tip for all my ana girles that u probably never seen before
1. If you boil veggies in bone broth ( eg : garlic, papaya, carrots) it literally gets the same texture as butter.
I drink the broth and then store the veggies for spreads.
Add garlic powder, chili flakes , salt and pepper and u can eat a large volume of veggies( super low cal) and it tastes like an actual meal

2. An alternative for chips: cuts of unripe banana and sweet potato with any seasoning of your choice( i use garlic power, cajun seasoning, etc),
When airfryed for 10 mins at 185
3. If you want to maximize your metabolism do workout with weights ( i recc Carolina grivan)
It does make you hungry but the good metabolism does work wonders for visual changes in your body because watching the numbers go down on the scale isn't enough..
Combat the need to binge . As long as u eat home cooked , non processed, non packaged ,non oil fried foods ..it wont change much on the scale even if you go 200 cals extra.

" Obudziłam się o godzinie 10.00, idealnie w tedy na kiedy nastawiłam budzik. Jestem idealna i chudziutka, kości mi wystają, jestem piękna. Założyłam sportowe ubrania i zrobiłam godzinny workout, następnie włożyłam na siebie różową spódniczkę, ciemno - szarą koszulkę bez rękawek, różowe skarpetki stópki oraz sportową bluzę adidas z ciemno niebieskimi elementami ponieważ było mi zimno, wkońcu miałam niedowagę i prawie zero tłuszczu w ciele. Spotkałam się z moimi przyjaciółkami, wszystkie podziwiały moją chudość i mówiły do mnie komplementy typu: " Ale jesteś chudziutka !! " " Ale masz chudy brzuch, żadnej fałdki tłuszczu nie masz, nawet jak siedzisz !! " " Ale masz malutkie uda !! Moje są dwa razy większe !! " " Ale masz kościste ręce!! Normalnie mogę palce objąć wokół twoich rąk !! " " Ale masz piękne kości na szyi !! ". Potem poszłyśmy do sklepu z odzieżą, na mnie rozmiar xxs wisiał, i te zazdrosne spojrzenia tych grubych dziewczyn co patrzyły na mnie i moje przyjaciółki, a najbardziej na mnie bo jestem najchudsza. Zapytałam się czy nie mają rozmiaru xxxs, szok moich przyjaciółek oraz szok i zazdrość tłuściochów w sklepie. Po zakupach poszłyśmy coś zjeść, ja oczywiście nie będe jeść więc zostawiłam tą decyzje dla moich przyjaciółek. Wybrały żeby iść na maka , ja wzięłam herbatę oraz smoothie truskawkowo - bananowe z innego sklepu, a moje BFF frytki, hamburgery, nuggetsy, lody oraz cole nie zero. Patrzyłam jak jedzą i poczułam satysfakcję, wstydzę się tego że tak się czuje jak moje bestii jedzą ale nie mogę nic zrobić, chociaż nie pokazywałam tego na zewnątrz. Po tym zdecydowałyśmy że pójdziemy się przejść do parku wrocławskiego bo była dopiero 17 godzina, bardzo się cieszyłam ponieważ spale w tedy więcej kalorii oraz spędzę więcej czasu z moimi przyj. Jak wróciłam do domu to była godzina 18:20, mogę jeszcze iść na spacer lub na rower. Akurat mój piesek musiał iść na dwór więc go wyprowadziłam i przeszłam trasę rowerową 2 razy. Spaliłam dużo kalorii i byłam z siebie bardzo zadowolona. Po powrocie do domu zjadłam sałatkę z kurczakiem, pomidorem, ogórkiem, oliwkami i twarogiem. Pograłam trochę w brawl stars i roblox oraz pooglądałam jakieś filmiki na YT. Poszłam spać o 23:40 z wiedzą że mam BMI 13.0 . "

Little help for my ana girlies( and others)
Yk how some people seem to not gain weight at all no matter what they do or dont feel tired or loose hair at a low weight? Dont gain it back in a week?
In my opinion its because their bodies went through a slow but steady weightloss instead of a sudden drop in weight.
Maintain a skinny lifestyle instead of going on crazy diets or purging ( in my opinion) as it can cause teeth discolouration, heart issues, vision loss and u might lose a shit ton of hair
Here are some tips
1. Eat carbs and fats in their most natural form. Eg : boiled sweet potatoes with hot sauce, boiled potatoes, corn, fats from mango, cashew, nuts
( these fats and carbs are high in cal but trust me u probs wont see a difference on the scale or on ur body if u eat them in minute doses)
2. A trick for consistent workout: i allowed myself to only listen to music if i were working out thus when ever i wanted to listen to music, i had no choice but to workout . ( i recommended 15 mins cardio and 15 mins full body workout with weights)
3. If you accidentally binge , drink green tea and then after a while start working out ( growwithjo 800 cal burn workout on yt) it will make u less guilty
4. If case of cravings , think of adding instead of restrictions. : i want to eat ramen ..firstly i would recommend to diy the ramen by using any yt recipe and then add a protein source to itlike shrimp or boiled egg
This will be high in cal but u will avoid purge , wont go on a crazy binge and it will keep u full for hours.
I would also recommend to eat these big craving meals if front of family to " prove" that you actually do eat . It lessenes their suspicions.
