Ingredients:
Flour Large eggs Any milk Maple syrup or honey Olive oil or avocado oil Pure vanilla extract Aluminum-free baking powder Salt
How to? Batter: In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add milk, maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla, baking powder, and salt; whisk until well combined. Add whole wheat flour, mix well. Cook: Preheat the waffle maker well. The amount of batter depends on the size of your waffle maker. I used about 1/3 cup per waffle. If your waffle maker is cast iron you might have to spray it with cooking spray to prevent waffles from sticking. This recipe uses enough oil, so you might not. Just try one first and see how it comes out.

It’s Reiko again ❤️
We still have tons of mussels so I decided to make simple mussels meal.
Ingredients
- mussels maybe we used 1.5 kg? That’s more than enough for 2.
- 4 clovers of garlic
- 30g butter
- 1 Red chilli
- 200ml white wine
Put the butter chill and garlic in the pan and fry them until the garlic starts smells☺️
Put all the mussels and white wine and keep the medium heat for 10min. And after that you can check how much you want to cook. You can cook up to 15 mins or so.
It’s so simple but super good😍
I also made a tomato tuna pasta.
Ingredients
- pasta
- Eggplant
- Garlic
- 🥫 canned tomato
- Tuna also can
- bouillon
- Sugar
- Soy source
Put everything in the pan and cook until the eggplant becomes soft, and mix with the pasta.
