I think the scariest part about Batman is the loyalty he inspires. Like this motherfucker has an army of children who might at any given time hate his guts, but are still 100% willing to throw hands for him if Bruce needs them to. And then there’s the Justice League, who also at any given time might hate his guts or find him insanely irritating and/or weird, but will also fall in line and listen to his plans if the need arises. I’ve seen fics where Eddie sees Steve post-season 2, all sad and pathetic after his fall down the social ladder, and then Hellfire adopted him. They’re perfect. No notes. Ten of out ten. I will read every single one of them.

However.

It is very funny if Steve adopts the Hellfire Club as his new friend group. They have no choice in the matter.

The only good thing going on in his life right now is that Dustin has decided that he’s cool. Steve doesn’t want that to change so he’s going to have to learn a few things because he never knows what the hell Dustin is talking about.
