Family Constellation can offer several potential benefits for individuals and families who participate in the process. Some of these benefits may include: Increased insight: Family Constellation can help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their family dynamics and patterns of behavior. By exploring the hidden loyalties and conflicts that may be influencing their relationships, participants can gain valuable insights into their own behavior and motivations. Healing unresolved issues: By addressing and resolving family conflicts and traumas, Family Constellation can help individuals and families find closure and healing. This can lead to greater emotional well-being and improved relationships with family members. Improved relationships: Through Family Constellation, participants can learn new ways to communicate and interact with family members. This can help improve relationships, increase empathy and understanding, and create a more positive and supportive family environment. Reduced stress and anxiety: By addressing underlying issues within the family system, Family Constellation can help reduce stress and anxiety levels for participants. This can lead to greater overall well-being and improved mental health. Increased self-awareness: Family Constellation can also help individuals become more aware of their own emotions, needs, and behaviors. This increased self-awareness can lead to greater personal growth and a deeper understanding of oneself. Overall, Family Constellation can be a powerful tool for individuals and families seeking to improve their relationships, heal past traumas, and create a more positive and supportive family environment.
What Are Examples of Family Syntax?
Family syntax refers to the patterns of behavior, communication, and interaction within a family system. Here are some examples of family syntax: Communication patterns: The way family members communicate with each other can have a big impact on the family dynamic. For example, some families may have open and direct communication, while others may be more passive-aggressive or avoidant. Power dynamics: In some families, certain members may hold more power or influence than others. This can create imbalances in the family system and impact how decisions are made and relationships are formed. Roles and responsibilities: Family members often have specific roles and responsibilities within the family system. For example, one family member may take on the role of caregiver for a parent or grandparent, while another may be responsible for financial decisions or household chores. Boundaries: Boundaries refer to the limits that family members set around their personal space, emotions, and behaviors. Some families may have loose boundaries, while others may have very rigid ones. Family rituals and traditions: Family syntax can also include the rituals and traditions that families engage in, such as holiday celebrations or family vacations. These traditions can help create a sense of identity and belonging within the family system. By understanding and exploring family syntax, individuals and families can gain a deeper understanding of their dynamics and work to create more positive and supportive relationships.

What is Family Synthesis Therapy?
Family Synthesis Therapy is a therapeutic approach that combines the principles of Family Systems Theory and Object Relations Theory to help individuals and families resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. It was developed by Dr. Robert-Jay Green, a psychologist and family therapist. Family Synthesis Therapy focuses on the ways in which individuals and families are shaped by their relationships and experiences. It seeks to identify and understand patterns of behavior within the family system, and to help individuals and families create new, more positive patterns of interaction. The therapy is based on the idea that families are complex systems in which each member is interconnected and influenced by the others. By examining the dynamics of the family system, the therapist can help family members understand how their behavior affects others and how they can create healthier patterns of interaction. Family Synthesis Therapy also emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the family. The therapist works to create a safe and supportive environment in which family members can explore their feelings, needs, and desires. The ultimate goal of Family Synthesis Therapy is to help families create a more cohesive and integrated family system. This can lead to improved communication, increased empathy and understanding, and stronger relationships between family members. By helping families resolve conflicts and create healthier patterns of interaction, Family Synthesis Therapy can promote greater overall well-being and emotional health.
How Is Family Synthesis Therapy Applied?
Family Synthesis Therapy is typically applied through a series of sessions with a trained therapist who specializes in this approach. The therapist works with the family to identify patterns of behavior and communication within the family system, and to help family members develop new ways of interacting with each other. Here are some of the ways in which Family Synthesis Therapy may be applied: Family assessment: The therapist will work with the family to understand their unique situation, including their history, relationships, and current issues. The therapist will ask questions to identify patterns of behavior and communication within the family system. Goal setting: The therapist will help the family set goals for therapy, based on their specific needs and desires. Goals may include improving communication, resolving conflicts, or creating a more positive family environment. Family sessions: The therapist will facilitate family sessions in which family members can express their thoughts and feelings, and work to resolve conflicts and improve communication. The therapist may use a variety of techniques, such as role-playing, to help family members practice new ways of interacting with each other. Individual sessions: The therapist may also work with individual family members to help them understand their own emotions and behaviors, and to develop strategies for coping with family conflicts. Homework assignments: The therapist may give homework assignments to family members between sessions to help them practice new communication and behavior patterns. Overall, Family Synthesis Therapy is designed to help families develop healthier and more positive patterns of interaction. By working with a therapist, families can gain a better understanding of their dynamics, and develop new skills for resolving conflicts and improving relationships.

We all experience situations in life that can affect our inner peace.
However, if we are aware of these situations and learn to identify them, we can work towards removing them from our lives one by one. 🙏💗

Inner Child Work
It is so easy to blame the parent or parents (or anyone) for the misery we might be going through. But they did what they did with what they knew at the time. And it was what it was; there is no turning back the time. We cannot change what happened. So why resist reality? Acknowledging what was and what is, is the first step towards peace. Saying “yes” to the past is more powerful than resisting…

“A healer's power stems not from any special ability, but from maintaining the courage and awareness to embody and express the universal healing power that every human being naturally possesses.” ~Eric Micha'el Leventhal True true true.✨ I would also add the amazing ability to know the body and it’s workings (both from an anatomical and energetic functions), to be able to be the container and facilitator of the healing journey, to stay open hearted and sharp minded for all the body and spirit need, and to hold intuition and skill in hand for all that being a human is.✨💖 Come to the clinic and see what I mean. ❤️ #thelightclinic #naturopathicmedicine #naturopathicdoctor #chinesemedicine #craniosacraltherapist #acupuncture #craniosacraltherapy #familyconstellations #familyconstellation #arttherapy #dreamwork #spiritualdirection #centerfornaturalmedicine #holistichealth #holistichealthcare #bodymindspirit (at The Light Clinic. Arpita Mitra Gupta, our holistic therapist @illuminationsworld shares her Journey of Parenting and Healing... Out of many experiences that have shaped me to become the person I am today, becoming a parent has definitely been amongst the most impactful. ... I am a mother of twins and my journey of motherhood began 7.5 years back. I struggled in the beginning, felt overwhelmed and many times doubted my capabilities. But this was also the beginning of another journey – my personal journey of healing. ... I learnt to heal my wounds before I nursed others, I learnt to balance and make space for people and things that matter – I learnt to prioritize my calm and peace without feeling guilty. ... Today, I reckon, my children have been my teachers too – they have taught me to be present. Each day spent with them mindfully makes my life joyful. I have learnt to enjoy the little moments of fun, laugh at my mistakes and take life as it comes. ... Today I find immense pleasure in working with children and parents through #PlayTherapy, #counseling , #FamilyConstellation and #Hypnotherapy. #wellnessjourney #wellnesscoach #PersonalGrowth (at Illuminations) https://www.instagram.com/p/CC1JZvHJza6/?igshid=kl35qo2c1hbp

Whilst agreeing with the statement above, I suggest that we still hold a form of inner relationship with family members, whether we like it or not. In my experience it is helpful to work on those uncomfortable relationships, because the negativity or abuse that came from them towards us will have been internalised during the years we had endure it. Until we have made peace with them within us, we…

Have you ever heard of #FamilyConstellation #therapy ? Everyone wants to solve a #relationship #problem and they choose one of the #scenarios One pretends to be your mum, another your dad, another your partner, and so on. They have to improvise, and try to give you their point of view as if they were them. With no boundaries, as they don't hold back. No script, as it is #spontaneous It is quite #helpful as it gives you someone else's #insight Often we only know our side of the story. Do we ever put ourselves in someone else's shoes? I was mentioning to the #Shiatsu lady something about a #longdistancerelationship and she mentioned it could be with how our #ancestors felt. OMG. This is exactly how they felt! History repeats itself. It was a reliving experience throughout one's own body cells! With awareness, and communication, everything improved immediately. We seem to be on #autopilot choosing #partners that remind us of our parents, as we look for familiar #patterns Somehow, us feeling pain from that partner, is comforting, as at least we know it. They say, when someone new comes into your life, you look for flaws, you are scared, because you don't know what to expect. Too good to be true. You are #suspicious and put your barriers up. As one of my favourite sentences ever: “Your task is not to seek for #love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” #Rumi So many American movies always throwing that plot twist last minute, suddenly that last person gets a chance, and they always end up chasing them in some #airport #station etc. What is real, and what is fake? Listen to your heart..which reminds me I must write soon about #MarieFredriksson whom I was very fond of..#rip The reason why I love #brighton is because there are a myriad #therapies and #workshops to see, nothing is ever too strange. Perhaps one of the most amusing ones was the #laughteryoga where you #laugh on purpose. I hope someone, somewhere, sometime reads this, and that it helps in you any way. Instagram is not showing my content like it used to 🤗 #nevermind #breakingup #argument #heartbroken https://www.instagram.com/p/B95MNYlneWi/?igshid=109gafsjvt284
