It has been a year of shift and transformation for me. Actually, of completely chance in my life. Those moments where everything is turned upside down, inside out and so on and on and on. In the middle of it all, I’ve started studying Family Constellations. Exploring more of my self by observing my own roots. Deep roots. Connecting with my ancestors. Letting go of what is not mine. Nothing is really mine in this life! Giving back what was theirs. Detaching of needing to believe I own anything. Or anyone. Every year I choose (or it chooses me...) a word for my year. Like an intention for the whole year. Last year it was all about TRUTH. Seeing the truth around me. Most of all, my own. And gosh, I did it! This year, my word is WISDOM... dealing with myself wisely. With my own stuff... reviewing believe systems. Breaking patterns. I see now how black and white have so many colours in between them. At the same time, no colour at all. They complete each other. They also fade one another. So much of what I judged wrong, is not that wrong... so much of the right has gone. Fully embracing the unknown. Everyday just trying to live just for today. Constantly reminding myself that’s all that is. Me. Today. Living open.
