overall happy with today, I did work a lot in the heat outside today so I think I burned some cals doing that. I am so close to a bmi of 18.5 I'm at 18.6 rn I cannot fuck this up.

i wish i got the second serving instead of the first one rahhh
broke a 10 hour fast with thiss
i lowkey love plain salad omg (i wouldn't of added the cheese but my mum said i needed protein or smth)
whats on the plate (in the first pic):
its around 136 kcal (used google so isnt completely accurate. i dont have a food scale)
- 5 romaine leafs (24 kcal)
- 5 slices(inhalf) aka 1/4 of a cucumber (12 kcal)
- 4 thin slices off cheese that i split into pieces so there was more for each leaf/ 26g of cheddar cheese (100kcal)
this would of been all i ate today if it wasn't a school day bc i get given toast with butter in the morning ugh BUTT the bread isnt too high in cal compared to other breads that are out there, and the butter is "flora light" so its 25kcal per 10g!
gonna ask for this on Sunday as well BUTT do a 24 hour fast beforehand WAHOOO !!
thank golly gosh i had this salad and not whatever my family had (hotdogs with tons of like toppings)
