How to not binge
(From someone who recovered from BED, so I really know what it's like to binge every single day and hating yourself after)
1 tip: ignore it, that it, literally just ignore the urge cuz the more you give in the more you'll want it next time. It's the same as any other drug, if you keep giving in, it'll consume you and if you just ignore the urge to binge I 100℅ promise you it'll go away in some time
2 tip: distraction. Go on a walk, do homework, do your makeup. Literally anything you do will be good. District yourself till the urge goes away, you might even do something important in that time
3 tip: drink water. Cliche I know but it's true. If your stomach's full with water there would be no room for food. 2 glasses of water then wait for 10mins, if you still want to binge, drink more
4 tip: remember your goals and what you're fighting for
5 tip: trigger yourself to not binge. I like to think "would x eat this?" And if no, I don't eat it either. Repeat your favorite ed motivation phrase like "summer bodies are make in winter" or something like that
6 tip: have a TINY piece of the food you want to eat, like 3 bites and ENJOY every single one of them, not "enjoy" but actually enjoy. Chew it, taste every flavor, ENJOY IT!!!! after that you'll know what it tastes like so there will be no need to continue
7 tip: hide it somewhere where you can't see
8 tip: throw it out, give it to someone, spray perfume on it and then try to eat it (do not please 😭)
9 tip: you might want to binge due to lack of vitamins or minerals, take your vitamin pills or have a meal that fits into your calorie budget yet has the minerals you lack (omega-3, zinc, calcium, magnesium, vitamin d. Etc)

I weigh 85.6 lb 2dayyyyyy(I’ve been in the 85 lb range 2-3 timez this month yippee yippeee)a bit of a surprise I can’t denyz considering I ate and pvrged and ate and pvrged a bunch of dessert yesterdayz but I shan’t complain ;P (for context I waz 86.8 lb yesterday) I just needz 2 lose 1.8 lb before new years 2 reach my goal tho ideally i would like it 2 be 83.6 lb or less but I’ll take wut I can get 🫲🫤🫱

How to not binge

1 tip: sip on something delicate. Hold a warm mug of tea in your hands—lavender, chamomile, or green tea. Let the steam hug your cheeks and remind you that softness exists in the smallest things
2 tip: Keep a thinspiration book. Get a really nice journal or something and print pictures of skinny models, tips, quotes, or workouts, and glue it in there. Look through it whenever you want to binge
3 tip: make a list of all the reasons you shouldn't, and read it 20 times
4 tip: count to 100 really slowly, and the urge might pass
5 tip: Take a Polaroid picture of yourself wearing nothing but your underwear. When you want to binge, look at it, and see all that fat that you need to get rid of?
6 tip: if you’re german, listen to BasisNoirSoninja
7 tip: clean something gross like a litter box
tip 8: chew sugar free gum. Just make sure you keep track of how much you have. Most kinds have 5 calories a piece

Goth and punk people need to start giving diy tips(that don't include ruining a piece of clothing)instead of attacking broke ass teens for getting a t-shirt from temu and acting as if poor people even have the money to oversonsume or automatically asumme that someone has the resources to buy a new piece of clothing if they accidentally ruin it while trying to diy. I'm not defending fast fashion but for a community that wants to "eat the rich" I've only ever seen y'all attack broke people
