How to not binge
(From someone who recovered from BED, so I really know what it's like to binge every single day and hating yourself after)
2 tip: distraction. Go on a walk, do homework, do your makeup. Literally anything you do will be good. District yourself till the urge goes away, you might even do something important in that time
1 tip: ignore it, that it, literally just ignore the urge cuz the more you give in the more you'll want it next time. It's the same as any other drug, if you keep giving in, it'll consume you and if you just ignore the urge to binge I 100℅ promise you it'll go away in some time
3 tip: drink water. Cliche I know but it's true. If your stomach's full with water there would be no room for food
4 tip: remember your goals and what you're fighting for
5 tip: trigger yourself to not binge. I like to think "would x eat this?" And if no, I don't eat it either. Repeat your favorite ed motivation phrase like "summer bodies are make in winter" or something like that
7 tip: hide it somewhere where you can't see
6 tip: have a TINY piece of the food you want to eat, like 3 bites and ENJOY every single one of them, not "enjoy" but actually enjoy. Chew it, taste every flavor, ENJOY IT!!!! after that you'll know what it tastes like so there will be no need to continue
8 tip: throw it out, give it to someone, spray perfume on it and then try to eat it (do not please 😭)

I weigh 85.6 lb 2dayyyyyy(I’ve been in the 85 lb range 2-3 timez this month yippee yippeee)a bit of a surprise I can’t denyz considering I ate and pvrged and ate and pvrged a bunch of dessert yesterdayz but I shan’t complain ;P (for context I waz 86.8 lb yesterday) I just needz 2 lose 1.8 lb before new years 2 reach my goal tho ideally i would like it 2 be 83.6 lb or less but I’ll take wut I can get 🫲🫤🫱

there's no need to worry!!

- if the food you consume is under 3500 kcal, you won't gain. even if you think you did because the number on the scale is different, your body is processing the food and is taking the nutrients to keep your body active! it's important to replenish the nutrients you need, it'll help you lose weight in the long run!
- foods like turkey, ham, chicken, fish, beef, pork, or whatever you're having (or had) will aid in weight loss because it is filled with protein!! it's okay to let yourself eat meat, i promise it's okay :)
- if you're scared about carbs because it's too filling or it's too high cal, please don't limit it! carbohydrates is great because it keeps you filled for a long amount of time, and if you're fasting right after eating, it won't be as difficult!
- lots of water is also very necessary for better digestion. even if you dislike chugging water, or maybe you don't have it at the moment, please do consider going and getting some. even sips is better than nothing!
- exercise afterward if you can, and if you can't, you always have tomorrow! don't beat yourself up over not exercising, let yourself rest too. the body can only go so long until it gets tired. burnout is very serious!!
- don't get upset at yourself if you gain! sure, you're upset that you gained a pound, maybe a kilo, but that's alright! you enjoyed a holiday, as you deserve, and @n@ is not going to scold you for a bit of a break. you can always continue your journey even with bumps or potholes in the road!
remember to be kind to yourself, it's important to have a good (decent maybe) relationship with your mind. don't beat yourself up for not doing something right on the first try. love you all sm!! <33
