I'm dealing with an eating disorder rn, and I'd like some fics where bodies are normal or neutral. none of the 'pale perfect skin, tight over fit, slim, yet muscular body' or 'he hid all those abs under those hideous jumpers'

witnessing somebody u care about spiralling into disordered eating and not really being able to do anything about it (they’re an adult and nagging them will make it worse 🙃) is really hard

it's crazy how i immediately think that 700 cals are too much and then i remember the normal quantity of cals are over 1600. like, i'm already eating 900 cals less than normal people would on a diet, and i still think that 700 cals is gonna make me fat (and it is).
