This Roasted Mexican Spaghetti Squash is a tasty and easy keto-friendly dish that doesn't need many ingredients. A tasty mix of Mexican spices is used to roast the spaghetti squash, making a healthy and filling main dish or side dish.
Ingredients: 1 medium spaghetti squash. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper, to taste. Fresh cilantro, for garnish optional. Lime wedges, for serving optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Drizzle the olive oil over the cut sides of the squash and rub to coat. Sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the cut sides of the squash. Place the squash halves, cut side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the edges begin to brown. Remove the squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands. Transfer the spaghetti squash strands to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the squash. Enjoy!

You need : • 3 cups frozen organic riced cauliflower cooked and drained • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese • 2 tbsp melted butter • 1/2 cup almond flour • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp baking powder • salt and pepper to taste • 3-4 pieces of bacon crumbled . . . Home made veggie and lentil soup. Full of carrots, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, turmeric, paprika, and made with a chicken broth base. The lentils pack a great protein punch to help keep me full longer. I should be avoiding potato’s but I figured it would be okay In this little quantities. Time will tell. For now it is a great and hearty meal that is almost vegetarian and contains no pasta. Blanching is a heat treatment required to stop the action of the enzymes and kill the bacteria. Cheap clean eating I don't know about you, but for me stuff like sweets, chocolate, cakes, etc. is a very important part of my life. I crave this stuff even when I am 120% full. But even a small piece of cake contains so much more calories than regular food that we have to eat to provide our body necessary nutrition does. And if we eat both regular food and sweets, likes chocolate, cake or anything of the kind, we will end up being a big fat 🐷. For me not being able to eat what you want is just as unhealthy as eating whatever junk food you want. But is there a perfect balance 🤷 ♀️? Yes, there is! There are tons of healthy recipes for clean tasty food, like cookies 🍪. I found one of them and it is really cool! All you need is banana (the browner, the better) + oats, that’s it! It takes just 10 mins to prepare and mix them and put in the oven!
